I am sakinder kaur, wife of daljit singh from city dhuri and i had an
Account [protected] in hdfc bank, branch
Dhuri, district sangrur, punjab.
I had opened my account on 03/07/2012 and it was
Closed in 2016 while i was living in kuwait. I am writing to
Complain against the hdfc bank and a bank employee at dhuri
Branch (Punjab), named nishant sharma
I had complained against him on march 20, 2018 as well
For his unlawful act of disclosing my bank details to a third
Person with whom we have legal dispute and for the same
Matter we are having court cases also.
Nishant sharma had disclosed my account details without
My permission and knowledge not only this, it is really sad that he did bad mouthing about me and tried to defame me, only to please the third person because the third person has a huge bank balance in their branch.. I had complained against
Him, after getting aware about my complaint, he and the
Bank manager, both, immediately approached me and
Apologized and nishant sharma admitted his crime. Nishant sharma
Promised me that he would never do it again in future and
Would give me in written that to whom he had disclosed my
Account details. He begged of me to take my complaint back
By saying that he had small children and would lose his
Employment and his future would be ruined. I took pity on
Him and took my complaint back. But to my utter
Disappointment he again has provided my other account
Details [protected] to the third person for
Money, with whom we are having legal disputes. You cannot
Imagine how terribly it has harmed me and my family. His
Act is not pardonable for me. I seek stringent action against
Nishant sharma (Employee) and the hdfc bank. I hope that you would pay heed to
My words and provide me justice. I am attaching the
Recording with my email in which he can be heard
Apologizing me for his offense.
