I was asked to take an hdfc credit card by their staff. The man kept saying "free hai madam... Lifetime free hai madam". I had specifically asked him if i would be charged anything in the future for it, and he said no. Absolutely no payment required. But i got a statement saying i've to pay around 1500 for some one assist thingy.
I went to the bank to inquire and those people apparently had no information about...

I want to settle my credit card. I am calling the customer care regularly to send a senior officer so that i can talk to him/her in this regard. Till now only one executive have spoken to me otherwise i only get calls that too asking me to continue the credit card and asking for the payment.

Non receipt of credit card july 17 statement.
Hence i am unable to clear any dues that may have accrued.
Please note that i will not be liable for the payment of late fee charges if any on account of non receipt of the july 2017 credit card bill.

They text me that your refund will show in your account bu 9/07/17. They have given me one transaction id to get contact with hdfc branch with this transaction id.
