I was using a hdfc credit card. Some 400 rs was pending to pay from my side, so penalty of 237 rs was imposed. I lost this card so it is blocked and on call i requested that once penalty is waved off i will pay reaming amount. Hdfc guy on call assured me that it will be waved off in 3 days, so i was waiting.
Next what happened is that no waver was given and some new card was dispatched by hdfc and which i dint get yet, and also rs 475 was spend from this card which i never received.
Now total bill is 684+475
Old card : xxxxxxxxxx3681 bill is 684.17
New undelivered card is xxxxxxxxxxx7485 : bill 475.23
Also 684 is blocked from my savings account.
Personal banker is not picking the call, does not matter how many times you call.
I bank branch twice, even they are not able to help me
Credit card call center guy is saying he is not able to fetch information since old card is block
New card i never received and bill is 475, no transaction history avaible in account for this transaction.
