[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — HDFC life sanchay fraud with me

Dear sir,
I am virendra pandey, i have been cheated by two member of the hdfc life employee named akash wadhwa and sachin agrawal & sandeep mishra as he asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc jeevan sanchay plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 18678481. He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 5 members of my family & petrol card & neft of rs. 15000 for 4 years. Now it has been passed 5 months & i have received nothing. Neither medical card, petrol card nor neft. They also asked me that he is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now mr. Akash wadhva's no.[protected] is going switch off permanently but sachin agrwal [protected] not entertaining my call after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written s. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd. Where i also visited but in noida office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

Hdfc Life is a fraud company. Well knowingly that Akash Wadhwa is doing fraud with the people they are not firing him, infact I beleive he has full support of HDFC Life in this fraud. At first I have received call from Harshita informing that today is maha log in day so if I will buy a policy of 32000 I will get 12000 cash back and a medical card worth 1.
5 lakh for medical bills and hospitalization in which I can cover 5 members. As the offer sounded really awsome I decided to buy. Now Akash came into the picture. He said I will receive call from verification department and I need to lie to them that they have not offered any cashback or medical card and explained according to IRDA we need to sell policy through third party but we are directly selling it so that we can provide the benefits to you.
Within a week he provided another lucrative offer of pension plan of Rs.80000 which is one time payment and I will receive a cashback of 38000 or I can opt for Activa scooty, I refused, again he called up and said I need to pay 65000 and I will recive 45000 cashback and Rs. 1850 per mnth for next seven years and then again followed same procedure.

When I quoted this instance to HDFC Life I got a reply that there has been no fraud done to you. All over internet people are complaining about these people and hdfc is telling me that nothing wrong is communicated to you. Now I am going to file a comolaint in consumer forum against them as I am suffering financially. I had made the pwyment through my credit card and I dont have money to pay my bills as I was counting on cashback.

Hi Sayed, please note that the email response conveying to you our decision has been sent to you by us on February 14, 2017. Incase you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may write to the escalation Email ID mentioned in the footnote of the email sent.
What is your decision?According to you I am lying. Nothing wrong is done to me. Now I will file a complaint in consumer court.

For Sanchay Policy : Akash Wadwa and Harsihta promised me 30% commission and Medical cards for 15 years (2.5 lac coverage every year for 5 members of the family ).

Sanchay policy is for 5 year with payment of 50000 thousand every year giving coverage of 15 year.

For Classic Policy : they Promised commission and 2750 monthly income for 15 years.
for classic they told me policy payment of 95000 thousand for 1 year only.

now after 5 months later they both are not picking phone and not telling me the status, they are sitting inside hdfc office and HDFC know all this how they are making fraud but they are supporting it ..

see the proof : akash.[protected]@hdfclife.com he is manager and HDFC know all this ...so this are just puppets actual fraud is HDFC life

I am Anupam Katiyar, i have been cheated by a member of the hdfc life employee named Pooja as she asked me to purchase a policy name HDFC LIFE SANCHAY plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 20958137. She promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 6 members of my family for next 5 years. Now it has been passed 6 months & i have received nothing. She also told me that I can Withdraw amount after 5 year at any time without any deduction. She also asked me that she is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now Pooja's no. [protected], [protected] is going switch off permanently after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written Auric Financial Advisors Ltd, Where i also visited but in Delhi office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

I am Ambalal, same kind of fraud also has been done with me. A guy name Pradeep and his colleague Swathi called me regarding the HDFC sanchaya policy on behalf of HDFC Life. During the conversation they said if you will pursue this policy, We will be proving a additional medical insurance to you and your family worth of 4 lack per anum till you are paying the premium for this policy. I took the policy No.: 21097373 on the name of "Lalita Dhaker" 5 month ago, but didn't get the medical insurance policy till now. I called them so many times, But did get any satisfactory answer. Always they said you will receive it in next 15 days. So it is requested to you, if "HDFC Life" want to gain the customers faith again then please stop these kind of frauds and take some strong actions against these people.
