I have applied for permanent closure of Credit card.

I have send written request with Credit card Closure form.

But till now I could not received any confirmation about closing of my Credit Card. (by SMS or Mail)

I am rajeev bansal and using hdfc credit card for a very long time ago. but now i am not able to make payments using my credit card and found it blocked blocked as i didnt use it since last year kindly reactivate it as soon as possible as i have need tto make payments using my credit card
I have a two wheeler loan account 47485603 with HDFC which had a ecs date of 5th. There was no ecs deduction for the month.
There is no way I can flag this. Please run ecs n deduct the amount at the earliest.

    I want to complaint against hdfc bank credit card customer care executive
    who called me from no. [protected] at my mobile no. he insisted me to get a protection cover policy for my credit cards, debit cards, driving licenses, pan cards & was irritating again to get this policy upon paying a charge of rs 1890/-. but on listening to him i very humbly said no, i don't want this cover. he used foul & abusive language. the time of call was at
    1.43 p.m.. kindly check who this executive was & take strict action against him. otherwise i would discontinue with hdfc bank & will not deal in any regard.my mobile no. is [protected]. munish

        My self paresh r patel and i am excisting customer in your bank. I got many loan for hadfc bank such as home loan and 2 construction equipment loan, few day ago i was intersted to buy new construction equipment hyundai machine so all supporting documnet with quatation gave to loan department in construction equipment but in that duration daily i communication with loan department person mr appurv-[protected] and kuntan dave-[protected] but they did not response, and they did not process my loan file so after i got loan for other bank but really i was intersted only hdfc bank so kindly note my complain and take action.

            I approached hdfc bank to take the gold bonds (50) units in demat form and they asked me to to open a demat account with hdfc bank which i opened but after that bank expressed his disability to take these bonds indemat account.
            Please guide with the process to demat these gold bonds and oblige. I also have a demat account with sharekhan ltd. But they have also expressed their disability to demat the same.

              No otp is generated when you want to register, cc number 24 hrs busy, site doesn't work at all, once your reg with 10 days of struggle and then try login in it doesn't work at all. How come such a reputed firm is having such a software, who monitors it, doesn't a common man's woes are heard by any officials, please shut this firm. Imagine 400 500 rupees being paid by 1000 people every week, it generates so much money and not providing proper service. They are literally looting everyone. Is anyone hearing us?

              I have sbi fastag customer service OK I but I have hdfc fastag customer service very poor no [protected] no one take the phone call
              I have buyed HDFC Fastag from toll on the way to Chandigarh from Delhi, its working fine but now i have to recharge it but i don't know my customer id and walled id.
              I tried many times to contact customer care but from 2 days its busy and automatically cuts the phone.
              Very bad service from a reputed bank.

              Whenever I call HDFC Fastag customer care, they say - "website down, try after 1 hour".
              Can you solve this problem? Is this a fraud product from HDFC?

                I have availed a home loan in our branch, now iam willing to close the loan. But in dlf branch, chennai manager mrs. Sandya states that their is an closing charge for home closure. Pls confirm it because my company is proprietorship and iam the proprietor and how could the charges applicable and as per rbi rules individuals should not charge any closure. If the charge is applicable what is the benefits ur bank gives as a privilege customer to me?

                  I received a call today from hdfc credit card department, stating that rewards point on my cards have expired and that i need to verify the visible cards details to them in my voice to process the redemption of expired reward points. I provided them the expiry date of my card and first 4 digits of credit card number. But she started asking me for complete 16 digits. When i objected, she said that she will transfer my call to the senior.

                  Please let me know if this was a genuine call from hdfc or a fake one. And if it is a fake one, please take necessary action on the same.

                    I had done a topup of my hdfc fastag wallet with rs.350 on 9th jan 2018. A proof is enclosed. My account was debited with 359.44 inclusive taxes. But our fastag wallet is not credited till date. I have made several call to customer care ([protected]), everybody promised that they had raised an issue and it will get resolved in two days. But till date nothing had happened. Further they have no email id to make any complain and there is no way to escalate the issue to higher authorities. It is very shocking and surprising that such is the case with a very reputed brand hdfc. With a heavy heart now i am forced to raise a customer complain in a public forum against hdfc.

                    No progress. Apparently Mr.Manoj of HDFC bank customer assistance, closed this complaint by the standard formality reply as "
                    Please email your query to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in or reach Fastag team directly at [protected] & [protected] for best assistance". Neither the mail nor the phones are in working order. What to say...but to feel sorry for this kind of customer services by HDFC Fastag team. Services by other legal entities of HDFC such as HDFC Securities, HDFC Mutual find, HDFC Bank are very reliable. But you can't go by brand in India. One product or service is not become reliable just because the other services and products are good. Every product and services are to be evaluated separately. Strongly not recommending the Fastag service of the HDFC brand. The Fastag services by ICICI, PAYTM may be more reliable (no first hand experiences - others who are availing their services may comment).

                    For our complaint again she promised to call bank on the status and as usual they forgot conveniently. Then afterwards we could not get the number. And further the same robotic answer " I am raising an issue and the same will be rectified in two working days". Still hoping for some humanely response from HDFC Fastag team.

