Dear sir/madam,

On 27th june i did an online transaction of rs 6929.23 on WWW.MYNTRA.com, then i canceled the order and requested a refund on the same day. So myntra did the refund process and on 4th june i get rs 1999.60 of rs 6929.23 remaining is rs 4929.63.

So i called myntra customer care and they confirm and gave me the reference no of the refund transaction of rs 4929.63, but hdfc bank customer saying they didn't get the refund amount of rs 4929.63

So requesting you to clarification on this matter, for further proceedings and

I would appreciate your immediate attention on this matter.

    I have transferred 10000 rs to other bank account from my wallet on[protected]. Transaction failed but amount deducted from my wallet. Its been a week but didn’t get my money back to my wallet. I tried to email to [protected]@payzapp.in but just got the system generated mail only no human innervation. I tried to call customer care but it is not responding.
    Please help me with this asap.

      I tried to do a payment of rs.301 from phonepe app on 19 jult 2017, at that time the transaction was failed, but the same amount was deducted from my credit card. I contact them regarding the same but they told me that they hadn't receive amount from the bank. They told me to contact you regarding the same.         I raise the query and send the document as required by hdfc bank many times, but they did not return my money as he deducted my credit card account. Bank deducted 20000 thousand from my account and not refund it. So please help me out by this torches amount. No body can help me even the customer care executives give me fake information. I raise the disputes and send the data to hdfc bank but they did not take any action.

          I want to bring this to your notice the harassment, fraud and forgery done by your bank employees regarding the loan number: 1377095.

          The above mentioned loan number is showing me as co-applicant which was confirmed by subhransu sekhar behera, customer service officer, grievance redressal cell, hdfc bank ltd on complaint hbl[protected]

          Now he has given me the loan agreement copy which is attached in the this form showing no proof that i have not singed any agreement as an co-applicant and also the co-applicant signature is empty.

          Your representative from hdfc had contacted me on april 2005 regarding for opening the bank account in one of hdfc branch. Bank representative took my id proof for documentation.

          To my horror now i see your bank has illegally and fraudulently added my name in the loan agreement without my acknowledgement or signature and has harassed me for 13 years.

          Due to this i have faced many hardship due to timely non availability of loan i have face mental harassment and physical harassment. I was not able to secure loan for my parent treatment in time and i have to lose one of my parent due to issue.

          When there is a clear miss from hdfc end, why should i suffer from past 13 years?
          Who will compensate for all the loans which got rejected due to hdfc miss.
          Why should not i take legal step on hdfc bank for all the harassment caused to me from past 13 years?
          When a personal loan has been given to some person and the loan statement has same name; how did the hdfc bank updated my name in cibil?
          There is an forgery on the page 6 of the attached document, where my name is clearly added not from the original copy.

          I have run pillar to post from last 3 year to get the details from hdfc bank and i have not got any response the bank. I have contact grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, many time from past 3 months. I even sent mail to md but all i got was no response.

          Please help me.

              I am receiving regular phone calls from hdfc bank from various executives regarding to take loan and credit card. Its 4 - 8 times in a day and its increasing day to day, they are very much disturbing our work life.

              Please note that i am not interested to take any such loan / credit card. So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court and shall also lodge a complaint to trai. My mobile no [protected].

                Dear mr. Hdfc bank manager/loan officer/sr. Executive manager

                This is rama manohar a holding a loan account number[protected] with your bank and i would like to request and explain my situation with your bank.

                I have taken a loan amount of 75000/- (Seventy five thousand only) from your bank in year of 2008 and i am unable to pay the regular installments after an year of scheduled payments as i have lost my job and situation at my home become worse due to ill health of my parents.
                With these reasons i couldn't make everything well and i feel very bad regarding the issues that took place.

                I would like to settle my loan account with help of possible sources of my friends and relatives and clear my name from your list.

                I request you to kindly help me in this regard by considering my situation and providing me some minimal settlement amount towards the loan account.

                I would be ever grateful to you for your mercy in this regard.

                      Dear sir,
                      Four transactions have been made through my credit card. Through some google*ujoy of rs 6469.74 each. I have sent dispute form vial my e mail. Which is under process. My complaint is that their must be separate telephone no to get credit card stopped immediately. I dialed the customer care no immediately after i received 1st message that unauthorised transaction has been made. But regular service centers took very much time to attend the call as to dial this no and press this no and in the meanwhile four transactions where done just in three minutes. Then after your service center could block the card.
                      Therefore my request is that a direct no of customer care executives should be written on cr, cards to immediately block such transactions.
                      And please get the matter resolved for this illegal transactions and amount be credited to my cc account

                        I have left the company 2 years back as i not aware that you people will charge me if am not using the bank serivce

