I had applied for an HDFC Fastag in December (paid 500/- rs in all) and also successfully received an SMS that my Fastag Application was successful on 09-Dec-2019. Further to this, also recieved an SMS that Fastag has been issued successfully and wallet created on 15-Dec-2019

However since then i'm unable to track or locate the status of my fastag sticker. Visiting the bank branch also has not been successful - they simply refer you to the customer care help desk or ask you to reach out to the registered email support id "fastag.[protected]@1pay.in". Both haven't worked. Phone is not picked and email does not exist. i'm at a loss now.

    Dear HDFC Team,

    It is very disappointing that I have to write this letter to you. I have purchased 18th January more than 20 products from my HDFC account but unfortunately order was delay delivery without any information.
    I have not received any notice or something else I have mentally disturbed as well please take action regarding this issued another will i will complain about social network.

    Still now I have not receive yet my all items in my delivery location also today I have receive message from HDFC the EMI amount will debit 5th Feb’2020, how its possible I don’t know about that ???

    Amazon is not taking any responsibility if the seller won't deliver and there is no option to contact amazon customer care people directly it insists the customers to visit amazon account.

    I am going through a horrible experience as well. Such a pathetic situation.

    I'm harassing repeatedly from using this service???

    *it's a totally miss managed service that HDFC is giving services also
    Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
    Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
    Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
    Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
    They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

    Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling
    Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
    Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
    Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
    Unprofessional amazon service team*. I am trying to find my way to
    Complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

    *what i am looking for against my complaint???*

    1. *i would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with the Amazon & HDFC
    Service. *
    2. *what a beautiful solution! *
    3. *HDFC management can you please tell me???*

    I m still suffering to get the resolution on this. On amazon side, they
    Are providing me daily a new resolution date and ultimately failed to get
    Me any information on this. Now it’s a peak of testing my patience level.

    *i am writing this email to you regarding your false commitment with
    HDFC all senior due to logistic issued and i want to full compensation,
    Nothing more else. *

    In the end, just requesting you to please expedite my concern so that i can
    Get some sort of respite.

    *my complaints against HDFC team:*
    1. Failed to deliver the product within the committed time while placing
    The order.
    2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
    3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by amazon executives.

    *kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action
    Nothing more else also will be should give best services of valuable
    Customer.*

    Please escalated this matter to concern department and as soon as possible call back my number.

    I want to compensation.

    Note: — Here am sharing my bitter experience with Amazon & HDFC, to create awareness.
    About the fraudulent works done by total amazon team. Please escalated
    This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
    And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

    A lot of times people are cheated because of lack of awareness from their side and salespeople take advantage of this. Once a loan is sanctioned and disbursed, there is a little that can be done to reverse the damage.

    Please arrange the call back from higher escalation team so that i can discuss with them also i want to compensation because why I'm facing with your seller, they did full-fill their commitment.

    I am helpless and fighting for its own money. both bank are harassing me and replied me that your amount has been bad debit. where I can go to lodge a complain file against this kind of issued. My humble request to you kindly resolve immediately in top priority from grievance team.

      My customer id is[protected] and wallet id is[protected]. on my this id 2 fastags have been issued by hdfc bank on single vehicle with tag sequence 10975209 and 20557324. The problem is 10975209 is active but is not delivered to my address and 20557324 is closed. i have called customer care many times but they are not responding.
      kindly do the needful.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

          Dear sir/madam,

          Myself vaibhav keluskar
          Have applied for hdfcfastag on 2 nd jan 2020.
          Payment of 500 was debited from the hdfc bank a/c.
          But it said payment not received. Re-submit for payment but again same account was debited but same message was received payment not received.

          Transaction date: 2nd january 2020.
          Total amount debited : 1000

          I have maid hdfc fastag have also put 10 reminders but no response and even on phone they always say will get revert in 42 hours but it has been 20 days now.

