Dear sir,
I had applied for my credit card on 9th Jan 2016 through a person who came as a representative from HDFC bank. He was from HBL global now called as HBB finance. The person name was Iklak who works under sm Rajesh. He had given me a option saying that either give any utility bill or u can go for a offer called payzapp activation. By any of the two, my card will be lifetime free. I had opted for payzapp activiation. Now my credit card number when I put in the payzapp app, it is showing as invalid number since payzapp app does not support dinners club card. I have already changed my pin. I called customer support, then he told me that the charges appearing in the system is 2875. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest. My mobile number is [protected]. I have attached the photo of the offer form he gave me where I had ticked payzapp activation. If there is no such offer and I will be charged for the card, then I request u to take back this card without any charges.

    The call came from Niharika Sharma from[protected].

    They said I have to take their policy and they will pay off my loan. I found this forum and read all the complaints and hence asked if I could go to the branch to verify and she fumbled and sounded irritated.

    I also told her about this forum while on the call and she quickly hung up the call. Thanks to this forum, I stopped from falling into a trap.

      I am virendra pandey, i have been cheated by two member of the hdfc life employee named akash wadhwa and sachin agrawal & sandeep mishra as he asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc jeevan sanchay plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 18678481. He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 5 members of my family & petrol card & neft of rs. 15000 for 4 years. Now it has been passed 5 months & i have received nothing. Neither medical card, petrol card nor neft. They also asked me that he is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. Now mr. Akash wadhva's no.[protected] is going switch off permanently but sachin agrwal [protected] not entertaining my call after this big scam. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written s. B. Insurance brokers pvt. Ltd. Where i also visited but in noida office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours. I want justice because i was not aware of this cheating what they did with me.

      Hdfc Life is a fraud company. Well knowingly that Akash Wadhwa is doing fraud with the people they are not firing him, infact I beleive he has full support of HDFC Life in this fraud. At first I have received call from Harshita informing that today is maha log in day so if I will buy a policy of 32000 I will get 12000 cash back and a medical card worth 1.
      5 lakh for medical bills and hospitalization in which I can cover 5 members. As the offer sounded really awsome I decided to buy. Now Akash came into the picture. He said I will receive call from verification department and I need to lie to them that they have not offered any cashback or medical card and explained according to IRDA we need to sell policy through third party but we are directly selling it so that we can provide the benefits to you.
      Within a week he provided another lucrative offer of pension plan of Rs.80000 which is one time payment and I will receive a cashback of 38000 or I can opt for Activa scooty, I refused, again he called up and said I need to pay 65000 and I will recive 45000 cashback and Rs. 1850 per mnth for next seven years and then again followed same procedure.

      When I quoted this instance to HDFC Life I got a reply that there has been no fraud done to you. All over internet people are complaining about these people and hdfc is telling me that nothing wrong is communicated to you. Now I am going to file a comolaint in consumer forum against them as I am suffering financially. I had made the pwyment through my credit card and I dont have money to pay my bills as I was counting on cashback.

      For Sanchay Policy : Akash Wadwa and Harsihta promised me 30% commission and Medical cards for 15 years (2.5 lac coverage every year for 5 members of the family ).

      Sanchay policy is for 5 year with payment of 50000 thousand every year giving coverage of 15 year.

      For Classic Policy : they Promised commission and 2750 monthly income for 15 years.
      for classic they told me policy payment of 95000 thousand for 1 year only.

      now after 5 months later they both are not picking phone and not telling me the status, they are sitting inside hdfc office and HDFC know all this how they are making fraud but they are supporting it ..

      see the proof : akash.[protected]@hdfclife.com he is manager and HDFC know all this ...so this are just puppets actual fraud is HDFC life

      I am Anupam Katiyar, i have been cheated by a member of the hdfc life employee named Pooja as she asked me to purchase a policy name HDFC LIFE SANCHAY plan of rs. 50000, policy no. 20958137. She promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 6 members of my family for next 5 years. Now it has been passed 6 months & i have received nothing. She also told me that I can Withdraw amount after 5 year at any time without any deduction. She also asked me that she is hdfc employee so he has special power to give me addition benefits. And the agent name written in my policy is different like it is written Auric Financial Advisors Ltd, Where i also visited but in Delhi office no one came to meet me even i waited 2 hours.       I am Ambalal, same kind of fraud also has been done with me. A guy name Pradeep and his colleague Swathi called me regarding the HDFC sanchaya policy on behalf of HDFC Life. During the conversation they said if you will pursue this policy, We will be proving a additional medical insurance to you and your family worth of 4 lack per anum till you are paying the premium for this policy. I took the policy No.: 21097373 on the name of "Lalita Dhaker" 5 month ago, but didn't get the medical insurance policy till now. I called them so many times, But did get any satisfactory answer. Always they said you will receive it in next 15 days. So it is requested to you, if "HDFC Life" want to gain the customers faith again then please stop these kind of frauds and take some strong actions against these people.

        Hi,

        Really i have become fed up to deal with the hdfc credit card division. I had a hdfc credit card which i had decided to surrender after paying my all dues...

