I made a rent payment this morning. It showed transaction failed the first time, so i did the transaction again. The money got deducted twice. However the beneficiary has only received it once. An amount of inr 16930 has been deducted twice. Request you to refund the money for the transaction that failed, since the beneficiary has not received it.

    I have taken a credit card from hdfc 3 months back. While submitting the application, the sales person took my signature without explaining me anything. After 3 months, they somehow activated the smart pay option on credit card by which the payment will be deducted automatically without even taking my consent. The bill was to paid by my company. Now the amount has been deducted and when i called up the customer care, they said they asked me to contact my telephone subscriber and they refuse to reimburse the amount which they have paid without my consent. Now i feel that hdfc bank cheated me.

      Hi team,

      I have taken 10lack personal load. Personal loan a/c no : 49135912

      Before applying personal loan your organized team said 0% processing but they
      Charged 11882rs. Not sure why. I want return this amount asap.

      Scenario1 : hdfc bank started cheating with customers saying that 0% processing after customer submitted all document, they what ever they can?

      Scenario2 : hdfc bank started cheating with customers saying that before processing loan they said that, part payment will be accepted and customer can close the loan any time but after processed they said minimum 1 year you cannot close the loan.

      Confirmation given by below 2 guys from hdfc : now these guys not picking my call.

        As i was applied to open a saving account at brindavan road, salem tn branch. I was asked to submit a cheque for a rupee of 20000, and i submitted the cheque on the very next day along with my application and proof documents.
        Firstly the representative called me to provide marriage certificate on saturday the 29th july and i managed to submit. Again on the same day evening at 5 pm they called me again to bring marriage certificate as they needed to scan the last page of marriage certificate as it was missing. I really don't know what happened.
        They said it will be ready by monday the 31st july. But finally it was ready by tuesday the 1st of august. But now the door number in the passbook is missing. I really don't know what to do they simply say it will take 6 months to get it corrected. I am 100% sure my application form has the correct door number. I have passport submission appointment on thursday the 3rd of august.
        Please take some immediate action if possible to change the address.

          I checked with WHEELSTREET people, they confirmed that they have received the payment only once.

            This hdfc bank people are deducting amount twice in every month and how much ever left over money as a depository charges not even intimating to me before deducting. Almost every month 800 to 850 bugs they are deducting from my account.

            This is really bad service without noticing how they will deduct the amount.
            We are worried to keep the balance amount to our account.

              I have hdfc savings account. Till july 2016, my salary was credited, after that i left that job and no transaction was done. Now currently (July 2017) i joined a new company and they asked for hdfc bank account. I thought to continue the same old account for my new company. But when i checked my balance in atm. It is showing rs. -5324. After two days it is showing rs. -6030. I am really shocked. I didn't get any intimation regarding this deduction. Now i am in trouble.                 Without my intemation misuse my money from mumbai customer service executive.
                Take action for panalty.
                This is first day for inform
                Misuse transfer details below -
                1) msed electricity bill = 1500/-
                2) airtel prepaid mobile bill = 101 /- deduct any on 29th july and got msg today.
                Which plans and offers not sure these service executives.
                Mana krne k baad bhi transfer kia isiy liye
                Panalty chahiye.
                For proof chk recording call.
                There is no observation from senier executives meaning is clear.

                    I have paid, june month policy amount on july 4 (Due date june 27). However, the amount has been refunded without any reason /intimation.

                    Finally i got a message for policy - lapsed and got penalty also for that.

                    My question is, i have paid the policy amount of right time without any delay.
                    Why i got this penalty, for mistake which which done by hdfc life.

                    I have paid 293 rs excessively for hdfc life mistake. I want the 293 rs refund because, there is no mistake from my end.

                      I deposited 32 k in my hdfc account. After a month on 1st of aug'17 there was a deduction of rs.177.00 including gst for depositing the money in the hdfc branch which was apparently not my home branch.

                      When i called the customer care or the personal banker they said i can go and raise a request anywhere and this would not affect them as this is the rules. It is up to the branch to mention the charges. And it is customer's issue if they don't know the charges for the transactions.

