I had applied for an hdfc fastag on 31st august 2017. I received confirmation that a fastag account has been created, with customer id:[protected] in september 2017. However, i have not received the fastag till date (16th january 2018).

The customer care number[protected] is not reachable and emails to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in has had no replies. This is appalling customer support from one of the biggest banks in india.

Please correct the statement. I believe as per our conversation, we were able to establish that the courier with the FasTag was delivered to the wrong person. And this issue dragged on for 5 months because of the lack of a proper customer care mechanism.

Please re-issue the FasTag at the earliest to the correct address.

    I was using a hdfc credit card. Some 400 rs was pending to pay from my side, so penalty of 237 rs was imposed. I lost this card so it is blocked and on call i requested that once penalty is waved off i will pay reaming amount. Hdfc guy on call assured me that it will be waved off in 3 days, so i was waiting.

    Next what happened is that no waver was given and some new card was dispatched by hdfc and which i dint get yet, and also rs 475 was spend from this card which i never received.
    Now total bill is 684+475

    Old card : xxxxxxxxxx3681 bill is 684.17
    New undelivered card is xxxxxxxxxxx7485 : bill 475.23

    Also 684 is blocked from my savings account.
    Personal banker is not picking the call, does not matter how many times you call.
    I bank branch twice, even they are not able to help me
    Credit card call center guy is saying he is not able to fetch information since old card is block
    New card i never received and bill is 475, no transaction history avaible in account for this transaction.

      Sir,

      would like to bring to your notice that hdfc bank has illegally transferred money from my account (No: [protected]) to one of their dept. They took the money in the name of a credit card which they never sent to me which I kept telling them for again and again. How can they take away my money..??

      I sincerely request you to look into the matter and discourage this kind of practice done by these banks to harass customer and snatch their money. I am sure i would not be the only one they might be creating problems for but this highly condemn-able and illegal practice which should be stopped with immediate effect.

      Really appreciate your stepping into it and setting proper examples for such kind of banks.

        Hi, i am surprised to see the way the people of the credit card authorization dept behavior from hdfc. Today a guy name rajendra prasad came for house verification and he behaved very rudely with my parents. First of all he spoke very rudely with my father. He asked him "is he my son". Next thing he didnot introduced himself, when my father asked about the details, without speaking politely he started showing his attitude. No politeness to talk with a senior person. Pathetic!!!. I request the hdfc to take an action on that person, else the same will happen with other people and you guys have to face many complains regarding that person.
        Hope you take action on that person for the behavior.

        I didnot expect such service and behavior from such a reputated bank officials..

Please note, however, that this reversal of charges is being done as a one-off case and the said reversal of charges in your account will be done in four working days. However, with reference to GST charges as per the guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, Bank's will be levying GST associated with corresponding charges and the GST component once charged cannot be reversed. Should you require any further clarification in this regard, please write to us or get in touch with your nearest branch.

            I applied for personal load on 7 feb, i gave all my personal documents and i got 3 working days to wait. But its 15 feb. I am calling on [protected] to that person and they are not even picking up my call. I don't what's status about my case.
            I gave all my personal document to hdfc back then how the other banking people calling me for the same case i think you have shared my all information with other banks. How you can do that? If you did that then believe me that would be worst for you

              Hi,

              Everytime my credit card outstanding amount is being increased without doing any transaction.

              I checked my credit card outstanding balance on 13.02.2018 which showed Rs.109064.00/- and I payed Rs.84000 on the same day So the balance O/S should be Rs.25064.99/-.

              But today I checked which shows Rs.28561.63/- how it possible without doing any transaction?

              Why HDFC cheating customer?

              Our hardly earned money being eaten by HDFC simply.

              As per January 2018 statement, the total amount payable is Rs. 98, 632.83 with payment due date as February 03, 2018. We observe that we are in receipt of part payment of Rs. 90, 491.93 towards the same. Hence, the bank charges as applicable have been billed to your February 2018 statement. In the event of nonreceipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due to the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. You will appreciate that the bank charges levied is legitimate and in accordance with the Schedule of Charges shared along with the Most Important Terms & Conditions as well as on the reverse of the credit card statement.

                  I had apply for the personal loan .i had given all the document to their executive . the pl assistant says within 1 week you will get a loan .and from last 4 week they are not responding to any cl or sms .i had ask them the reason they gives a silly reason like servers are down and our manager is not present in office .don't believe on them and don't go for this bank loan

                    My name is P Mallikarjuna Rao. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. Luckily, i got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "Smart EMI Loan" My Loan Number is:[protected].

                    I did not opt for any of the credit loans and any policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner.

                    I requested for Loan cancellation after talking to customer care. They said policy amount of rs. 900 will be refunded but emi processing fee can only be refunded by "hdfc".

                    So, i request hdfc Customer care to please refund My Smart Loan EMI fee of Rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the Loans and policies and smart EMI's permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                      I am a Customer of HDFC Bank, and Bearing a Loan of a car, I want to Complaint a guy whose name is "Kiran" I Received a Call from HDFC bank from +[protected], He was so unprofessional and rude, the way of talking was like I was talking to an uneducated person from a bank on which i used to trust. I agree that there has a been a delay of loan emi by one month for which i am paying regularly from past 2.5 years. But this is not the way to harass a customer even after me giving a commitment of the payment date. HDFC Bank should train your employees first, I request you to Pull Up that Call Recording from Records and Listen that Properly. Otherwise I am Gonna Escalate this Issue to Consumer Court.