        As per my decision payed all dues as on 15.06.2016 but after few days i had got another out standing report of rs. 4259.60 for the same credit card where i am not spend any amount... I had payed this as on 28.06.2016 and hot listed the same card.

        Form june 2016 to november 2016 i had contacted hdfc customer care several times through mail and phone. But no body given me the solution.

        But every month i have received some outstanding and paid the same by force of multiple numbers of customer care executives to make my civil records white.

        Now i became surprised to get an active orphan credit card number in my name with rs. 4963.27 out standing...

        Please help me, really i am losing every months by wast service of hdfc bank credit card division.

        Really I have become fed up to deal with the HDFC credit card division. I had a HDFC Credit Card which I had decided to Surrender After paying my all dues...

            Hello!
            Had done a transaction of Rs.570 on 14.01.2017 using my debit card. The amount was debited from my account and later I had received a text from the bank saying that it was reversed and that it would be refunded within 3 to 7 days. It's nearly 9 days now still no sign of my money. Sent an email to them, it's been 3 days still no response. Kindly look into this.

              Again amount of INR 115.00 is debited from my account.
              I have already complained earlier I don't need these type of service kindly credit the amount back or else I will move out my account From HDFC and this time I am Damn serious also I would like to talk to your senior about this matter if you are not able to solve this.
              I will also go and complain this on consumer complaints if you will not solve this.
              You don't have any authority how can you guys always debit from my account even telling me.

                I got a cashback offer from HDFC credit card through email. Then send and email to customer care for confirmation for the cashback. Got confirmation. Purchased the product. Now cashback is denied by the bank. Now they are saying it is not applicable for online purchase even after so many email communication.                 So many working days are gone in between and I have not received any update from you. I think HDFC is not serious regarding any customer complaint. Please email me any further updates of my complaint. Next time I will paste all the communications from your customer care, so that public should know how some crazy customer care executive of HDFC just eating out the brand name of the bank and making bogus promises and looting money of customers. Thanks.

                How the issue mark here Resolved? Someone just called me and said that they are looking into the matter. Nobody called after that. How easy going they are even without any response, the issue has been mark as resolved.
                One assist membership fee is deducted from my debit card number ending with 5141, on[[protected]] without my consent.
                Please refund my money back since I'm not interested in this OneAssist membership.
                Please take action immediately.

                HDFC Bank — Online transaction failed but money debited from my account

                The purchase transaction with Amazon on 15/01/2017 failed but money had been debited to my account. Even after lodging the compliant with the Bank and Amazon, have not received the refund till date. Please resolve at the earliest. Need the refund of the amount.

                  Hdfc cc telecaller call me and offer some benefit regarding ergo policy and confirm me that it is absolutely free of cost I am getting policy, but my cc has been deducted. And policy send by courier. So many times i launched complain but not did any one. Pls help me i dont want mediclaim policy.

                      I had made a reservation using Booking .com at a hotel Le Roi in Udaipur on 1st December. But we didnt stayed at the hotel. Later i realized that I have been charged for Transaction Amt. (INR) : 68, 979.84 on 22nd Dec. On 28th Dec i got a call from HDFC Customer care that my card have been compromised and they are blocking the same and re-issuing a new one. Further they confirmed to me that the amount would not be paid to the merchant. What i am surprised is that in India, when we have 2 way confirmation system i.e CVV number input and OTP input. HOW did my transaction even went through.

                        I Vijay Kumar having HDFC customer ID 66360105. I had 1 credit card having number[protected]. I shopping from this card but not paid regularly more than 1 year due to my mother health problems.All the money spend on treatment.i m only person to take care for my parents.Due to this my card suspended.when I free from my mother treatment I paid all money with interest which is clear by HDFC.i have pan card number bqypk6437j.
                        I also paid my personal loan from HDFC account number 20424055regularly 4 year without any check bounce.
                        Now I want HDFC credit card but old card shown on my account which is suspended.due to this I did not got credit card from HDFC.
                        Please it's humble request to you that remove my suspended card from my account for which I take ur loan and credit card facilities from HDFC in future.

                          Dear sir,

                          On 2nd January I had went to the Dmart grocery store in dahisar west as they were giving rs 2000 by swiping the debit card so I went and swipe the card but I got the slip that the transaction declined but the amount was debited from my account of rs 2000.so I want to know when the amount will be reversed as I have talked to the dmart people and the bank people also.

                          My Account number is [protected]​ so I want when I will get the money reversed. and back to My Account.

                            I have bought a mobile of rupees 29999 on 18th december using hdfc debit card. The phone I received was damaged, So Amazon took back my phone and initiated the refund of rupees 29999 on 2nd January. They also provided me reference number and transaction ID of that refund. I also registered a complaint to HDFC bank regarding this. Reference number of that complaint is 1225702. They are taking too much time in resolving the issue. Please do something as early as possible.
                            You can find the reference no. and transaction ID in the photos for that transaction.

