Dear sir,

Ur hdfc bank executive mr. Soubhagya pradhan offered me a credit a credit card on dated 22th jul 2017. I have provided all relevant documents related to credit card application. Application no is [protected]e8.

After few days u executive visited our house & tele verification has been done.

When i tracked my application on 10th aug status showing disapproved without stating any reason.

Before providing all personal document i have asked many times about criteria.

Without stating any reason why application is disapproved? Another thing is that i have not visited ur bank for applying credit card.

If this is a drama why u have wasted my time & personal documents.

If any thing is not realistic plz dont encourage it & don't loss our time.

      My old company has opened my salary account in 2015, but after few months i left the company because i got the better opportunity some where else after that i never used that account, but now its showing re's -8300 in account,
      I don't want to pay any penalty, i want to close my account as soon as possible. Please help

      According to new rbi guidelines banks are not supposed to penalise for dormant accounts but when i contacted the customer care they are refraining from closing it saying i have to fill the fine.
      Where should i approach now. Please help.

        Dear seniors of hdfc bank -

        Please pay some attention to resolve my issue.

        This is my second complaint for the same issue, i am waiting for the solution from bank but unfortunately bank have no time to address the issues other then auto mails.

        Following complaint i had made on 7th july and since then i am waiting for the solution since i have been wrongly charged around 15k in multi pal transaction that too without my intimation/agreements.

        My last complaint is still open but bank has shared me mail that it has been closed. (Ttu[protected]th july 2017)

        I have not received any calls from bank other then 1 call made by branch staff who was damn rude to discuss the matter and moreover rather then providing me the solution unnecessarily threatened me over call and took the whole conversation in different way.

        It is highly disappointed to be a customer with hdfc bank.

        I have a car loan from kotak mahindra bank and esc made through hdfc bank since i had my salary account in hdfc only, this loan has started in 2012 and my esc was automatically deducted from my salary account, however it was never the pain until i was getting my salary into hdfc but due to some issues with hdfc my company has shifted the salary account from hdfc to axis and now the real trouble started, i tried to maintain a sufficient balance in hdfc but sometimes esc amount got deducted and sometimes it wasn't, i never checked my hdfc bank account since it seems a smooth account & esc's but one fine day i came to know that every esc bounce has charges that too even after i have amount in my bank, 2-3 month there were chances where in i couldn't pay emi's and cleared the same with kotak via cash payment & my emi with kotak was never stacked.

        I have been charged around 850+ taxes multiple times, where in i have paid all my emi's to kotak on time.

        Please help to get the charges reversed since i was not aware about the same.

        No one have reverted to me, seems hdfc has lost even courtesy to address the complaint and revert to its customer.

              Hi payzapp team,

              On 7th august 2017, am trying to add rs. 20000 in my payzapp wallet ([protected]) from icici credit card with transaction number 74799207219000990084673. The amount got deducted from credit card and transaction failed at payzapp wallet. I wrote mail to payzapp customer and got reply like 'it will get refund in 5 working days. But on 11th aug when i called icici customer care they said that amount is already claimed by payzapp. Hence am requesting payzapp to add rs.20000 in my payzapp wallet.

              This above response is clearly showing that you guys are here to cheat people. Worst customer service it will never conncet on call.

No reason is given by the bank for not terminating the card, it's been so long. Kindly terminate the card as soon as possible.

                  I am working on mnc from last 5 years. Hdfc bank people them self assumed that i resigned my company and they changed my sal account to normal. I have rised several complaints from feb 2017 and each and every time they are giving reasons but still it is in normal account only. There is no reason why they assumed that i am not working my sal is crediting in same account from las5 years. Still no resolution. I have wasted my time and money due to this.

                    My name is sandeep. Time and again i have been getting calls from the hdfc bank pressurizing me to take their credit card and personal loans. Even though my phone number is on do not disturb list it seems to have no value. The shameless call centre guys from hdfc are continuously calling and disturbing. Rhodium i request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    Recently I got calls seeking personal loan again from HDFC.

                    I am registerd on both TRAI DND and HDFC DND.

                    This seems to have very less value for HDFC bank.
                    Fristly HDFC has to stop assuming that we can't survive without their loans.

                    I understand I am in republic of india where no one is really bothered. But try to take some action at least for drawing govt salary.
                    Many of people are facing this issue. Receiving too many calls from HDFC. Please address this issue.

