There was an offer on Iphone 7, i[censored] buy Iphone 7 through HDFC credit card then you will get 6000 cashback. I have contacted HDFC PhoneBanker/CustomerCare Exeecutive multiple times to enquire about this offer and they told me that offer is applicable on Iphone 7. After taking confirmation from Phone Banker, I have purchased Iphone 7 through HDFC credit card because my credit limit is 50k and iphone 7 price was 53k, Exceeded amount of 3k above my credit I have paid through another payment mode after taking confirmation from ur executive and they told me still u will be eligible for cashback. All these queries, I have already explained to the Phone Banker and HDFC abnk executive and they told me the offer is still applicable, u can do payment of exceeded payment via another payment mode. Now, I have purchased the phone and they are saying we won't give you confirmation that you will receive cashback. I have already done the payment and my credit card limit is exhausted because of buying Iphone 7 and still after taking confirmation from ur phone banker HDFC people are saying u are not eligible for cashback. Because of Fraudulent Information Provided from your side. I am 6000 bucks down. Please resolve this issue asap as i am fed up of talking and mailing HDFC people and to their grievance cell.

    This is Pavan from Banglore.Since from Last 15.01.2017 i approched your executive named Kumar for personal Loan, and we both disscussed about the Loan amount and EMI quieries.Since from 20.01.2017 my Appilication is in Verification Level.I tried daily 2-3 times, the Executive said that i will make it Clear.today Evening around @ .5.30PM He is Saying it is not possible to process the application due to Pending due with Other bank credit card(Like SBI & Axis).Even though i asked many times is their any Issues my end, i will get sort it out, but he even not ready to speak with customer.This is very pathatic.Two times i openly told because i have some due and my relatives are in Hosital, so that only i came for Loan.atleast if said that time also i can make it clear.Finally today(01.02.2017)he is saying it not Possible.

    Now i have no time to move further Banks.If he told couple of days before i tried to clear my due for his clearence.

    This executive is very Neglect and Irresposible.Please take care hence forth such type of Employees.

      Sir,
      My credit card ending 5607 has been subscribed for Wallet Assist without my confirmation. I just want to cancel my wallet Assist subscription since I no longer require any protection on my cards and also i clearly said NO to all such offers on call from one assist, still i don't know on what basis hdfc deducted the amount from my CC. It is really unfair by hdfc to deduct the amount without conforming from card holder about the same.

      Today, I just talked to Wallet assist customer care executive to cancel my Wallet assist subscription, but he is been totally uncooperative to accept my request. Rather he talks about other plans and giving me offers, which I clearly don't want.

      Today i just checked by CC balance, It shows 2499 Rs one assist membership fee debit from my account, without my knowledge this amount debited, so I request cancel my membership and refund my amount into my credit card. Otherwise i will have to cancel my credit card & file a complaint to consumer forum regarding fraud against HDFC & One assist.

          I purchased from HDFC Bank personal accident policy and the customer care officer told me he will waiver the Dec bills 3000RS Credit card charges against my credit card number [protected]
          Name: Tarachand Shirsat.
          credit card bill for January raised have not been wavered by 3000 rs for above account as committed by customer care.Pl look in to the matter and refund the waivier amount in January credit card bill.
          This i feel is selfishness from HDFC bank customer care executive who promised me he will do it immediately and did not do after the policy was immediately done. It means you people care for customer only till your benefit.

                      I had opted a smart pay option for my LIC premium from hdfc for every six months payment. since hdfc dont provide emi option, i asked them to cancel the smart pay option and i requested citibank to continue the same.
                      I have been regularly calling both the banks to get done this. I called HDFC executive on 7th jan 2017 and he confirmed me that the smart pay option have been deactivated. But still hdfc had made the payment and after complaining they are saying i have never raised request for cancellation. They took my complain on 23rd jan and said i will receive call from them on the same day, which i havn;t received yet.
                      It was a mistake form there side, then i have to go back to citibank and get the payment cancelled for LIC. Eventhough its there mistake i am ready to pay the bill amount but requested for emi option coz its a mistake from there side. but i havn't received any call from hdfc.

                      HDFC bank have intentionally havd't cancelled smart pay option even after my several requests made from dec 2016 and they say there was no such request made. why will i request citi bank to make the payment. is i dont want to get it cancelled from hdfc. I can't afford making paymnet of 8168 rs in one shot for the mistake made by hdfc bank

                        I am holding bank account since last 20 years with average balance for more than 3-4 lacs. I am also having a credit card since last 2 years. Due to some issue of makemytrip refund pending, I hand intentionally delayed payment by one month. But after a month delay, I am receiving calls from your rajarhat Branch, Saltlake branch threatening me to make payment otherwise they will deduct money from my account. I told them that since I am bearing financial charges and also have sufficient balance in my savings account, they need not worry, They are secured. I will make payment once I try to get my charges waived...but the person on the other side has misbehaved which has rather made me mad and now inclined not to make any payment only.
                        this type of behavior is very unexpected by HDFC bank with which I have been keeping my fully family accounts.

