Can you please let me know what process do you follow to resolve your client's complaint? I complained about the One Assist McFee last month that I do not want this membership. However, now, again some SMARTEMI, LOAN CANCL,[protected] fee of 1399.00 has been deducted from my account without my consent. I am really frustrated. I am not going to recommend your credit card to any of my friends or colleagues.
Refund my money now.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is FEB 2018. I booked this FD in AUG-2017.
Do you think this much time will take to resolve the problem?
even after having face to face meet with a Bank people, if they gave a invalid document in Sep, is it responsible thing?
