HDFC netbanking ''Add Beneficiary" does not work. If you enter a valid IFSC code it does not find it. If you search for IFSC code using bank and branch name it still does not find the IFSC code. Finally unable to add a Payee for NEFT/IMPS.

    Sir/madam,
    My account number is [protected].

    My account is in the hdfc bank, first mall, the mall, ludhiana branch.

    I can log in successfully to my hdfc account successfully. However, after logging in i fail to do anything.

    I can’t see even last two transactions undertaken.

    I can’t even book fd online.

    My broker fail to transfer funds to my account. As per broker, fund transfer request is rejected by hdfc bank.

    I have making this complaint online for last one month by email, phone banking and even visited four times to above mentioned branch of hdfc bank and showed the problem (On laptop) to dealing hand there. But my problem is not solved.

    Such a low level of service was never expected from hdfc bank.

      I am Shivaram K and I bought my first CIBIL report on 10 Oct 2016 and found that score was 604 after the thorough check at report I got to know that the credit card of HDFC is not updated in CIBIL. I was using the HDFC credit card since 2011 and I had credit history with HDFC more than any other card.
      I have reported the same with HDFC by mailing them immediately and after so many reminders they have updated me that my credit card has been updated in their records also in CIBIL on 17 Dec 2016.
      I have taken CIBIL report on 09 January 2017, shockingly HDFC credit card was not updated again.
      Due these grave negligence’s from HDFC bank, my applied personal loans have been rejected which was again affected negatively in CIBIL and moreover on my personal life.
      Just to mention here, every CIBIL report costs me 550/ each to check whether its been updated or not does HDFC bank pays me this money?
      Please resolve these issues ASAP and my details have been given below please contact if any details required.

        This complaint is reg my file no.[protected]. I have applied for equity loan and it got rejected due to various reasons. Even after lapse of one week my documents and processing fee which i have submitted for loan have not been returned back.
        If it is not returned in a day, I will file a complaint in local PS for which consequences will be severe.
        Further, train your sales executives properly so that consumer does not get in trouble.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          This is regarding HDFC Bank Credit card unwanted charges taken from me till I got the settlement letter from bank, I need to highlight this case to top management that I have paid more than actual transactions done for my HDFC Credit card. As per mine calculation, i had almost paid the amount of mine usage but HDFC Bank credit card division has charged me more money that is unacceptable and I went through mental disorder phase in my life due to the extra-ordinary pressure built upon me by HDFC bank.

          My old credit card no.[protected] has been expired already on 31st Dec. 2015,

          1. and after that i had got the new card(I had requested new card into update my email id and address of office) with no.[protected] on 7th March 2016, which i had already sent with destroyed diagonally for closure of my credit card account.

          2. Since, 1st January 2016, I have not done any purchase/debit transaction from HDFC Credit Card{Not even from new HDFC card no.[protected], which I have already sent after destroyed it diagonally to Chennai HDFC Credit Bank Division on 4th April 2016—delivered at Chennai Credit Card Division on 5th April 2016.

          3. On 20th May 2016 in the evening around 5 pm, i had visited Bangalore Credit Card Division-Richmond Circle-Office and met with Manager personally, discussed with him for half an hour for the settlement of my credit card account and asked about the closure of my credit card, as per him the closure has to be done from Chennai office. i discussed with him that as per my calculation i will pay my purchase/debit done by me.

          4. On 2nd June 2016, HDFC Bank has debited Rs. 22800 against credit card payment from my salary account of HDFC Bank-A/C no.- [protected] due to which I went worst phase of my life and gone through mental pressure.

          5. Mail received from HDFC Bank that my credit card account has been closed on 16th April 2016 as per the letter I sent to Chennai HDFC Credit Card Division.
          6. On 30th Aug. 2016 I had done settlement with HDFC Bank to pay the amount Rs. 127900 due to too much mental pressure I had gone through by HDFC Bank-Credit Card Division. Till date I have paid 5 EMI for this settlement letter and am going through financial crisis due to this huge amount payment.
          Please take necessary legal action against Credit card Division-HDFC Bank and help me for the recovery of these unnecessary charges taken by HDFC Credit Card division till dated. As per my calculation I have paid more than Rs. 1 Lac(Approx.—I have excel balance sheet available as well as monthly statements with me) to HDFC Bank against Financial charges, Late Fee & Service Charges etc.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              I Kanhaiya yadav using a credit card of HDFC Snapdeal series. I made a purchase of a laptop on EMI which was confirmed by me on same date by your credit card department on 20 Dec 2016. After that the Credit card department person told me for call came from the same department for further inquiry. But when no one called me than i registered a complaint on customer care. After that on 2 Jan 2017 a lady from credit card department call me ([protected]) for asking the EMI's on my purchase and also told me to purchasing of 100 rs more for round figure of my amount.

              I made the purchase of 100 rs next day but no one called me after that.

              Yesterday i received a call again from same number and by same lady and told me that my EMI offer is gone.

              Well i purchased the Laptop on EMI so i want you to take a strict action on same problem Because it's a laziness shown by your credit card department and they told me to pay full payment of my purchase, is not acceptable.

              Take action on urgent basis and revert me back.

