    I have been deceived by the executive that if i will open an account in hdfc bank i will get credit card and unlimited account transaction for whole life period even though he himself deducted an amount of rs 1100 from my account for insurance policy but he cheated me i totally lost the faith on hdfc back because they are deceiving the public at large. I approached 100 times before branch head for refund my illegal deduction amount which they have deducted more than 30000 for excess transaction and other related issues but he and his executives did not bother plz help me to get the amount back

[protected] in hdfc chadura ifsc hdfc0003032 and the amount which is deducted is more than 30000 in these months despite of several requests the branch head and its executives did not bother to refund the same which forced me to close the account i request u to refund an amount

        Bank called number of time for providing free credit card and when availed it card came within 7 days and then after 2days called came from bank that it was not free have to spent some money to make it life time free. So, it was done accordingly but after 2 days again called an executive from hdfc bank told that there will be annual charges and when it denied as they have n't said before applying, she used abusive language and talk so roughly to me and said if i don't avail the medical claim, they will charged me 13707 rupees and made me convinced to forcefully avail it and even after denied also she said whether we want or not bank will charged 13707 rupees and so i talked to their ergo medical health, they said it's not mandatory and so as i was busy with my hospital work, i just said yes in 2 verification call and 3rd verification i didn't attempt and kept the switch off due to annoying frequent calls from hdfc bank and when i again switch on that executive called again and used abusive language and i handed my mobile to my senior, she scold that executive and told her that we will file rti.

        Being and 6 year of customer, they used abusive and rough language and harass me and like that she might have harass other customers of hdfc too. This type of executive should be dismissed from bank duty.

        Though I didn't complete 3rd verification call, I got this message and she threaten me that bank will charge 13707 ... She was so mean .Before talking an customer, people should be polite and understanding but like her and you won't show respect to us there are other banks too which are far polite and understanding customer needs.
        Respect begets respect . If you offering something then mention it thoroughly in talk and sent mail with all benefit but shouldn't be too fast and force other to avail such facilities if he/ she is not aware / ready for it .

          After opened the ppf account i got anna nagar chennai branch.
          Please transfer this account to nearest branch at delhi, because it is very difficult to maintaining the account at such a long distance.
          And also i didn't get the passbook yet.

I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. Kindly deactivate this service and refund my balance 1399/-. How you can auto debit from card without knowing to customer

                  My name is VINAYAK AGARWAL, my contact number is [protected] and my email id is VINAYAK.[protected]@YAHOO.COM and i am a credit card holder of HDFC bank, i am holding regalia credit card ([protected]) on which i got a priority pass, at the time of issuance of this card i was informed that you have an airport lounge access offer on this priority pass and you will NOT be charged any fees on this for any domestic and international travel. Accordingly i used this priority pass in DELHI AND KOLKATA AIRPORTS in June 2018. At that time i was not charged anything but in the current month (Sept 2018) I see amounts of rs 3982 and rs 716 has been charged to me for using the priority pass. When I called the customer care they informed me that now the bank has make the domestic access chargeable but i didn't get any communication from bank side. So why should i pay this charges, AS NO ONE FROM BANK NEVER EVER INFORMED ME WHILE ISSUING CARD. I have called so many times to bank but every time i got a response that our senior will call you back in 24 hours but i didn't get any call, i mailed them so many times but not a proper response for mail also, after receiving mail they always reply after 2-3 days that too mentioning that you have to pay this charge without any explanation. My due date is about to come and it will impact my cibil if i will not pay this. I WILL NOT PAY THESE AMOUNTS, AND WILL GO FOR ALL THE FAMILY BANK ACCOUNTS CLOSURE WITH THE HDFC BANK

                              I am a hdfc bank account holder with a salaried account working in a reputed mnc. I got my hdfc account opened on 2nd of july, 2018. Since then, i tried a lot of times to contact hdfc personnel for credit card. Each time i receive an application number, but later on i get an email that my address couldnt be found. I asked for this to mr sumit ([protected]), who opened our accounts, but each time he tried to delay the work and ignored my application.
                              Colleagues who applied for the card have received it.

                              Kindly provide me the reason why this bank isn't able to provide this basic facility. We had an option to choose between icici and hdfc. I chose hdfc because i thought it would make our lifestyle easier.

                                i am complaining about the delay of minor to major account conversion

                                I applied in hdfc bank for conversion of account from minor to major on[protected]... It been 4 months now. After all this drama they gave us the minor atm card. They are not doing there work properly. We are tired now by going in the bank and wasting the petrol... So now we have to again go through all the process... And at the end they will keep the the account minor only....

                                  hdfc edc paper roll

                                  We have a credit card swipe machine (Edc m/c) at our petrol pump (R. O) with tid no. 44064100. We are doing business of 2 lakhs with the machine. We almost require 2 paper rolls per day for the transactions to print. We requested 3 times to the hdfc support but we din’t get the rolls. We want 60 rolls. If still this continue we may be forced to stop the usage of edc m/c.

                                    I had purchased an iPad on the 27th of April, 2018 from Croma store at Juhu. I purchased it with my HDFC bank Debit card. It was under a scheme of 1, 500/- cashback to be credited within 90 days of purchase. However, I am yet to receive any cashback for the same. It’s been way more than 90 days now.

                                    Also, I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on which a cashback of 2, 500 was to be received within 90 days. That purchase was made on 2nd Feb., 2018. No resolution to the above complaints from HDFC, Reliance and Croma customer care teams.
