Hi,
There is a lot of things i thought it would be mistake from consumer means the customer, were company will think that they are proper and consumers are fool, and this happened again with HDFC credit card department, and fooled me by cheating with my hard earned of an amount 3054 rs which they have swallowed for there own purpose, , due to doing this kind of things i was just paying an amount of due beacuse HDFC people put the sword to the customer from back side and shave all there savings, , but for this time i thought to pay the full amount, as my bill was 19377 rs, i paid 3781 rs and my credit limit was 3181 rs for the still due was to be paid 16196 rs, and here again i paid an amount of 12000 on 13 so 16196 minus 12000, and after paying that my credit limit was 13044, and still payable due was 4196 rs, and again on 16 th i paid 4236 rs, so i had cleared my all the bill due which, so my credit and also due i have cleared and my limit should have been credit limit of 19471, but now its 16363 is my credit limit, and statement is 5359 i knw 5359 statement bill is corrrect, but why my credit limit is still 16363, when i have alreday cleared all the bill for 19377 rs with 46 rs as tips to the HDFC, , wen i pay my credit limit should increase its should not decrease, even though if we pay or we dont pay HDFC kick our back bone, and debited my 3054 rs from my credit limit, so please take strict action on the HDFC credit card department, and excutive without helping disconnecting the call.. if it was the case i would not been paid any of the due amount for the HDFC, please strict action HDFC and refund my 3054 rs...

    Please do not buy Vehicle insurance from HDFC ERGO, this is Fraud Insurance Company. Even though if you have Bumper to Bumper Insurance, the didnt pay even pay 80% of the Claim amount. when you purchase the insurance they will promise and provide wrong commitment that only 1500 to be paid for any claim and rest will be paid by the Insurance company. Also They dont even provide proper estimate on how much is approved to customer in advance and you will get to know once after its approved. They dont ask for any permission from you to remove any parts from your vehicle and they just simply authorize the service center to change it without even our knowledge. Looks Like the survivor have also some deals with the Service Center if they got the outstation Vehicles and they just simple put maximum estimate as possible and get that paid more than 20% from customer & remaining from HDFC which in turn might go as commission to the survivor also it seems. There is no transparency at all.

        ATLEST NOW SOME WILL CALL ME. FIRST CHECK MY EMAILS FROM THE VERY FIRST EMAIL TILL NOW AND THEN CALL ME. dON'T JUST CALL ME AND AGAIN ASK MY STORY

        I have never seen such a worst service that to my a bank. Sham on HDFC bank.

        I am totally disappointed by the service provided by HDFC bank people since last month. You have not resolved my case and least bothered to respond to my emails.

        You are just forwarding me a predefined email ( Template ) what you people have made to answer your customers. All the time I just receive this email from you people.

        As per your email you say you have tried to contact me may I know when did you try to contact me not even once just don't write what you fell like.

        I am able to receive calls from all over the world only you people are not able to get in touch with me on phone. Even you credit card department people who call for payment even they are able to contact me but only Mr Pramod Nair is not able to get in touch with me.

        You are just sending me an emails without reading my emails, I have sent many emails you have not answered to my email till date.

        I have send an email to a banks CEO TO MY HORROR NO RESPONSE even after sending an email to CEO.

        non of them are trying to resolve it and more over I have received a notice from you people to make a payment.

        How dare you to send me a notice with out explaining me no answer to my emails no proper response from your Customer support team.

        First explain me answer my questions then if I don't respond then take it further. Before responding to me how can you even think of sending me a notice.

        Unprofessional people from credit card department sham on you how can you behave with you customer with such a rude and unprofessional way.

        Such a worst bank I have not seen in my life even a cooperative bank will not provide this kind of service.

        @ Directors of HDFC Bank request you all to please tell your respective people to learn to be professional. Tell them to check my quire and read my emails from the very first email sent on 29th November 2016 and then call me.

        I demand a manager to call me not a an executive call me ASAP.

        I hope for the response with in 24hrs don't take again 1 week and email me saying we tried to contact unable to reach.

                  Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]W2. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number [protected]W2 Status DISAPPROVED who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Sravani, Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman. We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards Rajender [protected] Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.                   These guys have wasted my time as being approached by there representative Mr. Avinash and persuading me and taking all my personal residential documents they have REJECTED my card ...I have initiated a bank account with them but I would rather switch this month itself as HDFC is doing fishy business out here!!!
                  I have a salary acct., there was deduction from my acct., on 13th Jan of
                  Rs.5.75/- narration: IMPS P2P[protected]#[protected].

                  Can you pls explain what was this deduction for.

