Have owned credit card from hdfc bank previous year, with condition if i do the first transaction from payzapp application then it will be life time free for me i. E. For renewal charges will be applied on credit card. Then how come 500 bucks along with 900 bucks as gst is applied for membership renewal fees. Do not understand this cheating done by such brand name's. Attaching the ref. No and complaint no for your reference.

Hi Manoj,

This is was really not at all conveyed to me that 4 more transactions I have to do. You refer to my mailbox which is present in netbanking which is actually present for every user but problem is that all emails more then 180 days gets deleted from there and also your representative do not respond to personal email id...?? So I don't have any proof in my hand as of now. Also I had registered a compliant on 16th Oct'2017 on your HDFC bank escalation portal but you don't respond on that, same query was raised by me at that time what I have to follow the process to get life time free card. Also your representatives on phone conveyed that only 1 transaction I have to do on Payzapp application but however your policies changes every week so I do not bother to your attached link. What ever was conveyed and that I had followed properly but then too this is cheating with. If you want you block my credit card I really don't want such thing. I have made certain transaction before for which I will credit all the amount in next 10 days, post which you can block my card. I don't want to renew this card any more.

See I was true and I have fulfilled all your conditions to get life time free membership card. You can refer to the attach mail snap shot and mail description too. But still I have one problem that Rs.88 is charged as GST, so I want to what GST charge is applied. I have refer to the various sources and confirmed that if their is late payment in against credit then I have pay interest including GST but from last one year I have not made any delay in payment. So why this is charged. Kindly clarify on this.

I have already paid all outstanding of my two wheeler Loan agreement no. 22495809. But written off is still showing in my credit score.I have informed HDFC Bank Silchar BRANCH about this matter but till date no action is being taken. Please resolve, reply and inform credit bureau asap.I am not able to apply for any new loan.
I have applied for HDFC bank gift card plus on 18th September, 2018 of Rupees 1500. Money have been deducted from my hdfc bank account on same day but today itself I have not received the same.I have contacted bank branch and customer care is not responding regarding the same. Please provide me a contact details which could resolve my issue.

    I have an account in hdfc bank rajpur road where i went on 06 oct 2018 for fd inquiry. I met there with miss shilpa shankdhar, she told me to inquire it from mr. Ritesh kumar who told me my fd amount with interest, then i told him to liquidate my fixed deposits. I asked him about the interest, he told me i will be getting ₹24000 plus principal amount but when i liquidated fixed deposit i got only ₹18000. When i asked him he told 1% penalty levied on liquidating fixed deposit, which neither miss shilpa or mr. Ritesh told me and after that both starting blaming each other and refused to help me. I wanted to meet bm but he was not in the bank. Mr. Ritesh gave me his number but his number was switched off.
    I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my amount credited to my account.
    This is third time when i have suffered financial loss because of hdfc bank staff incompetency

      On 12 oct, i have made imps transaction to my friend with full trust on hdfc bank, money is debited at that moment only but not credited to beneficiary account till date. Also, no corresspondence is made regarding the same at any level by any executive of bank. I am highly bothered about the amount as it is of high value.
      Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

        I had opened an salary account in hdfc bank, nellore, dargamitta branch, but i left my job in nellore due to personal issues, and i changed my place and went to hometown, i'm not at all operating the account since december 2017, but at present my account has negative balance of rs -7, 394.6363 as of now, please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges from my account so i can proceed to close the account,. I cannot visit the homebranch as my condition does not allow me to do so. So i can visit local branch and close my account. I clearly mentioned all these to hdfc bank via email but instead they replied me as "these charges are levied for not maintaining average monthly balance.

        Please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges of rs 7, 394.63, so i can close the account

        Recently 7days back, i went to the nearest branch hdfc bank bachupally branch, hyderabad, and called the hdfc official (Laxmikanth) of my home branch, they adviced the bank personnel to submit closure form and send the mail to them, and i contacted hdfc through mobile and email lot of times, but there was no use instead they marked my previous complaint as resolved.

        Please look over into it,

        Initially they replied to my mail [email protected], followed by call from HDFC homebranch, it took nearly 35days but atlast they responded patiently and closed my account by waiving the negative balance

          My client transferred INR 50000 to my account at urgent basis but it`s not credited to beneficiary account my account. When i.called customer care they told you will get it in 24 hours but it's not credited yet. My client is telling i canot do anything .they just forwarded the transaction details. Please help

            I have been trying to call my hdfc saving account department and after 7failure attempts and wasting 1 hour i am writing this. It is taking me to credit card department and not the saving acc dept. And when they are trying to transfer the call to the right dept it’s dropping. This is frustrating. And they are being sarcastic and not helping. I tried to tell the issue multiple times but it seems only waste of time. They need to update their customer service experience. It’s been 10 days there was a frodulant transaction and they have done nothing to solve it.

