Hello There,
I use to use HDFC credit Card and my Credit Card No is XXXX XXXX XXXX 7078, and i am using this card since 2010 i am very loyal customer of HDFC Bank,
Due to few Financial Problem i could not pay payment in 2015 Hence my due was 66000 but Now i am paying my due in monthly instalment and i paid 21000 in last 2 months and i assure you
i will pay all my due, Even i don't want OTS also, I am ready to pay all due with monthly instalment, But my issue is your thirtpary recovery executive Mr. Akshay Phone No is :[protected] &
[protected] spoked with my very unprofessional and abusive language even he called to my family member and Relative to I just want to ask when i availed the HDFC service and Bank provide me Card, Why he called to my family member and relative its damage my reputation. Due to this kind mantle harassment i am not able to sleep, I was very regular customer with HDFC and i am paying now too. why he do this thing i know he is not bank employee so please contact your recovery agency and agents do not talk with customer like this. Is damage bank reputation too.

    Dear Sir

    We are exporter and maintained current account in Bank from last 6 year and Due to export requirement we are in need payment gateway.
    On request of Pratyush Gaur HDFC Bank employee I have submitted application and sent all required documents. He asked that It will take only 15 days to approve it.
    After 15 Days when I have contacted him, He was neither responding on calls nor on emails.
    After filing complaint at dashboard I got contact number of His senior Mr Abhishek Matha and now its almost 30 Days over.
    He asked me that he will ask pratyush to contact me.

    When I have contacted Pratyush, He always asked me to provide more and more irrelevant document and searching ways to refuse.

    Now Its over 45 Days and now I have provided them all requested documents asked them to provide required.

    They asked me to wait more now its over 50 days. They sent refusal mail without any reason.

    I got my new HDFC Credit card yesterday and the name printed on credit is mispelled. My name is ''Bijesh Choorakkatt'' and name printed on card is ''Brijesh Choorakkatt''. Kindly help me regarding the procedure for the issue of new credit card with my proper name printed on it.

      I'm revathi having account number - [protected] with address :d:no 2-250-69 b k palle rajanagar, madanapalli.

      From 07jan2017 to 06 mar2017 i see deductions of amount 517.50 and 690.00 from my account and i see my balance amount in negatives. If you want to deduct, kindly inform the customer first. Requesting you to refund for all this amount, else i will go to rbi and proceed further accordingly.

        While reviewing my credit score, I can see 2 HDFC home loan is reflecting in my name, however I did not take any home loan in HDFC bank. I have 2 personal loan with HDFC Bank and AXIS respectively. Kindly remove the 2 HDFC home loan from my CIBIL. So that I can able to apply loans in future.

          The guy in the loan department is inefficient. I applied for a loan 1 month back for.a loan amount of 60000. I checked my Hdfc account and seen a pop up preaaproved loan up to 2 lakh..I submitted documents after 10 days...now its almost 20 days I did not get the loan..today I asked the officer why it is taking time he ignored me and told like in 2 days I will get..This was the same he keep telling 20 days back. The guy I'd totally waste for this job..The name of the guy is Lingaih and he works in bangeluru konappana agrahara branch. This is really frustrating that if he is not able to do...he should say ...he is playing with my time..I'm not a fool...if actions are not taken I will post this in social media regarding the ignorance of your staff.

            Since last 3 months (Infact last 12 months), i had a query about one of deduction categories from my saving bank account statement. When i checked my account statement from jan-2014, i found quarterly deduction of rs.286 under “isaqmc-st-ec” category since sep-2015.

            I have spoken to bank authority (Personal banker) and they told us that this charges is a service charges from mutual fund. Furthermore, i inquired with hdfc mutual fund division and they said "please be informed that the charges levied every quarter pertains to bank. You have to ask specifically with bank what these charges are."

            When i purchased hdfc mutual funds from other sources, i neither filled up any isa form by going to branch nor requested online account opening. And even i started investing in hdfc mutual funds since march-2015.

            I also contacted maninagar branch manager - mr. Mikin patel over e-mail. But it seems with problem understanding gap, he replied me the general information (Available on website) along with isa closure form.

            I also followed up thrice but there is no reply from him. It feels ignorance or immature handling of case.

            However, i tried to launch complain with service request for mutual fund category over hdfc bank website, but being it incompatible i was not able to generate service request. This resulted in no complain lodging on hdfc bank portal.

            I also checked other complaints regarding same subject. There are lot many case filed against hdfc bank since 2011 or even more. This is very general issue and many customers are affected due to this charges who did not obtained to avail for such services.

