Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 2 time same date,

The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them.

It would be helpful if i get my money back asap

    Hi Team - I work for IT as a Senior Database Programmer.
    HDFC has been my salaried account since 6 years and I have always appreciated their services until one of the recent incident where I felt to close this account altogether.
    So, I inquired for a personal loan for one of the emergencies, and called my relationship manager like a million times but would never pick calls. Later she would come back and say my 1 lakh salary per month wont fetch me any personal loan.
    If that is the case why should I have to submit my documents ?? What kind of relationship is being maintained here. I do understand their limitations but you have show a way, until lately I have not realized that I have a good sum of pre-approved loan. Won't we expect our relationship manager to atleast tell us that ???
    Later, I approached the nearest branch and they are helping me now by adding my company to their list of companies. But they showed a way. I really appreciate it. This is what we expect from our banks. Not just hang up saying it's not possible.

      Have applied the fastag via hdfc. But as per their promise, it should have been delivered within 7 working days. But i have applied it on jan2nd. Still i didnt received it and haven't received the updates regarding the delivery. I have called the customer support multiple times but everyone is speaking in hindi and also the only update which i'm receiving from them is "it will be delivered soon"

        hdfc insurance 2 staff was fraud, and they didn't back my money

        HDFC insurance companies staff Gaurav and Shailesh (Ajaya Dixit), they called me by phone, HDFC give a 10 lakhs loan in super incomeplanand subcide give 7.5 lakhs, they are called deposit 1.8 lakhs for GST but GST no not given, thaan they called for PFT for 1 lakh, I have deposit Ed total 3.8 lakhs but they didn't not give GST no and PFT no, they're called 17.5 lakhs will be deposit Monday, Saturday, 5Month goes they have been not deposited...

        Highly inhuman, my daughter was continuously crying still the lady insisted me to remain on the call and in that course, my daughter fell off the bed. My loan is almost towards closure and i have been paying the emi on time. They too earlier suggested me to ask money from the reference i have provided. Are these the guidelines provided by the bank to make such suggestions and to act in such inhuman manner?

        Not able to submit the complain at the link provided, shows some for the captcha code..
        Here is my comments:
        The behaviour of the agent on call was not good..my daughter was continuously crying and the lady (Deepali) still insisted in a very rude manner to remain on the call until she gets her senior..the senior too just asked the same questions and my daughter still remained crying throughout and eventually fell off the bed and was hurt. I informed them that I have already paid one of the emi for the loan account no.37251233 but they said I was fooling them as they don't see that in their system. My loan is towards closure and I do not have any intention not to pay the loan. It is just due to some financial issue that the emi was not paid on time. I am still trying to get this done at the earliest. Further, earlier too one agent called and suggested me to take money from the reference I have provided. Such things just pokes one mentally and instigates unnecessary arguments. I received the calls from:[protected] ;[protected].

          I have swiped my hdfc bank debit card in many offers places provided my hdfc bank that 10% cashback will be credited within 90 days. But i guess this is just a advertising policy of hdfc bank as i did not get any cashback till now

          2. Purchased from myntra, hdfc offers 10% cashabck
          3. Purchased iphone from imagine store, hdfc cashback 6000
          All offers 90 days expired but i did not get any cashback

            I have submitted fast tag suspension request on 20 jan 2020

            This request is still not attended
            I have tried calling toll free no but no one is picking it.
            Please advise when can i get refund of my deposit & balance credit in my account.

                I applied for the credit card on 13th jan 2020. The shaikpet hyderabad branch relationship manager said that i will get approval since i'm getting rs 40, 000 in-hand salary. He checked my document they were alright.

                The home and office verification were done properly. Then the next day i see that the application is declined. The irony is on the same day my junior with a same profile like mine infact lesser pay applied and he also got the declined email. So i thought maybe we have some issue. But then on the same day, he got a message that your application is approved. I thought there might be a glitch and i will also get a message. I waited for 2 days nothing happened. I contacted hdfc care on twitter they also didn't give me a proper response.

                Finally after a lot of struggle with @hdfcbank_cares and waiting for responses i reached out to our branch relationship manager and got know that my application 20a[protected]s3 is declined because i live in an area which is included in @hdfc_bank blacklist areas.

                So sad 😔

                It's so pathetic that such a huge bank and they have such kind of glitches. I need immediate action on this.

                First of all the reason for complaining in this forum was to receive a genuine response. Instead of sending an automated one.

                The other important thing is I can't check my own reference number the how I will be able to complain. For your information, I already did one a few days back and received no response. The number for the same is HBL=[protected].

