I pay exam fee for uptet 2018 on 7/10/2018 through my debit card by account no ending with 1137. Transaction id # 624105 and # 637192 for ₹ 500 per transaction but balance deducted and payment not successful.. I tried helpline number but it's not reachable.. After four days my balance in not credit... Plz tel me when i got my transaction back to my account..

    Hi,

    My salary account was created in hdfc bank in my first company. Later i moved to another company and unable to use hdfc card there. Then my salary account got changed to savings account and i was not informed on the same. I was able to maintain the hdfc account till last few months. But now due to several reasons, i am not able to maintain hdfc account and they started penalizing me 600/- each month without informing. Till now a total of around -7858/- was deducted in last few months. They could have called me and informed atleast about this. Even though rbi suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance, why these banks keep on deducting money from accounts.
    I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

    So what about the negative balance, Every month you are deducting 600 for not keeping minimum balance, Even though RBI suggested to not to penalize for non maintenance
    Please let me know an answer for that as well.

      Hi,

      I had a travel to france in sept 2017. I used matrix cellular for the same and gave the details of hdfc card as a security.

      On my return i did the payment using paytm gateway link shared by matrix cellular. The transaction was successful but the merchant kept on asking me for payment. I sent them the screenshot of the transaction but still they asked me for payments.

      Finally i stopped taking their calls but then in january, 2018 the deducted the same amount again through my hdfc credit card.

      I apprised hdfc credit card department about the same and they gave me interim credit of this amount.

      But after, they kept on sending me same matter again and again as a fixed template that they have liasoned with the merchant and it is confirmed that the services were rendered and the payment has been made. As per me also the services were rendered and payment was made through paytm gateway.

      But i dont know why the interim credit was removed and i paid the bill again to hdfc credit card.

      I have ended up in making the same payment twice and there is nobody interested in resolving this issue.

      Can somebody help here?

      Thanks a lot for this update for HDFC, but post this complaint I am getting many fake calls claiming from consumer forum who want to dupe me financially in various ways. I have taken an appropriate channel for resolution of my case so no future calls in this regard will be entertained from anybody claiming to be from consumer forum.

        I ordered hdfc fastag aprox 1.5 month before my refrnce number:hfr076352 m:[protected]. I complaint many times in hdfc customer care andstill no response they always told to email on fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com. I wrote many times but hdfc always look like ignoring their customers as i don’t get any response. Can anybody help... Or reimburse my money

          I cancelled one online order from flipkart and amount of rs 6299 was refunded to me from flipkart and i got sms also from hdfc that amount of rs 6299 is reversed back to your account from flipkart but till now i haven't received. Can you please help. Called customer service multiple times but they disconnected the call everytime.

            My name is subroto sengupta, a resident of new delhi, holding a hdfc bank salary account for the last 12 years. I also have a hdfc credit card ending with 4113. I made a last payment in the month of august 2018. Recently, due to some personal problems, i was not being able to receive calls from the collection agent as one of my closed ones was admitted in hospital and we always had to be on our toes.

            The collection agent, after not getting me through my cellphone, did not even bother to send me an sms or call me on my landline (Alternate number) and rather chose to deep dive into my saving account statement and called up one of my colleagues to complain that i have not made the payment. May i know this is the professionalism hdfc bank boasts about. I have been making regular payments to the credit card and as i could not take the calls once, how can a collection agent call my colleague and tell him about my debt. Rbi guidelines clearly states the collection agent, under no circumstances can do this. The collection agent is karan singh and his number is +91 [protected]. When i spoke to him after this, he started talking very rudely. Hdfc, sorry to say, nobody looks upto you as a citibank or a hsbc. And this kind of collection tactics makes you the worst. I wish i could pay my credit card bill at one go and end all my ties with your sick bank by closing my salary account as well.

            I want a written apology, else would file for defamation case against the bank.

              I have cancelled order on flipkart yesterday and they have refunded money to bank which is debited from my debit card. I also received sms confirmation from hdfc bank that - "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 5782 for rs. 2152.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart16326 on[protected]:15:14:06". But till now i didn't received the refund amount in my bank account.

                For this policy 9520 rs has deducted from my account and given the receipt of 4034 rs only. When i raise this issue they have given receipt by splitting the money of 9520 and within the same mail premium amount is 6569 rs and excess money of 2951 rs but i have received cheque of 1809 rs only. After this i have done free look cancellation and i have received money of 4700 rs only. That means loss of 3011 rs. The money which has deducted from my account and the receipts which hdfc life provided none of them are matching. I would like to know the reason why 3011 rs are less when compare with the deducted money 9520.
                Deducted money=9520
                Received money=4700+1809 (Cheque)=6509
                Loss =[protected]= 3011

                I have not approached for this policy. Hdfc life customer executive has called and convinced to take this policy but everything is messed up. I dont even know how they became as executes when they dont know simple calculations.

