On 12 dec 2016 i transfer 6000/- to reliance jio money from my hdfc debitcard than bank debited money yet i can't recive money to jio money i am full supporter but for this issue i don't support cashless project because most of indian people are not expert like Americans so they can't understand e payment complaint including i because bank not answer me on epayment so please help me and make easy solution for people...

My credit card is in active status still it is not working, I visited the branch and no proper response and i am not able connect the call to customer care also i have informed about this issue when i got a call from HDFC Bank no one responded for that also i have written an email i have got a confirmation email saying that with in 4 working days they will reach out to me but i have not received any email or a phone call regarding this....

I received the message, i was shocked & immediately checked my account to confirm whether the transaction really processed. Yes, it is done. Even the amnt is small, but it clearly shows the security breach in hdfc credit cards....

I transferred an imps amount of 50, 000 from my Hdfc bank account to sbi account on 14th of December but still is not credited.

This is not a good service by Hdfc bank I need very urgent payment that's why I transferred through imps.

I already call customer care lot of times but no response from their end.

Amount 25 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this......

The total emi was deducted from my salary account in the above respective period. But unfortunately the amount was deducted in the name of ecs against the emi loan.
