I have lost my hdfc food card on november 7th, 2019 and i called hdfc customber care and blocked my hdfc food card ([protected]).
On the upcoming months (November, december and january) payslips, food card amount has been credited to my blocked food card from my salary, which i saved in company portal.

Now i have applied and received my new hdfc food card ([protected]) but i didn't receive the amount debited from salary ((November, december and january) in my new food card.

Old hdfc food card balance is also not transferred to new hdfc food card.

Please look into the case on high priority and do the needful.

    When i open my account, there is a new deduction again. It is called mirevenue. So a total amount of 210 has been deducted. Why it happens all the time? How am i suppose to keep up with all these deductions? I'm not a salaried person and try very hard to earn a decent amount. With all these deductions it made me went depression. And i'm tired of complaining again and again. I want to close my hdfc account but i cannot due to standing personal loan which i paid rs.13049 every month. Your hdfc bank maintenance is too high and way out of your league. But i have no other option due to personal loan. Please refund my money. Please help me. Please do the needful

      I have not authorised for the same. Need clarification.

        I got a call from hdfc agent rajan - [protected], [protected] and informed that he is from perungudi branch. He forced me to take bharat axa life insurance and told me that he will offer me loan with the bond sheet. So i paid 26000 for insurance but now he is not at all responding.. It's my fault but this should not happen to others. So kindly please help me on this.. He should be punished.

          I got a message from hdfc about ach debit mandate of 60000. However, my home emi is 30000.

          The message is as follows:
          Ach debit mandate registered for rs. 60000 /- in a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx41869 for hdfcltd with umrn no. Hdfc[protected].

          Please clarify what this is about. I have attached the relevant screenshot. Also if you can suggest, where else i can raise s complaint.

            Hi,

            I checked that rs 1899 is deducted from hdfc credit card for one assist which i have not taken or do intend to. Please return the money and permanently stop the service so that no such money is deducted.

              It is always a problem getting otp when we do online banking. Other banks send both by sms and by email. But not hdfc. I have complained many times to my relationship manager with no action. Today 3 transactions for purchase of mutual fund failed due to not getting otp. Also there is no provision for 'resend otp' as in other banks. Very frustrating..

                Hi,

                Recently, hdfc bank allowed bajaj finserv to fraudulently debit an amount of rs. 117 from my hdfc account that was used for a loan that was settled in sept' 19.

                The transaction id : bajaj finemi-bf111218_[protected] on 16 jan 2020 from hdfc account without information is done with a malicious intent and broken the contract agreement during the loan process.

                I would like to receive my amount back of i would be forced to take a legal route and sue both hdfc bank & bajaj finserv for rs. 1 lac.

                  I have lost my user id, customer id and wallet id of my fastag account with hdfc. Hence i cannot log in and recharge my fastag account. Could you please provide the steps to get my user id/customer id/wallet id of my fastag account?

                  I tried a couple of ways as listed below without any success.
                  The forgot user id link provided is not working in the hdfc fastag account.
                  The contact number provided in the hdfc fastag account always says busy for the past 2 days.

                    Hi,

                    I have sent mail to [protected]@hdfc.com (This mail id i got from customer care executive)

                    Mail sent on jan 13th, 2020.
                    Sent reminder on jan 18th, 2020.
                    Sent one more reminder on jan 21st, 2020.

                    Mail subject: regarding loan payment issue - after receiving amount to loan account, hdfc triggered payment again caused huge fine from axis bank

                    My loan account: xxxxxxxx (This is my personal loan)

                    Amount will get auto debit on 4th of every month from axis bank account.
                    On dec 4th there are no funds in the account, so payment is not done.

                    I got message from hdfc on 7th dec 2019 with the payment link to pay the amount rs. 13835, then i have paid amount on 7th dec 2019 through the payment link sent by your bank, hdfc loan account received amount on 8th dec 2019.

                    My question is:
                    Hdfc received payment on 8th dec 2019. But again hdfc triggered auto debit from axis bank on 9th dec 2019 for rs.13835

                    Already you have received the payment, why it got triggered? There are no funds, due to this axis bank charged fine for me.
                    I am not rich person like hdfc bank, i can pay only 13835 once in a month not twice, i have already paid so my account balance is zero in axis bank.

