Hi my account [protected], chennai r a puram branch. I was tried to withdraw amount of rs. 10000 in a atm iocl nagari branch. I entered amount rs.10000 and the atm machine is not worked properly, amount not received from the machine but my account debited with rs. 10000. Reference #[protected]. Then i withdrawn 20000 by 2 times that 10000 each in the same atm branch. At the time i have received amount.
I request to credit the amount of rs.10000.

    And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited some amount from my credit card number ending with 7758 without my concern on every year. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership from this year onwards.

      I had a credit card dues due to financial reasons i could not pay their installments. I had paid some minimum dues for some time but because i was the only earning member of my family i could not clear the debts. I am a working lady and works in a private company. After so much struggle i found a job. But can only fulfil my daily requirements. I could not pay such big amount and had been telling these recovery agents my problem and telling them that right now i am not earning much so give me little more time so that i can arrange this amount and settle it. But could not arrange the complete amount. So they started callinng my relatives and misbehaving with them. She had been saying i am not going to pay her debts you should call her but they have been calling her every this and then and using bad and abusive language. She has been completely harrased and as after that they call me and warn me that if i don't pay the complete amount they will call each relative to recover the money. And from last one month they have been calling at my workplace and misbehaving with my team mates and seniors. When i asked them not to do this they say either pay the money or else be ready to loose the job. I can not survive if i loose this job. They have been torturing me extremely from a long time. I had been trying to contact bank and credit card department but could not succeed as the numbers toll free or the other contact numbers given on all the websites does not exist or wrong number. Now they have been calling my boss from [protected] and
      Recovery agents of your bank is torturing and harassing me to make a payment. They have being calling my office board line abusing and using offensive words with my colleagues to defaming my image in the office which is mental torture and harassment. Also, threatening me and my family for dire consequence and defaming my social status. I am not running away any where!!! I responds to their calls on my cell phone than why this harassment and mental torture???
      If they continue defaming me in office and friends and relatives i would not be able to live normally. I can no more take this harrasment and i think it is going nowhere accept not letting me even earn my daily living. It is torturing me too much that i can neither live nor work???
      They are like criminals who torture the person to an extent where either the person gets into depression and commits suicide because of no place left for them to either live or work. They have got to choose only one option and that is to finish everything.

      For the last two months I am paying my due amt late but hdfc executive daily calls me atleast 5 7 times a day to tell me the same thing over and over again . It’s a mental torture while am driving when Iam in office .. I have not made any late payment till last two months but now I have got some finacaial problem since not able to pay it on time and not much amt is pending only as am paying it even a bit late. But the executives are behind me and torturing me like hell... really worst bank service ever had ..

        Allahabad bank is not helping me at all... I talked to the manager of allahabad bank but he said i cannot do anything because this is not your branch... And he through my ref number sheet

          I have already logged a comp line to stop my accidental insurance plan in name of raju halder which is paying through my hdfc diners club international credit card. But the problem is that the insurance team of hdfc debited their monthly premium rs.298 from my credit card every month but credit card team charged me with interest and this becomes a large amount (Last i have paid rs.1500.00 on 2nd june 2017). And now rs.761.36 amount is due to pay to my credit card as you insurance team have already debited their monthly premium using my credit card. I have already logged a comp line to stop my accidental insurance plan after paying rs.1500.00 on 02/06/2017. After logging comp line miss/mrs nagina called me to my registered phone number from[protected] and asking me not able to stop my accidental insurance plan and suggested me to contact credit card team to solved this problem (Over payment) but after taking to credit card team it is understood that this problem can not solved. So sir kindly credits the due amount rs.761.36 to my credit card and stopped my accidental insurance plan immediately. I have promised not to claim any accidental monetary benefit to your insurance team after successfully withdrawal my accidental insurance plan of hdfc. I am ready to submit all the certificates which is provided by hdfc insurance team.
          I think hdfc will care of me and seriously solve my problem.

So i have tried one more time then the transaction got successful but 10000 deducted from my payzapp wallet. I have rec ivied only 5000 in bank account. The amount 5000 is not refunded.

