Dear sir,

My name is shivansh srivastava my card number is [protected] i am using this card from last two years and hdfc has blocked my card without any intimation now they charging the interst on my card even though i am ready to pay in two installment of full amount and i have already paid 30000 and rest amout is 23000 but they are charging fake interest and late payment fee and incresing the amount.

    Customer id[protected]
    Why am i being charged this amount (₹4.18) in the form of "debit card pur adj dt 08-10-18" while the original transaction happened 2 days ago?
    These deductions are really unacceptable.
    When i called hdfc customer service, the phone banker didn't have a clue about the fee.
    I have used other bank debit cards also but never came across this kind of fees

    Hoping for a prompt reply and speedy refund.

      Hi team,

      I am an old customer of hdfc bank. Earlier i maintained a salary account in this bank but after leaving job i have opened up a new saving account because of their good service. But now as i am not earning, i am unable to maintain their average monthly balance, you we can say follow their criteria of amb. Without giving any prior info related to less balance for a particular month they have deduct 1000rs straight from my savings account, by the transaction name of charges for not maintaining amb for aug and sep month. At the end of sep they are giving info related to less bal and then not only this they have deducted the money too without any prior info.
      Just for the sake of maintaining this amb, they charge such a huge amount. Its indirectly a method for bank to earn more money. I am house wife and its not possible for me to maintain this 10000rs bal in my account each and every month. I cannot keep an eye for each and every transaction., that how much i have now and how much i have spend. We try our best to save, but what if we are unable to maintain it, and if we will not maintain it, then bank will charge a good amount as charges for not maintaing the amb.
      I just want to say that i want my money back, or i am gonna close my account soon. I cannot take this thing, anymore.

        Dear sir/ mam

        Greeting for the day!

        Further to mention subject i have a running personal loan having account number 4885331 with name dipak bhimjibhai donga. It has terms of 12 month lock in period for closing. Before 12 month i can closed if i apply home loan as mention in terms.

        Main point of concern that i already applied home loan ans i got sanction latter it means i am eligible to closed this loan during the lock-in pried. While i went to surat retail loan center along with my home loan sanction later for closed my running personal loan but there is not accept my application and manager replied me you can not closed this loan untill 12 month thats our terms. Otherwise there is mention in your sanction later that particulate this loan have to paid up.

        I don't understand why manager creating more complications for us. Its really mentally harassment for us and wasting of our time also.

        Kindly resolved this concern as soon as possible.

        Our Bank does allow foreclosure of personal loans before the prescribed lock-in period of 12 months/ 12 EMIs in certain special conditions such as critical illness/ demise of the borrower, loss of employment, permanent relocation outside the country, home loan (condition prescribed by home loan grantor) - among others. Borrowers are required to produce appropriate documentary evidence in support of the application and these are considered on a case by case basis by the Bank. You will be required to approach any of our Bank's retail loans service centers ( list of service centers and address can be accessed through "branch locator" on the web page- www.hdfcbank.com) with Home loan sanction letter mentioning the precondition for closure of said PL to obtain a formal offer for foreclosure of the loan and for making the payment of Foreclosure please mention "HDFC Bank Limited Loan Account Number: XXXXX" on the cheque.

          If my query will not resolved by today i will lodge a complaint in police station and also twit this post to all social networking site.

          My issue was very simple my account status is in no debit status i have updated the address and also done the kyc but also from last two month the account is in no debit status means hdfc is blocking my money from last two month.

          Please intervene on this asap or else i will lodge a complaint to consumer forum for harrasing case.

          On 8/10/2018 i have visited airoli branch to remove the status of no debit so that i can make the transaction. They told withinn 24 hrs ur issue will be resolved. 72 hrs are over but also the issue is not resolved. Bank name hdfc

          I need a compensation to hold my amount for 45 days it was just 2 minute work. Mitesh wadhwani and Hitesh More he has support me every time I appreciate the 2 peoples who have help me. When I have escalated the case to the board of director within 4 hrs you have unblock my account. There was no reason to hold my money for past 45 days I need compensation for harassment to block my money without any valid reason.

          Bcoz of my account I can't witdraw the money for last 45 days. I need a compensation with interest for holding amount for 45 days without reason.

          Also I have contacted to customer care of lower parel the contact no. [protected] where I have registered the complaint Minal told that for complaint no. You have to wait for 24 hrs.and for the resolution it will take 4 working day. I have told her already I have escalated the issue to md of hdfc bank. But also she has not given the complaint no. She told that you will receive the complaint no. On email I'd or mobile no. But still I have not received the complaint no. Minal the contact centre has given false information to wind up the call fast.
          I'm calling before 1day call not received just recording hold the line bad service I'm unhappy

                  This is with reference to my hdfc home loan & pmay interest subsidy amount.
                  My loan reference number is[protected].

                  Initially loan tenure was 5 years, i have changed the loan tenure to 15 years & after that i have clearly instructed hdfc team to apply for pmay subsidy application considering 15 years tenure.

                  I have got confirmation also regarding change in loan tenure.

                  But there was blunder mistake done by hdfc team & wrong tenure, subsidy amount was calculated.