                          Subject: fraud for the payment of loan by pledging the policy


                          I am working at water supply department, pune, and on 23 may, i informed the person about the same as manish pawale (Client id: - b1619148), who has received a phone call from his own mobile number[protected] and pledged it by pledging the policy. Since i had a lot of money, i believed in their talk and agreed to get the loan and they gave me loan information they demanded 20 thousand loans for two lakh loans, they promised to get loans in 15 to 20 days, and they sent cooperative friends and took the documents and withdrew a policy, and after that he gave a word that he would ask for all the information on the policy and take it for eight days and said that after 8 days, i phoned again and demanded for another policy, and i asked him to get a phone from hdfc bank, at 1.21 pm, at dhanashree the name madam + 9 [protected] was called from the landline number and reference number was going to be another policy, so why did you he said that he had told to tear down and said that money would come together suddenly seeing that his phone has been recorded and it has been available to me, after 3 months, i have given the same token number 189 and i have spoken that if your token number arrives, then verification of your account will be deposited in your account two to one month of the token number till the number was received, within 15-20 days the loan got 4 months, but the process of manish pawale was not completed. They posted us another policy post office no.5, 1st floor, plot no.65 old oriial building, mahatma gandhi road, fort mumbai-400001 to send this post to send to the post and i sent them in 2 days and they said that you have all the process that you have dd money let's say that and for that you have to do 500-500 vouchers for noc and i asked them to kill two vouchers of vodafone number 500-500 for [protected] and when i was killed they said that your dd will be sent by post now so far. It has been 12 days for 2 days but dd did not come and i called them again to give it to neha and some other person. Talk about crazy angle as the public came to tell the phone that they have been with the bank for other banks with your mobile therefore, such a person can deceive someone by lending a bogus policy to an hdfc life insurance classified assured, so i request that such person be taken into custody and request to deposit my account in 40000 thousand 10-15 days, otherwise i will take legal action i have to do it and have to walk in accordance with the law and i can go upstairs because i am in a poor house i have a son who has a lot of money for me and requesting me to take appropriate action on manish pawale

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            This is bring it to your notice that, i have not taken any 2 wheeler loan from hdfc (Two-wheeler loan[protected] but in my cibil it showing there is an outstanding and overdue.

                            I have applied for personal loan from vijaya bank, but bank denied to approve the loan due to low cibil score and loan outstanding and i have applied from online cibil report to check the details.

                            I found that it is through hdfc bank (Two-wheeler loan[protected] and i visited hdfc bank indiranagar head office. They asked me to write a mail to hdfc loan department.

                            Would request bank to check their data and send the mail to cibil department to close the issue. Due to bank’s minor error, no banks are approving loans.

                            Please i am requesting each and every one to look into it and update my cibil score and report with immediate effect and acknowledge the same at the earliest. So that i will re-apply for loan.

                            I was supposed to get the resolution within 3 working days from your end.

                            But today is 15th day from the date of complaint raised but still haven’t received any response from any one.

                            If you are not the right person to close this issue, please guide me to the concerned person, so that they can resolve the issue.

                            Please let me know do i need to raise the complaint with consumer court.

                            Very pathetic service so far no response from any one, only getting the system generated mails.

                            Due to some one’s careless job, now i am facing challenges to get the loan from bank.

Is 49887896 principal approved for rs 150000 and i recd 2nd msg on 4th aug 2017 is my completed personal loan application is now accepted.                                 I made a transaction of inr 300 once on hdfc payzapp on 7th august 2017,

                                Not only was inr 1500 debited from my hdfc account, i couldn't continue my transactions with payzapp as it crashed everytime i made a payment

                                Request you to look into the matter earliest and make the reversal of the extra inr 1200 deducted or better still return the entire inr 1500 with interest cause clearly you guys are making money on innocent people

                                    Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no: [protected]s1. I got some calls regarding verification and the bank employee took all my documents regarding the application. All my colleagues who also applied for the card almost all f them have received their cards. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s1 status disapproved. The executive called and i have given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. Please provide the reason or else i will file a case in consumer court. Regards [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved. Hoping positive response.

                                      A charge of rs.6645.50 on my credit card number has said to be a failed transaction with shopper stop merchant on 30/07/2017 @ 19:32:13
                                      However i have been charged for the same on my credit card.

                                      When i contacted the bank they told that this transaction is successfully completed, however merchant shopper stop says it's failed and they have given the failed transaction receipt..

                                      When i contacted the bank they told that this transaction is successfully completed, however merchant shopper stop says it's failed and they have given the failed transaction receipt..

                                      I contacted hdfc customer service several times, they are utter waste idiotic people. No good response i tried writing to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com they just gave this refernce number hbl=[protected], but no response, im really frustrated. I may have to file a complaint if i dont get my money.
