We had already made a complaint on[protected] and the complaint no is [protected] but after few days when we made a call to customer care they told that it is not complaint no and again registered the complaint and the no is [protected] but when we had seen on online for status it is showing that it is not a complaint no and no status shown so early action may be taken as we have to pay the bill by[protected] or can we pay the amount after...

I have not make payment for the credit card. So bank has freeze my salary accout. So if i didn't get salary how i make payment. I want to convert it into emi system....

I am not able to pay my dues in bulk. My financial condition is very poor... So unfreeze my salary accout. I am only a persn in my family who are earning. So if you make emi system so i will pay all dues

Non receipt of credit card july 17 statement.
Hence i am unable to clear any dues that may have accrued.
Please note that i will not be liable for the payment of late fee charges if any on account of non receipt of the july 2017 credit card bill.

I have order one item from shopclues app. But for some reasons i have cancel my order on 29/06/17. I have done payment via hdfc netbanking. They text me that your refund will show in your account bu 9/07/17. They have given me one transaction id to get contact with hdfc branch with this transaction id. With this id branch had register my complaint, bank sms me that action will bw taken with in three working days, but there is no action taken...

My name is sandeep pathaniya, i was used hdfc regalia credit card last five years. Last 1 years i am facing money problem thats by i requested to hdfc for convert my outstanding amount in easy emi, and recovery agent / credit card agent misguide me every month they suggest to pay minimum dues and ensure me that offer (Emi) will be upload on your net - banking, so that reason i deposit every month approx 22 thousand.

The transition was not successful but money was deducted. Later i went to another atm and transaction was successful. But money was deducted twice. There was no written slip also. On 25th july, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
Transaction id[protected].
I visited both the banks on saturday and told them the incident in details.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.

This is highly frustrating and harassment to the customer, without any information and agreement one assist application charges has been debited from my credit card xxxx7327, customer id 66773605. I have already asked bank executives and called up one assist 4 times but they are not responding and reverting that money to my account post cancellation request many times.
