Hi, my name is shivam, few days back i applied for hdfc credit card and the guy took my all details after he didn't replied. After then again the other agent standing outside my ofc location offered the hdfc credit card to me. He took my all details and i got the message that it has been approved and asking for delivery. But when i asked the agent for delivery he did not replied to my calls and now saying that i need to raise the request for it again. I believe they got my card and they are missusing it. Please resolve this on priority. Thanks

    My name is vijay kumar neethipudi, i have order two products in amazon and paytm using my hdfc credit card and unfortunatively, i've cancelled those two orders, both the shopping sites started refunding process and sending a confirmation messages, these all happens in jan 30 2018. Its been 16 days, but i still not get those money. I'm providing those screen shots also. Please look into the issues

      Expired in February 2017 I am following up but since my address was changed new credit card was not properly delivered to me.I have sent many emails to HDFC card on grievance redressal and priority redressal.my issue for charges applied was replied by senior management and accordingly I made payment of RS 2317 on 1/2/2018 still there is no reply from HDFC.I want to know status of my payment and need statement showing reversal /waiver of charges as promised by Hdfc also I need new credit card for my further use .

        Sir,
        I have already raised complaint for cancellation of one assist plan in my hdfc credit card and also received revert from one assist regarding reversal.

        Now i received below said massage "dear cardmember, we have processed your smart emi request for rs. 1399.00 payable in 3 emis 1.50 % roi pm on card ending 8587".

        Cancellation request number given from hdfc bank. [protected]. And from one assist 2871757.

        Pls check and confirm whether cancelled and refunded or not...

        Hdfc persons doing all things without customer knowledge... I'm unhappy with your service.

          My name is ratnadeep.gondal i have taken a 2 wheeler loan a/c no 46602262 from hdfc my contact number is [protected], some of my emi were bounced because of my bank problem and 2 emi where bounced because I dint had balance but the executive name Ruchi does not have manner to speak with the customer. she had given a call on 12.1.18 I have informed her that my payment will come on 15.1.18 so please send the executive on 16.1.18, but for some reason the payment was not done from the my office and the same I have informed to her on 16.1.18 10:28 am the number from which she called is[protected] but she started saying that u don't want to do the payment and u want to use the bike free or what I am not here to listen everyones problem i[censored] cannot pay y to take the loan, I also said her that madam if I will get the payment today or tomorrow then also I will go to the respected branch and do the payment for that emi but she was saying anything she wants and after that I also lost my tempo and i also said that it is not taken from your father do what u want and all. if some one is missing the emi there is some problem but I have done the payment for the rest of my emi also its not like that I have not paid a single emi, this is not the way to speak with the customer. I am very disappointed from the service and I fell very sorry that I have taken loan from your company. please take a serious action for the complaint.

            I did a electricity bill pay through paytm using HDFC netbanking. Bill has not been paid and amount also deducted from my account no. After that I did call to paytm,
            But they replied they have not received amount.also I have checked it on net banking but it shows deduction only .
            Please let me know what the problem occurred with this transaction.

              Sir,
              I am Ghanshyam was working in a private company in Delhi. I have purchased hdfc super income plan with the policy numbered: 19984631 for an annual premium of rs. 95, 693 with premium paying period of 8 years. The duration of the policy is 16 years. I was convinced to buy this policy by a hdfc financial consultant Singhma Insurance Broker Limited Delhi.
              I was explained in the form of illustrations that at the end of 8 years, i will be getting rs. about 15 lakhs, with the total invested amount being rs. 8 lakhs. I agreed to this and submitted a cheque of rs.99, 999 in favour of hdfc slic, bearing the number, 000017 dated 16th Jan 2018.
              I received the policy document delivered by Bluedart
              on 22th Jan, 2018. However, now i believe the policy is not right for me. I have had second thoughts and believe that the expected returns in this plan will be low, considering the long duration of 8 years during which the money will be locked. Moreover, I left my job. Thus, i am likely to face financial instability in the near future, as i need money. As i am in the 30 days period, i intend to cancel my policy at the earliest.
              Please let me know the cancellation procedure. I tried contacting your customer care number multiple times. However, there was no response.

