paper roll

We have a credit card swipe machine (Edc m/c) at alex jewellery shop
With tid no. 40806511. With the.
We almost require 5 paper rolls per week for the transactions to print.
We have also complained many times to complaint division
However there is no response from them.
Kindly guide what should we do
Hence the usage of the rolls is more.

This is with reference to the credit card. On february 13 2017, we purchased a mobile phone through amazon as we saw an advertisement in the news paper saying “6000rs cash back using hdfc credit cards”

We checked with customer service whether we are eligible for this cash back and then we purchased the mobile phone

We kept following up for the cash back. Whenever i approached the call centre, they told you will be getting in 3 months time

So we waited long. Every time we got a response as wait for a week or check your statement

During july 1st week, when we contacted the customer service, they told that we are not eligible. This is absolutely ridiculous

Then we raised a complaint and they told that they will get the cash back in a week time

Later on our card was lost and we blocked the card, so after two weeks when we called, they could not track the complaint and we have to raise the complaint once again

Hdfc is cheating us and now i am going to apply for card with icici. We are very much frustrated with the service of hdfc. We always have issue from last year november on one thing or the other.


If i have not checked with the customer service before buying, it is my problem. But hdfc people confirmed that we have a cash back and now you cannot deny their words.

    Third party transaction inc gst - i had a deduction of 177 rs without any notification. It was shown as third party transaction inc gst in account summary. I have called their customer care number but their services are too low even i wrote an email also but did not get any reply. I still don't understand what was it about and the helping services of hdfc are also not reliable.

      Dear Guys,

      I am writing this important blog on the eve of 71 independence day, we also want the indepence from these "fake marketing calls insurance offers".

      Firstly I got the call on 25th May from the name of person Vipul Aggarwal([protected]/[protected]) and Naveen ([protected]), They told calling from HDFC promotional channel and there is one beneficial direct policy "HDFC Life Super income Plan with Addition policy three benefits" mention below:-

      1 20% Commission of Agent First year and 10% commission recursive next 7 year.

      2 5 lacs HDFC ERGO medical policy with total 5 family member

      3 Shikhsha.com Scholarship benefits 1350/- up to 12th standard to kid. {Given kid's Birth Certificate}

      They people also said this plan is direct plan and you can avail only single day confirmation on first come first server basis. Mr. Siddharth Walia ([protected]/[protected]) told me, he is calling from HDFC operation team from barakhamba road branch and again confirmed this policy benefits.

      They also arranged the call for medical and policy related and confirmed the plan and told me i will get all the things on policy bond paper with medical card of family.I am having all the recorded calls for this.

      I only got the welcome kit of HDFC Life Super income plan on 10th June from Agent detail "SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd"

      After execution this HDFC Life Super income Plan(Policy No:[protected] policy, they people were keep me touch and i got call from HDFC customer care(punit:- [protected]/[protected]:- Gulsan) regarding "HDFC Agency code" and will provide these below benefits:-

      1 Fixed 6% commission on 4 lacs profit(24000/-).

      2Want to invest 60000/- in to completion of 1 lacs slab and all the 60000/- amount will refund after 3 year expiring of Agency code with banking rate of interest.

      3 All the amount will tax free.

      they people told me this agency code only provide those special people whose name is recommend by your file manager (Vipul Aggarwal) and HDFC company is only provide this type of benefit to special policy holder.They suggest to invest & complete 1lacs/1.5 lacs slab into company with reference id(HDFC0629A1LIC).

      They confirmed all the 60000/- amount will invested into traditional dumy HDFC Life ClassicAssure Plus plan and all the invested 60000/- amount will refund after 3 year expiring of agent code with banking rate of interest.

      I purchased this policy no. "[protected]HDFC Life Classic Assure Plus)" on this date 22/June/2017 and received welcome kit on 30/June/2017 from Agent details "Singhma Insurance Broker Limited."

      Still i did not get any medical/Commission/scholarship /Agency code letter, they people are still give me lime excuses for dispatching documents and agency code payment and trying to increase days into months. Now they are asking another payment 45000/- on the behalf dor FDRA and Sebi account. I am having all the recorded calls.

