Application submitted on 20/07/17, verification of residence and office done quite long back, on online showing status showing "in process", not knowing why so much time is needed for approval and dispatch of card, after calling on toll free they tell kindly visit hdfc website for status, please let me know whether my application is considered for approval or delivery of card or the same is rejected.
Please intimate me accordingly.

    In december 2016, mr. Shalinder from hdfc branch, karnal, came to us for booking of swipe machine. We are interested in wired card swipe machine but mr. Shalinder told its permanently discontinued, now wireless...

    I had applied for hdfc cc & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

    After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :
    "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w1 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

    After that received telephonic verification calls & physical verification...

    Hdfc pension champion was wrongly sold to me.
    I realized it after paying first premium.
    I am asking to cancel the policy and pay back my premium.
    Hdfc life is not paying back the first premium i paid.

    Is there any body who succeeded in is recovering their premium from hdfc pension champion?

    Does it help if all the victims of hdfc pension champion collectively file a legal case against hdfc pension champion

      Hi,

      This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

      An amount of rs 885 has been debited on 11th aug 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges depository charges jul[protected] with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

      When the account was opened, i was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

        In the year 2012 i took loan(limit) of 5 lakh plus 2 lakh 50 thousand as gold loan. A total of seven lakh fifty thousand. At that time i was asked by the manager that you have to take HDFC life insurance. He forcefully gave insurance of thirty thousand and said that even though you didn't continue your policy you will get thirty thousand plus interest after five years. Now after five year they sent cheque of amount 27000 and said your policy is deactivated. HDFC used my 30000 for five years and gave back 27000. Should i complaint this over here only or should i forward my complaint to the costumer court. Please do the needful.

          Hi,

          I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my snap deal plat credit card.

          Since day beofore yesterday i am receiving calls from hdfc personnel in the conversation this guy says that rs. 11000 will be deducted from your account. When i asked why, he said that there are benefits of this such as insurance, registration etc.
          When i refuse to take the offer he said that you will haveto pay the amount.

          Here are some details of calls i received-

          3.[protected]

          I have already submitted the complaint 2 times before but it is not resolved yet.
          I have tried calling grievance redressel, nodel officers but no one is responding or being able to reach anyone through the phone.

          Kindly resolve my issue.

This month amount 800+/- got deducted from my account in name of depository deductions. Two years back i asked demat account representative to block my demat account as i don't want to continue it then also they didn't block it and now amount got deducted which is beyond my knowledge. Requesting you to kindly credit my deducted amount and close demat account at earliest.

              Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 4 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -9000 balance.
              The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 9000 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
              I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.
              Plz juistice to me. 9000 is huge amount to me. What is the solution?
              What is the action will take against this bank.

                I already sent a mail about this to coustomer support, they reply me as it will credited in your account in 5 woring days, it was the 6th day still no response from the payzapp coustomer support

                I am trying to call payzapp coustomer tollfree number, but it was always busy, when it was connected they were puting in hold no executive was giving reply. Nearly 10 minutes i have been waiting in call still no one gives reply.

                  Today (11th Aug 2017), You people charged my savings bank account for the emi and also sent a notice to my email address stating that I have to pay overdue using billdesk.

                    Finally, I am frustated, so i am doing this complaint still i am a employee of HDFC Bank, branch raised ground floor Lekhraj faizabad road lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
                    There are many issues in my branch but i am inform you some importent issues related to me --
                    1- Timing of branch is start 9:00am and leaving of branch time is not fix, maximum time we leave the branch 8:30pm, often we have to wait untill late night 10:00pm( according to our branch manager)
                    2--Behaviour of branch manager is much rude infact she is notalking sense even she loose talk in front of customers.
                    3- There are many reasons, which is make very complicated my personal life.
                    4-I am working with HDFC since last 4 years and got it many awards for my work from my branch manager but now days i am not able to continue with my branch.

                      2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
                      3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

                        But i got a letter in which they told that the claim has been processed and amount passed through cheque but still now i doesn't got any payment or cheque.

                            I tried adding amount of rs5000 to my payzaap wallet [protected] on 17th june 2017. Amount got deducted from my credit card but not added to payzaap wallet.
                            I tried reaching phone and dropped mail. Received mail on 21st june saying amount will be refunded in 5 working days with rrn no[protected]. But amount not credited after 50 days also. Tried so many times to reach payzaap customer care number and written many mails. But never connected to call and never got any response. When i contacted my credit card team they said payzaap team claimed amount on 19th june and they given transaction number [protected], and they said they can't do any thing for this. Dear payzaap please add amount my wallet

                            I tried adding amount of Rs. 5000 to my payzaap wallet to SBI Credit Card 26th Sep. 2017. Amount got deducted from my SBI credit card but not added to payzaap wallet.
                            I tried reaching phone and dropped mail. I Received mail on 26 Nov. 2017.

