I have applied for hdfc fastag online on 03/12/2019 & made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker till today 11.01.2020.
Today...

Pls deactivate my fastag because I will pay extra on some toll plazas compared from nhai iussd fastag and they will debit to my wallet a adjustment charge's 120/- that's I don't know how's adjustment so I will serrender my fastag and pls refund my security and my fastag balence. Hdfc tag are not speedly read on toll tax its frequacy don't fastly match and both barrier not up fast and also long quo so I not satisfied to there....

I ordered a cheque book on monday, january 6, 2020. It was supposed to be delivered to me by friday, january 10 at the latest. However, i still have not received it. When i approached the delivery agency, they straight up said that they will not be able to deliver it. This is absolutely unacceptable service on behalf of hdfc and the mailing agency. For what reason its deducted from account and I need my money back to my account i[censored] not refund my money then I am not happy with ur bank I will go to other bank...

The delivery executive of blue dart could not deliver the credit card because the delivery address was wrong. After that, i have gone to the nearest branch of hdfc bank and have taken a form where a new address could be filled up. I have filled the form, signed it and then submitted it to the bank.

It has been more than 7 days and still, i did not get my card. Even i don't know whether my changed address form has...

I have purchased hdfc fastag in 09/01/2020 along with new car.
They have charged rs 500/-.

After filling id, wallet, car number etc the portal says no record found.

I visited the hdfc bank branch. They have given me the toll free number.
Tried to contact but failed

I called fastag toll free no but was informed car not rgistered

I would like to tell you that, i applied for hdfc credit card with the application no. 19l[protected]w2, and its been around more than one month.
I have been asked for document verification from the bank side, and a representative (Named mr. Malhare) from the bank has done my document verification.in document verification i have submitted 3 months bank statement, 3 months salary payslip, my employee identity...

Hdfc issued me a fastag with customer id[protected]. I have recharged the account with 383rs. But till now my vehicle is shown blacklisted over toll plazas. Also i have called all the hdfc customer cares & road side assistance. Trying from more than 4 weeks to connect but still not able to contact with their customer care (Not even once). I want my money bank. This is hard earned money and these #/goons are there only to loot them....

I have call so many times to customer care but they are saying it will come in 2 three days but still i am waiting for fast tag,
Also the customer care executive denied to take my complain of delay in delivery of fast tag.

Please note that i have applied for fast tag and paid the necessary fees but have not received the fast tag delivered to the address provided nor did i get any call regarding the same. The fast tag had been returned to hdfc as per courier, can you ship it to my address immediately or any dispute needs...

This bank has sanctioned loan of 3.3lout of which they disbursed 3.17l.. I had paid 50k out of it and tenure was 5 years.. They are deducting 3-4 times ecs per month and putting all bounce charges on my name..800*4 per month... These rascals have marked lien on my salary account to tune of 4.14 lakh and depriving me of my sustenance... This bank is the biggest scam in banking industry... I am not sure how i will survive this and don't know...

I was open salary account at 26 dec 2019 in hdfc bank a/c no - [protected] at saharsa branch bihar.

I didnt recieve welcome kit. My dec salary is also credited in this account still i not get welcome kit. I was contact so many times at branch. Bank staff told me that wait for some times and now 14 days cross away.

I had blocked debitcard and netbanking and upi transctions due to misuse of my saving account, as the problem sorted out i raised request at bank to unblock netbanking and upi and for new debitcard. I got new debitcard and it is working and netbanking it is unblocked and able to transact. But am not able to send money via upi transaction such as phone pe, paytm, payzaap etc. Since my upi is not unblocked...

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 rupees on 13 dec 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr01063955 and it is still not delivered in almost one month. Today i got a message that "hdfc fastag for the vehicle number has been replaced". But till now i didn't get the fastag in my hand.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended....

Purchased a new Samsung M30s mobile from Amazon.in (8-Oct-2019) in which i was about to receive 10% cashback in 90 days.

almost 90 days are completed and no cashback is received till now.

I have gone to hdfc sonarpur branch to issue my new cheque book, they took all the details (Address, phone number) and asked me to wait for 11 days. It's been a month still i didn't receive the cheque book. Even the address also not updated correctly. My parents went 4 times to follow up but everytime they behaved rudely and still i didn't receive the cheque book. I'm really disappointed being a customer of hdfc bank as the employees behaved...

I have an salaried account in hdfc anna nagar 3rd avenue chennai
When i checked my account statement, i see a transaction of rs 1026 deducted from my bank account in the name of inter-brn cash chg incl gst

I tried calling the telephone banking but there is no options to speak to customer care....

Fastag payment of rs.500 for three times has been debit from the hdfc bank but the application has been failed.
The fastag issurance ref no. Are-hfr01296860, hfr01296742 and hfr1296742.

The helpline no. Provided by hdfc i. E. [protected] is also not working.

I would like to know the status of the above issue and what further action or procedure can be done....

I hold a general poa of my friends. I handed over two passbooks of their account to hdfc employee candolim goa branch in july 2018. Both the passbooks have been lost in the bank. Today date - 10/01/2020
I have applied for fastag almost a month back (9/12/2019). Which they sent to i don't know which address in gwalior. Then i called custmare care (Maybe 30 or 31 dec 2019) and by god's grace and my patience. Finally got connected to 1 executive who assured me i will get it delivered in 3 to 4 working days.
I have been continuously calling [protected] but phone is always busy.
Such a pathetic service...
