    I have been charged Rs.748 recently as depository charges on 30 Jan 2017 and Rs 114.38 on 16 Jan 2017. I havent used my demat account and still these charges have been levied The customer care of HDFC does not work at all. I mailed them many times but there was no response. This is very pathetic as HDFC has been looting its customers and failed on its promises. They promised free demat services but now they started charging. Below are the transactions:

      Hi, i have hdfc salary account from may 2014 on words. Without any information every month amount deducted from my account.

        I was looking forthe details of the loan documents vs what i have signed while receiving the first payment of disbursement and i have been told that i will get a copy of all the documents that i am providing and the list of originals i have submitted but i haven't received anything yet .

        There are several calls I have made and application i have submitted in the bank but there is no response from the bank .

        Also i have raised several calls at HDFC customer support and all in vein .

          To-day I have visited the Trichy road Branch, Coimbatore of HDFC, where I am having account (Customer ID[protected] and met the Relationship Manager assigned to me as I am being given the status of Imperia customer to enquire about TDS/filing Form-H with regard to the Fixed Deposit dated 1.12.2016. I was just shown a person, who asked me to wait. After wainting for more than 15 minites, on contact, I was asked to wait again. Nett result, I have not obtained the infornation about TDS. Is this the way the RM behaves. Even a regular customer is getting more response and whereas, the Imperia customer is getting this sort of treatment. The horrible experience I had to-day makes me think, why should I be a Imperia Customer. Hence, I want to get away from the catogery of Imperia.

          I have not received any hard copy of statement of credit card although it comes on email properly. Every month I receive a mail that my address could not be traced. This is same address on which cards were delivered.
          . Mine address is very simple and every courier person locates it very easily either it for bank statement or for anything else.

            Myself is anand Mundhada,

            Took insurance from L&T insurance.. then it got merged with Hdfc General insurance. They approved my claim n next day told me.. we have done RTGS in ur account... given me Rtgs refernce NO.. WHICH PROVED to be fake when enquired in bank.

            Later on called higher officials they told...

            your payment yet to be done.. still they have not credited my account with Claim money.

            Worst experience with hdfc general insurance...

            Guys think before u take it.

              230 Rupees deducted From my HDFC account with caption "STOP CHEQUE CHGS INCL ST & EC".
              What is this? why my money has been deducted without informing me?
              You should be transparent to your customer.
              I want my money back as soon as possible.
              This is the worst experience I am facing with HDFC bank,
              I have only 760 Rupees in my account and from that amount you are deducting 230 rupees?
              What a cheap thing happening with HDFC.

                  Hello Sir,

                  My name is Sunderdeep Singh, Acc Number: [protected] at Anna Salai Branch, HDFC.

                  In last 4 months or so, HDFC has deducted over 2500 for AMB charges. I never get any warning when I have less balance. There are about 6 transactions in the statement attached in which they have deducted around Rs 640 every month. I have tried to maintain proper balance for last 3 months or so but still they have deducted. In Jan 2017, I kept proper balance but they still deducted Rs 340.

                  I request you to please give me refund for the amount you have deducted or else I will take a legal action.

                    I am HDFC bank customer having account number [protected], I received message today around 9 pm that a transaction of 4929.16 is made on my debit card in london at AGODA HOTEL RESORT, however I never done that transaction and the card was with me all the time, and I am in India.                           Classic Assurance Plus - Cheated with wrong infomation by HDFC Life Broker Vizza (Code:00542801)

                            Dear Team;

                            This mail is in regards to the credit card payment for my card [protected].

                            There is a outstanding in my card which had crossed my credit limit.

                            I pay minimum amount due every month. For past few months there were 2 months due, in which I clear one month due.

                            But on the last statement generated on 15th Jan 2017, there was 3months due pending, in which I paid 3300rs on 4th Feb 2017. So there is 2 months due pending to be cleared from my side.

                            I was planning to pay my balance two months due in another few days time.

                            I am using this card since 2010 and till date I am paying my dues with over limit charges, interest and late fee without any hesitation.

                            I am using this card for past 7 years and the card got expired on September 2016 for which I have not received the new card.

                            But yesterday without any prior intimation, my bank account balance went on hold. I was having a account balance of around 6800 rupees approx which got hold with out any prior intimation to the customer. The bank account balance went to zero balance all of a sudden which is not acceptable.

                            You had taken a wrong step by doing this...I need the amount to be unblocked in my bank account in next 24hrs, so I can clear the payment of my card.

                            I am damn clear on the above and also discussing on this matter with my legal advisors to find whether I can file a case against the bank for blocking my bank account without intimating the customer by any mode of communication such as phone call, SMS, email etc.

                            As a customer I have the intention to pay my dues and I was planning to close this card in another 4 months time. But the way HDFC Bank behave in blocking my bank account and making it non-operative is absolutely disgusting.

                            Let me know whether you can unblock my account in next 24 hours time. If not possible I'm absolutely fine with it.

                            I shall discuss with my advocate on this matter and proceed further.

                            Till that time period I get the resolution for the above matter, I may not be in a position to pay my dues for my card.

                              Car met with accident .. survey done...documents submitted..Claim got passed on 31 jan 2017 &

                              Contacted customer care.. they told to Contact [protected]@hdfcgi.com

                              Every detail was sent to the company..

                              Got reply with RTGS REF NO.. told me to contact bank but when contacted bank... they told no such RTGS SEEN IN SYSTEM.

                              Again today 06 feb 2017 .. tried to contact Customer care.. they told contact Claim settlement head of pune.. o[censored]r area.

                              Tried to contact him.. still saying its pending.. will put complaint..

                              Customer care is saying .. ur RTGS is done... claim settlement manager is saying its not yet done..

                              No management at all.. wt customer should do... ?????

                              They just giving assurance soon u will get but just hope.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I was supposed to get my renewed credit card. I have been following up with the branch and nobody has any clue about it. I keep getting messages to generate the PIN. It is really annoying. Finally one of the managers gave me this email I'd Customerservice.[protected]@hdfcbank.com . When sent an email it shows delivery failure status.

                                  Kindly look into it. It is really annoying.

                                    My Previous private car policy was expiring on 3rd January 2017. As I am having my loan account in HDFC bank I got call HDFC ergo regarding Motor Car Policy. With proper consultation, I finalized the premium and paid the premium Of Rs. 15707. Before payment the HDFC Customer Care executive Mr. AMol Kalane was calling continuously and insisted to do the payment. After Payment 2 days late I got watsapp from Mr. Amol of reference id[protected].

                                    After this event Mr. amol Kalane has given his senior's mobile number and not receiving the phone calls till date. After repetitive discussion with Mr. Shounak Ganguly about my policy, He is only saying its in process with operations. I sent complete documents through email and made sure about documentation policy

                                    Now Mr. shounak is telling me to lounge the complaint on toll free number[protected] and the toll free number is telling me to write an email to [protected]@hdfcergo.com.

                                    This is ridiculous and complete case of forgery. I request consumer board to take strict action against this type of companies and help me to get policy of my private four wheeler vehicle

                                      Dear HDFC Credit Card team.

                                      I m using HDFC Credit card. My card number is [protected] . Due to some financial problem . Bank stop my EMI service without any information .i m not able to pay my credit card outstanding amount . And bank is Add some kind of penalties since long time and outstanding amount is more insures . I can't able To pay this any kind of bouncing Charges / late fees . its is request to you that kindly refund me all bouncing charges and late free . last month i m pay minimum amount 2798 /- and still my credit limit zero .So its request you for that kindly make me EMI for my outstanding Amount. 46589/- .