                            Saying Payzapp team, As per your query, we would like to inform you that the load money transaction of Rs. 33000/- has failed. Please find below the details for your reference, through which you can check with your bank on the refund status. RRN No:[protected].

                            But amount not credited after till date. Tried so many times to reach payzaap customer care number and written many mails. But never connected to call and never got any response. When i contacted my SBI credit card team they said payzaap team claimed amount on 27th Sep his given (Transaction code by SBI - R01482) and they said they can't do any thing for this. Dear payzaap please add amount my wallet or sbi credit card.

                                Hi this is kunal gulyani,

                                On 03rd aug 2017 there is a false transaction happened in debit card.

                                Rs. 472.00 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a dcd transaction. On 03rd aug morning when i visited an nearest atm i came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use hdfc bank because i feel my money is not secure enough.. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
                                Kindly look into this case and get it resolved asap.

                                  1. Reason for not processing the loan is not shared.
                                  2. As informed that the payment was not refunded till date
                                  3. Process fee bill copy not shared as on today
                                  4. Loan status in their website is misguiding. Home page confirming that the process is under progress & inside the page, it is confirming that they are not processing the loan.
                                  5. No updates to the customer
                                  6. Documents not returned till date
                                  7. Not responding to the mails
                                  8. Sales rep, mr. Suresh vipparthi is the cheater who said that the documents given by me is sufficient for processing the loan.
                                  9. Hdfc is not provided any check list for the list of documents what they want from the customer for processing the home loan.
                                  10. Harassing me by making the calls without any reason

                                  14. BRS Copy for the G4 flat ( Which was Approved & Cleared by Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Malkajgiri dated[protected] . The same was shared with you. ( Letter & Approved Plan Copy )
                                  15. BRS Application copy is also shared for G2 flat, which was applied in 20-dec-2015 and the same is in pending from government with known reasons. ( Application Copy, Payment thru Cheque - copy shared, application acknowledgement copy, plan copy shared )

                                  16. Construction Plan Copy Which was approved by HUDA ( Confirmation on Drawing Back Side & Surender Kumar Nayak Sale Deed Copy, Page No 2, Para 2 ) ... As Detailed below

                                  That the vendor has enter into a development agreement with the builder M/S. Sri Kalyana Sai Krishna Builders and obtained permission for construction of the Residential portions ( Ground + 2 Floors ) in the schedule mentioned property from the vide chairman, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority vide permit no 15111/P4/HUDA/91 dated 17/01/1992 and also obtained permission from the commissioner, municipality malkajgiri vide permit no B.A.608/94, dated[protected]

                                  Now it is very strange to notice that you are asking the new / unknown documents which i really don't have.

                                  If you are really looking for these kind of documents, it is your primordial duty to ask for the same at the starting stage, while taking the Signatures on the application. HDFC took more than 20 days for asking the unknown documents, which i was not informed by your rep / nor with your Checklist.

                                  It is very ridicules that HDFC is not having any such check list for the Property Home loans. You better learn from the DHFL for making such check list which will save your time and customer valuable time & money. Where i have received a check list for the list of documents which needs to submit for processing the Loan proceedings when i visited their office for Home loan.

                                  Know the JOB & DO the JOB. If HDFC know the JOB, Better prepare the Check list for the New Applicants.

                                  For My case / For My application, I believe that HDFC is not suitable for processing the Home loan, requesting you to kindly update the status & close the Case / Application by specifying the Reasons for not processing the loan as on today.                                   16. Construction Plan Copy Which was approved by HUDA ( Confirmation on Drawing Back Side & Surender Kumar Nayak Sale Deed Copy, Page No 2, Para 2 ) ... As Detailed below

                                  That the vendor has enter into a development agreement with the builder M/S. Sri Kalyana Sai Krishna Builders and obtained permission for construction of the Residential portions ( Ground + 2 Floors ) in the schedule mentioned property from the vide chairman, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority vide permit no 15111/P4/HUDA/91 dated 17/01/1992 and also obtained permission from the commissioner, municipality malkajgiri vide permit no B.A.608/94, dated[protected]

                                  Now it is very strange to notice that you are asking the new / unknown documents which i really don't have.

                                  If you are really looking for these kind of documents, it is your primordial duty to ask for the same at the starting stage, while taking the Signatures on the application. HDFC took more than 20 days for asking the unknown documents, which i was not informed by your rep / nor with your Checklist.

                                  It is very ridicules that HDFC is not having any such check list for the Property Home loans. You better learn from the DHFL for making such check list which will save your time and customer valuable time & money. Where i have received a check list for the list of documents which needs to submit for processing the Loan proceedings when i visited their office for Home loan.

                                  Know the JOB & DO the JOB. If HDFC know the JOB, Better prepare the Check list for the New Applicants.