                    Before leaving India, I updated my overseas mobile number with HDFC Bank through the application procedure (which is paper based, don't know why that is still paper based!) The bank employee updated it wrong. Now I am unable to generate OTP, etc and my account/net banking is disabled. On calling customer care they ask me to go to bank/ATM to update. How will I go when I am not in India? Pathetic service. I have raised complaints but haven't got single response till now, even over email. ICICI Bank is much better in that regard. I faced an issue here and they were ready to help.

                        I visited HDFC Bank Sohna road branch at Gurgaon to get a demand draft made. But only to be humiliated and scolded by the bank manager Anil Kumar an angry man. The madame at the counter informed me that my draft can be made in about an hour. I filled the dd request form. Meanwhile cash arrived. The angry manager pounced on all the staff and suddenly everyone was counting money. The madam who had informed me regarding draft also got busy counting new purple 2000 rupee notes as the manager stood on her head. When I presented my request form for DD the manager caught it in between and said no draft could be made today as everyone is busy in cash. It was 10.30 am. When I insisted that i needed the draft immediately the angry manager Anil called me a frustrated customer. Did i open my account in hdfc in 2001 to hear this? If i am a frustrated costumer why did i make so much investment in hdfc bank? Should I take a legal action against Anil the angry manager for using uncivilized language against me? I am withdrawing my investments from hdfc bank gradually and after 2019 I will have no relation with this filthy and uncivilized bank.

                          HDFC bank is very bad and cheater bank. Govt should banned this bank.My account was hacked by banker and deduct money from there without any information.
                          a amount of 8000/ was deducted from my account from 4 th of jan 2017.
                          Every month a amount of 800 was debited from my account .It cheated me so much.
                          I have gone hdfc bank sec 15, noida branch to know about why my account is deduct so much money but they did not co operate me .They said to contact with customer care, But customer care of hdfc is too bad and not do any cooperate to customer.

                              I have made payment for Term Insurance by HDFC life on 7th November 2016. Also, I have completed my medicals test on 19th November 2016. Even HDFC life has sent me a mail regarding completion of all documents. But till date, they have not issued term policy to me.                               When I asked customer care executive about customer redressal forum of HDFC life, they even didn't provide me the details.                                 I am user of HDFC credit card from 2004. I have complaint with HDFC Bank All miles service provided for which I have suffered a loss of 17000 RS.

                                I had converted my Reward 56000 point to allmiles Voucher . I booked two ticket on 11th JAN via your HDFCBANKALLMILES web site the transaction went thru and money debited via my all miles credit card for 4899 RS and 21200 odd figure Rs. I got email stating my first booking using my Voucher is on hold and second booking was successful which is for my wife who is temporary handicap and walking on crutches. I contacted all miles support immediately and was advised confirmation will come soon. the ate i booked was vsry imp to me as i need to be there on 13th FEB

                                On 12th JAN I received email that my first booking was failure so again called up and assured it would be taken care by Ms Suman and booking will be reinstated. Al false assurance. I have recording for the same as proof

                                On 13th JAN . Called Phone support first could not get thru as al line were busy. Call up Mumbai Credit card support and vented ny frustration who contacted all miles support and got a call back from them stating they are still checking with concern team and revert back. Day wasted with no reply

                                On 14th Jan. Same story to get thru the Phone support. we could get any one for three hours finally. I got deepak from Phone support he said he is checking and all his manager were in meeting so no reply on Saturday. One more day wasted.

                                On 15th Jan: Phone support is closed and no reply

                                The best part of the story has to come.

                                On 16th Jan. I started calling from 9:01 am the phone support but all line were busy till 12 pm I was trying. I called again Mumbai credit card support and they help me for a call back from Banglaore office I Presume where the All miles credit card support is located. Firstly MR Deepak called and assured he will revert back after checking.

                                Then I get call from Mr Abhishek so called manager of Deepak. he was very polite and only kept telling me sorry for the inconvenience caused all the time. he had the guts finally to tell me thet HDFC cannot reinsate the ticket which had failed and reason was due to price diffference it did not go thru. I asked him one question if my first booking done was failure why did the second booking sucessful by paying 21000 odd figure go thru. Also ask for compensation which he clearly slapped on my face with the word NO. Nothing can be done.

                                The new ticket rate had gone up from 19200 to 24800 RS. I trusted all miles and did the booking which fee was my biggest mistake. I asked to cancelled my wife ticket at no addtional cost as my wife cannot travel alone being handicap and no ticket was available on the same flight at economical cost. To my suprise Mr Abhishek so called manager advised me that I should contact Jet air way directly to cancel the ticket and get the cancellation charges from Jetairway. He could advise me All miles credit card cancellation charges will be 250 Rs. I asked him three time more, and advised him being my service provider for the booking doneyou should be calling jetairways. He flatly refused and asked me to contact Jetairway and provided me their toll free #.

