Around 4 years ago i was late with the payment and i got charged with around 500rs. when i called the call center then he told me that company will reimburse my charges, which didn't happen and i stopped using the card. last year i applied for credit card at standard charted bank, my application was rejected because i was defaulted in hdfc card payment. i contacted hdfc bank and paid the full amount which was now 5000rs. i didn't settle but paid the full amount due. hdfc bank gave me no due certificate and told me that my cibil will be cleared within 3 months. its now 7 months so i applied for a card and got rejected again because i was still in the defaulter list in hdfc bank.
i also applied for a card in hdfc bank just to see if they actually have cleared my account and they also rejected which proves i am still at the defaulter list in the bank.
then i contacted the bank and told them whole story and they told me that they will issue the card but today i got the mail that they can't issue because my cibil is not up to the mark.
how the hell my cibil will be cleared as you have ruined it. i don't care about the hdfc bank credit card all i want them to clear my credit history.
i don't know what to do as i already have paid full amount what else i can do.

    Online policy got canceled due to HDFC Life system technical issue and NO money refund as of now (2 months)

    I tried to purchase 2 policies from HDFC, but facing trouble in their system.
    (When I submit the Proposal form it says " There is an error. Please try after sometime." )

    After lots of email, calls and wasting almost a month I request them to cancel my policies and return money!
    To which they (Aniket Lawate | Associate Manager | Closure Desk - Online Team | HDFCLife) replied as cancellation accepted and my money will returned in 8-10 working days.
    But no money returns as of now (more than 2 months as I am writing)

      So, Now as i have mention that i have left organisation but after this bank start to fine in my account without any information me and now as i left that organisation i am not living near that branch. i did many time complaint to customer care but did not get any satisfactory solution.

      so please take a action regarding my complaints and closed my account.
      i dont want to used this account further.
      (I can't be go personally in branch because branch is in delhi and i don't living there.)

            RVery unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 100 + service task and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight.. It is clear to close the account in hdfc bank. Even i will suggest every body to close account in hdfc bank.

              They have deducted 28.75 rupees from my account thrice in a single day. totally 86.25 Rupees with description "EAW DECCHG" and "NWD DECCHG "
              I don't understand the logic behind it.

              I used credit card for petrol and I swipe for 200 but 211 has been deducted from my credit card. And the swipe bill doesn't have the amount 211. I authorize to pay 200 not 211.

              Dear HDFC can you please explain me?
              I have been using HDFC for a very long time with trust and they broke it completely when I started checking my statements.

              It is very hard to take the fact that HDFC does deduct money without your notice.

                  In response to your correspondence [protected], the details of Insta Loan as per the details stated below for which I never applied.

                  Unsecured loan type/intra loan Amount Rs. 12000/-(Twelve Thousand) Time 12 months
                  The above said loan and an Insurance scheme were given by stealing my anticedients from HDFC Bank from where loan vide agreement No. 35406268 amount Rs. 750000/- was taken. The undersigned returned the draft of Rs. 12000 and the insurance scheme at the same address. The insurance scheme was taken back by the HDFC bank but the Intra loan for Rs. 12000/- was credited to my account when I consulted the bank official I was told to pay Emi1070 P/M. I paid all the EMS. But Rs. 6000/- is still shown pending against the credit card. I never used credit card of HDFC Bank.
                  I requested the officials that I never used credit card, my account is put under CIBIL and the problem was not addressed. I am now denied to get benefit of lower intenert rate on my loan 750000/- I am being harassed by collection centre again and again without any fault.

                        I have a policy with your bank policy no:[protected] at a yearly premium of rs 25000 and forcefully staff of your insurance company open this in name of my mother and my mom and dad are not educated so they don't have any knowledge regarding this policy.my 2 installment are paid and when my dad told me about this all policy was lapsed..its not our fault your insurance company staff told us they will come every year to collect cheque but 2 years they came and after this they not came my dad called him many times but we don't received any proper response and branch is also not here in my city and my dad not educated so they not knew about this..so I request you to please return our money as in good faith of your bank we made a policy..
                        Otherwise I have to go to consumer court for our right..