                          Whomsoever it may concern,
                          I, Mr.J.Sathyanarayana have been provided with a facility o[censored]nsecured business loan for a private limited company with a sum of 1000000₹(10 lakh rupees) .
                          I have aldready paid 5 instalments and since I was subjected to the demonitozation drive in India, my business has taken a setback .while my property worth more than 1cr has been illegally confined by my main bank, I have not been able to pay the EMI .
                          The collection agent Mr.Jagdish has been repeatedly visiting my residential address inspire of my constant advice and request to Meet me at my official address(office).
                          1.Despite the several requests, he is still regularly coming to my doorstep everyday at irregular hours (after business hours such as 9pm and 7am) asking for emi payment .
                          2. This is an invasion of my privacy and my parent who are aged have been feeling threatened and insecure.
                          3.Although he is made to follow a particular protocol, he is not supposed to disturb or harass my family and me in this manner .
                          4.He talks to me with a derogatory tone and in a disrespectful manner.
                          5.He also does not comply with any of our requests to meet at the specifies official address.
                          6.This has caused a lot of disturbance and trauma to my family.
                          Pls help resolve this issue as I do intend to repay at the earliest.
                          I hope this complaint is addressed with immediate effect and hope the collection agencies are instructed to respect and comply with a customers liberty and more importantly the RBI guidelines.

                            I applied for a credit card. Being a central govt employee i submitted all the documents, salary slips, pan card, Central govt issued id, aadhar card number, driving licence, and allotment letter for the present living quarters given by none other than Dept of Atomic Energy, Govt of india.
                            As per your person from HDFC they cant accept the present address proof which is now in the allotment letter. The one in the driving licence is diff because it was issued some 4 years before. Now other than the quarters name and numbeer everything else is the same.
                            Right now Im not in a need of credit card as such. I applied as there was a campaign going in our area. But it seems your people gone crazy. They asked me to tell the bank enquiry persons some false statements which i denied. Just for one free credit card i need not lie. I promptly rejected.

                            They also want a blood relations number as ref. and they ask me to give any friends name and number and tell him to be my brother. I dont know how you dontt trust the records given by central govt. but are ready to take ration cards... Presntly i dont require any credti card from your bank please return all my documents back(even if its xerox copy)

                                Respected / sir Madam. Sir Today I go to bank to deposit Tax challan but HDFC Bank cashier Neha Bansal. Refuse to accept the challan I requested the Branch manager to deposit Tax challan but he refuse to deposit pls see the matter as well as bank CC TV recording HDFC Bank Baste Tanka Wale branch ferozepur Cantt branch pin code is 152001. Pls take hard actions.

                                  Hello All,

                                  I have received messages about HDFC Bank Personal Loan from Mr. Vignesh whom having multiple Mobile Numbers as mentioned below

                                  I have been promised that, No Processing fee would be applicable for the Personal Loan 15L & above. Everything went smooth during loan processing But then i had received Loan amount disbursed to my account is 14, 95, 000. Loan Reference number is 436XX016.

                                  When i had Questioned Mr. Vignesh about why 5k less, I later understood that its Processing Fee, He mentioned to me that, he would be pay it to me once he receive his salary. I agreed to wait for 20 days without any problem. I did not receive amount even after one month, when i question again.

                                  He started giving only false promises one after the other everyday. He will say in next half an hour amount will be transferred to me, but i never received. He would find all fancy reasons to the best he know and get away from the call. From last week, He said he will give me the amount only if he gets back his lended money to his friend.

                                  It is almost 2 and half months now and now he says, He will NOT GIVE the processing fee refund and do whatever i can do with the Bank.

                                  I suggest to you all please think twice before taking any loan from this Big time Cheating person.

                                    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so when i left the company I was not using that account as i had no idea regarding the negative charges and my salary account in hdfc bank had been converted to savings account and it is charging me of rs.4000 which is in negative. I asked to close the account but they were denying to do so and asking me to pay the whole amount. Now as i have joined a different company i need to open an account in this HDFC bank only.
                                    Tell me what i need to do.

                                        At first place, I was not willing to apply for the HDFC Card given their whims and fancy policies to approve/disapprove credit cards, but the sales person convinced me to apply for it as I have a postpaid number in my name and register the same with payzapp app. The verification was done in a very professional manner, the verification visited my office verified my salary slip with account manager of my company, I was confident of getting my card application approved. I got a message that your application is approved in principle and please check the application status after 48 hours, to my surprise the application was disapproved with no clear reason for rejection.

                                        The message read as follows :

                                        Thank you for your interest in HDFC Bank International Credit Card.
                                        We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the Bank's internal credit policy (which is
                                        based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility)
                                        and operating/credit processes ( which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document
                                        verifications).
                                        We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal
                                        criteria of the Bank.
                                        Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit
                                        standing or your financial stability.
                                        We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.
                                        Thank you once again.

                                        What a #### response to my application ..! If someone is reading this message from HDFC Credit Risk Team, have the guts to send me the specific reason for rejection.

                                        So recently, I joined a new company and as per the company policy they opened an salary account on HDFC. The sales person persisted me to get the credit card for which I refused, because I know I have a bad credit score owing to not paying my car dues lately.

                                        I also informed them the same, that I have bad score etc. But the guys at the bank told that this new card will be issued on the basis of my salary and not on my previous defaults. I confirmed with them again and they said it's not an issue.

                                        Few days later a guy comes up to the place I work does verification and leaves and today I receive mail that my application is rejected. Firstly I never wanted your credit card, but your sales people insisted me to get it even after telling that I'm a defaulter.

                                        Why do you force it to someone and then reject it.