            My registered mobile no. [protected] and in my wallet 4 vehicles are being shown. Three vehicle are with registration number and only vehicle is running on chais number. This sunday i requested custmor care to suspend my fourth vehicle i. E. Runing on chasis number. But custmor care agent has suspended my full account. I never asked him to suspend my account of cust id[protected]. Pl restart my account on priority basis as all vehicles are linked with monthly toll passes of local area.

            I have hdfc bank account, in that there was closing balance of 33 rs after paying some EMI, After that I check my net banking and found that they my account balance is -208 (minus two hundred eight rupees.). I want to know why hdfc deducted 242 rs. I want my amount back.
            I have purchased iPhone 11 on dec 2 nd 2019 using with Hdfc credit card.. offer availed through that purchase was 6000 rs cash back.. I have not recieved the cash back yet. Kindly update me regarding the same.

                There were around 6 fraudulent transactions happened using my credit card online within 2hours after past midnight. I got a call from hdfc but I could not attend it as it was past midnight and hence I didn’t pick the call. All transactions were approved by hdfc bank without my consent. I am asked to pay the amount for which I have raised dispute.
                My account is being debited by rs 577 and 580 today as ACH debit return charges but the company i had to pay emi took it from me from the app so why my amount was debited. Please resolve

                  I have salary account in hdfc bank marol andheri east mumbai.
                  My customer id is 51762528.
                  The salary account was converted into savings account due to not crediting salary into my account. I was not crediting salary into my account because there was personal loan and jumbo loans on my credit card [protected]. There was delay in payments of these loan installments because i invested all my money in my grandmother's treatment. She is suffering from motor neuron disease. If needed i can represent hospital bills.
                  Because of all non payments there was hold of rs 35000 on my savings account. Later i settled all my loans along with charges. The amount was almost 350000inr. I payed every single rupee towards loan settlement.
                  I was told by collection department that the hold will be waived off once i pay my credit card bills. As instructed i payed all bills along with huge charges but still the savings account hold remains and has increased from 1500rs to 4554 rs now. It is increasing day by day. I am already bankrupt and hdfc bank is adding charges to my savings account day by day.
                  From where will i pay these charges once i paid all the credit card bills and loan installments in september-november 2020
                  I am repeatedly requesting bank and customer service but they are being rigid to it.
                  Please help wave off these unnecessary charges. I habe already paid enough of their charges. Please help me close the hold on my account and i wish to close my account.

                  I am attaching some email communication with the branch.
                  Also if needed i will send you all the loan amounts and charges i paid to the bank.

                  I do not have money to pay these charges as i have already paid enough of the charges towards my credit card and loans against it. Please help me waive off these charges as promised on phone call by customer service representative. And I want to close my savings account.

                  Dear Nadia, i have already paid all the outstanding bills but there is still hold on my savings in due to minus balance due to hold appplied during the period of non payments of credit card bills.
                  I have paid all the credit card bills and closed it. So i request you to remove the hold on my savings account. I was told on phone call that entire hold will be removed once I do payments.i did payments but still hold remains and increasing the amount in minus on my account.

                  Your FasTag A/c has been Debited for Rs. 445 for Adjustment entry on 1/17/2020 6:27:31 PM. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 350 - HDFC Bank Ltd.
                  I want to know about this debited money from my fastag wallet...please take action.

                    Hai this is vikas from mysore... I had taken a bike loan on june 2019 from hdfc bank and from past 1yr i'm paying an instalment but today hdfc agent call me and asked me for a payment i said i'm in outstation so i'll pay in 2days but he told i need a payment today itself r else i'll go to ur home with police and we will sizing the bike and he told to transfer an amount to his account number and i transfered 6500 to his account after paying 6500 again he is asking 2500 to pay r else i won't make the bill... So tell me wr i should register a complaint regarding this and mainly hdfc agents will talk rudely if the payment was delayed for a weak

                      Hi this is sumayya samreen

                      On 17th jan there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

                      Rs. 885 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. Today when i visited an nearest atm i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
                      Kindly look into this case and get it resolved asap.