                I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr031830. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. I received the fastag by courier but did not receive any login details so i was unable to login.

                Is there anyway to recharge my fastag account??

                The same problem with it says "No Records" I have tried the steps mentioned by HDFC but nothing works, I can't also recharge my account for more than 5 months time.

                Waste of money and time.

                Don't ever buy HDFC Fastag.

                Customer care also won't attend and no support for this.

                  I have submitted the bank account closure application on may 2017 in HDFC civil lines branch and also paid the due amount, yet I used to get messages from the bank for penalty charges for keeping my account balance low.
                  I just logged in my account online and found that they have continuously charged for keeping account low balance.

                    Hello i want to know about my hdfc bank account which is salry account but due to not credit salary then bank convert it into savings account now i am working in other company and apply that account to convert into a salary account again and submit the all required documents like company letter and account info to bank but i don't get any confirmation from bank side regarding account converted or not on phone call they ar not entertaining and when i visit to bank they clearly said we can't give information about this..

                    So i request you can u pls give me the information about my account that it has been converted into salary account or still in savings account.

                      I have already filed a complain against hdfc life. Thinking that consumer forum will definitely understand and try to resolve my complain they even tried at the early stage of the conplain through which i received a call from hdfc where they wanted me to withdraw my complain and negotiate at the amount of 25000 which is not even 20% of the claim amount and denying the proposal they talked to me in such a harsh manner, when i told him that i am a very old customer of hdfc life and with this type of behaviour towards the customer i would definitely withdraw my other policies running with it.
                      Towards this i got a beautiful reply that hdfc doesn’t care about his reputation, either i should accept the proposal or they will give this amount to the mediator to finish this case.
                      I just wanna ask and is this the way to treat to a customer to a girl, to my mother to is a widow lady...i am taking an initiative by making aware to all my family and friends to withdraw the policies with hdfc life and they are actually doing it i hope a small effort of mine will definitely effect this SO CALLED PROUD FIRM HDFC LIFE.

                          I have an account with HDFC bank which was a salary account opened by my previous employer. After quitting that job My salary account was converted to Savings account without any intimation or knowledge.

                          As per RBI rule it was mandatory to link Aadhar card to bank account however, I have not linked it as I didnt wanted it to be operational and HDFC wasnt helping to close it.
                          However, I received an text message stating aadhar card has been updated to my account. Since, I have never provided any Aadhar details to HDFC personal I was amazed as how this has happened and enquired the same with HDFC bank as per their escalation procedure. I have not received any proper response apart from giving random answers.

                          I want to file a complaint and severe action needs to be taken for this scenario as Aadhar details are confidential and I have not provided it to them better asked them to linked it. Please tell me the procedure for the same.

                          I am aware of the rules of linking Aadhar card to everything. My question is and I quote once again "FROM WHERE YOU GOT MY AADHAR DETAILS TO UPDATE IT IN YOUR SYSTEM?". And please do not say In light of the above directive, we have updated your Aadhaar no with Customer ID ending with 715 as received along with Credit card application form.

                          For you to receive these details I will have to send it. I have already informed your employee who called me the other day that I have never by any mean whatsoever provided aadhar details to anyone from HDFC bank.

                          Plus thanks to bringing to my notice, what is going on with the with Credit card application form.

                          I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED ANY APPLICATION FORM.

                          Every-time I contact or I get any correspondence from HDFC I am surprised as I get to know what I have done with HDFC account when I am not the one who is doing it.

                          If I don't receive a proper revert on this within half hour 45 mins I can utilize that visit to lodge a complaint against you.

                          I have already emailed banking ombudsman. even they are not replying. The whole system is corrupted. Shame that I live in such a pathetic system.

