This bank hires goons to recover if someone has missed a Personal loan payment. I agree its not totally right to miss a payment but if its a life and death situation for someone and they are unable to pay it on time the goons hired by HDFC will not mind pushing the door and entering inside and sitting at the door till the payment is made. I am not taking about the NPA scenario here, its just 1 missing payment and I was going to pay it in the very month. As I changed company my pay was supposed to be settled after full and final settlement. I was supposed to call cops from local area police station to get rid of this goon.
I don't think any other bank will do this, My parents are bankers as well, I did not wanted to borrow from anyone and was willing to handle it myself.

    Dear sir,
    I have oped demat account at dated 23/07/2018 by the help of hdfc agent mr. Vikas pawer (Mob no. [protected] at nagpur).
    At the time of opening account he told me that 1, 9999/-plan having 6 month free trading no brokerage and not any other charges like i don't have to pay single rupee for 6 month; but still from last 2 month demat depository charges are deducted from my account.
    Now i want to close my demat account but no one have the proper information how to close the demat account.
    And last how will i get me deducted amount.

The regulatory guidelines stipulate that Demat accounts can be closed only on receipt of valid closure requests received from the customer. Hence, we request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders. The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) in case of transfer/closure/waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self-attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc. There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes the transfer of securities to another Demat account having an identical name(s), identical PAN and order.           I have bought a Nikon D750 camera from Reliance Digital store Axis Mall Newtown Rajarhat on 5th Jul'18. Where it was mentioned the case back offer within 90 days of shopping through HDFC debit or Credit card. However post 90 days I haven't seen any movement in my bank account. Is it a fake promotion of HDFC bank???

I am informed by hdfc customer services that i will have to clear my entire card outstanding in case of any foreclosure. The bank is literally holding me hostage for a loan that i am willing to clear earlier. This sounds illegal and would like the assistance of your forum to take this up with the bank. Thank you!

                From HDFC bank I have to receive a courier. Yesterday (15.10.2018) one person from blue dart called me and asked my address and I explained clearly. He said to me he will call back to me when he reached near to my home lane. But till now I haven't received a call from him. Moreover I received a text from blue dart today morning (16.10.2018) "because of address related issue we are unable to deliver your courier. Please contact HDFC for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days".
                I tried to reach blue dart person who called me yesterday but he switched off his mobile. In blue dart tracking my courier details showing in transit only.

                My courier detail is Way bill# [protected].

                Please contact me for any clarification or assistance.

                Kindly rectify the issue ASAP.

                  Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -10254 balance.
                  The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 10254 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                  I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                  Plz juistice to me. 10254 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?

                    The staff at the hdfc bank, diphu branch have repeatedly given false assurance for the last five months regarding the car loan which i have applied for and is still an ongoing issue as of today. I think that i have been overlooked by the unprofessionalism of the bank officials who offer their support of help only to not help which leads only to a greater discomfort of my wellbeing. If a job cannot be done, i think it's best to inform the applicant the utter truth of the situation rather than giving false hope of assurance under the name of bank. This is ridiculous whatever this pretence of hope is which is shambolic on the banks part.

                    The loan was applied twice although I don't quite remember the application number of the first one, I can provide you with the second one, the second loan application was declined on the 27th of September, 2018, having checked the status online I discovered about the declination of the application so I contacted the bank only to hear from them that it's still an ongoing process but on the other hand it has already been compromised. After speaking with the bank officials, they still insist to reapply but the teller just postpone the dates by giving an excuse of an update he's waiting for and that the loan is applied already. When I asked the application number if the loan has been applied, he comes up with another excuse and it has been going on since July. This is not the kind of customer treatment nor I or anyone else has to endure. This is absolute disgrace to the bank and a teller like that should be immediately fired for giving up false information.

                      I bought a Smart Phone using HDFC-SmartBuy on 6July2018 (Value Dt: 07/07/2018 for Rs12999) - where there was an offer of 10% CashBack on using HDFC-Debit Card.

                      No doubt I made this purchase due to the 10% Cashback Offer made available via SmartBuy-HDFC - redirected to the Amazon website - Order Number: 404-*******-0584333. But now I feel cheated and I'm regretting on my purchase done using the HDFC Smart Buy website. Unfortunately, even after a wait period of more than 90 days there are no signs of the Cashback to be credited to my savings A/c or HDFC Debit Card.

                        I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in this month - october, 2 times amb charges are debited. I got messages as amb chrg incl gst for sep2018 deducted and amb chrg incl gst for aug2018 decuted. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. And please note i have maintained the good balance in account. Still if they deduct amount every month, it will be a serious problem for me. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.

                          I got call from hdfc a month back regarding credit cards. I had applied for dinner club credit card. They collected all my personal information in the name of credit card approval and confirmed card will be dispatched to my respected address. It has been more than 15 days now im not able to reach out to same number and email id and no further updates. They do not have any medium to raise these concerns. I suspect its a fraud.

                            Transaction rs.716.9 dt: 30/102017 is not authorized by me or without my permission that transaction had done and i had registered my complaint on same day and block my card.
                            Rest of the payment i had paid without any delay but this transaction was not done me & i am not received any otp for this payment then how i am responsible for this payment. So that the reason i am not paid that amount which will wrongly debit.
                            But this issue is still not resolved and any replay from your bank after july 7 2018.
                            Kind request you please credit that payment back and cancel the late payment fees and resent the new cad for continuing further purchase.
                            Please note that my salary is credit in hdfc bank only a/c no. [protected]. If this type of problem facing then how i believe hdfc bank in future and continue my salary credit in hdfc.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My name Shiri Sayed. I want to lodge complaint about HDFC Credit Card, which is harassing me very badly. i have done the payment more than i owe but every month i m getting statement n messages to pay minimum Due. Now even though i Lost my card n blocked it in the month of May. but stil they are charging n now after so many conversation with customer care they said you have to pay 22000 than it wil gt over, than they Lien my account n deducted 22000 from my account n again they are sending me a bill of 13000 to pay in full . Im from very Poor family i cant afford. pls Help

                                Hello,

                                I had purchased a samsung galaxy S9 on 8th July 2018.
                                Rs 6000 was the cashback to be received as per scheme but i have still not received the same after 90 days. I had purchased the mobile through hdfc bank debit card emi.
                                I have been contacting customer care for more than a week now but no response received.
                                I have also checked by reward points section but no amount received.

                                  I am having account in State Ban of India, Jeevanbhima nagar, Bangalore B
                                  Karnataka Branch, Yesterday ie., 14.10.2018 at 9.00 PM I tried withdrawing money from HDFC ATM in GKM Colony, Kolathur Main Road, Chennai, Tamilnadu of Rs.3, 000/- I have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. Kindly help me to get back the money to my account.

                                  With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your SBI savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank SBI branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.                                     I submit school fees through hdfc bank cheque but bounse due to signature mismatch. Why bank bounse the cheque directly without confirmation with client. I bear penalty from school as well as from bank without my mistake.
                                    How can any person do same duplicate signature & slight variation always exist.
                                    I want to logged complaint to hdfc bank for unnecessary boounse the cheque.

                                    Please kindly provide information my loan A/C is 43951892.why unpaid show my EMI. I deposited in cash in A/c[protected] on date 04/10/2018 and EMI date 05/10/2018.
                                    I got an email on 06/10/18 that my HDFC Bank ATM / Debit card number ending with 6460 is linked to my HDFC Bank account number ending with 3046 .Also I got a message on 08/10/18 for OTP regarding pin creation. But i have never been issued any debit card ending with 6460.