                    This is not fare from hdfc bank, i went to hdfc branch those people told we are not responsible, you need to send mail for this, so i am sending mail.
                    I am having salary account in this bank with 1 lakh salary every month, and check my credit card usages and on-time payments, for sure i will delete the account from your bank if your not accepting your system fault.

                    Why you sent payment link to pay and after receiving why you triggered auto debt. You should do either of one, send payment link and stop auto debt (Or) don't send payment link to pay and do auto-debt again. I am not rich like you to have amount to pay twice in month.

                    Hdfc is the bank they don't even give proper reasons if we ask something, they don't even reply to customers, and bank employees don't even have interest to resolve issues.

                      Dear Team,

                      The overlimit Rs.500 has been deducted on Oct 17th and Finance charge Rs.589.95 has been deducted on Nov 16th. Then Rs.500 overlimit fee leived on Dec 17th. Totally Rs.1589 charged on card ending with 4375. Please reverse the charges of Rs.1589 ASAP to my credit card. I have been asking EMI payment to whole amount but they are not providing anything to my account, simply taking the amount. This is not good support from thier end. I need Reversal of requested amount, I will preclose full amount within Jan 13th. So requesting you arrange for refund the full amount please.

                      Again Jan 8th Rs.800 charged for overlimit fee.

                      NOTE: .Totally Rs. 2389 need to be reversed and after that i will do preclose full amount. Otherwise Im not able to pay fine amount. The support is needed from your end.

                      They agreed to refund it, I have mail confirmation too. But still they ignoring my mail.

You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement. We observe from our records that your card usage has exceeded the credit limit assigned to your card account and hence overlimit fee has been levied.                         I got a call from an hdfc female call executive, regarding health insurance against my credit card from the following number - [protected] time - 11.52 am today 30th jan 2020 and was told i had to pay a monthly fee. On clarifying i had taken no such service and didn't request for any, the female call executive became extremely rude and inappropriate.
                        I would like to state clearly that any amount deducted for unauthorised services from my end and uncalled behaviour of this sort will be reported to the rbi and legal action taken from my end.

                              I wish to close my hdfc bank — fastag and get refund. I raised a complaint here and they asked me to contact fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but there is no response. Customer care number is also not working.

                              I am fedup with hdfc the fastag process and service is so poor a leading bank.

                              I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last two days but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. It is very horrible service from hdfc. How can they have a number which is not working as the customer service number. Worst experience.

                              Please close my hdfc fastag account and provide refund. I lost my patience.

                                  Hello sir, i have been using hdfc bank credit card of vijay kumar for 5 year using card no [protected] my attached mobile no [protected]. I taken insta loan of amount 2lakh 25 thousand after that regular calls from h. D. F. C and i called back on 16 jan 2020 to custmer care then i talked with respected ranjeet kaur then she given some guidance about jumbo loan she said if i closed my insta loan then no charges and g. S. T for the same. So according to the statements emi is 6209 and she told me 5115 rs. She spoke lie for sale and she is apologizes for that but not given a positive response. It would be good i[censored] take this matter serusly and asure me for the future that same things will never happen. So now the extra bill is 6750+ 2395=9145. I am not deposit this amount. I am already bad time of my life. Pls urgent base help me. Ranjit kaur has totlly fraud with me, i want a solution quickly because ranjit kaur has called me from another mobile number [protected]. Whomever he agrees to himself that he has made a mistake. Pls action my mail urgent base. I want to solution quickly regarding refund nd resolve my problem.                                     Hello there

                                    I have received an sms today from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. This transaction happened without prior notice, neither by phone call, sms or email communication. When checked, i also found that, this see that, this unsolicited transaction happened on 24th jan, 2020 and i received information by sms on 29th jan, 2020. Only one sms, no mail, no other kind of communication. It seems to me that this is just to cover up this dubious transaction. I feel, charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company this way is really a criminal offence.

                                    I want my money back. Else i have to take necessary action both against this company as well as hdfc bank for allowing such things year after year.

I feel, charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company this way is really a criminal offence.

                                    I want my money back. Else I have to take necessary action both against this company as well as HDFC Bank for allowing such things year after year.

                                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder for the past couple of years. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 8197 without my concern on date:18/01/2020. Amount was debited without informing me. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership.

                                      Please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899 as soon as possible.
