To-day I have visited the Trichy road Branch, Coimbatore of HDFC, where I am having account (Customer ID[protected] and met the Relationship Manager assigned to me as I am being given the status of Imperia customer to enquire about TDS/filing Form-H with regard to the Fixed Deposit dated 1.12.2016. I was just shown a person, who asked me to wait. After wainting for more than 15 minites, on contact, I was asked to wait again. Nett result, I have not obtained the infornation about TDS. Is this the way the RM behaves. Even a regular customer is getting more response and whereas, the Imperia customer is getting this sort of treatment. The horrible experience I had to-day makes me think, why should I be a Imperia Customer. Hence, I want to get away from the catogery of Imperia.