                            Dear sir/mam, after several trial myself could not able to post this grievance online at your website.Please consider following matter.On 11.03.17 i had prepay my home loan account with hdfc no.[protected] by two nos. Of cheque of rs.179000/- rs. 262657/-.Surprisingly hdfc bank provide me the break up of rs. 179000/- only via letter no. Accts/[protected]/14-mar-2017 dated 14.03.17.What about the other one of rs. 262657/- after several request from my end at durgapurwb branch they have not entertain me. Starting from 2009 onward i paid almost 345000/- against my loan amount 370000/- for 25 years tenure. On 11.03.17 i have compelled to paid another rs.441657/-.Is it not really surprising by bank sir myself from middle class family sir, for god shake please arrange to return the extra amount snatched by hdfc sir and obliged. This is not expected from an organization like hdfc. In the month of january2017 they send email, sms stating that total outstanding as that date was rs.110339, what it mean sir even your bank never write a letter indicating any amount in their letterhead sir. They charge occasionally some mysterious account like their representative come to my house in twice in last 7 years via bus 40 km while charged me some 7000 for that reason.In the account of incidental charges if myself close my account before nine years 2017 instead of 2025 i am not eligible to get any benefit regarding my home loan.What is my benefit sir, for closing my loan account before nine years please help me to return back the excess amount deduct from my account immediately. I am enclosing here with some relevant documents for your reference sir.

                              no response from relationship manager since 5 days

                              I noticed some "upfront fees" got deducted from my hdfc account for any international transaction. I have not done any such transaction and no issue with my netbanking and debit card.
                              I do not see any details in my account where the amount went. So, i tried to contact my relationship manager, i could never connect to her and every time new person takes the call and asks me to verify all details every time and later i get answer that...

                                I had applied for an hdfc fastag on 31st august 2017. I received confirmation that a fastag account has been created, with customer id:[protected] in september 2017. However, i have not received the fastag till date (16th january 2018).

                                The customer care number[protected] is not reachable and emails to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in has had no replies. This is appalling customer support from one of the biggest banks in india.

                                Please correct the statement. I believe as per our conversation, we were able to establish that the courier with the FasTag was delivered to the wrong person. And this issue dragged on for 5 months because of the lack of a proper customer care mechanism.

                                Please re-issue the FasTag at the earliest to the correct address.

                                  I was using a hdfc credit card. Some 400 rs was pending to pay from my side, so penalty of 237 rs was imposed. I lost this card so it is blocked and on call i requested that once penalty is waved off i will pay reaming amount. Hdfc guy on call assured me that it will be waved off in 3 days, so i was waiting.

                                  Next what happened is that no waver was given and some new card was dispatched by hdfc and which i dint get yet, and also rs 475 was spend from this card which i never received.
                                  Now total bill is 684+475

                                  Old card : xxxxxxxxxx3681 bill is 684.17
                                  New undelivered card is xxxxxxxxxxx7485 : bill 475.23

                                  Also 684 is blocked from my savings account.
                                  Personal banker is not picking the call, does not matter how many times you call.
                                  I bank branch twice, even they are not able to help me
                                  Credit card call center guy is saying he is not able to fetch information since old card is block
                                  New card i never received and bill is 475, no transaction history avaible in account for this transaction.

                                    would like to bring to your notice that hdfc bank has illegally transferred money from my account (No: [protected]) to one of their dept. They took the money in the name of a credit card which they never sent to me which I kept telling them for again and again. How can they take away my money..??

                                    I sincerely request you to look into the matter and discourage this kind of practice done by these banks to harass customer and snatch their money. I am sure i would not be the only one they might be creating problems for but this highly condemn-able and illegal practice which should be stopped with immediate effect.

                                    Really appreciate your stepping into it and setting proper examples for such kind of banks.

                                      Hi, i am surprised to see the way the people of the credit card authorization dept behavior from hdfc. Today a guy name rajendra prasad came for house verification and he behaved very rudely with my parents. First of all he spoke very rudely with my father. He asked him "is he my son". Next thing he didnot introduced himself, when my father asked about the details, without speaking politely he started showing his attitude. No politeness to talk with a senior person. Pathetic!!!. I request the hdfc to take an action on that person, else the same will happen with other people and you guys have to face many complains regarding that person.
                                      Hope you take action on that person for the behavior.

                                      I didnot expect such service and behavior from such a reputated bank officials..
