    I am get 1750 instant discount but not receive any other cash back as you mention in amazon website

    As amazon statement

    The applicable cash back under this offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s bank account linked with hdfc bank debit card or credit card latest by september 17, 2018.

      My cust id in HDFC bank is 20976165 . At 6:31pm today i called HDFC bank customer service number[protected] regarding a query on a cheque debit from my account . Based on IVR i reached the respective number, after waiting for 12min in the line, it got connected to a customer service executive, wherein she stated that the query does not pertain to her and so she will forward the call, but the line got disconnected . Again immediately i called[protected], again waiting in line for almost 10min, the line got connected to another customer service executive, i told him the concern, who again stated he will route the call to other unit and again the line was disconnected . Is this the facility provided by customer service team after waiting in the lines for almost 20min ? My contact number is[protected]

        I had purchased a dell laptop using hdfc credit card (with 6 months EMI Option) cashback offer on 01/07/2018.The offer stated that within 90 days, 10% cashback will be credited into the credit card. but it's already 100 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details. Please do the needful.

          I have did a wrong transaction on 15/10/2018 from my hdfc salary account no ([protected]) to another account through online transaction which is a upi transaction. This was done wrongly and this amount was sent for emergency hospitalization and this happens unknowingly. The amount credited to wrong account was rs-10, 050. Kindly please do the needful and please revert back the amount of rs-10, 050 as soon as possible.
          Note: i have filed a compliant regarding the wrong transaction at siruseri branch, chennai.

              I had purchased bumper to bumper insurance from HDFC Ergo General insurance; stay in Chennai (TN)

              My vehicle had met with an accident on 28th Sept, while returning from Office. I was waiting at the Tarapore towers signal (Mount Road) to turn green for taking a right/U-turn into Dams road when a motorist (two - wheeler, Activa) hit my car near the left front side fender and bumper, and escaped.

              The impact was so strong that the fender got damaged and the left side of the bumper had also got dislodged from its position. That being a long weekend, i had deposited my vehicle with Kun Hyundai (Anna Salai) and there was a claim lodged with HDFC Ergo on 03rd Oct'18.

              There was a surveyor assigned the same day (Naveen), he called me later in the evening and informed that only Fender replacement was approved since there's an existing damage on the right side of the bumper. I did not agree with this evaluation since the existing damage in question, was a very tiny hole near the right side fog lamp. Since i did not agree, i was assured that he will check and come back; however i did not get any message or call from Naveen further.

              On that Saturday, 06th Oct i visited their office in Guindy Industrial estate however the security told me that being a Saturday its a holiday and to come on Monday, in the meanwhile i should reach out to Customer Service. So i called up their helpline number and was referred to Mrs. Subbulakshmi. She heard my concern and advised me to get in touch with Mr. Selvaraj (i was told that he's Claims Manager - Tamil Nadu).

              I spoke to Selvaraj on Monday, 08th Oct and again briefed on the incident and claim details. He again mentioned on the existing damage and i had clarified - that the existing damage in question was a small hole on the right side of the bumper (near fog lamp), and it wasn't a significant damage that

              • affected the usability of the vehicle, nor
              • would have made business sense for HDFC ERGO to order replacement for such a small damage
              He then assured that will go for a review again and then come back on the eligible/approved amount. Few days later, Service workshop representative had called me to check if he can start the work and during the conversation also informed that Selvaraj had approved only 50% of the painting charges, i'd have to bear rest of the expenses - bumper replacement charges, 50% of the painting cost. i did not give him the go ahead to start since this was not in consistent to my discussion with Selvaraj. i told him to connect with Selvaraj and get this clarified. In the meanwhile, i had to travel on work related assignment so could not take status or discuss further.

              On returning (13th Oct), i contacted Service workshop to check the vehicle status. To my horror, representative informed that the work is still pending since HDFC Ergo had approved only for repair work to fix the bumper whereas the bumper had to be replaced.

              On 14th Oct, i again called Selvaraj and told that there's some communication gap because the message he conveyed to me earlier was not in consistent with the confirmation from Service workshop. Upon requesting, Selvaraj arranged for a conference with the Service workshop; during the call, Service workshop representative mentioned that HDFC Ergo team had been insisting on repairing the bumper though he had clarified that it was beyond repair and had to be replaced. Additionally, i'll be reimbursed only upto 50% of the painting cost.

              Sir, i again wish to remind the team that the policy i'd subscribed was 'Bumper to Bumper Insurance'. During Policy registration/Sales, i was assured full replacement without any limits (unlike comprehensive policy), then why is there a sub limit on expenses being forced upon now.

