Hi team,

I have a account in hdfc bank nungambakkam branch.

03-feb-2018. Today there is another fraudulent happened in my account. I have deposited 12430 rs. (2 transaction : 11400 + 1030).

When i check the balance in account it showed less than the deposited amount. When i enquired with bank representative there is no proper response, when i enquired again they simply said it might be charge...

Without my concern hdfc debited rs. 7756=00 from my account, i already told hdfc about cancellation of my credit card & i had already sent diagonally cutting card to your chennai office
Why should not i register case against you for unauthorized withdrawn
Or transferred my money under provision of it act?

I have purchased wagon r car in 2017 and at time of purchasing car i have bought hdfc ergo insurance company also but on 31 jan 2018, my car is damaged and i have lodge a complaint in their customers care they told me a inspection officer will visit your location and inspect your car still nobody coming. A inspection officer call me if we are coming here we will charge you twice i could not understand why i am paying.

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8096 without my concern on date:01/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount 1399

I have applied personal loan for Rs 1Lac from HDFC bank but received the loan amount of Rs97079 only,

I couldn't understand why Rs2921 has been deducted from the loan amount?

I do understand there was Processing free of Rs990+GST178+Franching & Stamping Charges Rs 201 so this way total deduction is about Rs 1369.

My name is shiva. Recently i applied for a hdfc credit card. I got the card after eligibility check. After one week, rs. 900 got deducted from my card for "hegic-crdt shld %26amp; fl cvr-" and after 2 more days, rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee smartemi ln 3064701".

I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products...

I called the customer care portal of hdfc bank yesterday night. Even after waiting for almost 10 minutes on call, call wasn't transferred to the customer service executive.
