My name is Om Parkash, cell no is [protected] my CIBIL record showing unnecessary loan amount around 5, 80000 Rs. This loan amount not belong to me, as per CIBIL they collected this information from HDFC bank, I went to HDFC bank why they provide fake information about me to CIBIL, I need the Loan on urgent basis but due to that 5, 80000 loan already shown in my CIBIL record I can't avail the loan facility request to HDFC bank and CIBIL pls don't keep the fake information due to which people get in trouble, if this will not get solve within a day will attempt suicide, HDFC bank & CIBIL will be responsible for the same, I try to contact to CIBIL but they decline my call, ‬

    Hello,
    On 9th August, i transferred 5000 rs to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account.
    It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
    Transaction id[protected]nG76wK1
    I visited both the banks and told them the incident in details.
    But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
    Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction, they have to raise the request.

    Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they can not raise the request and icici bank has to support.

    Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

        Please reverse the payment made today on 10th August 2017 for the INR 5199 and INR 6099 to Education_ccavenues_co. as I realised it as a fraud as they are continuously requesting to make payments even after making above payments.

        They have sent me another request to make a paymen of 8720 which i have not processed.

        I declare that I have not availed any service in lieu of payments made.

          HDFC ATM — Money not dispensed but amount debited from my S.B. account No: [protected]


          on January 11, 2017

          I am komala, having account in Allahabad bank, Hanumanthanagar branch. @ 5.30 to 6.30 pm ON 11th January 2017. I tried withdrawing money from HDFC ATM in chamarajpet, 7th cross between 3-4th main of Rs. 4, 000/- (4 transactions @ Rs.4, 000/- each transaction). from 1st transaction I have not received money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.

          With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your Allahabad savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

          1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e Allahabad Bank ] branch where you hold the savings bank account.
          2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
          3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

              I am cheated by HDFC Agent Name Satish Mali( Mob. No: [protected]) by giving HDFC CLASSIC ASSURE PLUS POLICY (Number:[protected] instead of investment plan.

              Later I came to know by reading policy documents. he is employee of Agency.

              HDFC Agent Satish contacted and convinced me to purchase investment policy, which will give 12% fixed return. I asked him for written documents. He told me that you will receive document and if you want you can cancel it.

              As I received hard copy of policy number: 19437219 on 20th Jully 2017, I observed that there was no mention about 12% written and it was not investment policy. I immediately contacted Agent Satish to cancel policy. Agent assured me that he will cancel policy and it will take 8-10 working days to get back my money.

              After 10 days on 30th Jully 2017 I again contacted him to cancel policy. He told me that it will take 5 more days. On 4th Aug 2017 I contacted him for same but he was not answering call.

              Same day I reached to HDFC Bank at Bund Garden Pune. Bank person told me to go HDFC LIFE INSURACNE office. I went to HDFC LIFE INSURANCE office at Shivaji Nagar, Pune. I told them entire story and asked them to cancel my policy but they told me that your free look period has been expired yesterday and can not cancel policy.

                  I, sarbjit singh, asi, have a salary account no. [protected] with hdfc, majitha road, amritsar. On 4.8.2017 i went to the above said branch to deposit the cash.in a long queue of customer i reached to mr. Swati arora, teller. She refused to deposit the cash and misbehaved with me. Meanwhile mrs. Sumona mohindru and a person sitting on the seat of mr. Rohit sharma came to meet and started hitting and quarreling with me. I was shocked on the behavior of the branch staff and their such kind of behavior depressed me deeply. You can enquire all this matter on the cctv footage on 4.8.2017.

                  Kindly look into the matter and take strict action against mrs. Swati arora and mrs. Sumona mohindru.

                      This compalint is regarding my credit card. I had a credit card with this worst bank in the year of[protected]. I have made complete payment including interest and cancelled it.

                      I got a confirmation message to my registered mobile number. I thought that the process was completed and my cibil will be updated from your bank side. When I applied for a new credit card in july 2017 with the same bank(hdfc), they said that the cibil score was not updated from the credit card department also old credit card details are still reflecting in my account. I was shocked and i don't have any idea about it. Hence, i shared my concern here.