      So this is my humbly request please cancel my both the policy and i want full refund on both policy because this is totally un-faith relationship after showing many fruit-fulls and i am also not able to give this huge amount(40000+60000= 100000/-).Now i am mentally disturb and not able to believe any marketing insurance services.

      Please take a legal and appropriate action against those guys because those are wash out company name & fame.
      So guys, Always take policy directly from bank or face to face rather than trust on fake marketing calls.

As per the details mentioned in the email, both the policies have been cancelled in our system and also the refund is already paid out by us.         This is sakthi.. Yesterday rs 8215 debited from my hdfc credit card account to ergo insurance. I don't know why they are taken.
        Previously i didn't initiate any insurance policy. But suddenly they taken the amount.
        As of now i don't need any insurance. Kindly take my request as serious and resolve the issues.

        I already send a request regarding cancellation. Please cancel that insurance and refund that amount to my account.

          I am the bearer of hdfc bank credit card no.[protected] since 2years. On 13/08/2017 at 12.50am when i am sleeping i received sms from hdfc bank regarding using of credit card. Sms shows rs.32, 271.02 by debited by merchant paypal*tomtoptechn, again on 2nd transaction merchant name wpy*aepibetaphi tried to debit rs.57, 661.86, but as per credit limit transaction declined by hdfc bank. After that i called to hdfc customer care & blocked my credit card & filled card holder dispute form & submitted through mail,

          I am requesting you, please kindly take immediate action & refund the same amount.

            Dear sir
            I had done transaction of 7450 rs on 9 september 2016. Due to technical problem one transaction was not done then i did second transaction. As i got message that i did two transaction.in my next month credit card statement both the transaction amount shown due. On 10th september 2016 only i did complain on customer care and find out to e mail id from hdfc bank. As per e mail id given on site i have given filled complaint with merchant bank statement, his consent form. Many times i sent mails but maximum time it got bounced back. I informed to customer care also.
            Customer care told me to wait 60-90 days to resolve the issue. After 90 days again i find our other e mail ids and send many mails to them. Some time mails went sometime that also bounced back.
            I got mail that they revived complaint and will revert in 50 days and send complain form. Again i send many times but max time it bounced back.
            From last 11 months issue is same and not getting resolved.
            Sometime customer care says that i am late to inform to bank and sometime says its in process. I am not able to understand what to do???

                I have blocked my card for the past 2months and before doing so, called the customer care multiple times to confirm the outstanding amount and made the complete payment as informed, and when called them again they confirmed there is no outstanding further however today I have received an email and SMS on my outstanding payment.

                How can anyone use a blocked card and when I called the customer care multiple times why aren't they able to help..

                    My name is ASHU KUMAR. I joined a company in the year 2013 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank but didn't gave any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after few month because of study reason. I am not using that a/c from 3 year. And now i.e.after 3 year It is showing negative balance of more than 9, 000.                       I got call from below number [protected] with the name of HDFC bank. I tried to look for all the numbers with HDFC and city as pune in below site http://www.bsnl.co.in/opencms/bsnl/BSNL/directory_services/online_telephone_dire... . However with initial 15 pages search none of the number was starting with 690 excluding city code. Also when I visited the HDFC Hinjewadi branch sometimes back they provided me number [protected] along with a email id to whom I can contact (I asked for same). But no one replied to my by writing to that email id neither anyone picked call by calling to this number. Also further to mention this is example I am getting lot of calls from unknown numbers and it's just example. Atleast for above please investigate

                      No assistance required now. I have already closed my salary account of HDFC. Further to this go and check your team's service @ or support @ etc etc and Hinjewadi branch instead of asking me to send details again.

                          The employees of your bank branch Meerut (opposite Meerut college Meerut) is not giving me an appropriate answer of my query they all are giving me lame excuses for last 3 months. They don't know how to serve the customer and the way talk are hampering the name of your bank.i submitted the money on 15th May 2017 but still I haven't get the money.whenever I asked about them they said that the team will come to check it and we are working on that last to last I went there to know about that but the employee from your bank started shouting on me and she said that I have lots of work to do and I don't have time to answer your question and we cannot give you a specific time that when you will get the money back.

