deducting 600 for not keeping minimum balance

HDFC bank is deducting Rs. 600 every month for keeping minimum balance in my account.

Even though RBI suggested not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.

I request you to please take action against this bank.

Incident happened with me in last week from my hdfc account total 78000 has been debited against Flipkart transactions which was I never done. those transactions done on 6th and 7 th Oct 2018 and i got to know when i logged in mobile app of bank then strait way i went to the bank and they given me some customer dispute form. I have filled and submitted same. After that I have filled complaint in Cyber crime(not FIR). also called flipkart and told all transaction details to cancel it. after 1 day I have received some amout its around 28k by flipkart. flipkart sent me 1 mail which states that whatever transaction were pending those only they cancelled so they given refund. but orders which were delivered already those they cant refund they will give that info to police.
on date 16 Oct 2018 After flipkart mail received me, I again went to cyber crime they checked that flipkart didn't replied yet which mail they already sent on 8th Oct to flipkart regarding fraud transactions on my account.
When I am going bank there employee saying that our team will contact you nothing in our hand.
when i am calling hdfc pnone bankers they are saying our team is investigating the issue.
In my case i didn't share any pin otp to anybody. I have opened account in month of April 2018 so that debit card has chip so its too secure.

So my quetion is will I get my money back which is remaining 50k? Cyber crime officer is saying that bank has to give your money if you haven't share any otp or pin.

On Date of 19 Oct 2018 I have again received OTP for unauthorized transaction is done by fraud person. But I am surprised Debit card which i have blocked on 8th Oct 2018 for that debit card I am receiving the OTP it means after blocking as well that fraud person is using that debit card details and OTP is generating means HDFC bank is lacking there security somewhere. My luck that much amount not in my account so that transaction declined.

But the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found.

      The representative is not picking up my calls and not replying.
      It's been already 7 days, there has been no communication from the banks end and the status on hdfc bank website says "not found".

        Actually I don't what is ASD But this bank deducted the amount 3 times in one day .This is really very bad cheating.They behave like hackers.

        Bank has deducted my money in a wrongfully manner without informing me via email or message not even on call. I raised the complain, then they said there is due on hdfc credit card which was already settled during last year (2017) in october. When i provided receipt of settlement then after they told me there is a tat of 48 hours to resolve this issue but 5 days have been passed and i did not get any solution or proper reply except insult by the bank manager named aman raghav at cyber city hdfc branch. This is the clear fraud by hdfc bank and how they are treating their consumers. I have been told clearly by hdfc manager, that hdfc don't resolve issues in case you do not hold salary account with them.

          Hdfc bank create lot issue to me, providing my personal details in the open space. I have received one phone call stating that, they are calling from hdfc bank and offering free credit card.

          In the phone itself, i have refused to accept the offer.in spite of that you have sent credit card my residence. And also i not accepted courier and return back to hdfc bank.

          If this continues, i will take necessary action against you through consumer forum.

            I ordered hdfc fastag aprox 1.5 months before, my reference number: hfr077631. I still have not received the tag but received messages stating my account is active etc… on following up many times, got the tracking number to realize that the tag has been sent back due to incomplete address. Address shared by me is the same as mentioned in my aadhar. The concern is that why is that service provider is not aware of this, the service in the call center is pathetic. I would suggest that anyone planning to get fastag to have it procured directly from the toll and not waste time with hdfc. I am not really sure as to when my tag would be dispatched again…

              hdfc smart buy refund services sucks!!

              Hi. I tried booking a flight from blr-pnq using hdfc smartbuy portal via yatra. The transaction got failed and amount got debited from my hdfc bank account. I spoke to yatra customer care executive thereafter and they confirmed that the amount has been refunded to the hdfc smartbuy account. However, hdfc smartbuy has not yet refunded the amount to my hdfc bank account. This is pathetic. This was the last time i used hdfcsmartbuy services...

              Hi team,
              I had applied for a personal loan from hdfc bank viman nagar branch, for which i was asked o open a saving bank account.
              I got the money disbursed in my hdfc account but unable to use the money as the saving account is still not activated,
              Spoke to the branch manager who said they have mailed the zonal office but no reply from the zonal office as yet,
              It has been more then 2 weeks i am unable to use the money.

