My salary account with was created in 2015. I worked with apex for 6months after that resigned and joined with other company and opened other bank account. Once i checked my hdfc acct net banking my account is in -7858. Without any information how they put me amb charge?? According to rbi they dont have rights to put negative charge in dormant account. Its really worst service by this hdfc. I need to close this account. Kindly take action againts them.

        This is with reference to my visit to pune on september 2018
        On approaching the khalapur toll the executive enquired with me regarding fast tag. I had clearly told the executive that i have not yet started usage of fast tag an asked him to rather take my card for payment.
        He said ok and used my card which was debited with the toll amount of rs.230.
        Later i observed i received an sms from hdfc stating fasttag amount of rs.138 was also debited to my fast tag.
        I have been debited twice for single transaction.
        When i enquired with toll official he clearly said me to approach my bank fast tag for reversal of fasttag amount as nothing can be done from their end.
        I have already emailed the toll receipt and the card swipe statement to email id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com.
        Its almost 1 month and there is no reply from hdfc bank and my money has not yet refunded and my fast tag has blacklisted due to insufficient balance.
        I have already sent reminder email to same email id mentioned above and also called the customer care for same issue but customer care executive every time say me to send reminder email.
        Please let me know how many times i have to send reminder email?
        If can't give support then please take the fast tag back and refund my money which i paid during the purchase of fast tag

        My name is Ganesh Patil .HDFC bank resently debited debit card annual charges of 885 and I am not happy for that because when I am open salary account at that time bank not told me about this charges .please refund this amount and change my debite card as normal card. We are not happy to pay this charge every year.

            Cancellation of one assist membership
            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2599/- from my credit card number ending with 2602 without my concern on date:14/08/2018 i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.                     We are using the pos machines of hdfc bank but the bank deducted the charges from the period june 17 to july 18 from our current account is rs 120173.4/-

                    As you know we have 10year plus relationship with hdfc bank for current account as well as gprs edc machines and maximum gprs edc machines are hdfc bank; for revenue generation purpose as there are 2 to 3 open meeting in a day, we are maintain 2 hdfc gprs edc machines in each location for the same we are paying rent on monthly basis for all the edc machines apart from this bank has recovering late settlement fees, service charges and low usage charges (As per details given below)

                          My name is Mahesh Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "HEGIC-CRDT SHLD %26amp; FL CVR-" yestrday without my prior.

                          I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                          I requested for policy cancellation after talking to customer care ref [protected]. But today I received a msg for EMI processing which i have never opted for. When I called customer care again today customer care executive was not sure and unable to answer why such thing happend and what has to be done . Very disappointed to be treated this way.

                              I want to say that i have submitted fee today for UPTET-2018 for registration number -[[protected]] of ANIRUDH KUMAR DOB is 11/08/1990 and fee is deducted from my account and now i am unable to final print so please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible and i have tried many times to contact you as given numbers on helpline number on UPTET2018 and both numbers of Sh.Kamlesh Basera ([protected]) and Gaurav Agrahari ([protected]) are switched off so please inform me .

                                Having a account at HDFC Bank raj nagar ghaziabad branch from last 4 years of my company BAJAJ INDUSTRIES. recently there were some changes on partnership part and we replaced two new partners with old ones. we contacted our relation ship manager Joginder Yadav for amendments and he mailed the list of required docs. required in the matter, same were provided but each time we approached him, he asked changes in docs. Or addition of new requirements and many times he didn't responded our calls and texted that he is on training, this exercise crossed 1 month but nothing happened. further we went to the branch to meet him personally to resolve it, he again demanded additional documents and tried to linger on the matter. we had to force him to do his part of job. after completing all formalities we submitted the docs. and he assured that the account will be rectified with additional changes within a week. but this passed 15 days and he is not responding to our calls nor updating about our account's profile. I even messaged him that his behavior is very irresponsible and I am going to change my branch but he is still with no reply. being a business man for many years and I am having my some accounts with HDFC in other branches but never faced this type of disgusting behavior he is having, pathetic way of working. I must be not going to spare him on his negligence and bank had to take strict action against him.

                                  Sir I am Senior Citizen Holding Account No. [protected] at Fort Branch. I have requested several times to Cashier that I require Rs. 100/- Notes for my daily expenses and have been told that they do not have the same. Even Customer Rep Mr. Robert has failed .

                                    Dear sir/madam
                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3512 without my concern on date:15/09/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                                      I m holding my salary account in hdfc parel branch. Previosly i used to used to use hdfc credit card in year 2010 for the limit of 30, 000/- in the year 2014 due to some finnacial crisis i have setteled the credit card for rs.35000/- agreed to be pay in the part payment. Out of which 19000/- i have already paid and due o some dispute with the recovery agency (Third party) i could not paid the remaining amount. And there was no follow up by the bank for the payment. Again in the year 2016 i was approached by the another recovery agency for the payment for whom i agreed to pay the remaining anount in the part from the next month. But again there was no to collected the payment.
                                      Suddenly in the month of august 2018 when i went to use my salary amount i realise that the bank has freeze my account and rs 1, 50, 000/- has been credited to my salary account as a credit card recovery and i was unable to use my salary account without my consent or any intimation.
                                      I would like to inform that i have a family of 5 to take care including my old parents, 5 year old son and 8 months old pregnant wife whose medical and education expenses are depend on my salary. Which was hold by the bank without any intimation due to which i m going throgh mental trauma. Kindly realise my saving account and i would be ready to close my credir card payemnt issue in a mutual way. Kindly do the needful before my family get suffer any medical issue due to non availibity of the fund.
                                      Currently after given a eritten complaint in the branch and informing that to keep this as a priority and promised by the bank to arrange call from the credit card department after 5 days of the compalint i m still waiting for the call.

                                        Dear hdfc bank am applied a pl with you by your app hdfc loan assist. I am got a mail from hdfc help desk but not any progress with my application.
                                        Wrost service.
                                        If i am eligible than ok my cibil score above 800 than why i am not any response from your side.
                                        I want resolved my issu if you can not the process then why you adding about your loan. Please sir see this issue