                I am requesting all people not to take any kind of policies from hdfc life because they like to play with people emotions by doing such kind of things.

                    I had a personal loan of 3 lakhs from hdfc bank. The hdfc bank agent had taken all the necessary documents from me. I was said that my monthly emi of 9857 will be automatically deducted from my sbi bank account via ecs. But i got a mail from sbi bank saying "ecs mandate not received". And 1st month due got detected from my account and 2nd month i got message from hdfc bank that

                    "dear customer, your bank has returned the oct-18 emi of rs. 9857 thru ecs debit for loan no 59705188 reason ecs mandate not processed. Please visit your bank branch urgently for registering the ecs mandate."

                    My hdfc bank loan a/c no. Is 59705188

                    I don't want to pay any extra dues.

                        Dear sir /madam,

                        One assist - what is this?

                        I am using my hdfc credit card for more 1 year. Recently i was gone through with transaction on statement. I found one assist mfee. What is this one assist mfee. From this name, many transactions are gone. I noticed now. Without customer acceptance how you can able to deduct the amount.

                        I was really shocked that amount was deducted and i didn't even get any messages for these deductions. I need my amount back, these should be like fraudulent. Without my permission how you can deduct the amount.

                        Recently i was close all my credit balance and kept due as zero. Then now amount was deducted again. I don't know what you are doing with customers. Is you are trying to cheating the customer or thinking that customer wont question on this.

                        I need refund amount immediately. I need refund for all you deducted against to this one assist mfee.

                        Last payment was debited on[protected] for the amount of rs.1899. I need refund on all deduction immediately upon one assist mfee.. This is totally shocked and no notifications for this deductions. Are you trying to cheat the customers..?

                        If i found, my amount was not deducted, i wont pay the last transaction amount of 7199 on 10/10/2018..

                        I was not aware about this and still paying for not even using this facilities for these day's. If i not noticed today, it will goes on for long period and pay for useless thing..

                        I need to cancel the membership and close the membership immediately and refund should happen immediately. I need acknowledgment from your side..

                              I have received a message from hdfc bank "your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 999.00 in mumbai at amazon1258399 on[protected]:17:54:30.                               Even I got the same message now like the account has been debited my AMAZON1258399 of Rs.999.

                              Please help me. I am trying to call customer care for almost 30minutes but yet to connect.

                              I got the same message now like the account has been debited my AMAZON1258399 of Rs.999.

                              I want to know the reason why the amount has been debited and also I want my money back.

                              Please help me

                              This is fraudulent and I need the amount to be reversed to my account as soon as possible.aeva

                                I buy an online HDFC life click 2 Protect 3D Plus. Before making payment of this I get a call from HDFC agent and I discuss for the medical check-up, Then they inform me in this policy no need any physical medical just HDFC will arrange for you a TELEMEDICAL, and after that I did payment because I am an NRI and just was in India for short time. After reached here abroad I did all documentation online many time and always HDFC request me same documents several times. And when I request for TELEMEDICAL they inform me I have to do a physical medical on my owen expenses and they don´t accept or arrange any telemedical. I send many emails and the last reply received from PADMINI NERLEKER - [protected] - [protected]@hdfclife.com and she request me many documents and send me also some forms to fill and I did all this thing and she informs me on 05/09/2018 they will check with the internal team and will update me as soon. But until today I didn´t receive any reply from HDFC LIFE.

                                    My name is gunjan sharma. I have opened a salary account with hdfc. However, without notifying anything to me they have made a credit card application under my name. I had received a message from blue dart for its delivery. I have already refused to take it twice as i don't want a credit card. I do not have any details of this credit card as i have refused delivery and wish to close this credit card account.

I have already mentioned that I have not applied for this credit card, and have refused to take delivery of the card. This means, I have no details of this credit card. So why should I send a form/letter to you guys. Simply close this account and send me a confirmation of this closure. The only information I had received from one of your representative (because I refused to collect the card, she called me to confirm the reason) was the application number. I have already mentioned that number in previous message.

                                    Once again I am confirming this that I have not applied for this card, I have not given any documents for this credit card. The only account I should have with HDFC is my salary account.

                                    CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND SEND ME A CONFIRMATION.

                                    If I ever would require anything in future, I would do it using legal application. Not like what you guys have done.

                                      I have applied online for fastag and application no. Is hfr079687.

                                      I had received email confirmation stating that their representative shall be in touch with me, and that i will get the fastag in 7 working days. However, there is no further communication, nor have i received the fastag.

                                      Kindly update status of the fastag and send same to me asap.
                                      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have not Appiled Any Credits Cards..but still i m getting call from bank but they were teling your credit has been proccessed.
