I'm aradhan. I had been charged rs. 885 for depository charges mentioning depository charges jul[protected] which i don't even know about. I haven't done any transaction of such amount on that day. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is not at all fair in deducting without the knowledge of the customer. I have attached the screenshot in this complaint. I did what was asked me to do. I didn't get any reply or acknowledgement from [protected]@hdfc.com. Could you please be a bit more quick and approachable. I didn't like your service stall. I'm not atall satisfied. Just tell me if I'll get my money back or not.

I find a deduction of Rs.885 from my account with subject of DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL17 .
I dont appreciate any kind of transaction from my account, without prior information.
I would like to get a refund, if this was done by a mistake

    Copy-paste complaint
    I transferred 2000 rs to hdfc account via neft transaction. But it's not credited in hdfc account still.in closing balance it's showing 2000 rs but in available balance it's not showing. I just want to know what's happening. If i called customer care number no one is picking the call. What the hell is going on. I never saw such an irresponsible services...

      inspite of having registered for do not disturb (DND) option as notified by TRAI, i am getting fraudulent calls from agents posing from HDFC bank

      in one day ( Saturday[protected]only i have received more than 6 calls from the following numbers :

      Since Saturday is holiday for banks, i doubt that these people are fake.
      Also if i want a loan, i can approach the bank directly and ask.

        Yesterday i paid hdfc life insurance policy of rs.15000 online (Policy no.[protected]. At first payement could not be completed due to server issue then again i re-applied paid for second time and transaction was completed but the sum of rs.15000 was duducted twice from my account, will the debited sum be redibeted into my account. If yes then in how many days?

          I have an account in HDFC bank, and also have a demat account but not using demat account and not done any transaction till date with this account. when it was opened bank says no charges will be charge for demat account, although The Bank has charged me Rs 826 for Depository charges on Demat account which isn't used by me ever.               I have a credit card costomer was using some to time back settled my card in 2 years before.
              But now soft path services. A. Suresh. South. [protected] agency persons reached my home which is on holiday sunday. Created a nuisance at home my mother and family. I am not at home my father is no more. They created a nuisance at my home. We felt shame full. And my family feel like dying now, only this agency is responsible if any mishap happens.

                  This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

                  An amount of Rs 885 has been debited on 11th Aug 2017 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account.

                  I am aghast to see this has happened inspite of me not using the demat servcies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                    Yesterday 12/8/16 around 9.25 am i gurpreet singh ahluwalia, withdrew inrs 10000 and 5000 in two separate transactions from hdfc atm at putenahalli yelhanka using my icici bank debit card no [protected]

                    But instead it dispensed a total of inrs 12500.

                    I received a message from my bankers, in this case icici bank ltd. That inrs 15000.00 is debited from my account.

                    Please help to cross verify and return the less dispensed amount.

                            Hi this is with regards to fraudulent transactions that were done on payzapp using my debit card number [protected].

                            I dont even hold any payzapp account so I have no idea how these transactions were done.

                            On 13th July around 04:11 AM i got alerts on my mobile that below transactions were done on payzapp. I have attached the below messages which i got on phone

                            Rs 10.
                            Rs 10
                            Rs. 2500
                            Rs. 2500
                            Rs. 1000

                            Totaling to Rs. 6020.
                            I have no clue how these transactions were done or authorized.
                            I want payzapp to refund this amount and also let me know where were these transactions done? To make which payments or for transferring to any other account?

                            Again. i don't even hold any payzapp account so i need to understand how this is done, neither did i get any OTP on my mobile number.
                            Please refund the amount back to my account for the above transactions as I have not done these or authorized any of the above transactions.
                            This is a serious flaw in payzapp if they are allowing such fraudulent transactions easily.
                            I am not getting any support from your side.

                            I did a transaction of 4400 RS, which got failed but money deducted from my SBI account on August 5th 2017 but it is not added PayZapp wallet .
                            Transaction id is txn#[protected] and POS is [protected].
                            My mobile no is [protected],
                            The payzapp customer care is worst they are not picking call.
                            So many people facing same issue.

                            I did a recharge for my Tatasky DTH from the payZapp amount is ₹ 260 only. Then the bill amount was deducted from my canara bank account. But the recharge transaction showing successful. Till now, my TataSky account not get any transaction from PayZapp. I cannot get a chance to make a complain from the app about the fraud case.
                            Please do back my money, I don't want to make any transaction from this app. This is a cheater app.

Cashier upon swiping my debit card informed saying transaction failed but money got deducted from my account. And i don't have any clue where money has stuck.                                 Hi, i have ordered a product from paytm in may, 2017. I have also returned the product because of its quality. But i have not received any refund amount. So i mailed to paytm group about this and their reply was 'refund of inr 249 for youbella american diamond gold plated mangalsutra with chain for women against your order [protected] has been processed on 10/05/2017.'

                                But till date i. E; 12th august, 2017, i have not received the refund amount.
                                Clearly understood that the refund initiated from paytm side, but delay is from hdfc side. Please refund my amount of rs. 249

                                  Application submitted on 20/07/17, verification of residence and office done quite long back, on online showing status showing "in process", not knowing why so much time is needed for approval and dispatch of card, after calling on toll free they tell kindly visit hdfc website for status, please let me know whether my application is considered for approval or delivery of card or the same is rejected.

                                    I had applied for hdfc cc & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

                                    After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :
                                    "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w1 is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

                                    After that received telephonic verification calls & physical verification...

                                    Hdfc pension champion was wrongly sold to me.
                                    I realized it after paying first premium.
                                    I am asking to cancel the policy and pay back my premium.
                                    Hdfc life is not paying back the first premium i paid.

                                    Is there any body who succeeded in is recovering their premium from hdfc pension champion?

                                    Does it help if all the victims of hdfc pension champion collectively file a legal case against hdfc pension champion