                        Firstly i received my fast tag after 2 months after a several calls and when i received wrong number was updated although rc copy was also attached and provided. For the correction i am regularly making a call and also dropped a mail but still no hear. I applied for fast tag on 02nd dec'19 and still i am suffering. No one is there to hear.
                        Whenever i call they just say it will be with in a day. Sicne 02nd jan'20 continuously i am calling.

                          My fastag (Customer id:[protected] card seems to have been blacklisted despite having adequate funds in the account. Please let me know why it has been blacklisted and what needs to be done to white list it

                          I have written to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com on 30th dec 2019 and 6th jan 2020 and havent received a response yet.

                          I had also spoken to my relatioship manager, ms sneghashri on this a few times and filed a complaint and dont have any updates.

                          Can someone help with this?

                          Please note that i intend to take legal recourse for the unnecessary hardship i have been put through.

                            I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

                            Almost 2months has passed still didnt get physical fastag.. This is really bad service i have ever provides by hdfc.

                              Dear sir, i kv ramanarao from amalapuram, our cradit card balance is 36000/-im paying, but recovery agent is very toughter to our family and friends and our nibours also. I'm already tell the clear to agent. But daily altoghter around calls of 300time is entirely our village peoples is calling agent. She is very toughter and worst talking about me and my family. Please take action against.

                                Dear team,

                                Rs. 5000 un authorization done from my credit and without otp access has been done..! I called customer care 'n' no of times after that received and they agreed it was a mistake, so clearly asked anything to pay?? They told not required..! But recently i applied personal loan so they rejected due to due to my cibil score is very less.. I asked same person why?? He told some amount bounce has happened from your account... Remaks is very bad..! After that i asked so many persons no use..! After that i went credit card office richmond road and bommanahali so they told send mail to concern department but still no use... If any customer did the misatkes then please call and expalain to them but donot spoil their life..! Fealing very sad after knows these all issues..! Please do needful..!

                                Still i am requesting please resolve my problem..! Within 1 week my problem will not solved the n i will complaint all socail media as well as rbi also..! Please respond

                                  Applied for a new fastag on the hdfc bank fastag website on 2/jan. The application number is hfr01296507.
                                  The application was submitted successfully along with the required documents. However the payment transaction of rs. 500/- done via my credit card failed. The portal asked me to retry the transaction. So i did another transaction of rs. 500/-. That too failed. I called up the customer care number immediately and reported the issue. I was told to recheck next day. So i called again on 3/jan. The agent confirmed that the application is submitted and advised to wait for couple of days for the system to approve the application. I called up again on 7/jan. The agent told me that application has not been approved due to the failed payment and gave me a 'in global solutions' mail id. I wrote to that email id with details and screen shots of the failed transactions, requesting refund of rs. 1000/-. I have followed up twice, but there has been no response from hdfc bank or in global solutions.

The reason I am expecting HDFC Bank to intervene is that the inglobal solutions team hasn't been responding for close to 20 days now (call center and emails). So instead of asking me to contact them for assistance, I require HDFC Bank to intervene in getting my money refunded. After all I applied for the new Fastag to HDFC Bank and not In Global Solutions.

                                    I am a hdfc credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 on dated 14/01/2020 without my concern from my credit cards ending number 2170. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399.

                                      This is in reference to attached hdfc fastag application reference number hfr01131464 dated 25.12.2019 for mr. Tarun kumar chakraborty, i regret to inform you that inspite of repeated telephonic calls, trailing mail commitment and verbal assurance given by your customer care representatives on different occasions, the fastag is yet pending to get delivered to residential address.

                                      Its quite surprising that on preceding week itself, its been communicated to us by customer care that fastag courier details to be shared latest by 12th january 2020 and the same will be delivered to residential address by mid of same week.

                                      But surprisingly, i didn't hear back from you from last week when i am looking for the appropriate hierarchy for complain redressal.
                                      If it makes sense to talk, let me know how your calendar looks.

                                      If not, who is the appropriate person who take care of hdfc fastag delivery issue?

                                        Alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xx1291 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:15:01:23 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected].

                                        I have not made any such transection. Require refund and want to stop further such transactions.

                                        Can you please help me in getting the refund of the same.
