Dear sir,
I have submitted my dmat account opening form to hdfc securities sales manager mr. Sanjay pratap (Mob-[protected]), bund garden road branch, pune, on 18th july. It's been two weeks now the account is not opened and i have absolutely no update on this. Also, i do not have the reference number of the application nor that sales manager is responding to my calls.
I have been receiving calls from 10 other dmat service providers, don't know why i trusted on hdfc.
HDFC Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
this app is misbehaving not only previously also with confirm button now with invalid session.
