I had opened an salary account in hdfc bank, nellore, dargamitta branch, but i left my job in nellore due to personal issues, and i changed my place and went to hometown, i'm not at all operating the account since december 2017, but at present my account has negative balance of rs -7, 394.6363 as of now, please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges from my account so i can proceed to close the account,. I cannot visit the homebranch as my condition does not allow me to do so. So i can visit local branch and close my account. I clearly mentioned all these to hdfc bank via email but instead they replied me as "these charges are levied for not maintaining average monthly balance.
Please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges of rs 7, 394.63, so i can close the account
Recently 7days back, i went to the nearest branch hdfc bank bachupally branch, hyderabad, and called the hdfc official (Laxmikanth) of my home branch, they adviced the bank personnel to submit closure form and send the mail to them, and i contacted hdfc through mobile and email lot of times, but there was no use instead they marked my previous complaint as resolved.
Please look over into it,

Complaint marked as Resolved Initially they replied to my mail
[email protected], followed by call from HDFC homebranch, it took nearly 35days but atlast they responded patiently and closed my account by waiving the negative balance
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
