With Modi ji inspiration I told my father to use bank through transition for his daily life payments. But he doesn't trust online banking services.
In this situation I used his card (under his knowledge) for FreeCharge money so that it may helpful for future use but today morning with out my intervention there is a transition has gone where 1000rs has been charged to my father card which made confused me and him about this transition...

I have recently opened and a/c with Hdfc bank but it gone in mines how done know when discuss with bank they are not reply in proper manner they have stuck all money my Rs 40000/- please help in to get my due my cibil score I hampering . I have visit the bank of in sector 12 Noida but said the have issued the credit card my name however I have not received any credit card till date and this card is issue in 2013 wherein i ask for the statements...

Naming its 24/7 customer service but not respond on calls. What is the point to mentioning 24/7 customer care service.

I have called customer care service but no one responding but the phone is continuing without response.

One person responded after 4 times of calling and he immediately cut the call he did not listen, is it the way you are treating the customer...

I beg to state that i brought a bajaj ct100 motor byke from lk trading, rupnarayanpur on 2006 which was financed by hdfc bank, asansol branch. (Near ashram more). Loan number is - 2480814, hdfc bank recovered the full loan amount with interest from me within 2008. But did not provide me any noc. Even hdfc bank did not give any awareness or information about noc at the time of loan taking or after fully recover...

I am Vipul Likhar, holding a/c no.- [protected] and customer id[protected] which was salary account some(approx 7-8) months ago. Bank debited AMB charges suddenly from my account without any prior information. Why deduction are there if you can't inform at least once. This type of behaviour is really ridiculous . Please refund my balance at the earliest.

Hi i had credit card from hdfc bank, i had cleared all my dues on feb, and also i blocked my card, but still they kept charging me and on september gave me a notice, when i called they said clear the half dues and let the payment settled and my cibil will not be hampered, but after making payment they updated my payment as settled amount.This was the fraud they did with me, now when i called them they are asking to pay the remaining amount,...

I dont want to use credit cards, unnecessarily am paying lot of interest on my every purchase, so am going to use better card from hdfc. Thank you, so i want to completely cancel the credi card, pls do the needful, hope it will not take much time to cancel my credit card, almost i have visited your bank for closing card thrice, expectting better work from you people

I have a saving bank account in yours bank branch in Sunam Distt Sangrur Bank IFSC code HDFC0001412 vide account number [protected] and I visit bank personally 3 to 4 times in last 4 months but the dealing person not solve my problem and always she saying to me bank branch have not provide ATM card according to yours bank policy my old ATM is blocked due to my card is old and my netbanking is also blocked with this so i face many problem...

This was my First Account. And i felt proud of having account with HDFC Bank.

Past 9 years i have the salary account with HDFC bank. And additionally, i am using HDFC bank life insurance and credit cards too with no any defaults.

Critics:
During demonetization time ( DEC 18). The new rule is that we can invest below 5000 to bank account. If it is above 5000, then a reason is required...

I am receiving all messages from HDFC. However, i am not receiving the OTP to my mobile that is registered with HDFC bank savings account.

Staying in US and maintaining a Savings Account in India is becoming a nightmare while dealing with HDFC bank.

Customer support is available only during IST hours so I have to stay late in the night to call up..which world are we part of? what is this business model?

I have Savings A/C with HDFC bank and they are imposing me negative balance for non maintenence of min AQB.
As per FEB, 2015 RBI has strictly warned banks against imposing negative balance on savings a/c which were earlier salary a/c. Yet they are harrassing me. i have written several times on their portal but no reply.

I would seek help as i cant pay -7000 to HDFC bank for doing nothing....

Hi, I lost my SIM card which I registered with HDFC bank then after someday I submitted a form to change my number at HDFC bank which is at Mylapore.Its been a very long time that none changed my contact number.its really impossible for me to do any transaction at this demonetization period.Please change my number which will help me survive better without begging others....

Just a very poor way of handling customer, for a regular payee as well without even checking whether payments have been made or NO the collectiosn executive callup early morning with such an unpleasant tome spoiling my day mood as if i hv looted the bank n running way.
Just pathetic way to handle an active customer account.
From this moemnt wld stop using HDFC n only payback the amount untill ZERO...thnx n bye...

My above mentioned PL EMI due is on 07 th of every month. Automatically it is getting cleared every month through ECS. During December 2016 it was not cleared. I don't know the same till 16 th Dec., '16 till your executive called me on 16.12.16. I don't know the reason for it's non clearance on 07.12.16.
