    Today, 015 jan2020, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account. I need my refund back

      On 14th jan-2020 i have received text message from hdfc bank fastag, they charged me rs 200 for adjustment entry even when i was at home, can hdfc explain what is this adjustment entry and why have they charged me.

      Looks there is some big time fraud going on in the name if fastag and they are looting people just like that. I am never going to recharge my hdfc fastag again unless they explain me what they have charged me for.

        I am been charged rs. 177 stating inter-brn cash chg incl gst.

        Not getting proper answer on this from branch. I have a salaried account and transaction and other services are free for me.

        I did a deposit of 49500 for which i have been charged, which i should not be charged.

        If it is in rule, please let me know, i will be pleased to change my salary account to other bank, they are begging me to open my account in their bank as i have excellent cibil score.

            Dear sir/mam, i made a transaction using payzapp (A/c no.- in[protected] using card withdrawal on 18th nov'18 on jabong website, placed an order (Order id[protected]-7669501). Due to some reasons i returned the product. They intiated the refundable amount of rs.1538 on 6th dec'18 with the bank reference number is[protected] but that amount isn't credited yet to my account. I made lots of calls to merchant and bank. The merchant said - "the transaction is successful talk to your bank side" they don't even tell about the bank in which they transfer the amount. Whenever talk to the bank they said - "there is no refrence id". They didn't resolve my problems till today. I don't know where is my credit and where i complaint.               I have 2 accounts on same customer id. At the time of loan without intimation hdfc agent add my salary account to my loan account.
              I said him to add my saving account to my loan account. I use my salary account very rarely.
              This month emi bounced and 649 inr deducted from my account. Bank didn't refund my 649 inr.

                Resolution: change of wrong email id in my account

                Having hdfc as my salary account, opened like 8 months before through my working organisation. My email id registered in my account is wrong so that im not receiving any transaction alerts and statement mails. Have given complaint thrice earlier.
                Meanwhile, my mobile/net banking password also prompts some error. When i try to change the password, it sends an otp to mobile number & email where im having no access with since mail id registered is not mine.

                Jan 15th 2020 is my hdfc credit card due payment date where i literally struck up now without any access to pay the bill. Gave a complaint to customer care through ivr twice but still no support. Hope the respected team would help me on this.

                  I took a car loan from hdfc bank for my car number dl1y e 2947and settled it in the month of november 2019. But the bank is not providing noc for it saying that there is pending dues on my credit card ending 1914. I have already settled that credit card in the month of november 2019. After so many complaints and request the bank is not providing the noc. Kindly look into the matter and help me out.

                    Car reg no.KA04MW8920, has been registered with hdfc bank for Fstag a/ c for rs 200/ by M/s Varun Motors/ Maruthi Nexa and the amont in the a/c is below normal/ required balance. I do not know the details of the fastag a, /c such as user id, wallett i and the password of the a/ cwith hdfc bank.pl guide me how I can recharge it.
                    I applied for hdfc fastag three weeks back. I got my wallet I'd from hdfc, but did not get RFID yet. Hdfc customer care number is either busy or not working and there is no email I'd or procedure anywhere in the site to get RFID. Please help.
                    I have applied for Fastag on 3rd Dec with reference no. HFR865555. I have received customer id and wallet id through SMS but Fastag not deliver. I am waiting for fastag. Kindly deliver the Fastag. There is no any tracking mechanism for Fastag. Service is not good.

                          I got my fastag from hdfc when i brought my car. But now i have to recharge my account but i didn't have customer id & wallet id, so couldn't recharge my fastag. I didn't received welcome mailer too. I tried to call customer care no., but it's not working. This has been really disappointing and i didn't find customer mail id.
                          Please let me know how can i recover my customer id & wallet id.

                            I've been charged 177 inr four times (Total 708 inr) due to some 3rd party transaction cash. This is the first time i've noticed anything like this and seems to be completely fraudulent since this is not something that i've approved of. Also, 708 inr is no small amount. Hence, would request the bank officials to look into this and get the refund credited asap.

                            HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

                            Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                              I've not received 10% cashbank points earned during diwali sale and 5% additional cashback via smartbuy. I used hdfc debit card on 9th october 2019. It has been more than 90 days now. I could not find any complaint option on hdfc bank website regarding cashback redemption and cashback points deposit.

                                  Very disappointed with the service of HDFC bank fastag.
                                  Hi

                                  Very Very Disappointed with the service from HDFCBankfastag department, its more than 1 & half month from application date for fastag still not received it. Also there is no any communication regarding reason for delay & actual delivery date.

                                  Kindly update whether i get fastag phyically or not ?????????

I was not aware that i already posses a fastag card from sbi.in view of the above, i request you to kindly cancel my order of a new hdfc fastag card and refund the amount of rs:500 to my account.

                                      I didn't get my fastag sticker

                                      I have applied for fastag via hdfc online with refernce number hfr660548 on 28 nov 2019. After applying, i got message stating that filled form pdf will send to your registered email, which i didn't receive yet.
                                      After few days i got a message with my wallet id and customer id. So now i am able to login to site, but so far i didn't receive fastag sticker. I tried to call customer support - [[protected]] multiple times but nobody is...

                                      Hi,

                                      Yesterday, 14 jan 2020, rs 178.50 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

                                      I have been deducted Rs.177 for 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC GS on Dec 1st from my HDFC savings account. Why is that done.
                                      I applied for fast tag . I got massage from bank on 4th december that my fast tag Wallet has been created and Card will be dispatched within 4 working days. till date niether I got FastTAG nor any information regarding dispatch.
