Sub: complaint against staff
Sir,
With due respect, i, mukesh kumar, proprietor of m/s jay vee gee enterprises, having one c. C. Account no. [protected] and one current account no. [protected] and a saving a/c no.[protected] at barwala village branch, want to complaint about misbehavior by one of your staff. On 11th october 2018 i visited the d. C. Chowk, rohini branch for collecting forex card and i was there at 4 pm and requested to miss shruti sood to process my request but she said me that if you were said to come at 3.30p. M. Then why you not came at correct time, then she denied by saying i have lot more work to do, and you have to come tomorrow. All my work regarding forex card, like transfer of fund, was complete, and i went there to only collect the card, but she did not even after my request, and i came there in next morning, specially for that. I am really very disappointed after this service. Kindly take some action so that in future me or any other person, will not face the same condition, otherwise i have to move to higher authorities to complain for the same.
