I got a call from hdfc bank on 3rd of feb 2018 regarding increase of credit limit, points related to hdfc credit card and also for hdfc egro accidental insurance policy. The representative called, told me i need not have to panic because everything she is providing is free of charge and no amount will be deducted from my credit card.

In case of hdfc egro accidental policy rs 11, 743 was deducted from credit card and rs 1, 899 as one assit mfee. The representative told me that this policy is free for 1 year and after one year i may or may not continue. Seeing the deducted amount i immediately send a mail on 5th of feb 2018 to cancel the policy and to refund the money.

After checking my credit statement i came to know that rs 11, 743 was returned to my credit card account but rs 1899 was still pending.

Some smat fee for rs 117.43 was also added to my credit statement.

I have been a loyal customer for hdfc bank for more than 15 years. Seeing these transactions i doubt to remain a customer of hdfc bank.

I am not willing to pay or bear any charges for this misleading commitments by your hdfc customer care representative.

So, kindly write off these charges from my credit card account or do the necessary at your earliest

Immediately i am going to my near by branch raise complaint... But that branch offical not response proper way... Please do immediate action my complaint... Amount rs 25900.

      I had requested for personal loan from hdfc last month 21st. Application received sms i received. But after that there was no information or update on the same till today.

      I again went to the bank and submitted the docs and requested for a personal loan. Now i am not able to get the loan because of some reason which the bank people said. They said reason is last month i submitted the request and it got rejected. Now they told me to wait till this month 22nd.

      They say quick processing... But this has taken so much time now... Im giving my documents each and every time. Finally some or the other reason and keeping it pending.

        this morning I received below sms :
        Your ECS request dated 08-FEB-18 towards MOHAMMED ASIF for Rs. 1**01 from your Citi account XXXXXX5443 was dishonored. Reason : ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED
        I submitted all documents to HDFC representative. I Dropped mail to [protected]@hdfc.cm. I DON’T WISH TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES

          Hi there
          I am getting a continuous call from an agent named swetha. Regarding hdfc providing personal loan against insurance policy with bharti axa.
          Is it true.
          She is reachable with [protected].
          Is this true
          The caller is asking to take a loan of 25 lakh for which insurance will be paid 15 years each year 1 lakh. The interest for 25 lakh is 6%. The maturity am out will be 28 lakhs.in which 25 lakhs will be paid initially and 3 lakhs will be paid at the end of 15 years. The interest of 6% will be paid for 3 years only.
          They are asking pay rs 100000 init all which after 20 days 2500000 will be provided as a loan.
          Is this is true. Advice on this please. If this is fraudulent kindly take necessary action

The NPCI has stopped accepting Addition and modification request in the NPCI from the banks, till the request is received along with mandate changes.                 I have blocked my food card which was with number [protected] issued on 03-aug-2016 and blocked on 05-jul-2017 as it was lost but my balance which was present before block is still present in the blocked card. I do not intend to go for a new food card can the balance amount present then in the blocked food card transferred into my other bank account[protected].

                I got a call from HDFC Bank asking me to apply for a credit card.I applied and on 02/02/2018 I received a card.But when i called their customer executive for pin change they told me that the card was sent by mistake and to destroy the same.This is a harassment .

                  This was the mail i got. I wonder other bank had approved with same document and got good credit limit. My cibil score is 876 and even from hdfc i got 125000 pre approved loan for consumers product. I dont know in what basis they rejected my loan. Its really annoying after long process they rejected my application. No reply still now regarding why my application was rejected.

                      On 7th feb 2018 i did an imps transfer of rs. 1, 500/- from my hdfc saving account to boi. The amount has been debited but not credited to the beneficiary account. Its been more than 24 hrs and still the amount is nowhere to be traced.in the hdfc application for mobile banking the status of the transaction shows as processor down. I would request the bank to look into this matter and resolve this issue.

                      Hdfc being such a reputed bank comitting these types of silly mistakes is highly unacceptable.

                        My personal loan 44091562 has been closed and I was told to contact [protected] to claim the refund. However nobody is able to help me with my refund request as they say they are not the right department. Every time I call the personal loan department, every agent gives me the same number to call. Completely useless and pathetic service

Your company staff member who was lady dissuasion with me two or three days and she told me at first you check the policy and after your conformation you can active this policy. But with any discussion your company start this policy. And i am not satisfied with company's dissigion

                              I declined for oneassist membership while applying for credit card but still it asked for the membership. I got an sms for the same on 1-feb and asked me to send an sms to stop the membership. I messaged right away "stop oa" to [protected] and got a reply that the membership will not be activated. But, today i. E. 8th feb i'm getting a message in the morning saying "welcome to oneassist" and my credit card is being charged 1399.

                              I am Nagaraju Gubbala, I opened a salary account in older company, i resigned there. Now I am not doing any job, but the hdfc bank account charging negative balance as -33000rs in savings, -31000rs in current. How it is possible to charge such huge negative amount without intimation. I cant pay that amount.

                                    what are doing men, so many time of one month,
                                    I am not credit card holder, even though debited 1180/- for charges. they are big theives.
                                    Last month also debited 236/- txn charges.

                                      I bought an Apple Ipad on 6th Jan 2018 from Croma Rajouri Garden on Invoice # SLA[protected], at the time of disbursal the HDFC advisor told me that there is 0% ROI on the loan and the amount of 33, 915.00 will be deducted in 6 equal EMI's of 5652.5, but when I receive a message from HDFC bank to maintain the monthly EMI balance in account, I am shocked to see the amount is changed from 5952.5 and I receive the message of ROI is 1.5%, I have raised this and I am not getting any support from HDFC employee & Croma Store Manager. Croma Salesman, Store Manager & Salesman are agreeing to the fact that they earlier told me about no Interest will be charged but they are not doing anything to resolve the issue.Details of HDFC employee and Croma Manager is mentioned below -

                                        I received my New Credit card (FREDOM CREDIT CARD)of HDFC Bank.
                                        But After Some days the amount of 900/- has deducted from my account.
                                        and i'm Not satisfied with that.
                                        It's a request you that please refund me that amount. i'll be very thankful to you.
                                        HDFC is the great service provider and i admire for that.
