I have fallen a prey for hdfc debit card cloning. 5 transactions has been made in mumbai with my hdfc debit card on 29/09/2018 while i was residing at pune. I have suffered a loss of 44500, (4*10000 + 1*4500) i have registered fir and submitted dispute form to the hdfc branch, hinjewadi on 01/10/2018. I have applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 500 inr. The reference number of the application is hfr076349. I had received email with the reference number. I have also submitted application online tried and trying to reach their customer care and they dont have eta at the moment. Pls help... Its almost completing a month still no response....

My policy no. Is 17946709. Due to my financial condition it is lapsed.
Now i want to renew it and i want to pay it, but amount showing is much higher than i had to pay i. E. Rupees 106715 instead of rupees 96618.
After talking customer executive they tell me this is all due to lapsation and interest. I talked him about spot revival but they didn't do it.

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5256 without my concern on date:30/09/2018. Unnoticed .DC INTL POS TXN Charges without my notice is done on 21st September 21st 2018, I was charged initially 601rs as my charge for tx made by me on 06th September 2018. That's ok.
