    Dear team,

    This is with reference to my hdfc home loan & pmay interest subsidy amount.
    My loan reference number is[protected].

    Initially loan tenure was 5 years, i have changed the loan tenure to 15 years & after that i have clearly instructed hdfc team to apply for pmay subsidy application considering 15 years tenure.

    I have got confirmation also regarding change in loan tenure.

    But there was blunder mistake done by hdfc team & wrong tenure, subsidy amount was calculated.

    As per my loan amount of rs. 25 lacs & tenure period of 15 years, subsidy amount should be rs. 191, 479/-. But surprisingly i have got only rs. 80, 000/- in my account.

    On investigation, i came to know that there was mistake done by hdfc team & wrong data has been sent to government. Now hdfc team is giving excuses & they are not ready to acknowledge the mistake.

    I am following up with team from 16th jan 18 & written so many reminders.

    Since there is not single mistake from our side, hdfc needs to pay the difference amount of rs. 110, 846/- to us. As this is total negligence case from hdfc team.

    You are requested to kindly look into this & support.

      I am chasing you people to get kyc process completion almost since last 4 months through mails and phone calls,
      I have submitted kyc 20 times but no use. If you people can't mainten the services just shutdown the app. Calling and mailing to completing kyc process but just responding for name sake.
      If you're not responding to customer issues/queries then whom ur responding and what work u people doing.

      I need immediate closure of this issue else remove kyc process from payzapp

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I received a message stating oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending with 8261 without my concern on date:11/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

        I had also called hdfc credit card customer care and i did not get proper response from them.

          Sub: complaint against staff

          Sir,
          With due respect, i, mukesh kumar, proprietor of m/s jay vee gee enterprises, having one c. C. Account no. [protected] and one current account no. [protected] and a saving a/c no.[protected] at barwala village branch, want to complaint about misbehavior by one of your staff. On 11th october 2018 i visited the d. C. Chowk, rohini branch for collecting forex card and i was there at 4 pm and requested to miss shruti sood to process my request but she said me that if you were said to come at 3.30p. M. Then why you not came at correct time, then she denied by saying i have lot more work to do, and you have to come tomorrow. All my work regarding forex card, like transfer of fund, was complete, and i went there to only collect the card, but she did not even after my request, and i came there in next morning, specially for that. I am really very disappointed after this service. Kindly take some action so that in future me or any other person, will not face the same condition, otherwise i have to move to higher authorities to complain for the same.

            I purchased the subscription of hdfc fast tag service on 20 april, 2018 and used your services till 29 may 2018. Due to damage of windshield, hdfc fast tag chip destroyed and i have to changed the windshield and i required the new fast tag chip for new windshield. Regarding this, i have been calling to [protected] since may 2018 for seeking help, i had not received any satisfactory response. According to their instructions, i was to receive an e-mail with link to re-issue, in spite of providing several email id's, i had not received any e-mail.
            Moreover, you have no email address to communicate costumers.

However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription.                 This is regarding the complaint, i had registered 3 weeks ago. 3000 rs got withdrawn from my debit card. I raised this concern to bank and they have forwarded to the concern department. 7993210 is the case no. If this would not be sorted soon, i will share about the secure banking of hdfc bank, on social media. My debit card was with me, still the transaction happened on my account. I visited branch many times, but the same reply i got, that i have to wait. I have to share everything on social media next time, if this would not get resolved. This is hdfc bank duty, to resolve my issue.

                  I have made all payment before due date by the time i had a card, i did not pay any delay you may check my statement when the credit card was not working then i invalidated for kind information because of which i had to pay a fine 350/- due to credit card was did not work during shopping. I have several email but not get reply from your team your executive came at my office two year back to offer me this credit card because this credit was made by corporate group through before removing to credit i had payment before after that i got 100 excess amount by then the card had stopped but i tried to talk to your executive but no answer came from them i had tried many time but not respond
                  It is a matter of thinking that if i paid all the money, why would i keep it for 100? The last bill came 2200/- and i had payment made 2100/-this is the final matter which was already explained earlier my email how can you send me 5836.00 instead of 100 balance.

