I have cancelled order on flipkart yesterday and they have refunded money to bank which is debited from my debit card. I also received sms confirmation from hdfc bank that - "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 5782 for rs. 2152.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart16326 on[protected]:15:14:06". But till now i didn't received the refund amount in my bank account.

As I gone through details of PMAY befits so I am eligible for that but i dont know why HDFC bank doing such things.

    For this policy 9520 rs has deducted from my account and given the receipt of 4034 rs only. When i raise this issue they have given receipt by splitting the money of 9520 and within the same mail premium amount is 6569 rs and excess money of 2951 rs but i have received cheque of 1809 rs only. After this i have done free look cancellation and i have received money of 4700 rs only. That means loss of 3011 rs. The money which has deducted from my account and the receipts which hdfc life provided none of them are matching. I would like to know the reason why 3011 rs are less when compare with the deducted money 9520.
    Deducted money=9520
    Received money=4700+1809 (Cheque)=6509
    Loss =[protected]= 3011

    I have not approached for this policy. Hdfc life customer executive has called and convinced to take this policy but everything is messed up. I dont even know how they became as executes when they dont know simple calculations.

    I am requesting all people not to take any kind of policies from hdfc life because they like to play with people emotions by doing such kind of things.

      Vehicle no. :-RJ 37 SD 0547 and i fully payment to bank. But i did not received n. O. C. Till date 3.10.2018
      I don't need one assist service any more. Please discontinue it.
      My Credit Card Bearing No.[protected] has been lost and subsequently blocked. While payment of outstanding payment of Rs. 3297.00, I made payment of Rs. 3300 through cash as well as Rs.3297 through Net Banking. Since my Card is blocked, the additional amount of Rs.3297 has not been refunded till date.

        I had a personal loan of 3 lakhs from hdfc bank. The hdfc bank agent had taken all the necessary documents from me. I was said that my monthly emi of 9857 will be automatically deducted from my sbi bank account via ecs. But i got a mail from sbi bank saying "ecs mandate not received". And 1st month due got detected from my account and 2nd month i got message from hdfc bank that

        "dear customer, your bank has returned the oct-18 emi of rs. 9857 thru ecs debit for loan no 59705188 reason ecs mandate not processed. Please visit your bank branch urgently for registering the ecs mandate."

        My hdfc bank loan a/c no. Is 59705188

        I don't want to pay any extra dues.

          Please resolve this issue and refund my money back asap.

            Dear sir /madam,

            One assist - what is this?

            I am using my hdfc credit card for more 1 year. Recently i was gone through with transaction on statement. I found one assist mfee. What is this one assist mfee. From this name, many transactions are gone. I noticed now. Without customer acceptance how you can able to deduct the amount.

            I was really shocked that amount was deducted and i didn't even get any messages for these deductions. I need my amount back, these should be like fraudulent. Without my permission how you can deduct the amount.

            Recently i was close all my credit balance and kept due as zero. Then now amount was deducted again. I don't know what you are doing with customers. Is you are trying to cheating the customer or thinking that customer wont question on this.

            I need refund amount immediately. I need refund for all you deducted against to this one assist mfee.

            Last payment was debited on[protected] for the amount of rs.1899. I need refund on all deduction immediately upon one assist mfee.. This is totally shocked and no notifications for this deductions. Are you trying to cheat the customers..?

            If i found, my amount was not deducted, i wont pay the last transaction amount of 7199 on 10/10/2018..

            I was not aware about this and still paying for not even using this facilities for these day's. If i not noticed today, it will goes on for long period and pay for useless thing..

            I need to cancel the membership and close the membership immediately and refund should happen immediately. I need acknowledgment from your side..

                  I have received a message from hdfc bank "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 999.00 in mumbai at amazon1258399 on[protected]:17:54:30. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12." i also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.999. I want my money back as its a fraud transaction. Please help me out

                    I buy an online HDFC life click 2 Protect 3D Plus. Before making payment of this I get a call from HDFC agent and I discuss for the medical check-up, Then they inform me in this policy no need any physical medical just HDFC will arrange for you a TELEMEDICAL, and after that I did payment because I am an NRI and just was in India for short time. After reached here abroad I did all documentation online many time and always HDFC request me same documents several times. And when I request for TELEMEDICAL they inform me I have to do a physical medical on my owen expenses and they don´t accept or arrange any telemedical. I send many emails and the last reply received from PADMINI NERLEKER - [protected] - [protected]@hdfclife.com and she request me many documents and send me also some forms to fill and I did all this thing and she informs me on 05/09/2018 they will check with the internal team and will update me as soon. But until today I didn´t receive any reply from HDFC LIFE.