                              I made the payment of Rs. 5750 my HDFC card for November bill before due date. I also have the reference number and also my bank from which I have made the payment have confirmed that they have credited it to HDFC card.
                              But HDFC goons are calling me and threatening me to make the payment. I called the HDFC customer care and registered a complaint and shared the bank statement with reference number and debit details to them. Even after 1 month they have not resolved my problem. I have also mailed their customer care but they are also not doing anything about it and every time they say that it will be solved in a week's time.
                              Further, they are charging me additional interest and late payment fee on this in spite of making the payment.
                              Their service is pathetic and they are using illegitimate ways to loot their customer.

                                Myself, Harshakumar K have the car loan payment from more 1 & half year. I am paying the Auto loan payment from time to time without fail by every month 5th from almost 1 & half year. In this month I have not sufficient balance in my HDFC bank account on 4th of January 2017. Due to some personal problems, have deposited the cash on 5th Morning around 11:00 AM. But that day, the EMI was not deducted from my account. Afterwards I received a call from HDFC bank with respect to payment. Caller had instructed me to pay the amount in Local Branch. After that I have paid the amount on 18th January 2017 at Bagalkot Branch. After this, on 21st of January my account has debited of Rs. 230/- regarding my car EMI Loan repayment.

                                  I am having a classic account with HDFC. I can see that the HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 115 from my account under the name- Program management fee. What is this fee about? What is the program the bank is offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. It is a fraud to deduct customer's money without taking their concerns. I want this amount refund in my account

                                    Please take necessary action.
                                    Then only i can make the payment accordingly.
                                    That person called continuesly and abuse and the same is very much painful in the morning working hours.
                                    Mistake is his side ..
                                    They didn'tsend bill for the same.

                                      Hello, I need a serious action to be taken on HDFC bank.
                                      I have heard HDFC from my childhood and I thought it has a good power in the society.
                                      My Issue - I took a personal LOAN from HDFC in the month of Sep/Oct. First installment was debited properly with no issues.
                                      The second EMI debit which should take place on 4/12, did not take place.. Then i called customer service to check on this, I was been told that it's a mistake from banks end the EMI will be debited on 13/12.
                                      Here the hectic customer service starts, I started getting calls from HDFC employees stating I have to pay some late fee as I did not maintain sufficient funds.
                                      I have the screenshots of my bank details which I am attaching it to the same complaint form.
                                      I got calls from more than 6to 7 employees, I explained the same to every one, nobody bothered to resolve it and again today I got a call in regards to the same.

                                      Message to HDFC bank - YOU #####, TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY SO THAT THEY CAN HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.
                                      USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HAD.

                                        I am glad to give you certain information in regard with my above policy. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible at your end .
                                        In the month of July 29th 2016 I have taken above policy by paying Rs 27222/- cross cheque number 000522 dates 29/7/2016 in HDFC Dahanu branch for car number MH 48 P 8333
                                        Hundai Verna
                                        After long harassment, and repeatedly requesting local branch manager, He delivered insurance policy on 12th October 2016 which I received on 15th October 2016, that too after changing me further premium of Rs 2600/- the cheque number 000545 dated 10/10/2016 on HDFC bank Dahanu Road
                                        Upon receipt of policy documents I have requested them to issue policy not from retrospective effect but from the date of issue of policy since I was loosing about 2.5 months unnecessarily. This is not justified. Since delay is due to negligence of company staff. It was not my fault. I was cought twice by traffic police for not having policy documents. In spite of above I have received negative reply from company i.e. ''There won't be any change in the date of policy''
                                        Ultimately I have decided to stop above policy and claimed full refund. After consulting HDFC ERGO concerned honourable staff Mr MAHENDRA JAIN who advanced me to take new 3rd party insurance by Adjusting around Rs 6000/- he also accepted that I can claim refund on above policy Rs 23822/- approximately ( 27222+[protected].
                                        In response to his advice I have cancelled my original policy and claimed refund as mentioned above.
                                        Nevertheless company didn't refund me above claimed amount another 2 MONTHS.
                                        In due course of time I have repeatedly requested and also contacted to Mr Mahendra Jain and their after senior officer Mr Jitesh Sagar
                                        And narrated my problems. Mr Jitesh sagar gave a good response to listen my problem and he shown good care about Custmers that's why I received refund amount
                                        But unfortunately my problem still remains as I received shot refund.i have received new policy after 3 month i.e. 13/01/2017 and refund Amount Rs 8944/-
                                        I desire to be verified this refund amount since I am losing without my fault and punished. As per company view I have used this policy for 5 months. But the fact is I never used this policy even then I am charged.
                                        Your issuance of policy took 2.5 MONTHS there after cancelation took 3 MONTHS that means during this time I have not used the policy for which I was charged Rs 15000/- approximately
                                        Hence it's my humble request to reconsider this matter and study properly so that it can be justified
                                        For your information I have spent about 217 minutes as per my mobile record kept by me for communicating my problems and time to time gave all information to ur senior officers Jitesh sagar and others.
                                        I regret to mention although you're staff is good and cooperative but couldn't resolve this case
                                        Hope do the needful by forwarding necessary refund claim by your valuable cheque.
