I have submitted my fastag application (Vide ref no. Hfr035179) on 23.02.2018 ; i have not received the fastag till date. It has been more than 7 working days; the customer care number is always busy. I managed to reach them once and they gave a wrong courier tracking detail.
After that i have been trying to reach the customer care. But it is always busy.
Kindly solve my issue.

Please Track the same on DTDC ; The destination shows Thandalam (PIN CODE:602001) ; That is not my destination pincode . Also, DTDC Works on saturday and sunday (status updates are available on the attached image) - therefore, today(07/03/2016) is the 7th working day - the courier has not reached me still.
Please understand we use online services to make our work easier and quicker ; i have applied for the fastag on 23.02.2018 and it has not reached me still . This is highly disappointing .

      On 23-jan-18, hdfc credit card levied charges for an unauthorized transaction with the title 'one assist mfee' on 1399 inr. When i searched regarding the said charges then i realized that both hdfc and oneassist have been carrying out such activity on innocent users for more than a year.
      Hdfc bank's helpline is not helpful as the phone never gets picked up. Similarly, the complaint redressal system never sends back any response.

      I do not want the said subscription, and want a complete refund of the charges along with any frivolous penalty levied in this regard.

        My credit card no. [protected] (Diners club) was closed in april 2016. We had paid all the pending amount. I have reciepts with me. There was no communication from hdfc credit card section for further 1 year and my card was seen blocked, so we thought card has been closed. Now after 1 year of latency we got a call from ur executive regarding a pending amount of 5200 rupees. We never got any massage (Either on text or e mail) regarding that from your side for that entire year. Now when i asked them about the statement they said that cant be given. They asked me to send my email to some manager mahesh babu, who eventually said we cant provide you the statement. Sir, i have an existing loan of 25 lakhs from hdfc ltd and i still hold a citibank, yesbank premier
        Cards and we dont have a single late payment. What irks me more is your executive says she will spoil my cbill score.

          I tried to withdraw 1700rs using hdfc debit card from kotak mahindra atm on 06/02/18. But only 1200rs cash was dispensed. I received a message that 1700rs is debited.
          "rs.1700.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending xxxx on[protected]:17:55:33 at +corp no93 btm lyout 1. Avl bal: rs.38697.13"
          I registered an online complaint same day. I didnot opt for transaction receipt, hence i do not have the atm transaction id.
          I received a message next day from hdfc stating:
          "we acknowledge your complaint reference id 1499953 for cash withdrawl done on 06/02/2018 for rs. 1700.00, disputed amount rs.200".

          Clearly the disputed amount is 500rs. I have escalated it multiple times however no action has been taken. The hdfc complaint tracker doesnot work either. I get email from hdfc whenever i escalate saying that their executes will contact me withing 2 working days but no one calls or responds.

          The acquiring bank has represented the charge back by providing an Atm transaction log on 12-Feb-18 vide ref no CNI203057 which clearly shows that the cash withdrawal was successful and the requested amount was dispensed from the Atm. Representment received : means we have raised dispute with other bank and other bank has rejected the same providing proof of transaction stating that the cash has been dispensed to customer successfully.             Hi,
            I am disappointed, saddened and angry while writing this mail to hdfc. Firstly, after a month and a half long battle to get my loan (Auto loan refinance) approved, i got the required loan amount. And secondly, i would like to mention the pathetic customer care service your executives offer to customers like me.
            Your customer care executive, avantika singh (Contact no: [protected], [protected], [protected]), mentally harassed me to the core while getting the loan proceedings. She is one of the most irresponsible, confused and lost customer care executives i have across while availing services from any organisation. I had called her several times to acknowledge the status of my loan but she didn’t bother to tell me the exact status. She would say “i’ll get back to you on the same with-in an hour”, but i got no response from her. She also didn’t received my calls when i rang to check on it.
            After avantika’s such behaviour, i demanded her many times to return my documents which had given for the documentation process. But, she kept on saying processing in being done and we’ll get back to you in one day. She kept on giving me dates and i waited. Eventually, i got the desired sum when my job was done.
            I didn’t had any exact information regarding my loan until another executive mr. Rakesh upadhyay, relationship manager, retail assets - used car loans (Rakesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) had called me. He shared the actual status about the same and also told me that the loan amount can only be transferred to me until and unless i get a bank account open with the hdfc.
            I didn’t wanted to open this account because i won’t be able to maintain this account with rs 10000 balance in the long run. If would have known this fact in the initial stage, i would have definetly cancelled this loan then and there. This is really painful to share that if i was in sound financial state, i wouldn’t have applied for this loan and how can i main the minimum amount in the bank account after three months.
            Also, i would like to inform you that i also got a loan approved by bajaj finserve, but as i had committed to go with hdfc because i have my auto loan (Al no.:[protected] running with hdfc, so i backed out from bajaj finserve.
            Meanwhile, avantika kept on telling me that your loan processing will complete in couple of days time and again.
            Now, as my loan amount has been transferred in the bank account, to my utmost surprise, i haven’t received any details regarding my loan.
            Thus, i demand a strict action against such cc executives who behave like fraudulent and spoil the goodwill of the bank in the market. Being a loyal customer of hdfc, i feel exploited.