                        My name is gunjan sharma. I have opened a salary account with hdfc. However, without notifying anything to me they have made a credit card application under my name. I had received a message from blue dart for its delivery. I have already refused to take it twice as i don't want a credit card. I do not have any details of this credit card as i have refused delivery and wish to close this credit card account.

I have already mentioned that I have not applied for this credit card, and have refused to take delivery of the card. This means, I have no details of this credit card. So why should I send a form/letter to you guys. Simply close this account and send me a confirmation of this closure. The only information I had received from one of your representative (because I refused to collect the card, she called me to confirm the reason) was the application number. I have already mentioned that number in previous message.

                        Once again I am confirming this that I have not applied for this card, I have not given any documents for this credit card. The only account I should have with HDFC is my salary account.

                        CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND SEND ME A CONFIRMATION.

                        If I ever would require anything in future, I would do it using legal application. Not like what you guys have done.

                          I have applied online for fastag and application no. Is hfr079687.

                          I had received email confirmation stating that their representative shall be in touch with me, and that i will get the fastag in 7 working days. However, there is no further communication, nor have i received the fastag.

                          Kindly update status of the fastag and send same to me asap.

                            I have deposited a cheque (Drawn on foreign bank - hsbc, hongkong) on 12-jun-2018 in hdfc, psn branch, bangalore. I started following up with the operational staffs in psn branch from 06th sep'18. They are checking with various teams when i visit the branch and gave some hope that you will get the money by tomorrow (For the last one month). I lost hope on them. So want to start a fresh, can someone advise how hdfc system clears the cheques payable in foreign countries? Does the system flag if the cheque is not cleared in a specific time? Is someone (Back office/cheque clearance teams) monitor and raise/inform this to customer?. Can also advise whom do i contact as operational staffs in the home branch (Psn, bangalore) not helpful on this? How can i file a case against hdfc bank for this issue? It is pain that their staffs are not trained enough and they don't have a proper system to manage and clear the cheques.

                            Dear Customer,

                            The time frame in which the USD/Euro Cheque deposited by you gets credited into your account in India is as below: For USD: HDFC Bank has two clearing arrangements for USD currency as mentioned below: 1. Final Credit Service ( FCS ) Under FCS arrangement, the holding period is applied by our correspondent Bank from the date the physical cheque is lodged at the clearing house. For the cheques payable in New York, there is a holding period of 6 international working days and for the cheques payable outside New York, there is a holding period of 16 International working days. The holding period is to take care of cheque returns, if any. This holding period of 6 or 16 days does not take into account weekends and holidays in NY, therefore it actually translates to about 12 -13 days and 22-23 days respectively after we receive the credit and before we are able to credit your account. 2. Cash Letter Under cash letter arrangement, the Nostro credit itself takes about 2-3 international working days from the date the physical cheque is lodged at the clearing house. We maintain a holding period of 5 international working days (for cheques payable in NY) and 15 international working days from the date the funds are credited to our Nostro account (our account with the Correspondent Bank in the US). This holding period of 5 or 15 days does not take into account weekends and holidays in NY, therefore it actually translates to about 11 -12 days and 21-22 days respectively after we receive the credit and before we are able to credit your account. Cheques payable in the US can be returned anytime during a period upto three years, after they have been cleared, for reasons such as technical discrepancies, fraud etc. Despite the holding period, it is possible that the cheques may get returned to us even after this period and in such an event the bank would still have to return the funds. The cheque deposit box is a more efficient way to transfer funds from the US, since the cheque does not need to be mailed to the bank/ your family in India and then be sent back again to the US for collection. This saves approximately atleast 10-14 days of the collection period. Further sending the cheque through courier from the US or as a swift transfer (wire transfer) would be a much more expensive proposition. For Euro: Cheques payable in Europe can be returned; after they have been cleared; for reasons such as technical discrepancies, fraud etc. Normally such cheque returns (if any) happen within a period of 16 - 18 days from the date of presentation. In order to reduce the risk faced, we maintain a holding period of 15 international working days from the date the cheque is lodged for clearing at our correspondent bank at Frankfurt and for lodging the cheque for clearing at our correspondent bank at Frankfurt itself takes about 4-6 working days. Despite this, it is possible that the cheque may get returned to us even after this period and in such an event the bank would still have to return the funds. This holding period of 15 working days does not take into account weekends and holidays in Europe, so it actually translates to about 21-22 days after we receive the credit before we are able to credit your account.                                     My salary account with was created in 2015. I worked with apex for 6months after that resigned and joined with other company and opened other bank account. Once i checked my hdfc acct net banking my account is in -7858. Without any information how they put me amb charge?? According to rbi they dont have rights to put negative charge in dormant account. Its really worst service by this hdfc. I need to close this account. Kindly take action againts them.