                  As per my loan amount of rs. 25 lacs & tenure period of 15 years, subsidy amount should be rs. 191, 479/-. But surprisingly i have got only rs. 80, 000/- in my account.

                  On investigation, i came to know that there was mistake done by hdfc team & wrong data has been sent to government. Now hdfc team is giving excuses & they are not ready to acknowledge the mistake.

                  I am following up with team from 16th jan 18 & written so many reminders.

                  Since there is not single mistake from our side, hdfc needs to pay the difference amount of rs. 110, 846/- to us. As this is total negligence case from hdfc team.

                  You are requested to kindly look into this & support.

                    I am chasing you people to get kyc process completion almost since last 4 months through mails and phone calls,
                    I have submitted kyc 20 times but no use. If you people can't mainten the services just shutdown the app. Calling and mailing to completing kyc process but just responding for name sake.

                      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I received a message stating oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending with 8261 without my concern on date:11/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

                        With due respect, i, mukesh kumar, proprietor of m/s jay vee gee enterprises, having one c. C. Account no. [protected] and one current account no. [protected] and a saving a/c no.[protected] at barwala village branch, want to complaint about misbehavior by one of your staff. On 11th october 2018 i visited the d. C. Chowk, rohini branch for collecting forex card and i was there at 4 pm and requested to miss shruti sood to process my request but she said me that if you were said to come at 3.30p. M. Then why you not came at correct time, then she denied by saying i have lot more work to do, and you have to come tomorrow. All my work regarding forex card, like transfer of fund, was complete, and i went there to only collect the card, but she did not even after my request, and i came there in next morning, specially for that. I am really very disappointed after this service. Kindly take some action so that in future me or any other person, will not face the same condition, otherwise i have to move to higher authorities to complain for the same.

                            This is regarding the complaint, i had registered 3 weeks ago. 3000 rs got withdrawn from my debit card. I raised this concern to bank and they have forwarded to the concern department. 7993210 is the case no. If this would not be sorted soon, i will share about the secure banking of hdfc bank, on social media. My debit card was with me, still the transaction happened on my account. I visited branch many times, but the same reply i got, that i have to wait. I have to share everything on social media next time, if this would not get resolved. This is hdfc bank duty, to resolve my issue.

                              I have made all payment before due date by the time i had a card, i did not pay any delay you may check my statement when the credit card was not working then i invalidated for kind information because of which i had to pay a fine 350/- due to credit card was did not work during shopping. I have several email but not get reply from your team your executive came at my office two year back to offer me this credit card because this credit was made by corporate group through before removing to credit i had payment before after that i got 100 excess amount by then the card had stopped but i tried to talk to your executive but no answer came from them i had tried many time but not respond
                              It is a matter of thinking that if i paid all the money, why would i keep it for 100? The last bill came 2200/- and i had payment made 2100/-this is the final matter which was already explained earlier my email how can you send me 5836.00 instead of 100 balance.

                              Kindly do the needful i am ready to pay the money which was actual due amount not excess amount because i had contact to your executive for final settlement but he did not properly respond this is false at your end not my side otherwise this matter will go to legal department this is not my fault. If you have any doubt you may call any time. Credit card details are as under :-

                                We are retailer and our firm name is mstyle, we have applied for edc machine for our shop on 29.09.2018, our initial preference was national bank, since i felt the services would be faster in releasing edc machine from hdfc, i have convinced my partners and applied the machine at your mvp colony branch, while submitting our application your representative had made false promise stating the machine will be released by max 5 days time. We have not got the machine, we are loosing around 10 to 15 thousand sales a day. I am disappointed the way hdfc dealt us.

                                  I have a savings account number [protected] (Customer id[protected] with hdfc bank, city centre branch, gwalior, and when i deposited 15000 inr in cash in other hdfc local branch myself on 15.9.2018, the bank has illegally debited 177 inr towards third party transaction, while it wasn't so, nor amount was so high to attract such charges.

                                  I made tele complaint to relationship manager ms jimmie sharma, who promised to see the matter and later when again contacted, she confirmed mistake on bank part and said, it's reversal is initiated, but still not refunded.

                                  Kindly register complaint and take action, or else i will approach rbi.

                                    Hdfc bank debited 5000 rs as a ecs return charges by allowing 3rd party vendor to present the ecs for 8consecutive times for the same day (15/09/2018) due to insufficient funds even though i requested for stop payment. There is no notification for the bounce as well as return charge debit from hdfc bank. When i called customer care, i don't get a proper response which leads me to the frustration and upset.

                                    Hdfc execute was not speaking like responsible person. I really don't know how come hdfc bank allowed 8 times ecs hit on my account, is this your account or what? Are you people playing with other's money?

                                    Don't you have a control on ecs?

                                    I spoke to 3rd party vendor, they told it was taken by your bank.

                                    If i don't get my money back, i will sue you in court. Get back to me rapidly.

                                      I am manikandan from chennai, i have an issue with payment transaction the details are below

                                      On 6.9.2018, i have tried to transact the amount of rs.3500/- to paytm wallet from hdfc bank but the payment has got failed but my money has not refunded back to my bank account till now.

                                      Even though the payment is on failed mode, but the money has been deducted from my bank account. Still i have not received my money back to my account.
