Hi sir/madam,
My credit card transaction was unsuccessful but money deducted. And the deducted money not reverted yet. The transaction amount is rs. 52425.23.
The transaction was done at lufthansa airlines website - https://www.lufthansa.com/gc/en/flight-search. i talked with lufthansa airlines customer care and they said that the amount didn't reach to lufthansa and should get reverted within 4 hr.
Please do some needful to revert the money back.

    I had opened my account on 03/07/2012 and it was

    Closed in 2016 while i was living in kuwait. I am writing to

    Complain against the hdfc bank and a bank employee at dhuri

    Branch (Punjab), named nishant sharma

    I had complained against him on march 20, 2018 as well

    For his unlawful act of disclosing my bank details to a third

    Person with whom we have legal dispute and for the same

    Matter we are having court cases also.

    Nishant sharma had disclosed my account details without
    My permission and knowledge not only this, it is really sad that he did bad mouthing about me and tried to defame me, only to please the third person because the third person has a huge bank balance in their branch.. I had complained against

    Him, after getting aware about my complaint, he and the

    Bank manager, both, immediately approached me and

    Apologized and nishant sharma admitted his crime. Nishant sharma

    Promised me that he would never do it again in future and

    Would give me in written that to whom he had disclosed my

    Account details. He begged of me to take my complaint back

    By saying that he had small children and would lose his

    Employment and his future would be ruined. I took pity on

    Him and took my complaint back. But to my utter

    Disappointment he again has provided my other account

    Money, with whom we are having legal disputes. You cannot

    Imagine how terribly it has harmed me and my family. His

    Act is not pardonable for me. I seek stringent action against

    Nishant sharma (Employee) and the hdfc bank. I hope that you would pay heed to

      I have been using hdfc credit card for more than 3 years. Recently i lost my card while travelling and called the customer service to block the card and issue a new one. For new card to be issued they said the outstanding balance has to be closed. I didn’t have the credit card details with me to make the payments as i had lost it, and neither they helped me any right option to make the payment. Now they are charging me with the late fee even after clearing all the outstanding amount. I am not able to cancel the services as well, they are guiding with some cumbersome procedures to to cancel the card as well. I have neither received my new card and nor able to cancel the card. The connect with the customer services is also very terrible.

        I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

          Today again, 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "hdfc bank — 3rd party cash txn inc gst". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

          We have checked our records and confirm that the charge pertains to a third party cash transaction done on January 4, 2020.

          HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

          Third-Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

            Kindly take care of my below request for fastag suspension.

            I was using hdfc fastag and it stopped working suddenly after 2 times o[censored]sing at tolls.

            I tried to check but it got damaged when i tried to remove the tag.

            I have balance positive and security deposit in this tag which i want to back to my account.

            Kindly help me out on this as untill this tag is not suspend i won't be able to use new fastag from hdfc or any other providers.

              Whenever i have followed up with hdfc, they are replying same answer as it is under process. Can i have exact status of my file and can know by when i will get subsidy in my account..??

                It is has been 10 days i have ordered for fastag from hdfc netbanking portal. They have debited the money but there is no fastag ever delivered or any sms/email/tracking details for the matter of fact.
                This is such shame being a bank that is mostly chosen by corporate people.
                I have already dropped an email, if i don't hear back i'm gonna surely take all savings and mutual funds back and end the services with you.

                    I am a hdfc bank customer (Salary account) since 4 years. I have car loan on going from hdfc bank itself.
                    Recently december 2019, i did not maintained sufficient balance for car loan. Therefore my my account went into minus which is acceptable, later on i ended up paying penalty charges as well which i had no problem at all.

                    But..

                    On 16.01.2020 bank debited inr 590/- from the account as ach debit return charges which i am not aware why did this happen. Same thing happened again on 17.01.2020 with two transactions of inr 590/- and inr 537.81/-.
                    Can someone from the bank please have a courtesy to call me back and please explain why did this transaction happened.
                    I want somebody from hdfc bank ltd to call me up in next 24hrs and rectify my problem.

                          My name is ankur sharma, holding a credit card ending 6199. I paid my dues on time through netbanking but still you deducted 450+81 (Gst) as payment return charges. I am not ready to pay such unethical charges. So, resolve this issue. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair and not acceptable. I want my amount back in my account.

                                I have applied for fastag from hdfc bank on 7th jan, 2020. After that i received wallet id and consumer id through sms from the bank. It also says my fastag is issued and recharged with rs. 200. But i am yet to receive the fastag sticker from the bank physically. The application process says it should arrive in 7 working days, which is already over.

                                Is this even a valid email id fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com ? I have doubt on this.

                                Also for your information, I have already mailed regarding the matter to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and support.[protected]@sahaj.co.in, which are mentioned in HDFC Fastag portal contact us section.
                                I am yet to receive any response from your teams. Its already 2 days now from the mail being sent.
                                I have not activated the Credit card and not opted for the one assist membership without my concern the amount Rs.3985.47 has been deducted from Debit card.
                                Kindly refund my deducted amount.

                                    A debit card is linked to a savings account. Hdfc bank forces a person to maintain a huge balance of rs10k. Then, they deduct a big sum of money as amc for the debit card.

                                    A classic example of a daylight robbery. The bank slogan should be “make hay while the sun shines.”

                                    It seems all other banks, specially the nationalised banks are fools as they deduct minimum charges as amc. There are instances where some banks do no deduct amc as well.
                                    For example, sbi deducts around rs 150 as amc whereas bank of india does not charge any amount towards amc.
                                    In short, hdfc bank charges a bomb yet there is no guarantee whether you will be able withdraw money from an atm.

                                    I buy online fast tag on 2 nd December ...fast tag not reached at my home..i calls many times at customer Care...bt no reply there..i used hdfc saving .. credit loan etc... that time it's very worst service..

                                      Hdfc fastag not yet received... Really very bad service from hdfc bank.. Applied on 11dec2019, shipped to home by 25dec2019 without any intimation through sms or tracking no.. Since i was not available on that day, it returned back to bank... Still bank redispatching after contacting customer care with multiple calls.. Till now i didnt receive new tracking no or sms after redispatching... How a person know that whether it is redispatched or not?? How can i track it??

                                        I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr01164171 and i have not received the same, as bank has considered the wrong adress but however bank says they have delivered.
                                        There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number[protected] is not being attended. Approached branch for solution, even branch is unable to help.
                                        Emailed bank support. [protected]@sahaj.co.in and [protected]@europ-assistance.in. No response

                                        My suggestion would be to please reissue the fast tag immediately and i am awaiting since one month.

                                        I do not remember the PIN for my Food Plus Card. I tried the customer care, but the IVR doesnt have an option for FoodPlus Card. I tried Prepaid Card and Credit Card options, but both dont recognize the card itself. Need to know how to reset the PIN for my card.
