I am a Credit card holder of HDFC bank. I used the card for one year but it was totally loss for me. I paid more than 40000 in year as financial charges. HDFC never waive off even one rupees. I will never suggest anyone to use HDFC credit card . HDFC charging the cards with the name of financial charges, over limit charges, overdue charges etc.
we can't keep the record of these charges.
finally six months back I planned to close this card and pay full outstanding of Rs. 1 Lac. one hdfc executive told me pay 900000 and balance will be waive off. I was happy, but in next month statement I see the charges are there. and other charges also included.
in this period I used the card and again the amount was 70000.
my card expired on 08/16 and after that I have not received any new card.
I paid outstanding 60000 till now. but still my outstanding 30000.
HDFC Bank charging more than 10% per month including all financial charges.
120% per year interest rate.

Never Never go with HDFC.

    my name is Aalap Vaghela and i am policy holder of HDFC life. My product name is classic assured plus and policy no: 18601144.
    I was cheated by one of the agency who is working as a agent and they offered me loan against policy. They cheated me and still i wouldn't get any kind of loan and they also taken 25000 rs deposit for loan and they still not provide me any kind of loan. I paid the 30000 premium and i got the policy papers.

      This is my policy number [protected]

      One day a person from hdfc ergo called me and said that for your credit card you are having offer free health insurance for two years and i said yes for that.
      After a week i got credit card bill some 10000(change) that was detected for hdfcergo life insurance.

      I have raised request for policy cancellation on 23rd January 2017.I got a call for confirmation, i said I don't want this policy please cancel it. But the request which i raised was closed saying that the customer was willing to continue for the policy. This way hdfcergo people cheated me.
      Again I raised a request for cancellation and call recording today but I didn't get any update on this.I need some proof that these hdfcergo people are really raising the request or not.
      Please provide update regarding this and cancel the policy immediately.

        I transferred amount of Rs. 1000/- on 23/01/2017 via IMPS but till now it has not been credited to beneficiary account but debited from my account. I am unable to reach your customer care number which is provided to me [protected] tried at-least 60 times from that day.

        Your branch at DLF Cross Point, Gurgaon is also not supporting at all they are infact not listening to this complaint bcoz amount has been transferred through netbanking. I visited there for almost 2-3 times but no response from PB saying they don't have any solution for this complaint, contact customer care or beneficiary bank.

        Kindly look into the issue and hoping for revert ASAP.

          Hello,
          I want to report OPEN FRAUD BY HDFC BANK, I have call recordings to prove this
          I called their CUSTOMER CARE NO at BACK OF MY DEBIT CARD, to ask what are my options for a home loan, they said they will arrange call back to me from their loans team.
          What they DO NOT SAY IS THE CALLBACK IS NOT FROM A HDFC REPRESENTATIVE BUT 3rd PARTY CHEATING SCUM WHO ARE THEIR DSA'S, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF HDFC THEY ARE 3rd PARTY VENDORS SO THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY IN CASE THEY CHEAT YOU & RUN AWAY, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME
          I recieved call in 24 hrs from a mobile no saying HE is a supervisor of loans team & can help me get a loan when I said that the loan amount I need is 42 L he said he can get it done & did very professional acting as a loan officer for HDFC, It looks like he has done this many times before as well, over the course of 1 month he kept duping me with the carrot of loan disbursal will be approved next day & taking money in small parts with the help of a small "loan team" of 3 people, these 3 people had all the documents & id to show they are from hdfc, except all of it was fake, .
          They said that the loan amount to be disbursed is not enough as I am not meeting eligibility & I will need to deposit 36thousand cash in an FD, & they gave me a [censored] logic that the FD insurance will be security for the bank, & I will be reimbursed the FD in 5 years, they even gave me fake reciepts every time they took money in cash .
          THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT FIND THIS SUSPICIOUS IS THAT I HAD CALLED HDFC CUST CARE IN THE FIRST PLACE & HAD TRUST IN HDFC BANK.
          They duped me 3 times like this & exploited my need for a homeloan, IS THIS WHAT HDFC BANK IS REPRESENTING NOW? MAKING FOOLS OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY NEED MONEY & HIRING FRAUDSTERS,
          THESE PEOPLE DUPED ME OF 1.25L in TOTAL & ARE ABSCONDING .I HAVE ALREADY LODGED FIR WITH POLICE & THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THEIR RAJOURI GARDEN CALL CENTER WHERE I CALLED FIRST. ALL their nos are not exist now.
          I HAVE ALL RECORDINGS TO PROVE THIS & AM CONSIDERING NEXT ACTION.
          I CANNOT BELIEVE HDFC IS ACTUALLY WORKING WITH THESE KIND OF [censored] PEOPLE. THIS IS THE BANK I FIRST OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH WHEN I WAS IN COLLEGE.
          WHOEVER THESE DSA AGENTS WHERE THEY ARE VERY LIKELY STILL WORKING AS DSA'S with HDFC UNDER DIFF NAMES & DIFF NOS NOW & ARE SEEKING DIFFERENT TARGETS.
          AFTER I COMPLAINED TO THE HDFC MANAGEMENT THEY WERE USELESS & IMPOTENT, THE ONLY THING THEY COULD SAY IS OUR SECURITY IS FLAWLESS & THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN.