The very same day i have received a text message that your application is processing but the problem is that i tried to check the application status online through "https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track" - it shows there is no record found.

                Your request for customer dispute has been logged. The complaint id no. is 1685701. As an HDFC Bank customer, when you transact at a non-HDFC Bank ATM the transaction is routed through ATM networks authorized and governed by the RBI. As per the extant RBI guidelines, disputes pertaining to non/short dispensation of cash need to be resolved by way of Charge Back, wherein the card issuing bank raises a chargeback on the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction. The acquiring bank has to revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed failing which the customer’s account will be credited within 7 working days from the date of the complaint. Furthermore, as per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation.

                  I will make this short, basically two agents from your branch in bhikaji cama place conned my parents and took their insurance money. You might ask how? Basically my parents did whatever they told my parents to do. They hardly know a thing a 2 about dos and donts when handling such sensitive matters. When we called them and told them we would report them they said "jo karna hai karo" shamelessly. Ps my parents did such a foolish mistake and signed on a blank paper just because the agents asked them to do it. Wtf

                  Please help us. My parents hard earned money is stolen by these losers.

                  I have the phone number of one of their agents and his name (Not sure if its real) and the other agent's first name. I also have their photos.

                  I have all the concerned policy numbers and what not.

                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1499/- from my credit card without my concern on date:04/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1499/- also i have not taken any plan from the bank

                        I had applied credit card (Application ref. No: 18i[protected]s4) before two months and got a call and verification has been done on my place by an bank agent after 2 days also i dint get the card info or status of the card, and i called customer care again customer representative said credit card application is still in progress. Till now i have called 4 to 5 times for the status, whenever i call, hdfc representative is saying still in progress and check after 2 days, i am very disappointed due to response and processing the credit card, the bad part is whenever i track the card its still in process

                          I don't know how they make unwanted bill in my credit card, Automatically recharge mobile auto service activate its self.
                          and bill generated without any concern.

                          And one thing there are no option to permanent close credit card in the hdfc official site.
                          Now i want to close my account and all services from hdfc .

                                  First never get hdfc credit card, they loot you with several hidden charges. I did same mistake. Swipe was made for 20k on my credit card and every month part payment minimum due/more was paid but the amount never reduced in turn it increased. I paid arnd 35k still 45k showed pending you can understand my situation. I wanted to close it once and for all so applied loan to pay off so skipped 2 months payment. Now for that the credit card department started their goondaism, even after explaining situation.

                                  With out my consent saving account was hacked, *i mind you there is no privacy here they see everything, how much money comes in goes out which ws even communicated through msg and call* once my salary was credited the amount was kept on hold from my saving account and also said they ll take it from my account with out my consent. So gone are those days where your consent is security now any executive can look in to your account and even transact. Pin signature are just for outsiders, so much for safe banking in hdfc.

                                  Now that i have paid the credit card due using loan still the amount is not been released i am only getting promise of call back since days, my emi's have gone for toss. If any extra amount is charged for those emi i ll sue you hdfc. They even give wrong number to torture you when you say you ll call the concern department.

                                  Take my advice stay away from these dacoits.

                                  For hdfc if my amount is nt released by day end will take strict action.

                                    Im having salary account in hdfc only. Provided all documents. Office verification also done.
                                    My salary also sufficent for credit card.

                                    Please provide me clear image why its disapproved.
                                    A candidate has to wait 40 days and visit n number of times to get disapproval.?

                                    I was thinking that salaried person can get credit card easily at same bank.

                                      Actually i got a call from hdfc c. C n told me to upgrade my credit card firts i deny then due insist of executive i allow him to upgrade my card. While due adress issue the upgraded card was return to bank. Now they nevr called me after that juz do text msg that ur card has been to us so call our c. C.
                                      Y should i call i[censored] want to upgrade my card then u call me.. I m hapy with my current card. Then hdfc bank block my current caed also n now they are telling me to do courier new adress n all stuffs..
                                      I dnt hv tht mch time to do all this stuffs simply unblok my old card thts it. I dnt wanaa upgrade my card.
                                      I mailed it.. Call.. But yet not problem is resolved.. Even one your collgue told me that i can use my card by swiping and when actually do.. Its not working.. Wrong information provided by you.
                                      I am requesting authority please resolve this issue asap.

                                        I am facing problem of deduction of amount from my s/b a/c no. [protected] each month of rs 708/- from may 2018 to oct 2018. I am tring to keep my account balance more than 10000/- still there is debit of above amount.
                                        When i asked the reason of deduction, it was informed me that minimum balance should be 25000/-. It was never informed me in advance that minimum balance should be 25000/-. I am having another s/b account in hdfc bank, but there it was told that minimum balance should be 10000/-.
                                        I am unable to understand the requirement of your bank, kindly explain me immidiately because already i have lost rs. 3540/- of my hard earn money.
