I am a account holder of HDFC bank and my customer ID is[protected], sir issue is that bank has unnecessary deducted more than RS. 8000 from my account and after complained on 27th Dec 2016, bank has returned only 4000 to my account but suddenly deducted again 864 rupees.

I am not sre if RBI has any regulations on this. But I am getting this fee on my account. Explanation given to me is that I am not maintaining min balance. Not sure what is min balance I need to maintain.

Also if they claim service related service. I requested for a locker, I got response that only NRI's who has more than crores in accounts is eliglble for this. Also with respect to the other services they don't have provided...
