Dear sir, i visited the bank regarding clarification unauthorized charges in dec. 2017 and closure of saving bank account but mr. Deepak (Bank employee) said i can revert your unauthorized charges next month i:e; jan. 2018. But in jan. 2018 month another unauthorized charges deduct by bank. Today i went to bank regarding this but he did not give me any response and not clear regarding closure of bank account as well as unauthorized charges. So, i am requesting please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action.

    My credit card was blocked due to non payment in amount.Later I have cleared payment of 32900 so that card got block also it's been locked to my debit card to showing negative balence. So after deducting credit card balence from my salary account. Than my debit card not working. I called customer care to got very rude answers from them.

    Please explain can v get another card .how to get please explain

      Hi

      I am a customer of hdfc bank and account no. Is [protected], i have been putting the online ccheque book request since last 3 years and i am not receiving that, bank responds that the address is not proper. Whereas all my cheque books from other banks and current account cheque book has been received yesterday only.

      There is some status set against my account in hdfc database and that has to be cleared, if this is the situation with premium private bank i cannot think of situtation other then this with others. Wopa

        I got a Bill for My credit card for the month of September, the due date of payment was 25th of September. I paid and Cleared all due Billed and un billed amount on the same.
        I have not used the card since then, However i was astonished to see that they have billed me again for the month of October for late Fine and Finance Charges.
        I have been getting Regular bills since then as late fine and finance charges. i fail to Understand the reason behind it.
        I have tried communicating with HDFC but i have not got any response, I have written emails at [protected]@hdfc .com
        I have other credit cards and Loans and i have never defaulted,
        Please Help!

          On 5th september 2017 i got call from hdfc finance (+[protected] for low interest rate loan of amount 10 lac rupees against hdfc classic assure plus 10 years policy that i will purchase. They had all mine information i submitted to hdfc loan department like all personal details, loan detail, cibil records and professional information. So i trusted them as they are calling from hdfc and have my all info.

          I asked her why i eligible for low interest loan. She told me that as you have good cibil score and after policy purchase we mortgage your policy by changing nominee to hdfc finance. She told me that hdfc finance will give you loan and they will recover money from insurance policy benefits.

          Then they send me hdfc life agent to my home for documents and cheque collect for two policis. They told me to agree all term and conditions of policy as these are formalities to complete policy. So i signed documents and also responded phone call of confirmation.

          Now they are not responding to my call at all. Although i have recording of all calls thy made. Here are my policy details.

          19697741 = 20, 900/-

          Currently my hdfc home loan of 15 lac is going on (Pan ahppv*c) and it's not possible for me to pay 62700/year for next 9 years. I don't a want and never wanted any kind of insurance policy. I am from middle class family and i completed my degree by taking education loan. I am not interested in policy. I want to cancel these policies and want my money back. As a customer i have a very good relationship with all hdfc services i used till now.

          Hope this time also i will get same help from your end.

            I had applied for hdfc fastag online by paying an amount rs. 300 and i received a pdf form for signature by email on 13.12.2017. I submitted the scanned copy of the form (Hfr016621) duly signed. I received the fastag by courier but did not receive any login details so i was unable to login. I tried over the customer care number but could not reach anytime.

            Again, i applied for the same by paying an amount rs. 300 on 23.01.2018. Submitted the form (Hfr026653) duly signed. Till date there is no response from your side or even i did not get the tag.

            What shall i do? Can you please solve this problem.
            Either i can use the old fastag card (But you please provide login details) or you send me a new fastag with login details.

            Finally, I got connected to fastag customer care number. Received lot of promises but till date, nothing worked out.
            Why HDFC team is not responding.?

                Sharad rathod from hdfc branch sahakar nagar pune as to apply for a regalia, infact on my behalf applied the card from my laptop promising that its a free life time card. Now i have been charged with 2950 as the fees while i have not even used the card even once, when reached to this person he has directed me to customer care and has shown not responsiblity towards any of this apart from this this person has midirected me earlier during the inventments in funds where he has sold the wrong product like ulip while being informed multiple times that we wish not to invest in the same. Request to help on this as this has not only become a mental harrasment i have been following now with call center and got a response that we cannot do anything on this. Please help and suggest how i can logde a legal complaint and solve this

                My credit card ending with xxxxxxx4926 is now invalided and I am not yet received any card . my address change form also submitted. we cannot able to contact or talk with customer care department. please arrange to provide a provision to talk with your representative through phone.
                I have given ACH mandate for INR 40567 towards my home loan account[protected] with HDFC Ltd at Kukatpally branch. Whereas ACH debit mandate presented to my HDFC bank account for 81134. Please look into it on priority.

                    Hdfc bank charged me inr 708 for having a debit card which is absurd as i have misplaced the card for over 2 years now. Also, i've not been charged this fees in the past so not sure why this time. Because the bank decided to charge this fees my lic direct debit bounced as there were not sufficient funds in my account causing me a lot of inconvenience. To top it all hdfc charged me another 500 bucks because my lic bounced which wasn't my fault as the balance was less because the bank charged me incorrect fees.

