Please notified that i am not any loan for any product and i also not having any product for that. Please canceled my loan and remove my name in civil and for that i have doing a police complaint also.
So please cancelled my loan.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6321 without my concern on 06/02/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      upi transaction successful but money not credited to beneficiary

      Hello Sir,

      The amount Rs. 6300/- was transferred using UPI service from my account No. ‎[protected] HDFC bank, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli branch, hyderabad to IOB bank account beneficiary with account number [protected] on 3rd Feb. Payment is shown as successful at my end and money is not credited to receivers account. please look into this and resolve ASAP. Attaching images of transactions in both banks for reference.br...

      I have Credit Card. Since July onwards bank has started charging me extra without any information. I called customer care for clarification of date and mode of communication but they have no record. I was chasing them regularly but no positive response. But every month bank was increasing my amount for payment. I have updated on tweeter also for the same and one team reverted me that they will update within 5-7 working days but they again cheated and increased more Rs. 5000 on my card.

      Their recovery team use to call from different mobile numbers and land line number they also use abusive language.

        I have took a hdfc life classic assure plan in the month of jan 2018.
        Insurance agent name prateek told me bout 03 benefits of that plane.
        However when i have tried to get one benefits (Credit card on behalf of policy) then policy agent says that your application has been rejected.

        Now i want my refund however as per policy it isn't possible.

            I am a holder of hdfc bank visa business regalia credit card where i had received priority pass for complimentary access to lounges at airport terminals.

            I have received the latest statement for my credit card on 16.02.18 in which i have been charged for using the priority pass for lounge visits at domestic airports in the months of september 2017 and october 2017.

            Kindly note that it is unacceptable and hdfc should reverse the charges on the basis of the following points:

            1. I was not aware of the changes of the terms and conditions of priority pass, as i did not receive any official communication regarding the same through sms or email.

            2. I always carry both the cards i. E. Priority pass and hdfc regalia business credit card to the lounge reception. Had i been aware that priority pass is chargeable at domestic lounges, i could have used my hdfc bank regalia credit card instead.

            3. I did not receive any alerts when my card was being charged. It is unethical on the part of hdfc to charge the credit card and not provide any communication for the same.

            4. The credit card statements for 3 months following the priority pass usage, did not reflect these charges. As per the new terms and conditions the charges should reflect int he statement by 90 days from the date o[censored]sage.

            5. Lastly, kindly note that we are having long standing relationship with hdfc bank. Our organisation has current accounts, loan accounts, od accounts etc. With hdfc bank.in view of the same, we expect that you should immediately reverse these charges, so our trust in hdfc is maintained and we can continue to do business with your bank.

              Though my phone ([protected]) is in dnd mode, i still get harassed by your so called hdfc agents for loans and credit cards, inspite to shouting, requesting to remove my number from their list, it just goes into deaf ears and dumb brains.
              There has been times, when the telecaller tries to make me feel that she is doing me a favour by giving me loan or making that phone call. I fail to understand how low you could go to hire unprofessional who bang the phone on my face when i say not interested.

              Can you ensure that with immediate effect action is taken that i no longer

                  When you need money get a loan from friend or relative. But never use hdfc credit card.. They will # your life till settle the loan. (Happening with me). If your remaining amount is for eg 24000 and you paid amount 3000. But you failed to. Make the pyment before billing cycle. Then the amount will. Again be 24500. That means the money you paid. Has gone. Which is called interest on interest. Hdfc has a very high interest rate.
                  Thatswhy dont use hdfc credit card.

                      I was supposed to pay the credit card bill of 27, 899 which i paid it in 31/1/2017. The bank invoked the lien of rs.27, 798.98 from your savings bank account bearing number 501 * * 337 on 30/01/2017 which did not confirm me. I thought all the amount is been paid off full but as per bank executive, it is been not taken on that day it was after 15 days. Now they asked me to pay 15 days charges that are 1100. I said i cannot pay that because it is already been taken for you. Now that interest charges have gone up to 5000 and want us to pay for that i denied stating i am not paying.

                            I have cleared my emi's as they were dated with couple of cheque bounces however i have also cleared the cheque bounce dues. Somehow i am yet to receive no objection certificate its been almost 2months since i cleared the emi's. I also visited the hdfc bank head office (Begumpet, hyderabad) but they didn't issue the noc and told to wait for it by post. I find this very unprofessional of them as i as consumer expect the promises they made before taking up the loan. I started to hate banking with hdfc after this.

                                    On 13/02/2017, monday a transaction of rs.401.00 at 13:21:34 pm was carried out at yo china, faridabad via my debit card. The money had been deducted from my bank account but the transaction had failed due to which i had to pay in cash. It is now saturday, 17/02/2017 and yet i haven't received any acknowledgement regarding it. Customer service is of no help. Kindly look into the matter. The amount of money isn't the matter, the poor services is the concern. Such incidents show untrustworthy issues.

                                      Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no :[protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]n1 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Vikas, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards md tahir [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.