                It is pathetic. I don't know why I did this initiative in my company that we all should have a salary account in HDFC. I thought this is the best bank and cares about there customers.

                No reply to the tweets also.

                    I have applied for hdfc fastag but received incorrect tag.
                    When i used this at toll gate, they have mentioned that the tag i have is for a different car.

                    I have raised a complaint on 20th jan via customer care and email id provided by the team. They have mentioned that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours, but no response till date. When i called the customer care number again, they are not giving me a resolution date, but asking me to wait for the response. Also, suggesting me to go in cash lane at toll plazas till the gods bless me with the correct fastag!! I have to wait for it indefinitely.

                    Please help with faster resolution.

                    No response after multiple follow-ups on customer care number. They made commitment to resolve by 28Jan, but did not happen. Then gave another commitment to resolve by 3 Feb, but is not resolved yet. Two weeks since my complaint, not even a single response on issue till date.

                        Hdfc has been cheating since so long. I have a salaried account with hdfc.
                        One of my sip was going on and last month due to unavailability of funds, i was charged 590 rupees. This is sheer fraud and such charges were never explained to us. Please refund my money immediately otherwise i am going to close my account. This has happened multiple times and now i can't bear it.

                          Cash was deposited my me personally in my account at my home branch then too i was charged 177 rs. The charges were taken off without my notice and when i called the customer care they were like (Ask your branch manager we can't help in this matter)
                          Can you tell were should i complain against this and too whom.
                          Is this the service you provide too your customers that they can't even deposit money in their own bank account.
                          With whom should i talk or give an complaint against this issue.

                              hdfc kept my amount on hold

                              Hdfc put my amount on hold i.e 1600 and this not the first time they did this but when ever i use to ask they say that you are not maintaining your account i am studying abroad so i am not able to contact to that bank please do something regarding this this is 4th time when they put my account balance balance on hold apart this hold balance they deducted maintaince charge that was about 1500...

                              I have taken consumer durable loan for washing machine from hdfc in april-2019.My consumer durable loan acct no. is [protected]. In month of January 2020, I have sufficient balance in my bank acct number from which installment Rs.2208 is being debited regularly.Eventhough Calls from hdfc collection branch, ahmedabad comes 4 to 5 times and they force us to pay due amount Rs.121. When I asked Shri Ankit jadhav, hdfc collection branch ahmedabad what is the reason behind remaining due amount evenafter keeping sufficient balance in my bank account and why did He forced us to pay amount, , He did not give us any reason and only told me that you have to pay this amount at earlier basis.Then I also receivef call from Shri Vishnu from hdfc collection branch ahmedabad ans He said that This amount was pending from 4 months. He said me to go at Hdfc, nizampura branch, vadodara and solve this issue, but I have no time to go there.I have also contacted Shri Sachin, employee at HDFC nizampura.He took 7 days in inquiry and did not give me satisfied answer. I have given all the details of my loan acct and debit entry from my bank acct.1 person in my surprise told that Your full installment Rs.2208 has not been paid for january-2020. I have attache herewith screenshot of My consumer durable loan acct number, my bank acct statement in which installment Rs.2208 has been debited on 6-1-2020 and I have sufficient balance on that due date .This is not my fault or mistake.It is mistake of hdfc bank system.So why I pay excess amount for mistake done by your system? If my fault and You are right, then give me reason in written with proff.Otherwise I will not pay any excess due amount.

                                Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                                Dear sir,
                                I Am all ready notice (complaint and return answer working three days will be return your money with email prof) with out information cutting my money lost week all ready complaint but no action this issue. change my account and every transition i have screen short before and after .

                                Note:
                                I had submitted the proper application form and sent by speed post to Chennai Credit Card Division as per requirement.for closure of my credit card No ending 8592 and the linked HDFC ERGO personal accident policy No [protected].Although 2 months have elapsed nothing is heard and I am being sent payment notices.

                                  Applied for HDFC credit card insta loan. I don't have HDFC bank account so the bank sent a demand draft.

                                  Hdfc bank delivered my demand draft through uwex courier but there is no website name and contact number on the internet so I couldn't track that demand draft courier.

                                  Please provide a website and contact number of the courier. I have a tracking number but without website how can I track?

                                  Tracking number is 38074791.

                                    I have applied for fastag replacement about a month ago but when I call to customer care to get the current status, they always says, this is in process and we don't know when it will be delivered to me.

                                    I have facing very serious issue regarding this. I have charges twice 2 times at toll plaza as my current fastag got damaged.

                                    This is my wrost ever experience with any partner.

                                    Even you charged me Rs 100 for replacement but your bad services are as it is.

                                    Hope you will look into this matter and get back soon