                          I had bought policy(sampoorn nivesh)online from my Mobil app on 16/12/2016 and the application no is[protected] and my money was debited from my account but till date not received any documents and its very difficult for me to communicate as I'm in UK at the moment experienced a very bad service from hdfclife as never expected have more policies thinking of withdrawing them.

                            MY Forex card was misused for transaction, raised the complete by providing every details . Called N number of times sent nearly 30 emails . everytime same response .

                              Hi

                              This is poor response from HDFC bank. No response from escalation dept .
                              Raising so many tickets, they are not responding.

                              Without my authorization, the bank deducted 28.75 Rs. for fuel surcharge.
                              Even central govt said no bank should charge additional charge if cards are used in fuel stations. Even other banks giving offer if we use cards.

                              What is wrong with HDFC.? What is digital then if you are making fine on the customers ?

                              Then HDFC have to fill all the ATMs with cash..?! Always no cash..how we can fill fuel then with cash ?

                              This is frustrating ...

                              Please revert me back the charges immediately. I cant keep sending tickets.

                                The worst service and worst manager and useless bank ever I have seen no one know any information or authority to do anything. I have took hdfc life insurance using my credit card. They called and said you have a offer to buy hdfc insurance using your credit card and you can change it to emi so tell your card number and otp your hdfc life savings will done and emi will be changed in one week, after paying the amounts they are emi is internal policy so you dont have emi offer so pay amount fully. This is cheating and if I ask also no proper answer and no call back from any team even after registering complaints then why you are running the bank. and everyone says we are just alllowed tell information everything is mail and customer care. But they never respond. I dont have account in HDFC you will give me credit card, personal loan in HDFC and HDFC life insurance which are not eligible. But you are not giving the easy emi option which you said to me when I bought the card. Are you really following bank process. THen why you are appointed managers if noone has right for anythings

                                  On 27th Jan Using PAYZAPP mobile app I have recharged TATAsky DTH account. The money got debited from my HDFC bank account and I got a msg also received a message from Payzap saying transection is successful.

                                  Now to my greatest surprise, only after few days I realized that the DTH was not recharged. When contacted Tatasky they informed that they have not received any recharge on 27th. So, that means the money has not gone to the merchant, whereas Payzap sent me a message saying the transection was successful which is misleading. The Money which was got deducted was never refunded and never reached the merchant.So basically the money is lost ! Now our government is encouraging all to use digital transection and use mobile apps, this is the classic example to fraud done by one of the best banks on India. If I would have not checked with tatasky, i would have never got to know about it.The common man should know how they can be cheated by using HDFC bank apps.

                                    i am very disspointed from your bank service, yesterday i request withdrawn from atm, my 10000rs has been deduct from my account but same is not withdrawl from my account, i request to you please credit the deduct money to my account, i am leaving in muzaffarnagar town and i need so much of my money.. last 4 digit of my account is 4566.

                                      My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account now i have been charged negative something more than 4000rs
                                      but i want to use this account because need make FD in the HDFC so Kindly update my account and maintain ZERO Balance as RBI Has Said that no customer will be charged for non maintenance or Zero Balance

                                        I am a HDFC salaried account holder who was cheated by HDFC Mumbai HDFC ERGO insurance department.HDFC ERGO member called me and activated a medical policy 50877934, HN[protected] (YEAR[protected] for which I used to pay monthly installment through my credit card number [protected] .But after 3 installment I realized the extra service charge which I was paying and decided to pay complete remaining insurance amount. So I did a full payment of the policy close to 6K and confirmed with the HDFC ERGO representative that all my dues are done and there is no more money to be paid from my end.

                                        Agent code:[protected], Agent name: HDFC BANK CC HEALTH.

                                        But later realized(after a year or so) that representative had not closed my account with full payment successfully and there was a due of some hundred.this in later stage accumulated the interest and now I got to know its near to some ig thousands I have to pay, but this not my fault and I am badly affected by CIBIl and not able to posses any credit card.

                                        I am very much upset with the behavior and service of the HDFC bank.I am holding my salaried account from almost 6years in the HDFC bank.I request to wave off the credit outstanding amount for which I am no longer Responsible and would request the team to provide me a HDFC credit card.
