This is to inform you that i was holding a credit card for a couple of years where you will see my credit history has been impeccable.

When the card came up for renewal i sent a letter to your chennai office asking that it be discontinued and also called hdfc bank customer care and told them the same. You will also note in your records that i have not used the card since then.

Since the past 2 years, i have been continuously pestered to pay the renewal amount. Add to this, your bank has been penalizing me with interest charges on an amount that has been forcefully subjected on me.

In spite of explaining to several hdfc officers via email, phone call, etc. That i have discontinued the card and therefore no renewal charges should be applicable, there seems to be no closure/revert from hdfc bank on this issue.

Several officers from your bank have mentioned that they will resolve this matter from their end with no avail. Now it has come down to intimidating emails and phone calls from your 3rd party collection agencies threatening me of dire consequences.

This is undue harassment to a customer and if no action is taken immediately, i will have no other option but to take legal recourse.

    I have been requesting for a credit card upgrade since more than a month now when I spoke to my relationship manager Sanket about it. After 4 to 5 calls to him, he patched me through to the department responsible for taking such requests. I spoke to Ravindra kumar Mishra who checked my eligibility and informed me that I could upgrade my card to Regalia first and that he would send an executive to collect documents and signature. I waited for a week and no one turned up.I called up the RM again and complained him about it and asked him to escalate the issue. After he spoke to Mr Mishra again, an executive was sent to collect documents. I signed on application form and he asked me for a utility bill to activate smartpay (This was already discussed with Mr Mishra and he had informed me that within 90 days of card receipt, I have to activate smart pay on my card, otherwise it would become a billable card) and I did not provide the utility bill. Since the SLA was 7 working day, I waited for 8 working days (form submitted on 5thFeb) and when I called up relationship banking to find out the status, I am being told that the application form is not submitted. I got furious at this and when I called up my RM, he again conferenced Mr Mishra. Now, to avoid my queries Mishra kept telling that there are network issues and he is unable to hear and he will give me a call back while I and my RM could clearly hear him. Its more than an hour when I write this complaint and I have still not received a call form him. I am sure I will not receive a call from him and I will be kept waiting. Such tardy customer care service is really upsetting.

      Without my concern why one assist protection plan issued and i am not interested in this facility.

      I am not going to pay charges of rs. 1899 which was showing in card statement. I was trying to contact one assist team for this but instead of cancellation ii am receiving calls regarding mobile insurance from one assist team.

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am sagar deshmane a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has activated one assist and charged a sum of rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8656. Without my concern on date: 31/01/2018 & 12/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership. I am calling the hdfc customer care visited the bank and also called one assist. But there no responce so please do the needfull. I dont need your security.

            I had applied for fastag through hdfc. I have still not received the card. But the money has been deducted from my account. Not able to reach the customer care number "[protected]". Its always busy. It sucks: (

            When will i get the card as all the other details has been created and i have received the sms. Never expected hdfc with sooooooooooooooooo pooor customer service.

              I am closed our account on hdfc bank balaghat branch. But usme jama rashi mujhe vapas nahi ki gayi. Bank me puchhane par bolte hai ki ghar par dd bhej denge.

                I had cc of hdfc bank with number -[protected]

                1. I got a bill with non attachment
                2. Then with attchment but could not open it as per the process. I just want to verify the chanrges which seems little higher then use.
                3. Then i lost my card and i blocked it
                4. I sent a numerous mail and call to get my last bill but no resoponse..

                Afterwards they keep putting service other charges and made my 2000 purchase amount to around 10, 000 and not not giving noc on my purchanse amount.

                With all converstaion i never get my last copy with reason that card is blocked which left me helpless

                Please support, i am still ready to pay my purchase amount but there is no reason from my side to pay more then that.

                  I got a hdfc. Times titanium credit card on 13 th jan. 2018 and after some days on 30jan there is transaction of rs 900 for hegic shield automatically debited. Later on on 3rd of feb. Rs 1399 debited automatically for one assist. I called many times customer service they just provided me the number to cancel to these comapnies. Hegic shield never call connected. One assisst customer care forcibly imposing to not cancel this insurance and continue with it. But i dont want any of these services. The most shocking thing is that those debited amount are automatically registered for 3 months emi. I dont know what hdfc bakn want. They are doing frauds with customer. I also emailed my problem to hdfc but no suitable solution provided by them till today. I suggest everone to not use any service of this fraud company. Even i am withdrawing my all accounts from hdfc. I heard that it has a big name but they are worat really worst. Worst customer care of any bank i have ever seen yet.

                      My name is srimanta kumar dey, service in indian army posted in base hospital lucknow.
                      I have applied for a hdfc credit card (Application ref no..[protected]n3)
                      . I have submitted all the documents as per their requirement. My verification was also successful.
                      1st time i got a message..."dear applicant ur hdfc credit card application ref no.. Is approved."
                      2nd message i got..."we have completed processing ur hdfc credit card".
                      Few days later my aplication tracker shows.. Status..."disapproved".
                      And asking me for giving residence proof with self declaration.
                      So i again send my self declaration regarding my residential address, office address and my permanent address as per their given format with current residential proof (Serving certificate).