              I have taken this policy on 22nd of January, 2017 and i was told that RS- 410 will be billed to my credit card monthly but when i check it i have been billed Rs 9858. This is befooling your customers. Now i do not want this policy any more. As i was told that if i cancel this Policy within 15 days of activation i will not be charged a single rupee.

              Please go forward and cancel my policy and refund the money deducted from my account.

                Already informed mr mahalingam hdfc bank sale person. I have already purchase a land for panchayat approved. Re had received a cheque of rs 4500, cheque is clear. There is no reply

                When. I called hdfc to return. They are telling some charges will be cut. If loan is not approved why are you collect cheque form customer are you fooling customer. Very very bad hdfc

                    Swiped my debit card in fuel outlet on 16th December 2016 for Rs. 1500/- the merchant machine stated error and cancelled. But the same was debited from my savings a/c. Since from that day i am following up with bank. there is no proper attention to my request. i have visited the branch, raised many complaints through calling customer care, written many mails and got the new new complaint numbers. But the bank is very very reluctant to honor my request.

                      Despite repeated requests on mail and phone that I do not need the services provided against program management fees, This program management fee is deducted every quarter from my account. Its extreme harassment that every quarter we need to look at the statement and drop a mail/call them. Can anyone suggest the right method so that these guys feel the same pain as felt by their customers.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I am a privileged client of HDFC Bank for the past 7 years. I have held different accounts with the bank including savings accounts of myself and wife at the Chandanagar branch in Hyderabad. On September 2016, my wife and I, had applied for home loan under personal category, with the Chandanagar branch of HDFC (File#[protected]. Promptly, a home loan processing fee of Re 12, 082 was also paid, on 7th Oct 2016.

                          Subsequently, the home loan was approved and we were asked to pay an additional processing fee of Re 17, 933. Upon inquiring the reason for extra fee, we were told that since we own a personal business (Limited Liability Partnership), our loan was approved under business category. As we were not satisfied with the bank’s condition of loan approval under business category, we rejected the loan offered to us. Also, we requested for the refund of home loan fee (Re 12, 082 already paid). We were informed that a refund will be given after deducting Re 3000 (for address verification done) It is very unfortunate that even after 3 months, we have not received our refund of Re 9, 082.

                          Since then we have contacted Mr Rajesh, our home loan sales consultant (phone #[protected] and Mr Sunil Ghanate, Home Loan Manager (phone #[protected] from HDFC Ltd and sent a number of emails to the customer service of HDFC Ltd. We have also contacted the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank Mrs Sailaja and our Relationship Manager Mr Bhaskar Nandula. But, all our efforts were futile. It is very sad indeed that HDFC team either not bothered with responding back or their response was sluggish, always trying to delay the process.

                          After giving up on receiving my hard earned money because of the indolent attitude of HDFC staff, I have decided to contact you and formally lodge a complaint. Could I please request a refund of processing fee, along with compensation for interest we would have received for investing that amount elsewhere?

                            Dear sir,
                            I had applied for my credit card on 9th Jan 2016 through a person who came as a representative from HDFC bank. He was from HBL global now called as HBB finance. The person name was Iklak who works under sm Rajesh. He had given me a option saying that either give any utility bill or u can go for a offer called payzapp activation. By any of the two, my card will be lifetime free. I had opted for payzapp activiation. Now my credit card number when I put in the payzapp app, it is showing as invalid number since payzapp app does not support dinners club card. I have already changed my pin. I called customer support, then he told me that the charges appearing in the system is 2875. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest. My mobile number is [protected]. I have attached the photo of the offer form he gave me where I had ticked payzapp activation. If there is no such offer and I will be charged for the card, then I request u to take back this card without any charges.

