I am veena, having credit card ending number is 8602 and without doing any transaction i have blocked my credit card through online, but i have received one more duplication card bill after 2 months that card ending number is 1669.
This bill is generated in my name with company address having due of rs 4888.
Please clarify the below mentioned my issues
1. Please let me know why this mis use of my credit card without my knowledge with your reputed bank, i need this clarification immediately, i will be returning this original credit card (Credit card ending number is 8602) to your bank without using.
2. Attached bill lifetime free card charges -1899 rs.
3. The above details are not communicated to me by credit card issuer
4. My salary 5000rs deducted on 7th jan 2020
The back is charging unwanted fees from credit card which is not used and debiting from my savings account

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We would like to clarify that, your card ending 8062 was hotlisted, as per your request on 04/12/2019 and a new card ending 1669 was generated. However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number.
