I ordered a new fastag from hdfc online portal. It got delivered to my home. I pasted it and when i tried to pass the toll it showed blacklisted tag.
I had to pay up double fee to pass that toll and then again for the subsequent tolls i had to get in the cash line.
My balance when i received the fastag was rs300 and then i recharged to for 100 to make it rs400.
I tried calling the helpline number for more than 100 times and after 150th call somebody picked up only to tell me that he is having portal issue and won't be able to help me.
I called the hdfc bank customer care as i'm a customer but to my surprise they said that they don't have any info on this and i need to call fastag support.
I repeated the same 100 time calling procedure and after an hour a lady picked up and told me that my fastag was blacklisted but she was not sure why. She told me that she is putting a request to remove it from blacklist and it may take 24-48 hours. I have been calling constantly to check on this but hdfc's fastag support system is immensely poor. I am not even able to put a call today.
I request the hdfc bank to provide a clarity on this and provide a solution asap.

    Hi,

    The money from my hdfc bank gets debited several time and yet there is no refund from the bank.

    Despite of sending several emails and giving visit to branch office i haven't received the money yet. All the above transactions are not done by me

    The said charges is against the third party cash transaction done in your account.

    HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

    Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

      I applied for hdfc fasttag on 8 jan and the claimed to deliver it within 7 working days, but i haven't received it so far. The helpline number provided by hdfc doesn't work at all, no details from hdfc, and now my patience is running out. It feels like i made a mistake to choose hdfc over other fast tag providers. My recommendation is that don't choose hdfc fast tag at alll and just go for any other provider.

        This is majid farid khan.

        This is with reference with my very old hdfc credit card number - [protected]. This was an overdue credit card account i had.
        Despite of financial difficulties i had managed to clear my dues in the year 2016. However, it has again started appearing in my current cibil report from last 2 months.

        I had co-coordinated with mr salil kumar from hdfc back and paid the about of rs 38440 in 3 installments in 2016.

        1st installment was in cash for rs 18440 in june 2016.
        2nd installment was with cheque for rs 10000 in july 2016
        3rd installment was with cheque for rs 10000 in august 2016.

        I have sent an email to mr salil kumar in oct 2016 to get noc for the same but received no response.

          Hi,
          I am facing brn cash txn chgs incl gst for quite a while. It started from last year october month i suppose. Then, it goes on deducted every month an amount of 177 + 144+6.27+67.36+13.37. Besides, today 649 has been deducted for personal loan bouncing chgs. Yes, i have taken personal loan and paid every month 13049/- rupees while i was a salaried person and your deduction was not a concern problem back then. But know i quit the job almost 6 months. So when i quit the job here comes all these taxation a matter of concern plus i have no idea there is a hidden taxation system nor hdfc employee told to me. Since i quit the job it comes very hard to maintain 13049 every month but at least i managed to do it. But with all these charges add more problems and stress to my head. So please look forward to it as your beloved customer and do the needful.

              I applied for Fastag in HDFC Bank on 5th Jan, 2020 and I did my payment of Rs.500.I Received my Customer ID and Wallet ID through Welcome mail on 7th Jan, 2020. Even My Account was Recharged with Rs.200 But Still i didn't Receive my Fastag Sticker.

              I tried many times to call the Customer Support Toll free number about this issue.But no response in that number.

              Now i don't know the status of my fastag sticker. and i don't know why it's getting delay. Kindly Send the fastag Sticker As soon as possible or any problem in dispatching the fastag means pls let me know..

                I wanted to know the status of my fast tag application. I have applied for same using hdfc fasttag portal on 29th nov 2019. The amount rs 500 has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but i have not received any reference number or any success message.

                  Nadia had asked me proof for letters i gave ms bhirva from september 2018. I had requested to stop ecs from 3 banks. She did not tell me i am supposed to give noc. Ecs return worth rs 60000 was cut for no fault of mine. I am a heart patient and need the funds to be returned. Noc was mentioned by ms komal from shanti park branch in nov. I have complained to rbi and my lawyer d pisolkar

                    I have purchased one refrigerator from croma showroom in surat, gujarat on hdfc money back credit card and i was suppose to get cash back of i guess 10 % to 15% on that purchase however still i didn't get any cash back in my card.

                    Croma executive told me at that time that i will get that money back in my card within 3 months after purchasing and it's already 3 months over and i paid my 3rd installment still i didn't received any cash back in my card.

                      I am having a salary savings bank account with HDFC Bank, on 6th of Jan 2020 bank has deducted Rs 885.00 charges on debit card. inspite of having a salary account with zero balance facility the bank has deducted the above amount which I feel the bank has to refund it to me.

                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online on 19th december 2019 and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is[protected]. The customer id :[protected] and wallet id : [protected].

                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                        I have been with hdfc from many years (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                        The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                          I have loaded 5000 to my payzapp wallet on jan 22nd 2020.
                          I tried to transfer it to my icici bank account.

                          But it failed and i got below error.
                          The error message its saying 'funds could not be transferred'
                          And in error description its showing api reject.

                          I need to transfer that amount to my icici bank account immediately. Please help me on this issue, its really urgent.