                                the Joke of the days is I called jet airways, they flatly refuse to help me and asked that All miles service provider has to call for cancellelation of ticket. again the same drill call All miles customer care which is pain. We were able tgte thru and Deepak who helped to cancel the ticket at cost of 5000 RS. Again ticket money will be credite back after 20 days hahahahahahhaha and my reward point back in credit card in 5 days hahaahahaha. I have the records for the conversation with all your excecutive and will uploaded on consure forum.

                                From 12th JAN till 16th JAN only assurance was given and no resolution. Your[protected] Customer service phone service suck for three to 4 hours you are unable to get any one on the phone. Just hold and recorded message comes. I have wasted 5 days to get an answer for failure which was so simple to say that HDFC All miles cannot help you.

                                This has cost me re booked my ticket at additional cost of 12000 Rs and 5000 cancellation charges. Pls give applause to the all miles customer support team and Manager Mr Abhishek. Also Increment of double salary should be given to them for providing timely resolution to customers. I ashamed to hold all Miles credit card of HDFC and will never use your service again.

                                IF you have the courtesy pls compensate me my Cancellation charges and loss suffered re booking the ticket.

                                  On 11th January at 4:12 morning I got a message from bank that my card has been debited for rs 750.60 on Amazon prime membership. I never login to this site for months. I called the phone banker on same time and got my card blocked. Please give me the interim credit for that disputed amount. I have also sent emails with attached dispute forms to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but got undelivered. I have sent the attachment from my office email address mukesh.[protected]@nttdata.com but never received any acknowledge of that.

                                    This is regarding HDFC Bank Credit card unwanted charges taken from me till I got the settlement letter from bank, I need to highlight this case to top management that I have paid more than actual transactions done for my HDFC Credit card. As per mine calculation, i had almost paid the amount of mine usage but HDFC Bank credit card division has charged me more money that is unacceptable and I went through mental disorder phase in my life due to the extra-ordinary pressure built upon me by HDFC bank.

                                    My old credit card no.[protected] has been expired already on 31st Dec. 2015,

                                    1. and after that i had got the new card(I had requested new card into update my email id and address of office) with no.[protected] on 7th March 2016, which i had already sent with destroyed diagonally for closure of my credit card account.

                                    2. Since, 1st January 2016, I have not done any purchase/debit transaction from HDFC Credit Card{Not even from new HDFC card no.[protected], which I have already sent after destroyed it diagonally to Chennai HDFC Credit Bank Division on 4th April 2016—delivered at Chennai Credit Card Division on 5th April 2016.

                                    3. On 20th May 2016 in the evening around 5 pm, i had visited Bangalore Credit Card Division-Richmond Circle-Office and met with Manager personally, discussed with him for half an hour for the settlement of my credit card account and asked about the closure of my credit card, as per him the closure has to be done from Chennai office. i discussed with him that as per my calculation i will pay my purchase/debit done by me.

                                    4. On 2nd June 2016, HDFC Bank has debited Rs. 22800 against credit card payment from my salary account of HDFC Bank-A/C no.- [protected] due to which I went worst phase of my life and gone through mental pressure.

                                    5. Mail received from HDFC Bank that my credit card account has been closed on 16th April 2016 as per the letter I sent to Chennai HDFC Credit Card Division.
                                    6. On 30th Aug. 2016 I had done settlement with HDFC Bank to pay the amount Rs. 127900 due to too much mental pressure I had gone through by HDFC Bank-Credit Card Division. Till date I have paid 5 EMI for this settlement letter and am going through financial crisis due to this huge amount payment.
                                    Please take necessary legal action against Credit card Division-HDFC Bank and help me for the recovery of these unnecessary charges taken by HDFC Credit Card division till dated and HDFC Bank has spoiled my CIBIL record, HDFC Bank Credit card division has given me lot of mental torture and pressure and I am going through financial crisis and unable to recover for this unwanted charges payment against settlement as well as spoiling my financial academic record.. As per my calculation I have paid more than Rs. 1 Lac(Approx.—I have excel balance sheet available as well as monthly statements with me) to HDFC Bank against Financial charges, Late Fee & Service Charges etc. which is really very worst hidden policies of HDFC Cedit Card division.

                                      On 18 of September 2018 I ordered some products on Amazon with my debit card of hdfc bank worth rupees 1397. The transaction was successful.
                                      After 2 days I Cancelled some part of the order and amazon refunded me 1218 rupees on 20 September..
                                      The money was expected to reflect in my account by or before 27 September.
                                      But I haven't recieved the money yet to my bank account.
