Classic Assurance Plus - Cheated with wrong infomation by HDFC Life Broker Vizza (Code:00542801)

Below is a detailed complaint i gave to HDFC Life on 19 Nov 2016. Still now i have not got a solution from HDFC on the money i have lost. They got back to me in between saying that they have given warning to the sales person at Vizza Brokerage, but that does not solve my problem or get back the money i paid. Now HDFC also stopped responding. Somebody please help.

Hiii I'm ESHWAR my cus I'd is 7023840 I have added 3000 amount from my HDFC debit card amount has detected from account but not added in wallet I have asked 3 to 4 times to Paytm customer care they are saying to ask bank so plz kindly check it and refund the amount and on 5 I have transferred 3480 from BHIM app it's also same amount has deducted but not transferred so plz check and resolve this problem

    Dear Team;

    This mail is in regards to the credit card payment for my card [protected].

    There is a outstanding in my card which had crossed my credit limit.

    I pay minimum amount due every month. For past few months there were 2 months due, in which I clear one month due.

    But on the last statement generated on 15th Jan 2017, there was 3months due pending, in which I paid 3300rs on 4th Feb 2017. So there is 2 months due pending to be cleared from my side.

    I was planning to pay my balance two months due in another few days time.

    I am using this card since 2010 and till date I am paying my dues with over limit charges, interest and late fee without any hesitation.

    I am using this card for past 7 years and the card got expired on September 2016 for which I have not received the new card.

    But yesterday without any prior intimation, my bank account balance went on hold. I was having a account balance of around 6800 rupees approx which got hold with out any prior intimation to the customer. The bank account balance went to zero balance all of a sudden which is not acceptable.

    You had taken a wrong step by doing this...I need the amount to be unblocked in my bank account in next 24hrs, so I can clear the payment of my card.

    I am damn clear on the above and also discussing on this matter with my legal advisors to find whether I can file a case against the bank for blocking my bank account without intimating the customer by any mode of communication such as phone call, SMS, email etc.

    As a customer I have the intention to pay my dues and I was planning to close this card in another 4 months time. But the way HDFC Bank behave in blocking my bank account and making it non-operative is absolutely disgusting.

    Let me know whether you can unblock my account in next 24 hours time. If not possible I'm absolutely fine with it.

    I shall discuss with my advocate on this matter and proceed further.

    Till that time period I get the resolution for the above matter, I may not be in a position to pay my dues for my card.

      Car met with accident .. survey done...documents submitted..Claim got passed on 31 jan 2017 &

      Contacted customer care.. they told to Contact [protected]@hdfcgi.com

      Every detail was sent to the company..

      Got reply with RTGS REF NO.. told me to contact bank but when contacted bank... they told no such RTGS SEEN IN SYSTEM.

      Again today 06 feb 2017 .. tried to contact Customer care.. they told contact Claim settlement head of pune.. o[censored]r area.

      Tried to contact him.. still saying its pending.. will put complaint..

      Customer care is saying .. ur RTGS is done... claim settlement manager is saying its not yet done..

      No management at all.. wt customer should do... ?????

      They just giving assurance soon u will get but just hope.

      Kindly help for the same

          Hi Team,

          I was supposed to get my renewed credit card. I have been following up with the branch and nobody has any clue about it. I keep getting messages to generate the PIN. It is really annoying. Finally one of the managers gave me this email I'd Customerservice.[protected]@hdfcbank.com . When sent an email it shows delivery failure status.

          Kindly look into it. It is really annoying.

            My Previous private car policy was expiring on 3rd January 2017. As I am having my loan account in HDFC bank I got call HDFC ergo regarding Motor Car Policy. With proper consultation, I finalized the premium and paid the premium Of Rs. 15707. Before payment the HDFC Customer Care executive Mr. AMol Kalane was calling continuously and insisted to do the payment. After Payment 2 days late I got watsapp from Mr. Amol of reference id[protected].

            After this event Mr. amol Kalane has given his senior's mobile number and not receiving the phone calls till date. After repetitive discussion with Mr. Shounak Ganguly about my policy, He is only saying its in process with operations. I sent complete documents through email and made sure about documentation policy

            Now Mr. shounak is telling me to lounge the complaint on toll free number[protected] and the toll free number is telling me to write an email to [protected]@hdfcergo.com.