                              The call came from Niharika Sharma from[protected].

                              They said I have to take their policy and they will pay off my loan. I found this forum and read all the complaints and hence asked if I could go to the branch to verify and she fumbled and sounded irritated.

                              I also told her about this forum while on the call and she quickly hung up the call. Thanks to this forum, I stopped from falling into a trap.

                                I am virendra pandey, i have been cheated by two member of the hdfc life employee named akash wadhwa and sachin agrawal & sandeep mishra as he asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc jeevan sanchay plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 18678481. He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 5 members of my family & petrol card & neft of rs. 15000 for 4 years. Now it has been passed 5 months & i have received nothing. Neither medical card, petrol card nor neft. They also asked me that he is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now mr. Akash wadhva's no.[protected] is going switch off permanently but sachin agrwal [protected] not entertaining my call after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written s. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd. Where i also visited but in noida office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

                                Hdfc Life is a fraud company. Well knowingly that Akash Wadhwa is doing fraud with the people they are not firing him, infact I beleive he has full support of HDFC Life in this fraud. At first I have received call from Harshita informing that today is maha log in day so if I will buy a policy of 32000 I will get 12000 cash back and a medical card worth 1.
                                5 lakh for medical bills and hospitalization in which I can cover 5 members. As the offer sounded really awsome I decided to buy. Now Akash came into the picture. He said I will receive call from verification department and I need to lie to them that they have not offered any cashback or medical card and explained according to IRDA we need to sell policy through third party but we are directly selling it so that we can provide the benefits to you.
                                Within a week he provided another lucrative offer of pension plan of Rs.80000 which is one time payment and I will receive a cashback of 38000 or I can opt for Activa scooty, I refused, again he called up and said I need to pay 65000 and I will recive 45000 cashback and Rs. 1850 per mnth for next seven years and then again followed same procedure.

                                When I quoted this instance to HDFC Life I got a reply that there has been no fraud done to you. All over internet people are complaining about these people and hdfc is telling me that nothing wrong is communicated to you. Now I am going to file a comolaint in consumer forum against them as I am suffering financially. I had made the pwyment through my credit card and I dont have money to pay my bills as I was counting on cashback.

                                For Sanchay Policy : Akash Wadwa and Harsihta promised me 30% commission and Medical cards for 15 years (2.5 lac coverage every year for 5 members of the family ).

                                Sanchay policy is for 5 year with payment of 50000 thousand every year giving coverage of 15 year.

                                For Classic Policy : they Promised commission and 2750 monthly income for 15 years.
                                for classic they told me policy payment of 95000 thousand for 1 year only.

                                now after 5 months later they both are not picking phone and not telling me the status, they are sitting inside hdfc office and HDFC know all this how they are making fraud but they are supporting it ..

                                I am Ambalal, same kind of fraud also has been done with me. A guy name Pradeep and his colleague Swathi called me regarding the HDFC sanchaya policy on behalf of HDFC Life. During the conversation they said if you will pursue this policy, We will be proving a additional medical insurance to you and your family worth of 4 lack per anum till you are paying the premium for this policy. I took the policy No.: 21097373 on the name of "Lalita Dhaker" 5 month ago, but didn't get the medical insurance policy till now. I called them so many times, But did get any satisfactory answer. Always they said you will receive it in next 15 days. So it is requested to you, if "HDFC Life" want to gain the customers faith again then please stop these kind of frauds and take some strong actions against these people.

                                      Had done a transaction of Rs.570 on 14.01.2017 using my debit card. The amount was debited from my account and later I had received a text from the bank saying that it was reversed and that it would be refunded within 3 to 7 days. It's nearly 9 days now still no sign of my money. Sent an email to them, it's been 3 days still no response. Kindly look into this.

                                        I have already complained earlier I don't need these type of service kindly credit the amount back or else I will move out my account From HDFC and this time I am Damn serious also I would like to talk to your senior about this matter if you are not able to solve this.
                                        I will also go and complain this on consumer complaints if you will not solve this.