                      3rd time.. I got a message stating that we are in receipt o[censored]r reprocess request o[censored]r hdfc card and status will be communicated in seven working days.

                      After all this things they mail me... Stating.."we regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet above mentioned internal criteria of the bank."
                      I have already given near about twenty days to fulfill their requirements. I waist money on it... Bank representative told there is no problem in my docouments, u must get card...
                      I cant understand where is the problem?

                      Sir, HDFC bank does not provide me any specific reason of disapproval mf my credit card applic atin, they only say that I do nor fulfill their internal criteria. ..but I do all...

                      Same issue i am als facing. My hdfc credit card status was disapproved. My reference number is [protected]CZ. Please solve this

                        Respected sir,

                        I am apply for hdfc life term insurance having app no[protected] at uchana, jind (Haryana) of rs 100.00 lacs on 07-dec-2017 has been deducted of rs 13204/-. As per conversion of hdfc bank officer insurance has been rejected due to physically handicapped. I am given application for refund my amount but till date i am not received my amount. Many times conversation with hdfc bank officer but he is not giving any satisfactory response. I am very frustrate with the service of hdfc bank. These type of behaviour is not good for private banking. I am very upset with the service of hdfc bank. It is humble request to refund my amount of rs 13204/- with interest as soon as possible.

Complete address of the branch where the application was sent/submitted 3. Mode of sending (post or courier details). If the closure request was submitted/sent more than a year back, please provide us with the acknowledgement copy. Incase you are not in possession of the acknowledgement copy, request you to visit the nearest branch and submit a fresh request for account closure.                               Dear Sir,

                              I write to inform you that i am a customer of HDFC bank bearing a loan of a scooter,
                              Initially I used to receive calls from HDFC for my EMI of Loan, that guy was so good and I always fulfilled Their Requirements timely, but for the last 10-15 days, I am receiving a call from an employee of HDFC bank named Sandeep who sits in Rajouri Garden, Delhi Branch of HDFC.

                              I want you to pay your kind attention towards this issue and want you to take strict actions against him as early as possible, I received a call from Sandeep, from the very beginning of Call he started talking like "Gunda". He was so rude and unprofessional on call, if he would be in front of me i would've slapped him because of his way of talking, I want you to listen the call recordings of him if you have a system of recording calls for trainings and quality purpose. Pull up his call recordings and listen properly you will come to know that how rude he is with HDFC customers who trust on HDFC alot and He is making them disappointed.

                                Hello HDFC Team,

                                This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

                                12 Feb 2018 DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN[protected] 12 Feb 2018 885.00

                                Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 12 Feb 2018 under the name of depository charges . JAN[protected]

                                Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

                                And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

                                Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

                                  On 10 feb 2018, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account number [protected]. When i checked the deduction why its happening than this detail is showing there — "3rd party cash txn inc gst 300118-mir[protected]". I don't know about this deduction? Why this deduction happen without my knowledge how would they can do?

                                  HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                                    Hi sir, i have taken for settlement for my card on may month for 4 emi but i missed two emi and i got a call from same executive for remaining emi's i asked him i have already missed the emi so whether this settlement is valod or not did i have to go for new settlement he no need its valid you can pay remaining amount and i spoke with his manager's i got confirmation from bank people then i paid the remaining amount but after i paid no one is receiving my call and i called customer care requested for call back and complained about this issue but i never received any call from them. From 5 months no one is responding properly. After 5 months now i suddenly i received a notice saying i have to pay remaining amount as soon as possible.
                                    Worst people only they now to collect the money that's. I have a call recording of all the bank people who confirmed me that you can pay remaining amount it is valid

                                      I"m working in aurobindo pharma limited as quality analyst and my company provide us hdfc bank accounts at chanda nagar branch with id 45.Today that is 12/02/2018 my HDFC bank debited 3067 rs showing PCA D and i don't know why they deducted my balance. please consider my issue.

                                        Hdfc ergo insurance kept on asking me all relavnet papers till last week from nov 2017 onwards and finally rejected claim stating some irrelevent information as stated below :
                                        (“insured had not disclosed the ailment while purchasing the policy. Hence there is non-disclosure of material facts and thus this claim is being repudiated under section 10 r ii of the policy terms and conditions.)
                                        Please accept this letter as my appeal to decision to deny settlement for (Acute myocardial infarction unspecified state) post pre-approval of the treatment undergone. It is my understanding based on your letter of denial dated (08/02/2018 ccn –rr-hs[protected] that this procedure has been denied because of below reason which is un-acceptable and this claim is a pre-approved cashless. The same was stated in the attached release letter by insurance team dated 10th aug’2017. Hence would request you to review your decision and however this was never stated in your query letters which was surprise to us till last minute. Your claim team made me to run from pillar to post for 3 months to get all questions answered.