            This is ridiculous and complete case of forgery. I request consumer board to take strict action against this type of companies and help me to get policy of my private four wheeler vehicle

                Around 4 years ago i was late with the payment and i got charged with around 500rs. when i called the call center then he told me that company will reimburse my charges, which didn't happen and i stopped using the card. last year i applied for credit card at standard charted bank, my application was rejected because i was defaulted in hdfc card payment. i contacted hdfc bank and paid the full amount which was now 5000rs. i didn't settle but paid the full amount due. hdfc bank gave me no due certificate and told me that my cibil will be cleared within 3 months. its now 7 months so i applied for a card and got rejected again because i was still in the defaulter list in hdfc bank.
                i also applied for a card in hdfc bank just to see if they actually have cleared my account and they also rejected which proves i am still at the defaulter list in the bank.
                then i contacted the bank and told them whole story and they told me that they will issue the card but today i got the mail that they can't issue because my cibil is not up to the mark.
                how the hell my cibil will be cleared as you have ruined it. i don't care about the hdfc bank credit card all i want them to clear my credit history.
                i don't know what to do as i already have paid full amount what else i can do.

                          RVery unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 100 + service task and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight.. It is clear to close the account in hdfc bank. Even i will suggest every body to close account in hdfc bank.

                            They have deducted 28.75 rupees from my account thrice in a single day. totally 86.25 Rupees with description "EAW DECCHG" and "NWD DECCHG "
                            I don't understand the logic behind it.

                            I used credit card for petrol and I swipe for 200 but 211 has been deducted from my credit card. And the swipe bill doesn't have the amount 211. I authorize to pay 200 not 211.

                            Dear HDFC can you please explain me?
                            I have been using HDFC for a very long time with trust and they broke it completely when I started checking my statements.

                            It is very hard to take the fact that HDFC does deduct money without your notice.

                                In response to your correspondence [protected], the details of Insta Loan as per the details stated below for which I never applied.

                                Unsecured loan type/intra loan Amount Rs. 12000/-(Twelve Thousand) Time 12 months
                                The above said loan and an Insurance scheme were given by stealing my anticedients from HDFC Bank from where loan vide agreement No. 35406268 amount Rs. 750000/- was taken. The undersigned returned the draft of Rs. 12000 and the insurance scheme at the same address. The insurance scheme was taken back by the HDFC bank but the Intra loan for Rs. 12000/- was credited to my account when I consulted the bank official I was told to pay Emi1070 P/M. I paid all the EMS. But Rs. 6000/- is still shown pending against the credit card. I never used credit card of HDFC Bank.
                                I requested the officials that I never used credit card, my account is put under CIBIL and the problem was not addressed. I am now denied to get benefit of lower intenert rate on my loan 750000/- I am being harassed by collection centre again and again without any fault.
                                Kindly solve the problem.

                                  I have submitted my all the documents to HDFC credit card person named Ashwini ( upper Govind Nagar Malad East) I have submitted her my documents 3 times but she is not sending it forward and keeping my documents with her self only I received call 3 times saying my documents are not submitted I dnt knw way to do I am fed up itz 2 months I called her several times she doesn't picks up my phone nor do I get any kind of response when I messaged her I'll do complaint against your self she's replied me okay I mean if no action is taken against our feedback or complaint than what's the point wasting our time and we have selected this bank because of service if this is going to happened in future than I won't be with HDFC bank anymore nor will my family members ...I hope I get a reply and my credit card issues is solved

                                    This is to inform you that, i have saving account in your bank, karelibaugh, vadodara having below mention credit card issued on 2010 which was expired on 2013 than i haven't got any renewal card from your end.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have a policy with your bank policy no:[protected] at a yearly premium of rs 25000 and forcefully staff of your insurance company open this in name of my mother and my mom and dad are not educated so they don't have any knowledge regarding this policy.my 2 installment are paid and when my dad told me about this all policy was lapsed..its not our fault your insurance company staff told us they will come every year to collect cheque but 2 years they came and after this they not came my dad called him many times but we don't received any proper response and branch is also not here in my city and my dad not educated so they not knew about this..so I request you to please return our money as in good faith of your bank we made a policy..
                                      Otherwise I have to go to consumer court for our right..
                                      So please reply me as soon as possible.