                I purchased product using my credit card. I could not able to convert to emi. I
                Am purchasing using card, not possible to convert to emi.
                I spoke with customer care. They saying there is no offer for my card. Really its very difficult to convert to emi. If i want to convert to emi. I want to beg customer care everytime. Other credit cards are very good compare to hdfc.

                  I'm gravely dissatisfied by the mis-sell of policy sold to me by hdfc bank, kandivali branch. We were compelled to buy the policy against the available locker facility. We had no such requirement but were forced upon to buy it if we wanted lockers. The manager explained that it was for investment purpose but on maturity we realised that it was solely for banks profit motive. Along with this we bought 3 other policies. We were completely misguided into investing 20lakhs.

                      Hdfc life policy no[protected]

                      I have submitted the surrender and accepted the value provided by hdfc and submitted the all required documents, i received only neft details updated in system, after that no progress, called to customer care they are again explaining me the tat and all, already its delayed from your side, and not able to fulfill within tat any request, always they are telling due to gst everything is getting delayed, gst is already implemented in every company and its 1 month over, still not able to server the customer properly, still my policy is showing inforce. Why its taking this much time if already the surrender value is provided and accepted by me and all the documents are submited and verified by the hdfc officer, this should not take this much time. Please transfer my surrender value as earliest.

                        Iam your hdfc karimnagar branch customer mohd abdul layeeq. A/c no [protected], and i also have credit card, for which i got a jambo lone of rs60000/-lone in 2016/11. On 25/07/2017i want to close the lone for closing i called to your phone banker or customer officer and he/she provided me wrong jambo lone card number for closing the lone, i had made a payment of rs54600/-on 26/07/2017. Including that month emi.

                        But again my emi also deducted, when again i called to customer care your another offecer told me that the payment which i made is wrong and the is made to a closed lone number, and taken the request for reversal of total amount to my account, they are given me 3days time from, 1/8/2017 to3/8/2017. But still i didnot get my amount. So kindly help me.

                        Know i want my amount back i won't pay the intrest of closing the jambo lone also. So request you to help me out as soon as possible.
                        Boss your bank is no 1 bank in india don't spoile the image of bank. We trust a lot to hdfc bank.

                            I am the customer of hdfc bank from many year, my account number is [protected]. Somebody use my debit card details and do the transaction of rs 30000 on irctc website.

                            The worst part is that i did not received any transaction alert from hdfc bank only i received one sms from bank that i do the transaction of 100rs on irctc and then i call to customer care then i got to know that there is multiple transaction of 30000 done in my account by using my debit card or even i am register for email alert also i did not received any single mail about the transaction.

                            As i am also worked for financial sector i dont give my any personal detail to anybody.

                            So how can my details got leaked. Still i am waiting for revert from hdfc

                            Hi this is narasinha murthy i have transfered rs.5000 to my friend wallet on 2nd aug 2017 but transaction status failed but amount deducted from my walley and its not credited to my friend wallet as well.

                              I called customer care services for my statement date and due date the representative taking cal and he putting side what is the issue i don't know but i called three (3) times the representative responding same he taking cal and said wait i will check after 5 min he disconnected my cal. I did not expect from hdfc bank.
                              I called 3/aug/2017 evening 7:30 pm.

                                Very upset about the way how i've been treated. Your call centre girl, agent, manager kept following me up and was asking if i'm interested to transfer my existing home loan to hdfc. And they threw me some really good proposals which i agreed.

                                Have provided all my details, documents almost a month back and last week a processing fee of 16.5k was deducted from my account without prior information.

                                Now after all this when i'm following up, they all keep saying they will call back.

                                When i tried reaching the support contact monisha d hung up on me as if i'm commiting some offense. Isn't it her duty to keep me informed on the updates?

                                I've almost lost my trust and appears as if i've made a wrong decision to associate with hdfc.

                                If you can't process my request, let me know, return my documents, processing fee.

                                Remember, i was not the one approaching you but the opposite just to get ill-treated and insulted.

                                Thanks for nothing.