[protected]@iinsolutionsglobal.com मेल आई डी पर मेल करने के लिये कहा इस मेल आई डी पर मेल नही जा रही है, bad destination host 'dns hard error दिखा रहा है, पहले भी टोल पर डबल भुगतान किया, अब फिर मुझे बाहर जाना है, टोल फ्री न.[protected] कन्नेक्ट नही हो रहा है । जब तक एच डी एफ सी इस फास्ट टेग को डीएक्टीवेट नही करेगा कोई दूसरा ले नही सकते. एच डी एफ सी से फास्ट टेग लेकर फस गया हूं । phone no [protected]

                            कृप्या मेरी कम्प्लेंट को दोबारा पढें । fastag.[protected]@iinsolutionsglobal.com मेल आई डी पर मेल नही जा रहा है और Fastag Team का न. कनेक्ट ही नही होता है, अगर मिलता है तो 5 मिनट तक घंटी बजने के बाद कट जाता है ।

                            मेंने एच डी एफ सी से फास्ट टेग खरीदा था wallet id [protected] जिसने की एक दिन भी काम नही किया हेल्प्लाईन[protected] पर फोन करने पर उनके बताये एकाउंट न. मे 24 जनवरी को 100 रुपये जमा कराने के बाद उन्हे ट्राजिक्शन न. बताने के बाद लगभग एक महीने बाद भी मेरा फास्टेग नही आया है अब तक 6 बार कस्टमर केयर पर फोन कर चुका हुं हर बार कहते है आपकी कम्पलेंट नोट कर ली है शुक्र वार तक आपका फास्टटेग आपको मिल जायेगा । एक महीने मे भी फास्टेग नही मिल रहे है । मे क्या कर सकता हुं । दूसरी कम्पनी का फास्टेग लेने के लिये अब डीएक्टिवेट कराना ही पडेगा, फास्टेग एकाउंट मे पडे 700 रुपये का नुकसान उठना पडेगा कोई और चारा नही है ।

                              I have made neft transfer of rs.30000.
                              On jan 9th 2020. From my sbi account to my hdfc account.
                              Amount was deducted from my account but credited even after 5days.
                              Enquied with both the branch mangers but no response.
                              Sbi manager replies that amount tranfered. Hdfc says amount not received.

                                Sir,
                                The transport ministry of india has made fast tags mandatory. A number of companies are providing fast tags at different costs, out of which hdfc is one.
                                But it is ironical and ridiculous that the hdfc bank customers who have their saving/current a/c and fds worth lakhs of rupees, are also asked to deposit the refundable security of rs.200/ for fast tags.
                                Now, you are humbly requested that at least the customers who have their a/c in hdfc bank should be provided fast tags totally free of cost, like debit card/credit card/netbanking facilities.

                                  I have been using the hdfc credit card from the past 3 years and am facing a lot of difficulties just in updating the address of my credit card since my signature is not matching. I have called up customer service and was asked to submit a form - when i went to the bank branch for assistance in filling out the form, i was routed to 3 different branches where no one knew the correct answer.in the end i was given a mismatch form for the signature which also required me to fill out the signature as per bank records - which i have stated multiple times that i don't recall. Have tried calling customer service as well, but getting routed through innumerable ivr options which do not solve the issue. Meanwhile i am also being prevented from redeeming the points currently available on my card and i kept getting messages to contact the bank - this is amounting to too much of harassment and very poor customer service

                                  My amount gets hold up in Mi Revenue through GEFU .

                                  What is the reason for amount gets hold up .?

                                  Is it possible to transfer the amount from hold up option to account balance?

                                  I didn't receive my Fastag applied on 04th Dec-19. I had a discussion with your Customer executive and he promised me to receive it by last week. However, I still didn't receive the same.

                                  I am facing issues as I travel a lot.

                                    Hi Everyone,

                                    HDFC bank deducted amount without prior intimation. Really this is not acceptable. Amount deducted without any reason.

                                    Lot of people facing the same issue. I come to know after check my netbanking statement.

                                    We are depositing money in bank for safety. But they are doing this bad activities.

                                      I have been trying to reach out to HDFC fastag customer care number[protected] but no one picks the call. I visited HDFC bank branches as well there is no help available.

                                      I am facing multiple issues with my HDFC tag, its always shows black listed and recently there has been two fraud transactions happened at Savaya toll plaza where INR 85 has been deducted each time but the reality is I never visited this toll plaza.

                                      For last 4 months I have been tried to contact HDFC fastag customer but there is no luck. Everytime I hear IVR music then call get disconnected.

                                      I am too much fed up with HDFC services.
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        There has been two transactions on my hdfc fastag of INR 85 each has been deducted at Savaya Toll Plaza. First time on 17th Jan around 3pm and second time on 21st Jan at 5:08pm. However I have never visited Savaya toll plaza on these dates and was all time in Delhi.

                                        This seems to be some kind of fraud. Either someone is missing my wallet or its some sort of cyber crime.

                                        I would like this to be investigated and want my fastag card RFID [protected] to be blocked till the time this dispute is resolved.
                                        HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