                          My cust id in HDFC bank is 20976165 . At 6:31pm today i called HDFC bank customer service number[protected] regarding a query on a cheque debit from my account . Based on IVR i reached the respective number, after waiting for 12min in the line, it got connected to a customer service executive, wherein she stated that the query does not pertain to her and so she will forward the call, but the line got disconnected . Again immediately i called[protected], again waiting in line for almost 10min, the line got connected to another customer service executive, i told him the concern, who again stated he will route the call to other unit and again the line was disconnected . Is this the facility provided by customer service team after waiting in the lines for almost 20min ? My contact number is[protected]

                            I had purchased a dell laptop using hdfc credit card (with 6 months EMI Option) cashback offer on 01/07/2018.The offer stated that within 90 days, 10% cashback will be credited into the credit card. but it's already 100 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details.                               I have did a wrong transaction on 15/10/2018 from my hdfc salary account no ([protected]) to another account through online transaction which is a upi transaction. This was done wrongly and this amount was sent for emergency hospitalization and this happens unknowingly. The amount credited to wrong account was rs-10, 050. Kindly please do the needful and please revert back the amount of rs-10, 050 as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased bumper to bumper insurance from HDFC Ergo General insurance; stay in Chennai (TN)

                                  My vehicle had met with an accident on 28th Sept, while returning from Office. I was waiting at the Tarapore towers signal (Mount Road) to turn green for taking a right/U-turn into Dams road when a motorist (two - wheeler, Activa) hit my car near the left front side fender and bumper, and escaped.

                                  The impact was so strong that the fender got damaged and the left side of the bumper had also got dislodged from its position. That being a long weekend, i had deposited my vehicle with Kun Hyundai (Anna Salai) and there was a claim lodged with HDFC Ergo on 03rd Oct'18.

                                  There was a surveyor assigned the same day (Naveen), he called me later in the evening and informed that only Fender replacement was approved since there's an existing damage on the right side of the bumper. I did not agree with this evaluation since the existing damage in question, was a very tiny hole near the right side fog lamp. Since i did not agree, i was assured that he will check and come back; however i did not get any message or call from Naveen further.

                                  On that Saturday, 06th Oct i visited their office in Guindy Industrial estate however the security told me that being a Saturday its a holiday and to come on Monday, in the meanwhile i should reach out to Customer Service. So i called up their helpline number and was referred to Mrs. Subbulakshmi. She heard my concern and advised me to get in touch with Mr. Selvaraj (i was told that he's Claims Manager - Tamil Nadu).

                                  I spoke to Selvaraj on Monday, 08th Oct and again briefed on the incident and claim details. He again mentioned on the existing damage and i had clarified - that the existing damage in question was a small hole on the right side of the bumper (near fog lamp), and it wasn't a significant damage that

                                  • affected the usability of the vehicle, nor
                                  • would have made business sense for HDFC ERGO to order replacement for such a small damage
                                  He then assured that will go for a review again and then come back on the eligible/approved amount. Few days later, Service workshop representative had called me to check if he can start the work and during the conversation also informed that Selvaraj had approved only 50% of the painting charges, i'd have to bear rest of the expenses - bumper replacement charges, 50% of the painting cost. i did not give him the go ahead to start since this was not in consistent to my discussion with Selvaraj. i told him to connect with Selvaraj and get this clarified. In the meanwhile, i had to travel on work related assignment so could not take status or discuss further.

                                  On returning (13th Oct), i contacted Service workshop to check the vehicle status. To my horror, representative informed that the work is still pending since HDFC Ergo had approved only for repair work to fix the bumper whereas the bumper had to be replaced.

                                  On 14th Oct, i again called Selvaraj and told that there's some communication gap because the message he conveyed to me earlier was not in consistent with the confirmation from Service workshop. Upon requesting, Selvaraj arranged for a conference with the Service workshop; during the call, Service workshop representative mentioned that HDFC Ergo team had been insisting on repairing the bumper though he had clarified that it was beyond repair and had to be replaced. Additionally, i'll be reimbursed only upto 50% of the painting cost.

                                  Sir, i again wish to remind the team that the policy i'd subscribed was 'Bumper to Bumper Insurance'. During Policy registration/Sales, i was assured full replacement without any limits (unlike comprehensive policy), then why is there a sub limit on expenses being forced upon now.

                                  Secondly, Claims being raised were in good faith - both my actions, the claim i have raised now considering the damages and the claim i did not make earlier considering the insignificant (damage).

                                  i had faced such hardship even during my previous claim; i had budged earlier considering the impact on my work and personal finances (due to unavailability of personal vehicle).

                                  I am expecting the company to honor the full claim under this incident - bumper replacement and painting charges.
