Hello HDFC,

Can you please let me know what process do you follow to resolve your client's complaint? I complained about the One Assist McFee last month that I do not want this membership. However, now, again some SMARTEMI, LOAN CANCL,[protected] fee of 1399.00 has been deducted from my account without my consent. I am really frustrated. I am not going to recommend your credit card to any of my friends or colleagues.

Refund my money now.

    hdfc failed imps fund transfer ref no: 803714332407

    I was transferring some funds from my HDFC savings account to SBI savings account through IMPS ref no:[protected].
    Amount was debited but i got an sms: "fund transfer decliend due to technical issue at the benificiary bank end".
    Transaction status is showing as: Host (CBS) Offline/Issuer node offline.
    Its been more than 24hrs since this happend and i have not received any refund yet.

    Hello,

    I created fd in hdfc online, they didn't provided tax benefit document after co-ordination and requesting 10 times 'hbl=[protected]' and
    Banc[protected]

    Even i've visited nearest hdfc branches one guided me in wrong path, second not even ready to help.

    Please take an action and resolve problem

      I had salary account with hdfc. As i am not receiving the salary since last two years, it was converted to sb account and now i have a negative balance of 5000. I need to close this account. I reached the local branch in honavar to close the account. But was insisted to visit the home branch where i hold the account at bengaluru. I cannot go to bengaluru also i will not pay any penalty. Please help me to close my account.

        I'm writing this complaint regarding my personal loan i submitted all my documents and everything which the executive asked for and i got the reference number and messages stating it's approved and verification was also done and on the principal approval i was informed from my friend that it is rejected reason 0 cibil score and upon checkin my score i found out that my score is above 700 and when i contact the executive about my issue he asked me to wait for one day as he will notify me further also, he said that he'll ask the department to re check my score again and that he'll send mail regarding my issue to the department so i waited and its been days he's neither receiving my calls neither calling me back and what rage me most was he contacting my friend instead of me about my loan rejection so unprofessional he could have just address the issue, if the loan is rejected or whatever it is i'm to be informed neither any third party also no status on the loan it's so unprofessional i was told that it'll take 3 working days for my loan to get approved and sanction but it's been more than a week and nothing is done very upset with the service

          Hi,

          I have got my rfid and customer id.

          I tried to register for first time but otp is not getting generated.
          So i can not top the account and i need the same asap.

          Tried almost 10 times in 2 days.

          Also tried cc, it was busy/unreachable most of the time.
          Luckily i could connect today but executive did not have promising eta for it, she said till evening it may resolve. Few customers are getting otps now but looks like that is not true.

          Please help me out asap.

Recently i had a transaction online at amazon.in and it got cancelled by the amazon and i received an sms saying that your transaction for hdfc bank credit card ending 5938 rupees 20216 has been reversed / credited to your account but i haven't got it credited on my card amount it is not reflecting on my account please help

                No response from hdfc fastag and hdfc customer support, they always keep on asking time to resolve this.

                What if i need to pay my credit card due, will the bank accept if i am delayed by 2 months without interest.

                Fastag customer service never picks the call as well.

                  Bhaskar reddy, had purchased a hdfc life sanchay policy no. 18952212 last year in the month of jan’17. I feel really cheated for this and would have not expected this type of wrong selling to customer.
                  Summary.
                  • the adviser did not properly establish my attitude to risk.
                  • the adviser said the policy would definitely be far better than the existing crest policy and didn’t explain that the amount i would get back would be zero in the first year and if i wish to discontinue for any reason.
                  • the adviser didn't fully explain the drawbacks and risk or how these would affect the returns on my policy.
                  I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait before seeking third-party assistance or approaching irda to lodge a complaint against the agent and company. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

                    My registered mobile number with bank is [protected]. I got a new credit card on 6 feb 18. Rupees 900 deducted for hegic shield. I had used icici credit card in past but they call first and ask for credit card protection plan. Hdfc bank is deducting money without asking customer. A new customer get a shock after such deduction by bank. I called to customer care and they gave me the number of hdfc ergo customer care. Why should i call hdfc ergo.                         Hdfc home loan account[protected].

                        I have availed home loan from hdfc bank @ 10.05% interest in 2013.in 2016 i converted the same to floating interest. Bank initially changed interest rates from 10.05% to 9.25% (March 2017). After this change bank has not revised the interest rates charged. Now i am still charged interest rate of 9.25% as against 8.3% for new customers.

                        No response from bank on complaint.

                          I request for the reversal of late payment fees and additional charges.
                          I was charged 6200 rs wrongly in the month of july so i had requested for the reversal of the same. I did not make the payment coz i was wrongly charged for the amount and i was afraid that once i made the payment, this matter would not be resolved. But eventually the matter got resolved in the month of january only after i made the full payment. So atleast now i request you to reverse the late payment fee for 6 monthi. Im being charged late payment fee for the amount which was wrongly debited and which took months to be resolved from your side. I hope i wont he harassed on this matter anymore because im tired of attending calls from your collection department and m tired of calling and asking for reversal of charges. I hope after this email i wont have to write on this anymore. And i was assigned a callback regarding this when i asked to talk to higher authorities. Ref no. Of call back [protected].                               (Incident 06.02.2018) i have visited chinchwad branch, pune where i have hdfc salary account because my debit card blocked by hdfc without informing me in advance. My debit card is valid till 2024. When i had raised query no satisfied answer received. They informed me to get hdfc cancel cheque after showing them govt. Id proof. During second visit they asked me to pay amount 550 for debit card.

                              Money taken from my account without any authorisation from me. This is fraud.

                              Hdfc had recently deducted money from my account. Without permission.

                              I would like to close the account anyway, but before that they need to return my money.

                              Looks like this is their modus operandi. Have seen similar concerns.

                                I am a NRE/NRO customer of HDFC Bank, Somehow Suddenly during my trip, I stopped receiving OTP on my ISD number. Customer care support is keep asking for 24-hour OTP test, no resolution. Even Connecting to customer care executive is also very long time process. Totally stuck with all the transactions.                                   My name is kulsooma ismail. I am complaining about hdfc bank. I was using hdfc credit card 3 years ago i used that card for 3000 rupees and now hdfc had made bill of 23000.                                   I had applied for FASTag(HFR025802) through HDFC, on 24th i got the message as Wallet ID and Consumer ID created but nothing after that and the toll free# is always busy [protected]