                  Kindly do the needful i am ready to pay the money which was actual due amount not excess amount because i had contact to your executive for final settlement but he did not properly respond this is false at your end not my side otherwise this matter will go to legal department this is not my fault.                     We are retailer and our firm name is mstyle, we have applied for edc machine for our shop on 29.09.2018, our initial preference was national bank, since i felt the services would be faster in releasing edc machine from hdfc, i have convinced my partners and applied the machine at your mvp colony branch, while submitting our application your representative had made false promise stating the machine will be released by max 5 days time. We have not got the machine, we are loosing around 10 to 15 thousand sales a day. I am disappointed the way hdfc dealt us.

                      I have a savings account number [protected] (Customer id[protected] with hdfc bank, city centre branch, gwalior, and when i deposited 15000 inr in cash in other hdfc local branch myself on 15.9.2018, the bank has illegally debited 177 inr towards third party transaction, while it wasn't so, nor amount was so high to attract such charges.

                      I made tele complaint to relationship manager ms jimmie sharma, who promised to see the matter and later when again contacted, she confirmed mistake on bank part and said, it's reversal is initiated, but still not refunded.

                      Kindly register complaint and take action, or else i will approach rbi.

                        Hdfc bank debited 5000 rs as a ecs return charges by allowing 3rd party vendor to present the ecs for 8consecutive times for the same day (15/09/2018) due to insufficient funds even though i requested for stop payment. There is no notification for the bounce as well as return charge debit from hdfc bank. When i called customer care, i don't get a proper response which leads me to the frustration and upset.

                        Hdfc execute was not speaking like responsible person. I really don't know how come hdfc bank allowed 8 times ecs hit on my account, is this your account or what? Are you people playing with other's money?

                        Don't you have a control on ecs?

                        I spoke to 3rd party vendor, they told it was taken by your bank.

                        If i don't get my money back, i will sue you in court. Get back to me rapidly.

                          On 6.9.2018, i have tried to transact the amount of rs.3500/- to paytm wallet from hdfc bank but the payment has got failed but my money has not refunded back to my bank account till now.

                          Even though the payment is on failed mode, but the money has been deducted from my bank account. Still i have not received my money back to my account.

                            I did a recharge on 30th sep of rupees 2000 into my wife's hdfc wallet. The transaction as successful but a message popped up stating to check back on 1 hour for the amount to be reflected in the wallet.
                            Since after a day also the amount was not credited, i raised a service request on their portal but irony the request was saved but no service number was generated or acknowledged. I called their customer service multiple times and got fake commitments of 48 hours, 12 hours. I sent 2 mails to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com nothing happened. 5-6 calls still the issue is not resolved. My wallet it is [protected].

                            Their portal is hopeless. No way to track your service request, doesn't generate a service request.

                            Dissapointed hdfc.

