Hi,
I am disappointed, saddened and angry while writing this mail to hdfc. Firstly, after a month and a half long battle to get my loan (Auto loan refinance) approved, i got the required loan amount. And secondly, i would like to mention the pathetic customer care service your executives offer to customers like me.
Your customer care executive, avantika singh (Contact no: [protected], [protected], [protected]), mentally harassed me to the core while getting the loan proceedings. She is one of the most irresponsible, confused and lost customer care executives i have across while availing services from any organisation. I had called her several times to acknowledge the status of my loan but she didn’t bother to tell me the exact status. She would say “i’ll get back to you on the same with-in an hour”, but i got no response from her. She also didn’t received my calls when i rang to check on it.
After avantika’s such behaviour, i demanded her many times to return my documents which had given for the documentation process. But, she kept on saying processing in being done and we’ll get back to you in one day. She kept on giving me dates and i waited. Eventually, i got the desired sum when my job was done.
I didn’t had any exact information regarding my loan until another executive mr. Rakesh upadhyay, relationship manager, retail assets - used car loans (Rakesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) had called me. He shared the actual status about the same and also told me that the loan amount can only be transferred to me until and unless i get a bank account open with the hdfc.
I didn’t wanted to open this account because i won’t be able to maintain this account with rs 10000 balance in the long run. If would have known this fact in the initial stage, i would have definetly cancelled this loan then and there. This is really painful to share that if i was in sound financial state, i wouldn’t have applied for this loan and how can i main the minimum amount in the bank account after three months.
Also, i would like to inform you that i also got a loan approved by bajaj finserve, but as i had committed to go with hdfc because i have my auto loan (Al no.:[protected] running with hdfc, so i backed out from bajaj finserve.
Meanwhile, avantika kept on telling me that your loan processing will complete in couple of days time and again.
Now, as my loan amount has been transferred in the bank account, to my utmost surprise, i haven’t received any details regarding my loan.
Thus, i demand a strict action against such cc executives who behave like fraudulent and spoil the goodwill of the bank in the market. Being a loyal customer of hdfc, i feel exploited.

Money got deducted form my account and is not yet refunded.
I would like to know when will my money got refunded and what should i do.
The transaction has been done on 02/25/2016 and not yet refunded.
Kindly help me here .
We have made payments online for payment of Food and Drug Renewal License fee, but they do not receive the amount (Rs.7500/- seven thousand five hundred only ) and debit from our account, but even today, my account still has not been refunded.
So please this matter resolved and give amount credit to my account immediately.
