I am a tn government staff working as teacher, i am using hdfc credit card, i got a message from hdfc saying card payment dated 04/03/2018. I got call from [protected] on 21/02/18 @6.45pm and a lady asked me to make the card payment immediately, i said her that i got message from bank saying payment date is on 04/03/18, then she started scolding me and said "i am telling to make the payment now so u should pay now" and she humiliated me by telling "do you have brain, do you understand what am telling, just pay it now. I will call you after 30 minutes you should have paid the amount" i said there's enough amount in my savings account so you can make auto payment and take the amount, but she again asked me do you have brain, i am telling you to make payment so you should pay.
Then the next day 22/02/[protected]@ 6.00pm she again called me from [protected] and said "i gave you 30 minutes time but you didn't made the payment, what do you think of yourself, now go and make the" i said the date given by the bank is 04/03/18 i will pay by that date or if you want immediate payment you can take from my account"then she again gave 30 minutes time to make payment.
Then again yesterday 23/02/18 @12:30pm i again got call from [protected] and again asking me for the payment, actually i am very stressed because of her, i cant concentrate on my work, all my co-workers started asking me"why you didn't make "
So can i plz know her details, i want to file a complaint on her and on hdfc bank