              Last Four Digit of my credit card is 0147.

                  Today to report an issue for repayment of loan EMI on my Credit card, I have contacted to customer support . And the customer representative named Swapna spoke very rude and unprofessional which is highly disappointing. I'm not here to get such treatment from HDFC bank despite of having a salaried account in your bank and 2 loans with you. If this is the case I would happily transfer my Salaried account to other banks which are far better service providers than you people.

                      Autopayment ka option stop karne ko bolke bhi yeloak karte nahi and autopayment ka option and maine request kiyatha account close karne ka oabhi hdfc bank kar nahi hai why?
                      Sab bank ke problems se bajese mere bahut loss hova hai plz close my all accounts hdfc bank with credit card and credit card ka jo outstanding dilha rahe hai oasub hdfc bank ka fraud hai and hdfc bank interest lagane ko date barabar dekhate hai but khud ka fraud solve karneke liye 10 months lagaya uske baje se mera 40 thousands ka loss hoova hai uskele liya hdfc bank, credit card department, hdfc ergo and hdfc life is 3dr class insurance company hai bcz policy nahi nikala to bhi mere upar uska fraud dala hai why plz answer alll questions and solve my all problems and close my accounts with credit card and mere cibil kharab kiya hai uske liye mereko letter chiye tumloak ke fraud ke baje se hoova hai...plz a waiting u reply. ...

                        Myself Kiran HDFC bank credit card holder in Dec 2015 my co-brother has misused my credit card.
                        I am paying my monthly minimum dues but since Jan 2016 bank has charged total Rs 87, 000/- as finance charges.

                        My actual outstanding is 23, 000/- which I am ready to pay but because of huge finance fees I am not able to settle down my account. (Which is misused by my co-brother)

                        When I have sent mail to bank regarding wave off finance charges they said they will not wave off.

                        I am 10 year old HDFC bank account holder still they are not helping me.

                        Request you please suggest how I can solve this issue.

                          When i visited to hdfc bank gondal branch for money they said no you will not get money. As there is no money in the bank. After the talk branch ast manager and manager started speaking loudly and spoke bad words to me. As i said i want to complain to the bank and gave the aplication. They said we cant accept the apply. And at last did not gave me money. I was asking for the money which rbi has specified. They are not following the rules of rbi. I request to take a strict steps against this.

                            My previous company had provided salary through hdfc salary account. I have been not receiving salary from 2 years to that account since i have changed the company.

                            As per rbi bank is not supposed to charge negative balance.

                            Kindly help in waiving the negative amount and closure of account.

                            I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                              I have an a/c [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 900/- using imps on 10th jan 2016 at around 7:40pm to axis bank account:[protected], chennai. The imps ref no[protected]. Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient. I got message that it timed out and status shows in my netbanking as transaction initiated..                                     WHY EVERY MONTH CASH DEPOSIT AND THEN AQB CHARGES ARE BEING DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT WHEN IT WAS NOT THERE AT THE TIME OF OPENING THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE VISITED YOUR BRANCH MANY TIMES AND HAVE ALSO MET THE BRANCH HEAD MR. RAHUL WHO IS VERY BUSY TO WORK ON MY QUERRIES. COULD YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AND ALSO IF YOU CAN HELP ME TO DEGRADE OR CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ASAP. Mr. Ajay and Mr. Pintuu called me from the branch but they were more interested in knowing as who told me to complain rather than resolving it. is this a professional way of speaking to the customer. when I had already met and spoken many times to Mr. Ajay, Mr. Pintu, Mr. Sudhir (Always tried to helped me) and Mr. Rahul (Branch Head) but still nothing happened. At the time of opening the account I was told that there would be a dedicated ARM but there is no "A" no "R" and no "M". When HDFC cannot maintain an ARM then why False commitment. Your employees had given me false committment that Its just AQB of 1 Lac and I need to transact hardly 2-3 times of atleast 1 lac rupees. and now they tell me that I need to keep 30 lacs as per month with Rs. 1 lac as daily balance. This is beyond my capacity as I am runner a small travel agency and not Giant Fish.

                                    The employees are saying me to speak to Mr. Sudhir at the help desk but my account was opened by Mr. Pintu and his Boss Mr. Ajay so who is misguiding the customer. Why don't you guys pull over the video and have a look as who opened and upgraded my account and as to how many times I had visited and requested your employees to look into the matter.

                                    I earn for my family and not to HDFC bank that it deducts big amount of charges every month and that to after 3-4 months. Is this a correct way to debit an account for a transaction done back 3-6 months earlier.

                                    So I request you to kindly reverse all my charges asap or I will have to escalate the same to the higher level... but till date nothing happenned.

                                      I made a payment to hdfc bank, on[protected] which is not updated till now. No response from anyone. Its been 3 weeks I am chaisng the bank officials no update from bt different stories every time I call them.
                                      If you got the transaction narration like "imps p2p 575" then its was "Instant Transfer (365 Days, 24 x 7) ( IMPS- Account No. )" and you did the transfer using IMPS method. The charges of IMPS is Rs1-1, 00, 000=Rs5 and Rs1, 00, 001-2, 00, 000=Rs15.