                            debit card failed transaction

                            I have made a transaction by my debit card of rs 1799 on 18/6 the amount was debited three times out of which only one transaction was successful on making a complaint on customer care my amount was being reversed on 03/07 i. E 1799*2 but on 13/07 the reversal i received was again debited on contacting customer care again they told me to give the dispute form to the branch, i did the same and more than 20 days are over i neither received...

                            I tried to add from my Indian bank to payzapp wallet. Amount is deducted from my Indian bank account. But still it is not credited to my wallet and also it is not refunded to my account also. For refunding it will take nearly 5 working days.Now its very urgent for me.What I have to do noe? Please try to resolve this problem. Its a very big problem for the customers....

                            'punjab sweet house' (Ph no.[protected]), ranchi, jharkhand i was wrongly charged with rs.12000/-at 20:34:24. Unmindfully i paid the price on their pos macine (Batch no:000868) of hdfc bank, ranchi branch (Ifsc:hdfc0000150). But after recognising their mistake i immediately rushed to the manager and he immidiately made a 'void sale' receipt from the same machine. But it is their second mistake. As i was using debit card, they should make a 'refund' receipt in stead of 'void sale'. As a result after 4 days i have not received my money back. More over punjab sweet house doesn't receive my call. As i am from west bengal and the "shop" is in jharkhand i've to complain through you. Please do the the necessary steps.

                                On 17th june 2017 through hdfc bank we updated aadhaar card through sms. We got confirmation from bank that details will be updated within 10 days. However till now the details have not been updated in account numbers:

                                Dear Customer,

                                We note that your Aadhar number is not yet updated in our records. Kindly share us the SMS screenshot of the request sent and the confirmation SMS received for Aadhar updation. Alternately, You can update your Aadhaar number through Netbanking by following below mentioned step :

                                Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and IPIN (NetBanking Password).
                                Select ""View/Update Aadhar number "" option under the Request menu from the Menu bar located on the left hand side of the web page.
                                Enter the Aadhar number
                                Click on ""Update""
                                Confirm if your address is correct or not by clicking on check box
                                If your addresss is correct click on ""Confirm"".
                                Incase there is any change in your address, you can update the same using the ' Update Address Option' online.

                                Your aadhar card number will be updated in our system, within 3 to 4 working days. We request you to please Login again after 4 working days, and view the updated details.

                                You can also view/update your Aadhar number by clicking on ""Update Contact Details"" on the top.

                                We inform you that you can also update your Aadhaar number through MobileBanking app (on Android and iOS phones) by following below mentioned step:
                                Log in to MobileBanking
                                Select ""Request"" section under Accounts and tap on ""View/update Aadhaar number""
                                Select the account where you wish to link your Aadhaar number
                                Input your Aadhaar number and re-enter your Aadhaar number and tap on ""update""
                                Tap on ""confirm"" to submit the record
                                Your aadhaar number will be updated in our records within 3 to 4 working days.

                                To update your Aadhaar / UID number to your HDFC Bank Savings Account, you can visit any of your nearest HDFC Bank branch along with original Aadhaar card or E-Aadhaar letter, and submit the form duly signed available in the link given below (format is available with branches too)

                                I had last updated my complaint on 18th August 2017.However till date the matter has not been resolved
                                My matter is pending since 17th June and query is pending since 10th August 2017. Last I updated on 4 th September to which I still have not received any reply and neither has my matter been solved

                                  I hereby inform you that I was HDFC credit card holder with the CC no.
                                  [protected].
                                  Your executive collected the cheque no. 309553 of SBI Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad for Rs. 49970/- Dated 5/3/2017 for cancellation of above credit card. But my card has not been cancelled and I am receiving card statement till today.
                                  Kindly look into the matter.

                                    I added the amount of Rs 5000/- SBI CREDIT CARD TO payzapp on login id is [protected], as dated 10. 08. 2017 i got a message to my registerd Mobile no RS.5, 000.00 Was spent on your SBI Card at PayZapp on 10.8.2017, but amount not Deposited in payzapp app portal
                                    So kindly credit of amount of rs 5000/- in payzapp app as soon as possible.
                                    Is there any channel to contact payzapp support desk I am trying to contact @ [protected]@payzapp.in and [protected]