                            An amount of ₹885 is deducted from my account. I am not aware for what the deduction is also whenever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it is for demat account I don't know what it is also I have never used the same, whenever they are trying to transfer the call it is getting disconnected.
                            I request the bank to look in to the matter and kindly refund the same as there should not be any deduction without the consent of the account holder.
                            If the services are like thia only then I would say that the services are not good.
                            I want the money back

                            Written an mail to HDFC bank and they said someone will be in touch with me within 2 working days.
                            I have written the email on Monday but still there is no respinse from the bank.
                            The way they are handling the complaints is not accepted anymore.
                            Only they are giving a new subject line to mention in every email like[protected] and all. Till date I have got three subject line but there is nothing in regards with the complaints which was registered.

                            I have transact 3149 to eBay though payzapp of HDFC on 12 Aug 2017.although my amount has been debited, eBay has decline such transaction. How can I get refund my debited amount ??help me plz

                              I had made NEFT transfer to [protected] (SBI Account) on 1st July. But money didn't reach to his account. After few follow ups I got to know that it will now never reach to his account and it will come back to my account. But that also never happened. I have raised a complain with DOCKET NUMBER BANC[protected]. Since then it is more than a month now and still I haven't got my money. I have been requested to provide beneficiary account statement which I did the very next day of request. Still I have not received any communication from HDFC (Its me who is following it up with you, you never called me). Please return my money.

                              Please share us on email the bank account statement of the beneficiary so as to confirm that the funds were not credited to the beneficiary account. You can send the beneficiary's bank account statement along with your account details, date and amount of the NEFT transaction at [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

                              I have already submitted beneficiary bank statement to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. Still no response. It's been close to 2 months now
                              Message you have the amount..I loss my amount 1000 and again 1000 total 2000 rupes

                                I am HDFC Bank Customer and have it's credit card. I tried to transfer money from hdfc credit card to payzapp wallet at 10/08/2017, Thursday but it failed in payzapp. Although transaction failed an amount of INR 10000 has been deducted from my HDFC Credit card. I wrote an email to payzapp customer service team and tried to call them but got no answer then I called to my bank but they are saying we have transferred the amount to HDFC payzapp so I ask for refund/disputes. Payzapp is HDFC application but payzapp did not credit the 10000 amount in my payzapp wallet, If amount has been transfted successfully to payzapp then they supposted to add that money in my payzapp wallet, but neither they add the money nor they are responding to any email. I again talked to HDFC Credit card representative and HDFC credit card representative sent me a dispute form and I filled that form and sent to them but still, I did not get any reply from them. Now the situation is worst, they are not helping me anymore. HDFC bank and HDFC Payzapp both are the culprit. They have stolen my hard earning INR10000. Please help me out here. I am using my payzapp account through my mobile number [protected].

                                I did a transaction of amount subjected to RS:3700 this morning. By mistake i have given wrong IFSC code like instead of HDFC0002083, i have given HSFC0002083. And then the money got deducted from PayZapp but not credited in bank account. Please look into the issue ASAP and refund my money soon.

                                  Hi sir, this is pavan kumar pathyapu holding the credit card no.[protected] and mobile no is [protected]. My complaint is that some amount from my card is deducted for hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr (878.00), emi processing fee-smartemi ln#[protected].00) including gst (18.00) total amount is rs.996 got deducted from my account. I did not opt for any of the above mentioned policy or emi facility. I have called the customer care executive and spoke to them regarding this issue, they said only policy amount will be refunded to my account. But i request you to refund total amount rs.996 to my account as soon as possible, because i need to pay my credit card bill on sep 1st. Please for god sake don't deduct any amount from my account with my approval. This will make me feel very low about the bank services provided by you.. If this continues i will discontinue my credit card operating services for sure.

We wish to inform you that the credit shield policy of Rs.878.00 has been canceled and the refund has been credited to your card account on August 16, 2017. Subsequently, the EMI facility has been cancelled and the credit and debit shall reflect in your August 2017 statement.

                                    I applied for a personal lone they told me for documents i provide all the documents what ever they need for application but still i am waiting for lone approval. Now they are saying me that you have to wait. Hdfc branch wast my lot of time in document validation now it is third week i am waiting. I[censored] are not able to help your customer in urgency they why bank is highlighting many benefits for customers.