                      For opening of current a/c in my home branch in the month of dec 17 and had given a cheque of rs 50, 000/- which was transferred in your dummy account. But till today my current account has still not yet opened. And none of your bank staff & bank manager are communicating with me. I have called up the branch they say it is still in process. Does it take two months for opening current a/c. I have provided all the necessary & required documents. I am very un happy with this kind of bank services & keen on closing all my bank a/c and shifting to another bank.

                        I got call from Ridhima Sharma .This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company. She told me about interest free loan against HDFC Policy plan.She gives me full information about it and convinced me fully on it.
                        By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 40000 Then HDFC will give Rs 400000 for 10 years with 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life.
                        first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. I also attract with it and I take this policy but after 15 days no single person will do work on it

                        HDFC company sell their poilcies with giving wrong information to public from their workers. HDFC also doing fraud with peoples

                          I had a hdfc credit card, i have been debited for the amazon account, without my consent and i asked hdfc bank, they said only option to stop the amazon transfer you have to block the credit card, i did so by blocking the old card, but for my surprise, i have got a new message in my mobile that, you have new credit card bill is due for payment. How can i pay card due without even receiving the card?

                          This one is more than the cheating and leads to mental frustration and hdfc bank has to pay a huge compensation for this.

                            Dear Team,

                            I am having account with hdfc VASANT KUNJ Delhi branch. Without my knowledge, they have created an demat and trading account along with saving account. Now they have charging 885 as a depositary charge for that. I called customer care and raised a complaint, but they are simply giving me the reasons not the solution and told me to send a mail to [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but when i sent the mail, its not delivered since there is no email id existing. I don't know why the bank people is so irresponsible and cheating us by stealing our own money. I am going to transfer my account money to other bank if this issue is not getting solved.

                              I had applied for 2 fast tags for my 2 vehicles and have received the physical tags for both. Have lost the customer id/wallet id details for one of them (Application no hrf025175) and unable to retrieve the same. There is absolutely no information on the website how to retrieve this information. The customer care number provided on the website is useless. It is always busy no matter what time you call and there is no provision to be on hold. It gets disconnected automatically within a min or so. For the other one (Application no hrf027408), i received the login details through sms but the website does not work to recharge the a/c. To generate the password for the first time, i have tried requesting otp multiple times but haven't received it once. So again stuck up.

                              The required amount is deducted right at the time of application but there is no way to follow up in case of issues. As a consumer, i feel cheated.

                                I am getting to much disturbed with the promotional calls, is it a sin opening my salary account in hdfc bank, if yes i will close my account asap and i will stop using hdfc credit cards, i have told many times that i am not in need of any loan but still you are irritating me like psychos, even my gf will not call me these many times. I get only 2 or 3 calls from my entire family members, but from hdfc i receive at least 6 to 7 calls, it seems i am maintaining my mobile for fromotionl calls only.

                                  My self pawan kumar and my hdfc salary account no is-[protected] (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company on the date of feb-2013, once i left the company and start study once again. Now my hdfc salary account has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).

                                  Now i am receiving non maintenance messages in every month, i had visit the account branch and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they told me that we are not able to close the account because your account balance is negative. Firstly pay that amount after that we will close your account. Now i have complete my course. Searching for job i am not able to maintenance the amount. So please help me.

                                  Iam not using my account from last 2-3 years and no body informed me that salary account is converted into saving account.

                                  So i requested to you. Please close the my account or give the waiver of negative amount.

                                    I have applied personal loan from hdfc bank two times and the application was rejected. But cibil report that hdfc bank inquired 6 times in mycibil. Beause of too much inquiries my cibil score decreased. Without my permission and douments hdfc bank has made too much inquiries in my cibil, so i want to rectify these errors.                                       I have not received my hdfc fastag that i had applied for and over 6 weeks back although i had received messages that my fastag has been activated successfully, my customer id and the wallet id generated and my tag has been successfully recharged with the initial rs.100.

                                      I tried to call their customer service number but never been able to get through - it is always busy; there is no email or any other place where i can enter my complaint - that is pathetic. I tried to login with my customer id, but there seems to be "no record".

                                        I bought a HDFC fastag and since then I am trying to register in order to recharge my wallet but when I fill my wallet ID which I received via text msg from HDFC & vehicle no(HR51AS3251) it shows invalid. I have tried calling customer care several times which is always busy and when not busy they don't pick up. I visited HDFC branch & they totally denied that this is none of their Buisness they just asked me to contact customer care which is always busy.This tag cost me 500 RS and now I can't see a way how to get it activated.
                                        Dear HDFC please help me out and learn to value your customers. This is not about 500rs but it is about trust which I had on HDFC but now I can't.
