Hi team,
I have a account in hdfc bank nungambakkam branch.
03-feb-2018. Today there is another fraudulent happened in my account. I have deposited 12430 rs. (2 transaction : 11400 + 1030).
When i check the balance in account it showed less than the deposited amount. When i enquired with bank representative there is no proper response, when i enquired again they simply said it might be charge deducted on your account.
I have not received any call / sms / email for this deduction and my money looted by hdfc in a smart way.
Again i asked the bank representative about these deduction, almost i have been waited there for an hour but there is no proper response and waste of time.
After an hour they simply replied ' check these deduction with hdfc phone banking team, will respond to your query'
I really wonder, why should i check with phone banking when i actually standing in bank then what is the use of bank branch near to our place.
At the time of opening an account hdfc advertising we our top on customer service.. This.. That.. Online facility.. But when we enter into the branch, it is useless.
Very worst service, no proper response and money looted in account with out any intimation to the account holder.
