My name is dhruv javeri and i had a salaried account with hdfc bank which was 0 balance, moment i left my job they converted my account into normal savings account without my consent. Now they are charging 690 rs monthly for non maintenance of the balance. My account is showing negative balance of rs 7000. I want this to get waived off.

    Good evening sir,
    I am avneesh kumar sharma student of b. Tech mechanical engineering at invertis university bareilly utter pradesh india. I have take education loan from hdfc bank, loan account no is 35040758. I have apply to interest subsidy scheme which lonch by central government of india. I have apply 2016 and also in 2017 but we can not find any response from bank. I visited nearest bank that is bareilly, but they not tell me. They says that, we mail it to lucknow. This is done several times. They not gave clear response regarding to subsidy.
    So, please you told me what is status of subsidy form.

      On 12 jan 2018 i made excess payment of my hdfc card from my sbi visa card. But i told them to reverse my transaction. They told me that it will not be reversed as it will be adjusted in my bill, but 2 feb 2018 they reversed it and send me an email that i has been reversed and you got your dd of 24000 at your billing address i didn't get any dd then i call them again and they told me that it is visa money card and it will directly come to your sbi visa money card. But it is not credited in my card. They kept on giving me false promises and every time a new story that wait for 2 days than 5 days etc. It has been a month i am chasing them but they didn't listen to me and every time build a new story. I am very much frustrated by them as i have yo make my sbi card payment and i didn't have money and hdfc customer service not helping me and they are not refunding my money. Please help me i am very very frustrated as i don't have money and i have to make my payment to sbi card.

        Hello,
        I am having salary account with hdfc bank, central plaza branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat account and a share trading account along with salary account. I go to the bank directly for closure of demat so that i can get the refund. Even i walked to the central plaza branch and submitted the letter, they failed to accept it and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money.
        Please go through my problem and give me a sweetable solution, otherwise i have to take another action.

          Hi

          This is regarding successful bill payment done for 5th month of 2017 (I. E. May 2017) of amount 4771.44 via bill desk is not been reflected on my credit card bill and due to which this paid amount is added in next month bill and till now this amount added and has been increased to a very high amount.

          Please help me regarding this issue as got a successfull mail from bill desk that my amount has beenpaid successfully and no failure mail has been sent.

          Please help me out from this issue. I have added the mail content that has been sent by bill desk with this mail. I hoping a fair and positive response from your end i am usong this card for many years and always paid bill on time please this is a humble request from my side to chech this as the amount that is carry forwarded is very high.

          Thanks for your reply. I have checked all my bill but didn't see the amount you have mentioned of Rs. 9, 150.45 in the month of June 2016 in bill pdf file that you have sent me in july for june month.

            hdfc bank /credit card - money misused my account.

            Ib billpay dr-hdfcpe - this is the narration that appears on my statement for an amt of 3588. And i have done my payment for the credit card but for which a payment is taken. I received a sms for 3588 credited into my act. I did not give credit card dept instructions to take money from my account. If an amount is credited into my account i don't find it now... This is wrong i want explanation and my money back....

              I have escalated this issue first time on 22nd of December, 2017 that my securities trading account (no. 315574) has been closed without my consent. I have been repeatedly writing to HDFC securities and they forwarded me a scanned account closure form filled with my securities trading account details and forged signature for closing my trading account, immediately I have informed that the signature is forged and I have not sent any such requests....

              I recived sms from hdfc bank that rs 2999/-deducted from my credicted to one assit plan on 07/02/2018 without my permision idont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited chering of my credit card i m contiousaly on protected and producter but they not cancolling the service please deactive the service and refund my money asap

                    My account number is 32xx3753xx2. Hereby i want to inform you that 7th of december, 2017 at 5:34 p. M i received two messages from bz-atmsbi. That message informed me that there were two transactions which were held using my debit card details as a purchase on hdfc payzapp wallet load from bangalore. Which was totally unauthorized. My debit card no. - 4786-7xx0-0xx8-0034 (Sbi visa card). On that time debit card was in my hand & the mobile no. Which is linked to my bank account that mobile connection was with me too.in fact, i didn't share/receive any otp for those transactions. If you notice in my transaction history you can understand who withdraw those amounts, he/she tried several times to withdraw 10000/- rupees but fortunately, that person succeeded in two times.

                    On the day when the incident happened i immediately call two organisations one was state bank of india & second was payzapp customer care..

                    Within 15 min of the transaction, i tried to inform payzapp about that. I called them through payzapp customer care number[protected] which i find out from google.
                    So my horrible experience was that which female hindi medium executive attend my call, her verdict was 'payzapp don't even take any primary action against this as per their term & condition with customers'. She doesn't even inform me about their cyber cell.

                    Somehow i was not convinced of her problem-solving attitude that's why i called again to that same customer care no. After one day. This time i have chosen english & looking for an english medium executive. Fortunately that executive suggest me to write a mail at this mail id which belongs from your cyber cell - [protected]@payzapp.in

                    Beside other legal action, i took immediate action here again & wrote my first mail to payzapp cyber cell on 9th december 2017 at 5:24 p. M with all details including my police complaint & bank complaint details.

                    Payzapp cyber cell doesn't even reply & note took that seriously because i didn't get any reply of that mail. So 13th december 2017 i mailed them again as my personal query what is the status of my case which i informed them.