                        Dear team,

                        It is to seek your support against the hdfc bank. Now days i am getting call from hdfc collection department stating that shilpa nair (My facebook friend) took the loan from hdfc bank now they have stopped paying the emi. Now i am receiving the call from hdfc collection department from mr. Rahul who calls me and start and asked me contact details but i have refused to say that she is my fb friend only and i have no details apart from it but then he started to abuse me not only this he searched my facebook and took the no of my sister ms. Sudha prakash and started to uses unethical words which i cannot write then that guy called me and said he will repeat it again there after my sister got 7 calls from his side. Not only this he abused me with my sister name.

                        I have some question with hdfc bank do they have my written confirmation before making me guarenter of ms shilpa nair or any call they have done to me to ask about her.

                        How can they allow these people to abuse and harras the female also how can they hack my fb account and call my sister and my boss i have the all proof.

                        Now i am going to take and challange this bank behavour to court.
                        Kindly take the relevant action on hdfc so that they cannot do it in future if you cant i have decided to raise my voice now i am going to take social media help and upload hdfc bank employee's conversation.

                          I generally never write complains but the way this mr. Ganesh (Customer care executice) sopke to me like i have am his slave and i have borrowed money from him not from the hdfc band. And guess what i paid 150 rs less than i have to pay the amount that too i did it by mistake.
                          But, the question is how can he talk to any customer like that. After that i wa calling to this no. And 011-[protected] and they were disconnecting.
                          It should be taken care.

                            We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 177 levied to your account on February 14, 2018 pertains to third party cash transaction done on February 03, 2018 for Rs. 25, 000.00 at C V Raman Nagar branch. HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                              I sagar deshmane having snapdeal credit card of hdfc bank. I request you to stop transaction amounting to rs. 9, 999/- as early as possible because i am received fake call from +91 [protected] as one assist membership customer care and asking some information about credit card and otp. I am not given any information and otp but i have received a massage amounting to rs. 9, 999/- and i have not made above transaction so it's humble request to you to stop the above said transaction as early as possible. Also i request you to cancel my one assist membership fees debited to my account.

                                Have get two-wheeler loan no 2004 through centurion bank vellore branch. Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan i have received the original rc book from bankers.                                   I'm dr sunderkandasamy and i purchased audi a3 premium plus tn 59 bj 7977 through hdfc car loan no 39081210 in april 2016. After paying through electronic fund transfer from icici. Bank. Without pending till date feb 2018. I approached for foreclosure at local hdfc bank madurai l shocked to see they collect 5.9 percent as foreclosure penalty charges. It comes around about rupees 119000/ (One lakh nineteen thousands) but according to the rbi rules there aren't forclosure penalty charges for any car loan. So please help me with draw forclosure penalty as per rbi rules

                                    I have an hdfc account with the name - prateek benya

                                    I had a credit card emi loan & jumbo loan running on my credit card. I had pre-closed this in december and did a full payment along with the statement balance of that particular month.

                                    However, after 2 months closure, i have been debited for the jumbo loan again (Pls note - there was no deduction in january). Whenever i try to contact the customer care, they just say please be online and after that, they just disconnect after 5 minutes.

                                    This is really a mental harassment and pathetic services from one of the worst ever banks in india.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    As per our records, the total amount payable as per Dec 2017 statement is Rs. 4, 995.40 with the payment due date as Jan 10, 2018. We note that the Insta Loan was pre-closed on December 24, 2017, and pending principal of Rs. 37, 640.81, a Pre-closure fee of Rs. 1, 129.22 and Pre-closure interest of Rs. 32.78 plus GST was billed to your card account. However, we were in receipt of your payment of Rs. 39, 094.00 on Dec 23, 2017. Hence, as per Jan 2018 statement, the total amount payable is Rs. 4, 907.47 which has been auto debited on Feb 10, 2018.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have a ccsi towards reliance communications since they have stopped there services i called your customer service and instruct them to stop ccsi against reliance but next month they also deducted my amount and paid to reliance and when i call again they said they have stopped from there end and told me to visit home branch of hdfc but they told me they cannot stop that and instruct me to call coustomer care but the same response, now i am fed up with your bank and your services, this is not a good ethics to deal with your coustomer, and this is last time i am requesting you to please stop ccsi towards reliance from my credit card, otherwise i have to use my consumer rights

                                      This is not the way you are showing unresolved issue resolved what a cheap steps you guy's are taking in order to take advantage..!! I got no call nothing from bank..This is showing how you are dealing with your customers..

                                        Dear sir i am classic customers in last 8 year your raisen mp branch so no maintenance charges of my all a/c is applicable but this branch manager deduct my account non maintenance charges few months i complent manager but last 4 to 5 months not any positive moments so please your team and manager raisen branch not a good perform please help us otherwise i am closed total a/c or car loans and lic.