                      I was pay rs. 1000/- through online to saravana stores, padi on 02/02/2018 for chit fund due. But this money was not credit their account.

                      As per norms i am waiting for 7 days for refund rs. 1000/- in my credit card. But till date no refund has received and i saw the monthly statement this amount was debited in my account.

                      Hence i request you to kindly refund rs. 1000/- immediately

                        My customer id is[protected].
                        I have opened the account almost 5 years back and now you started charging me something weird which was not stated to me. I see multiple transactions which are being charged for no reason. If you don't revert these charges i'm going to end my relationship with hdfc by closing my nri/nro and credit card also and also all my family will also will do the same.
                        Inst-alert chg inc gst oct-dec2017-mir[protected] -17.70
                        Tax deducted-206.72.
                        Who are you to deduct tax on my account is there any information sent to the customer. Who is paying it to whom?. I will complain to the income tax department for doing such kind of illegal and unauthorized transaction from my account without my concern and approval.

                            I am avneesh kumar sharma student of b. Tech mechanical engineering at invertis university bareilly utter pradesh india. I have take education loan from hdfc bank, loan account no is 35040758. I have apply to interest subsidy scheme which lonch by central government of india. I have apply 2016 and also in 2017 but we can not find any response from bank. I visited nearest bank that is bareilly, but they not tell me. They says that, we mail it to lucknow. This is done several times. They not gave clear response regarding to subsidy.

                              On 12 jan 2018 i made excess payment of my hdfc card from my sbi visa card. But i told them to reverse my transaction. They told me that it will not be reversed as it will be adjusted in my bill, but 2 feb 2018 they reversed it and send me an email that i has been reversed and you got your dd of 24000 at your billing address i didn't get any dd then i call them again and they told me that it is visa money card and it will directly come to your sbi visa money card. But it is not credited in my card. They kept on giving me false promises and every time a new story that wait for 2 days than 5 days etc. It has been a month i am chasing them but they didn't listen to me and every time build a new story. I am very much frustrated by them as i have yo make my sbi card payment and i didn't have money and hdfc customer service not helping me and they are not refunding my money. Please help me i am very very frustrated as i don't have money and i have to make my payment to sbi card.

                                Hello,
                                I am having salary account with hdfc bank, central plaza branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat account and a share trading account along with salary account. I go to the bank directly for closure of demat so that i can get the refund. Even i walked to the central plaza branch and submitted the letter, they failed to accept it and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money.
                                Please go through my problem and give me a sweetable solution, otherwise i have to take another action.

                                  This is regarding successful bill payment done for 5th month of 2017 (I. E. May 2017) of amount 4771.44 via bill desk is not been reflected on my credit card bill and due to which this paid amount is added in next month bill and till now this amount added and has been increased to a very high amount.

                                  Please help me regarding this issue as got a successfull mail from bill desk that my amount has beenpaid successfully and no failure mail has been sent.

                                  Please help me out from this issue. I have added the mail content that has been sent by bill desk with this mail. I hoping a fair and positive response from your end i am usong this card for many years and always paid bill on time please this is a humble request from my side to chech this as the amount that is carry forwarded is very high.

                                  Thanks for your reply. I have checked all my bill but didn't see the amount you have mentioned of Rs. 9, 150.45 in the month of June 2016 in bill pdf file that you have sent me in july for june month.

                                    hdfc bank /credit card - money misused my account.

                                    Ib billpay dr-hdfcpe - this is the narration that appears on my statement for an amt of 3588. And i have done my payment for the credit card but for which a payment is taken. I received a sms for 3588 credited into my act. I did not give credit card dept instructions to take money from my account. If an amount is credited into my account i don't find it now... This is wrong i want explanation and my money back....

                                      I have escalated this issue first time on 22nd of December, 2017 that my securities trading account (no. 315574) has been closed without my consent. I have been repeatedly writing to HDFC securities and they forwarded me a scanned account closure form filled with my securities trading account details and forged signature for closing my trading account, immediately I have informed that the signature is forged and I have not sent any such requests. But 6-7 weeks passed since then there has been no resolution, the responses I have been getting from them periodically through emails is that my matter is being investigated but still after almost 2 months there is no resolution. I am fed up and would like to let the everybody know that people's money are not safe in HDFC accounts anyone can do fraudulent transactions by forging signatures in HDFC bank

I have been repeatedly writing to hdfc securities on their email id and they forwarded me a scanned trading account closure form filled with my securities trading account details and forged signature for closing my trading account, immediately i have informed that the signature is forged and i have not sent any such requests. Also to say the signature is badly forged, it does not look like my handwriting and does not need a handwriting expert to identify that was not my signature. But 6-7 weeks passed since then, there has been no resolution, the responses i am getting from them through mail periodically is that my matter is being investigated but still after almost 2 months there is no resolution (Last received email attached). Last week someone from jadavpur branch, kolkata (My local branch) called me and told me they have identified the person who has forged my signature to close my account and action will be taken against him, but my problem does not get solved as my hdfc securities account still remains closed. I have been wronged as someone from the bank's local branch has forged my signature in the trading account closure form and hdfc securities has closed my securities trading account without even proper verification.