                      On receipt of your query, we have taken a detailed review and wish to re-affirm that your application has been reviewed in line with Bank's internal credit policy which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria. As informed earlier, the credit process includes a combination of address/telephone verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications.

                      We deeply regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank. Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability. We would be pleased to provide any other assistance/service that you may require.


                      I give up and i dont want to continue any relationship with this bank. I WILL JUST GO AHEAD AND CLOSE SALARY ACCOUNT.

                      Hi, I tried to card swipe Rs 1240 with Hdfc debit card in New Delhi Jangpura Bhogal Date on 30/07/2017 But my transaction failed show But amount has been deducted from my account and has not credit yet kindly do the needful and what to do enclosed some detail tid no DL003742, STAN- 001594. Date 30/07/17, time 7:34:24 pm
                      I have registered my number in DND.

                      HDFC is the only bank with keeps ignoring this and disturbs through calls.

                      Everytime I block the number, they call me from new new numbers.

                        This compalint is regarding my two wheeler loan. I had a auto loan with your bank in the year of[protected]. I have made complete payment including interest.

                        I got no objection letter as well as the message to my registered mobile number. I thought the loan closure process was completed and my cibil will be updated from your bank side. When I applied for a personal loan with the same bank(hdfc), they said that the cibil score was not updated from the loan department also loan and the check bounces details are still reflecting in my account.

All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). Any cheque bounces, settlement, write-offs etc will reflect in your CIBIL report. This is done in the normal course of business. Hence, the Bank through this, does not attempt to influence any financial institution on their discretion of approval /disbursement of credit.                         Thanks for your prompt reply,

                        I agree with your point. As per the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act of 2005, CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without confirmation from the relevant Credit Institution. Credit Institutions has to submit data every 30-45 days to CIBIL. But, you are failed to update that.

                        Hence, I would request you to update the same asap. So that it will be helpful for your customers and your indias number one bank's reputation.

                          I have a current account number [protected] in the name of jagdish prasad and sons. I applied for cash credit facility in your bank and the same was given for rs. 60, 00, 000 but i was not able to use it because my signature was not updated in your records and still you debited my account with rs. 29031.
                          This is not correct as i have not used the limit and you are still debiting the interset. Please refund back the money asap as it is very depressing and if much time is extended i will have no othe option but to take will have to take legal action against the bank.

                            I made a transaction on idea website with payzapp mvisa on 8 june 2017 and the transaction got failed and the amount was deducted then after giving proof to payzapp support that the transaction got failed (like submitting the copy of mail forwarded by idea cellular confirming failed transaction) the payzapp confirmed me on 22 june 2017 that the money would be refunded in 5 working days after a week when i called they said that money will be refunded in 45 days.. but till date money has not been refunded.. and in fact payzapp team do not reply back to the email send to them.
                            i am attaching the phoyo of email send to me by idea confirming failed transaction and the email send to me by payzapp team about money refund.

                              Hi hdfc team

                              I have a salary bank account with hdfc bank kurla branch. I have been charged with -9039 for not maintaining minimum balance. After generating statement, nowhere i am able to see this charge.in my new company i am unable to use this account as this will be deducted from my new companys salary. Please help me here.

                              From what i heard from internet, this charge is not correct and rbi has banned it.

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding my personal Loan in HDFC bank. They gave a worst experience to me.

                                I have applied for Rs.200000 as loan amount and the same has been approved, but the bank as disbursed only Rs.73000, they have collected all docuents and cancelled cheque.

                                When i tried to contact the executive who was in charge . he is not responding now.

                                i need help.

                                I advice never take loan from HDFC

                                  The customer care service is as # and low level as it can get. I have been trying to complain about a missing sum of 10000 rupees that was not withdrawn still showed debited from my account. There is no one who is even registering or less listening to the problem. The are dissconnecting calls and being rude. This is unruly and wasteful behaviour.

                                        I made a transaction on 31st july 2017 from amazon of rs.31, 900 via my hdfc bank credit card (Diners club international) on emi. I canceled the order due to some misunderstanding on product details. Amazon has initiated the refund process the day itself and has provided me the refund reference number. I have contacted bank on this as it's been over 7 days now. Hdfc's customer care executives are very unsupportive, they are saying different story every time i am calling them to register a complaint. I have an option left now that is filing charge dispute against the bank.