                        I am an hdfc customer and i wanted to close my existing personal loan of 4 lakhs which i took 3 years ago. I took a loan from icici bank and they provided me a cheque equal to the outstanding amount. When i went to the bank they refused to take the cheque. They said that i have to provide a cheque of mine with the outstanding amount. Now i am in dilemma as icici bank personnel have told that they have to take the cheque. Wheras hdfc bank refuses to take. So please sort out this dilemma as soon as possible.

                          Hi, my phone number is [protected]. from today morning i am facing lot of issue with payzapp app. I lost Rs.11000 with payzapp.

                          First i tried loading Rs.6000 from my credit card into payzapp wallet, but it failed, where as the money got deducted from the credit card and not reverted back till now, i dont even have the transaction summary for that .

                          second time i added Rs.6000 and tried sending it to another account. i tried to send 5000 to the account but the status of the transaction showed failed and the money didnot get credited to the account as well as it is deducted from payzapp. second time i was left with only 1000 to be transferred and that was successful and got transferred to the other account

                          what am i supposed to do for this 11000 rupees? When i tried calling customer care number given in the app, it continuously says it is busy . please give back my 11000 rupees

                          I have made a transaction of 5000/- from my payzapp account to my icici bank account.

                          Firstly it showed me as transaction pending and few minutes when i saw the status it showed me as transaction successfull but money was not credited to my icici bank account still. Please give me an appropriate resolution to this.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have submitted my dmat account opening form to hdfc securities sales manager mr. Sanjay pratap (Mob-[protected]), bund garden road branch, pune, on 18th july. It's been two weeks now the account is not opened and i have absolutely no update on this. Also, i do not have the reference number of the application nor that sales manager is responding to my calls.
                            I have been receiving calls from 10 other dmat service providers, don't know why i trusted on hdfc.

                              Hello,

                              I was asked to take an hdfc credit card by their staff. The man kept saying "free hai madam... Lifetime free hai madam". I had specifically asked him if i would be charged anything in the future for it, and he said no. Absolutely no payment required. But i got a statement saying i've to pay around 1500 for some one assist thingy.
                              I went to the bank to inquire and those people apparently had no information about the credit cards. They said they only sell it, and for every other information i'll have to call up a number. These guys are just sitting there like salesmen and selling cards.
                              And most importantly.. The man who activated my card did not inform me that he is also activating this one assist programme, neither did he tell me that i'll be charged for it. And now i have to waste my money due to their efficiency.

                                    Please yesterday hdfc bank executive came to my home and verified everything and talked with us!! But i want to go village for urgency work!! Have to book train ticket waiting for confirmation please make it as soon as possible please do it fast it's humble request my application number cc[protected] week has been passed still it's on processing i have to village very urgency other wise i will go with other bank provider

                                    I just want to know the process for the credit card application cancellation iam moving from my city and i won't available for next 20days i cannot wait more for hdfc credit card after my arrival i will apply new credit card in another bank 🙏 my application number was cc32089786 i applied on 20july untill no information has been shared texting them daily no one responding

                                    Fed up totally from a week my credit card status is showing in process only and i have to go village in very unrgency iam requesting daily but no response from you people now i don't have anytime please kidnly cancel my credit card application cc32089786 i won't available in my home and it will return with empty hands! Kindly don't send it! If it's arrive we won't hold any responsibility

                                      Hi team, i am reaching you for my credit card which was completely paid off in january 2017 with all full paymemt. But an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction which was done in april 2017 on amazon.com for some membership purchase. I saw the msg from hdfc fpr the transaction but no mail recieved for the same. The card was with me and so got ot blocked instantly. But they have issued a new card numner on my mail n number for which they are sending me bills adding the last dues (Fraudulent transaction). How am i supposed to payfor this and now after 3months dey have hacked my salary account in hdfc to that extent. Is this the right way to treat the customer even after following up and sending put screenshots, statements, dispute forms in a well organized manner.
