account not being credited

A transaction of Rs.7688 was carried out through my HDFC debit card (**** **** **** 6531) on 12th January 2018. There was an error in the transaction and though my account was debited, the retailer was not credited. A counterfoil of the error transaction was presented to me which I have attached with this complaint.

Also, the next day i.e on 13th January 2018 I received an SMS from HDFC notifying me of credit of Rs.7688 but...

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

An amount of Rs 885.00 has been debited on 22nd Jan 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES DEC17 - with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers....

fastag account - unable to reset password/reset user id

Hi, i have a hdfc fastag account for which i forgot the login details including wallet id. I have my rfid number but from the website looks like i cannot do anything with rfid. Tried reaching the customer care number but it rings for a while and then says busy. There is no option to email/any other number for raising this issue and their website sucks to the core.in one of the links it says quick top-up but no response after submitting details....

not receiving otp on email

1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

no holiday on republic day national festival

credit card in progress for last 2 months

I applied for hdfc credit card 2 months back. On 23/11/2017 i got a message saying that "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w2 is approved in principle subject to internal checks".
And i still didn't get that credit card.
Whenever i check for its status it says in process. How many more days will need to process that?? When will i get the credit card?...
