Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Arvind Chaurasia, HDFC bank customer, having a customer Id[protected]Home Branch- Barhaj, Deoria). On Jan 29, 2018 an amount of 5999.0 INR had deducted from my account without prior notification. I had approached my home branch for resolving this issue. After a lot of trying, they responded that they will give me the customer care number and i have to call them for resolving this issue. I couldn’t believe that my home branch didn't take any initiative to resolve its customer's problems.
Although i have tried telephonic communication with HDFC customer care, but i didn't get a positive response. As i am in Rajasthan, and my home branch in Barhaj, Deoria (It was Saving account), it is little difficult to me to reach there.
Hope you understand my problem and i expect a solution which will give my unnecessarily deducted money back to the account.
