Hello, I need a serious action to be taken on HDFC bank.
I have heard HDFC from my childhood and I thought it has a good power in the society.
My Issue - I took a personal LOAN from HDFC in the month of Sep/Oct. First installment was debited properly with no issues.
The second EMI debit which should take place on 4/12, did not take place.. Then i called customer service to check on this, I was been told that it's a mistake from banks end the EMI will be debited on 13/12.
Here the hectic customer service starts, I started getting calls from HDFC employees stating I have to pay some late fee as I did not maintain sufficient funds.
I have the screenshots of my bank details which I am attaching it to the same complaint form.
I got calls from more than 6to 7 employees, I explained the same to every one, nobody bothered to resolve it and again today I got a call in regards to the same.
Message to HDFC bank - YOU #####, TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY SO THAT THEY CAN HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HAD.
DID NOT EXPECT THIS FROM YOU GUYS

5 lakh for medical bills and hospitalization in which I can cover 5 members. As the offer sounded really awsome I decided to buy. Now Akash came into the picture. He said I will receive call from verification department and I need to lie to them that they have not offered any cashback or medical card and explained according to IRDA we need to sell policy through third party but we are directly selling it so that we can provide the benefits to you.
Within a week he provided another lucrative offer of pension plan of Rs.80000 which is one time payment and I will receive a cashback of 38000 or I can opt for Activa scooty, I refused, again he called up and said I need to pay 65000 and I will recive 45000 cashback and Rs. 1850 per mnth for next seven years and then again followed same procedure.

When I quoted this instance to HDFC Life I got a reply that there has been no fraud done to you. All over internet people are complaining about these people and hdfc is telling me that nothing wrong is communicated to you. Now I am going to file a comolaint in consumer forum against them as I am suffering financially. I had made the pwyment through my credit card and I dont have money to pay my bills as I was counting on cashback.