                              I also got a call from some mr anurag his number is [protected]. Who told me to have loan at 0 % interest for which i have to pay 50000 as life insurance policy named hdfc life classic assure plus. Then they will issue loan of 500000 against policy & for which i will not get any benefits of premium i pay but instead i will get policy cover for 15 year & i have to pay premiums only for 10 years. Then he asked to send basic documents. Like pan card & aadhar number. He speaks very professionally like what are benefits & why details needed etc. Almost every questions, i ask is answered by him logically. Then he said he will send file & someone from bank will call me. So then ms neha shrivastav calls me, from [protected], citing her employee code as ns9632. She told me that she is talking directly from hdfc bank at senapati bagh marg, lower parel, mumbai & she is the one seeing loan department for all gujarat customers. She also sends me her employee id card & office address of 1st floor. Also she told some watchmen name of the bank if i want to visit her personally. After some inquiries she got my trust & then she asked to keep my documents ready & submit to nearest branch or somebody will pick up. Then she tells me that i will get 2-3 calls to verify from hdfc life. And also that in that verification process i shall not mention any loan process. Because loan & policy departments are separate. And she is giving me two options that if i want to go to direct or through agent. If i want to go through agent, then i will get only 80% of the amount and 15-20 % commission will go to agent. Also if i go direct then there will not be any processing charges etc. So obviously i choose to select direct. She also told me that while verification, they (Hdfc people) will ask me different questions like whether i am applying for any loan also & i have to reply as no because i am applying directly & if i say yes & their agents comes to know that, then my application will be rejected. Then a call from number [protected] (It seems genuine) & ms seema talks to me in monotonus tone like any other banker verification call. She tells that in this policy plan i will not be able to get any bonus or benefit or loan. So that is why i was applying for. Then i told that i was told about loan, the lady told that you will be transferred to concerned department & phone is cut. Now after some time, ms neha shrivastav speaks with me to tell what happened & she got a mail that i had talk with customer care & verified details. So i told her same thing that verification agent is telling that i will not get any loan for the policy. So are they wrong or is she wrong? Then she again explains me & tells that the call is from policy-agent department & they will tell you these things & i should not listen & after my approval my documents will be sent to he directly to mumbai & she will be handling to process the loan. So i now became suspicious. I called to hdfc parel branch phone & mr hitesh was there on phonebanking. He told me that there is nobody like ms neha is there or he does't know because so many employees are there or she might be in other department & he is not allowed to check details of her by her employee id. After that she called me again that she has put my file again & sent mail. And now i have to go to local branch to give my documents to local person someone mr chirag. But as branch is closed now so i have to go tomorrow & she will fix appointment. From her talks, i felt that she is not employee of hdfc & might be any agent, may be fraud. And her id card is also fake. Then after some time, mr anurag also called me that what is difficulties or what happened whether i sent documents or not. I told him that it seems fake proposal from you guys & neither bank offers such things in official documents nor it seems logical that mumbai branch gives loan to gujarat customers. Also there are no employees like you at that branch. But he talks again very politely & answered my queries. So at any point, i didn't fell like i am getting cheated by any fraud even as i am highly doubt making. I am waiting to send documents and waiting to get call from bank. Should i trust or not? And also i want you to clarify on such loans or those two employees, ms neha & mr anurag whether they exists...

                                    Dear team,

                                    I took a personal loan at hdfc bank ltd malakpet branch and then the branch staff coerced me to open the savings account to get the loan processed. Since iam in urgency, no options have left except giving consent to open savings account with promise obtained from the official that"i am not capable of maintaining the 10k then they said after 3 months you can close the account". As per their promise i approached the bank manager of that branch on 11/10/2018 and requested him to close the account and told him everything about the situation of the past. Instead of listening to our query he is asking unnecessary questions like that "1. Why you took the loan in our bank despite you are belonging to the public sector bank. 2. Telling us that i worked for sbh, and arguing that your bank also charging customers for closure of account". I don't understand what kind of people that hdfc bank recruiting in that position, i am questioning is this the way the branch manager speaking to the woman customer?. On what basis they opened an account and giving false promises at the time of opening the account when coming to close the account they harassing with the charges, i don't understand what kind of tactics organized by these officials to lure the customer. I took a leave specially to close the account with a loss of pay and branch manager denied the account closure for false charges. Requesting the team to close the account immediately and teach the managerial ethical skills, behavioral skills with women customers. Here your questions should be very straight for the closure of the account why unnecessary questions its not a cbi investigation. When we are coming to your bank for closure just talk about your bank not other banks.

                                        Am hdfc customer since 2012 and i have been using hdfc credit card since 2015. However, in July-2018 month credit card statement, i have observed discrepancies in as listed below

                                        total of statement as line by line spending sums to rs. 14718.18 and due amout mentioned is rs. 15405.00.