                                  I have submitted kyc documents on july 24 as i received a message out of the blue that my account has been suspended as kyc is pending for co-applicant. I did not and have not received acknowledgement for documents received by them. When i visited the branch on july 29, i was told that account will be reinstated in 2 minutes by the staff there. Then, i was told they will call me and inform once done, and was asked to leave the branch. I received no call, so instead i called them for update. They were either not in seat or at restroom whenever i called. Finally, one gentleman said he will let me know by eod, and then keeping with hdfc iso quality of service, he too did not call to update on status. I went to their branch to meet their manager, and manager is not in branch too. So, with the new month starting, i cannot access my funds in the bank

                                  The SPOC from the branch finally called me and issue was resolved 5 minutes after. So, if the branch contacts I reached out to so man times had put me onto this person a week back, there would have not been need for this complaint

                                  Issue still unresolved. Except for the automated acknowledgement mail, no other updates on status has been shared. Is this service or disservice? I guess 2 weeks to update KYC where account is suspended calls for a compensation to the customer. Is there any other mechanism to address this, given that HDFC is clearly at loss to manage this

                                  Issue resolved . Finally, the person responsible reached out, and issue was resolved in 5 minutes after this person was updated on the issue. In a PVt bank, it is surprising to see that there is so much dependency on a person to get work done, and that no one in the same branch was able to communicate and get this done in a week! Thankful to Hari who resolved it as a person, but as I mentioned to him on the phone, this is disservice that HDFC has provided on a minor update as KYC, and I will think twice before using any HDFC products in future

                                    I have a saving account (Account no - [protected]) with your bank. There was two transaction done from my atm card in idbi bank atm hathras on 02nd aug’17 of rs.10000/- (Ref no[protected] & rs. 1600/- (Ref no[protected]. I have not done any transaction of these amount in hathras. When transaction was done, i was availbale at my aligarh office & have kept my atm card. I never shared my atm password with anyone.

                                    My home location is aligarh, i live in aligarh, how can i withdraw in hathras. I have recieved one message from hdfc bank i. E. Rs.1600.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 5824 on[protected]:10:08:01 at idbi chaman market.

                                    I have escalated this issue into my nearest branch masoodabad aligarh where mr. Faizan rehman (Branch manager) & his represntative mr. Varun bansal has raised the complaint. Complaint no of both transaction is 1370586 & 1370580 of rs. 1600/- & rs.10000/- respectively.

                                    Would request you please look into the issue & refund my amount of rs. 11600/- into my account.

                                      मुझे मेरे खाता संख्या [protected] के बारे में जानकारी चाहिए थी, इसलिए मेने आपके customer care help no [protected] पर 3 बार कॉल किया और तीनो बार कॉल के दौरान मुझसे मेरे ग्राहक पहचान no पूछे गए और उसके बाद कॉल disconnect कर दिया, इसके बाद मेने आपके अन्य customer care help no [protected] पर 2 बार कॉल कॉल किया इस no पर भी मुझसे मेरे ग्राहक पहचान no पूछे गए और उसके बाद कॉल disconnect कर दिया, फिर मेने अन्य no [protected] व [protected] और [protected] पर भी 3-3 बार कॉल किया मगर में HDFC बैंक के customer care अधिकारी से बात नहीं कर पाया | मेरी customer care अधिकारी से बात तो नहीं हुई परन्तु मेरे मोबाइल बैलेंस से 10 - 12 रुपये खर्च हो गए और मेरा व्यर्थ में समय ख़राब हुआ |
                                      HDFC बैंक ने अपनी बैंक site पर जितने भी हेल्प no या toll free no बताये है सभी नंबर पर मेने कॉल किया मगर मुझे किसी भी नंबर से हेल्प नहीं मिली.
                                      श्रीमान जी आप से नम्र निवेदन है की आप अपने system को सही से लागु करे ताकि मुझ जैसे ग्राहक को आपके लचर system से परेसानी नहीं हो.
                                      आपका बैंक ग्राहक से हर छोटी मोती सेवा के नाम पर शुल्क तो वसूलता है तो फिर क्यों आपके care सेण्टर पर कॉल करने पर हेल्प की जाती है |