              Secondly, Claims being raised were in good faith - both my actions, the claim i have raised now considering the damages and the claim i did not make earlier considering the insignificant (damage).

              i had faced such hardship even during my previous claim; i had budged earlier considering the impact on my work and personal finances (due to unavailability of personal vehicle).

              I am expecting the company to honor the full claim under this incident - bumper replacement and painting charges.

                This bank hires goons to recover if someone has missed a Personal loan payment. I agree its not totally right to miss a payment but if its a life and death situation for someone and they are unable to pay it on time the goons hired by HDFC will not mind pushing the door and entering inside and sitting at the door till the payment is made. I am not taking about the NPA scenario here, its just 1 missing payment and I was going to pay it in the very month. As I changed company my pay was supposed to be settled after full and final settlement. I was supposed to call cops from local area police station to get rid of this goon.
                I don't think any other bank will do this, My parents are bankers as well, I did not wanted to borrow from anyone and was willing to handle it myself.

                  I have oped demat account at dated 23/07/2018 by the help of hdfc agent mr. Vikas pawer (Mob no. [protected] at nagpur).
                  At the time of opening account he told me that 1, 9999/-plan having 6 month free trading no brokerage and not any other charges like i don't have to pay single rupee for 6 month; but still from last 2 month demat depository charges are deducted from my account.
                  Now i want to close my demat account but no one have the proper information how to close the demat account.
                  And last how will i get me deducted amount.

Where it was mentioned the case back offer within 90 days of shopping through HDFC debit or Credit card. However post 90 days I haven't seen any movement in my bank account. Is it a fake promotion of HDFC bank???

I am informed by hdfc customer services that i will have to clear my entire card outstanding in case of any foreclosure.                               From HDFC bank I have to receive a courier. Yesterday (15.10.2018) one person from blue dart called me and asked my address and I explained clearly. He said to me he will call back to me when he reached near to my home lane. But till now I haven't received a call from him. Moreover I received a text from blue dart today morning (16.10.2018) "because of address related issue we are unable to deliver your courier. Please contact HDFC for redelivery, else it will be returned to bank within 7 days".
                              I tried to reach blue dart person who called me yesterday but he switched off his mobile. In blue dart tracking my courier details showing in transit only.

                              My courier detail is Way bill# [protected].

                              Please contact me for any clarification or assistance.

                                Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -10254 balance.
                                The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 10254 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
                                I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
                                Plz juistice to me. 10254 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
                                What is the action will take against this bank.

                                  The staff at the hdfc bank, diphu branch have repeatedly given false assurance for the last five months regarding the car loan which i have applied for and is still an ongoing issue as of today. I think that i have been overlooked by the unprofessionalism of the bank officials who offer their support of help only to not help which leads only to a greater discomfort of my wellbeing. If a job cannot be done, i think it's best to inform the applicant the utter truth of the situation rather than giving false hope of assurance under the name of bank. This is ridiculous whatever this pretence of hope is which is shambolic on the banks part.

                                  The loan was applied twice although I don't quite remember the application number of the first one, I can provide you with the second one, the second loan application was declined on the 27th of September, 2018, having checked the status online I discovered about the declination of the application so I contacted the bank only to hear from them that it's still an ongoing process but on the other hand it has already been compromised. After speaking with the bank officials, they still insist to reapply but the teller just postpone the dates by giving an excuse of an update he's waiting for and that the loan is applied already. When I asked the application number if the loan has been applied, he comes up with another excuse and it has been going on since July. This is not the kind of customer treatment nor I or anyone else has to endure. This is absolute disgrace to the bank and a teller like that should be immediately fired for giving up false information.

                                      I bought a Smart Phone using HDFC-SmartBuy on 6July2018 (Value Dt: 07/07/2018 for Rs12999) - where there was an offer of 10% CashBack on using HDFC-Debit Card.

                                      No doubt I made this purchase due to the 10% Cashback Offer made available via SmartBuy-HDFC - redirected to the Amazon website - Order Number: 404-*******-0584333. But now I feel cheated and I'm regretting on my purchase done using the HDFC Smart Buy website. Unfortunately, even after a wait period of more than 90 days there are no signs of the Cashback to be credited to my savings A/c or HDFC Debit Card.

                                        I am a hdfc bank customer. Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in this month - october, 2 times amb charges are debited. I got messages as amb chrg incl gst for sep2018 deducted and amb chrg incl gst for aug2018 decuted. This is very annoying and that to without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. And please note i have maintained the good balance in account. Still if they deduct amount every month, it will be a serious problem for me. I am requesting you to refund the amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Request you to kindly get it resolved.