                    I got my first reply from their side on 21st december 2017 & informed me that - "we regret to inform you that the complete amount has been utilized by the user."

                    They are responding after 12 days of my first mail & after 8 days of my follow up mail. That means that fraud hacker is getting 12 days more to manage that money.

                    I beg to payzapp, sir please give us few more importance. As a common middle-class man, this 14980/- inr amount is much bigger in front of me. It almost my two month's salary.

                    This crime was taken place through online so it was not a physical crime. Till date, payzapp can easily take action & track the money to help me to bring back.

                    If people will do everything as per rules but it needs few times so i believe, payzapp should hold that money to verify the complaint if complainer failed to claim that money then give him/ her that money holder a clean cheat & give him that amount. At least keep that money & account under observation.

                    If they take those action properly i hope we will be in a position to identify that victim & it will also help my police cyber crime branch to solve this case as quickly as possible. Most important sir i will get back my money which is more important to me..!!

                    If we just do our duty then the victim will not get his proper judgement & fraud people will not get any punishment. Maybe today, when i am writing you this or payzapp executive reading this, that fraud people looking for his new target or someone is being another victim of him like me.

                    As a lighter note, i want to know from you that is there any possibility to get my money back??

                    I am waiting for a fruitful action with a hope that i will receive a fruitful answer... Thank you.

                      Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/ on feb 2017 deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I spoke to hdfc credit card customer care, and complaint them regarding this matter they said speak to one assist team, they will refund your amount and cancel this service, then i spoke to one assist customer care for cancel my service, on that time they confirm me that i am cancel your service and refund your amount whatever we charged, i said ok, then i stop using hdfc card due to this activities. But after six month i got mail that they dont reverse my amount and hdfc also charged for not paying that amount, now this amount became around rs.6000, hdfc credit card persons now touchier me to pay this amount, i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                      And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
                      Even i got confirmation by one assist that they reverse all the payment, then still hdfc send me legal notice. Please do the needful on urgent basis

                          Have a credit card in hdfc bank
                          They have been charging me for transactions i have not done and have no explanation about the same
                          Now i wanna raise a settlement request. They dint even do that saying i am not eligible for reasons unknown
                          Worst bank hdfc

                          This has been happening from many months
                          There are many transactions and taxes and interest whic are not legitimate and customer care people are damn unprofessional and have not explaination for the sams

                            Friends, please dont ever think of taking home loan with hdfc, hosur branch. You will repent if you go there...
                            For getting loan you need to wait for 1month, and to get any other service, you should be running behind these guys.
                            When interest rate is raised, without notifying you they will increase, but if its reduced, you need visit the branch to do this. Just think how many will track of this.

                              I applied hdfc fastag through online my application no:hfr028461 dt 01.02.2018 all my documents uploaded portal.

                              Still now response from hdfc fastag end. I tried many times customer care no proper response.

                              Let me know my application status.

                              Hdfc bank this area very very poor response on this product.

                                I bought few products from a online shopping site in december first week 2017 and the payment was made by net banking via hdfc debit card.
                                Due to size mismatch i returned the products and claimed for refund from the shopping vendor. The shopping vendor confirmed that the refund has been initiated and shared necessary proof of refund with me.
                                I waited for 5 business days to reflect the amount in my account as it usually takes 3-4 working days to reflect the amount in account. After this period i reached out to hdfc net banking nodal officer for bangalore - mr binod.
                                He advised me to drop a mail with all necessary proofs to hdfc grievance redressal cell and i did the same.
                                And it all started from there the chain of follow ups. I followed up almost 5-6 times with the grievance redressal cell and every time i got auto generated mails that the issue is being worked upon and will be responded in 5 working days but they never came back with any resolution nor did the amount reflect ed in my account. When i again followed up on the mail chain, the response came that they have raised a charge back and the amount will reflect by feb 1. However nothing happened by feb 1. When i again followed up, they responded that they are working upon it and will respond by 5 working days.

                                Its been almost two month that i am chasing hdfc bank for refund of my money.
                                Below is the complaint no - hbl[protected] and hbl[protected].

                                I have attached the e-mails received / the communication made.

                                Please refer to the same.

                                Looking for a solution on this.

                                  I (Pushpander goel) am submitting the following few lines to your notice for favour of kind consideration.

                                  I have a saving a/c no: [protected] in hdfc bank at nehru place branch.
                                  .
                                  I have operated the axis bank atm on 09.02.18 08:29 pm at tirkha colony, ballabgarh vide record no: 77 for with drawl of rs. 7, 000/- amount. The transaction was declined but the amount of rs. 7, 000/- was deducted from my hdfc bank account with out receipt of cash.

                                  Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs. 7, 000/- to my account. The necessary transaction slips are also here with enclosed for favour of kind perusal please.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Ref my credicard no[protected] for which a fraud transaction of rs. 3849.99 towards expressvpn.com was carried out on 09 feb 2018 at 2100 hrs.in this regard complain lodged to customer care vide no [protected] feb /09. Card and pin is with me and fraud transaction was carried out without otp number. How?
                                    Pls take the matter serious and sort out immediately. Dissatisfaction may lead to closing the account and loosing the faith in your bank. Pls intervain for early solution.