            Hello,
            Recently I had a very bad experience with HDFC bank.
            I have been the customer of HDFC for around 5 years but I am extremely frustrated with there service and would like to discontinue it.
            I have been haphazardly charged with interest.
            I lost my credit card with-in some days i got it issued.
            I called customer service and told them to block in permanently.
            After 2 months i am getting message from HDFC that i have been charged with huge amount of interest on my credit card.
            I again called them and asked to checked my status of credit card.
            It was not blocked. Fault on there end.
            I requested them to block it. In spite of repeatedly calling them the agent over there are trained to be so robotic with there customer that they are not trying to understand the problem.
            No courtesy -- disinterested .
            They keep on repeating the same things as if they are reading the script-- putting the call on hold that too for 30 minutes, yes-- and when i request to transfer the call to any one from the higher authority they simply disconnect.
            I have recorded the call which serves as a proof how pathetic the service is.
            I have already transferred around 3000 as requested by the agent, but still they keep on asking for more on account of interest,
            Still my issue has not been resolved.
            They are least concerned about the customer problem.
            Is this something that we call customer care-- Is this how they deal with there customer.

            I have decided to close my account with this bank.

            Don't treat someone the way you are doing just for the sake of money its is spoiling your reputation in the market.

                  I got a new fastag with my new car post which i have also recharged the fastag however now when i am travelling to mumbai from pune my fastag does not work at any toll and all the toll it shows expired. I have been trying to call the customer care number since saturday however the toll free number is never available and the other number for roadside assistance doesnt know which number is available to reach there customer service and to my amazement the representative gave me the number for icici fastag

                    Dear sir/madam,..

                    I was paying my emi regularly since last 4 years, my hdfc personnel loan a/c no :25087209. Due to i lost my job in oct 17 i am not paid emi for jan and feb 17 (2emi), currently i am jobless due to recession in telecom industry. I have new born child and don't have money for treatment.

                    I have requested hdfc bank to settle the account, i am ready to pay my outstanding amount in this month. But they denied. Due to survival issue in mumbai, so i am sifted at my native place... I am arranging the amount. Collection branch and people (Mr. Satish jadhav - [protected]) are harassing me even i committed to pay but to give me concession on this. I requested kanjurmarg branch for issue settlement letter, but the denied hot helping anymore. Current my outstanding 71752 out of that 7000 i have paid in ambernath hdfc branch. So now my outstanding is 64752.

                    Kindly help me on this

                      As per the offer details (5% cashback on transactions of 35k and above, max cashback 4k), i and my cousin made 2 separate transactions at tanishq, both amounting to more than 80k each from different hdfc cards. Dated 22nd sept 2017.

                      I have not received the cashback till now.

                      I called the customer care and but they have no idea about this offer.

                      This is totally unexpectable behavior and i am thinking of closing my hdfc credit card.

                            I am using hdfc credit card. Amount has been debited from my credit card ending with number 3319 without notifying me. I don't require this plan. Cancel this plan and refund the amount that was debited from my account. This has been happening for two consecutive years. I need this to be rectified as soon as possible. Without notifying the customers this should not be done.

                                Hello there

                                I received sms from hdfc bank 1 march 2018 that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                  I am complaining about downgrading
                                  I have a current a/c no [protected] in the of aijaz arts branch canacona south goa
                                  I have given to request to branch for downgrading the account from 40000 avg. Balance to 10000 avg balance in the month of january 22/2018 but the same has still not done,
                                  I have visited the branch 7 time in a month,
                                  They does not listen to me
                                  I think no one is bothered about the customer.

                                    Sub. Application for cancellation of misguided & cheated policy

                                    Dear sir/ma’am,
                                    I, mr. Pulak kumar samanta, a policy holder of bellow mentioned policy, which is duly taken from a broking agency details mentioned bellow.

                                    . Policy details:

                                    Reference to the above mentioned policy my complain is that when agent discussed about this investment
                                    Firstly, said that this policy have the option for single time premium payment.
                                    Secondly, they did not provide any type of policy illustration form or documents where i can get all the benefit details of the policy.
                                    Thirdly, when i checked the policy bond i found some mis-commitment & even i have not recieved any authentic verification call from your broking agency or company’s end where i can get the information about the policy terms & condition. Even i send mr. Sukanta bhowmik. For policy cancellation but he took the bond and did not cancelled and he returned my policy bond after freelook period.
                                    So, please consider my complain against these circumstances and cancel my policy as i am unable to continue this for such a long term and refund my amount so that it will help me in my current financial concerns.

                                      I have an hdfc account an their malleswaram branch. When i visited the branch for some work, one of their employees misrepresented the facts and misled into giving them rs 1 lakh in october 2017 for an investment plan. I was not accepted for the plan because the the diagnostic lab refused to do a treadmill test on me. When i requested hdfc to refund the rs 1 lakh plus an fixed deposit interest for 5 months at the current rates (The total refund should have been about rs 103000). However, the refund i got was rs 98680. I have been cheated out of rs 4320 by hdfc bank, their employees and hdfc life. I would like to know how they invested my money in a plan where i was not accepted? Hdfc is a third class bank, only trying to swindle and chaet their unsuspecting customers

                                        Don't remember exact name but name is sharma.. Called me and given offer of loan against policy... Initially i was interested, but when i found twist in the story.. I get backed... And didn't submitted any money and docs also... Even he had my pan no añ address details also... When i asked him to collect docs in nearest hdfc bank branch then he said i'll be in loss.. Because bank employee are corrupt.. Will get only 80% of the loan..

                                        Neha Arora +[protected] claiming form HDFC called to inform that a HFDC Classic Assured Policy I took in 2010 is going to be terminated for not paying premium regularly. She asked me to Contact Mr Rajeev Saxena[protected] to process a refund of Rs 108, 000.

                                        I have never take such a policy. What is the catch here?