            This needs strong disciplinary action against bank process errors or lack of information with bank representatives - phone bankers or such ignorant responsible shoulders like bank manager.

            I hope you have received my e-mail with necessary details on 13-May-2017. Pls find auto generate email response number for your reference >> 'HBL=[protected]'.

            Also Reference number generated from Grievance Cell is "HBL=[protected]". I hope such tracking numbers will help you to get rid of this issue as soon as possible as it has been prolong since more than 2 months.
            I was travelling and my credit card minimum payment of mere 6k failed. There department started harassing me by calling endlessly. They also called at my permanent address and threatened my father. This is heights of misconduct by HDFC. If given a chance, I will sue the bank.

                Hi, this would be a customer from the bank, least helpfull people in the bank, specially Madhuri ma'am the cashier, everytime, even if it is my fixed deposit I ain't getting my money. As the whole bank knows there are issues which my dads health, I've been handing the account since it is opened, still ma'am like these make me run all the time, worst customer service, worst behavior and which leads me to stop all the things with HDFC bank.

                I would also recommend don't ever trust the bank people at HDFC chikuwadi branch .

                    I am holding a Demat account with HDFC Bank, and I am facing troubles with selling my shares for about a month now.
                    The Bank staff is extremely pathetic and is available with lame answers always.
                    I have been suffering losses due to HDFC Bank. The staff hardly have any knowledge about Demat Accounts but are always ready to charge customers a hefty amount of maintenance charge.
                    This is sheer humiliation and taking undue advantage of Bank Customers.

                      I have not received the upgraded credit card which was despatched on 07.04.2017 vide blue dart courier awb [protected], since i have recently shifted to some other place temporarily due to redevelopment purpose and the courier boy called me after reaching his office whereas i was at that moment present at my old address.

                      I have to request you to either send it to hdfc bank fort branch where i have the s/b account or ask the courier person to call me before he comes there so that i can go and collect the same.

                        I am an account holder of hdfc bank it park branch bangalore. On 15th feb 2017 rs.805 deducted towards depository charges when i had inquired with customer care i got to know that was for demat account annual maintenance fee at that time i got to know i have a dmat account. Without my knowledge and information my demat account had been created and charged for last five years. My account had created at time of i joined at my current company as salary account and that time we have filled multiple forms which was guided by a hdfc executive. At that time already i have an active demat account from sharekhan, so i had no requirement to open another demat account, so hdfc executive misguided me to fill the form and opened another demat which is charged by hdfc bank. This is a way to cheat a customer and i never expect such thing from hdfc. I have sent couple of mails to hdfc on this but no reply so far. I want my my money back which was charged by hdfc in 5 years in this regards.

                          I recently relocated to Bangalore and decided to open a salary account with HDFC. Their website mentions the process is very simple and can be done online as well. Yet, as it was Saturday, for better clarity I decided to open with the nearest branch, HDFC Green Glenn Layout branch in Bellandur. This was my first visit. They said they don't open salary account and I'll have to visit a particular branch with which my company had account. I tried to reason but they were not willing to help me. So I took the the other branch details from them and went there on Monday. HDFC ITPL road branch. I asked for the process here and after waiting for sometime they told me that the concerened person is not here. I said okay and decided to come on Tuesday. I had all the documents including employement letter proof. So then I came on Tuesday, the lady who told me that concerened person wasn't there, was the person who started the process. After examining things she said I have to get a different person's sign on emplyement letter. I asked her to verify things once again so that I don't need to come fourth time. I was losing patience but decided to still give a try once as I had heard "good things" about HDFC. Today, Thursday, I went again with the required signature and was finally hoping to open an account. Everything was going fine when again the same lady told me that the content of employment letter is not what they wanted and they cannot open the account until then. Twice i had showed her the letter and she didn't notice that. Third time she is telling me. I travelled from Bellandur to ITPL three times just for opening an account. I want people to know that the bank maybe good from outside but the employees are worse than nationalised bank. Never having any kind of dealing with HDFC ever.

                            Deepa didn't give a proper resolution for my complaint.
                            Karthikeyan has taken the above complaint.
                            I am not satisfied with this service provided by them. I certainly have to change my account.
                            Note: For a due, they took 4 times check bounce charges.
                            It is really a conspiracy, i don't like to be a hdfc customer anymore.

                            Recently i have spoken with Uma, she also didn't give a adequate solution.

                              Officials I want to inform you that HDFC bank is applying penalty on me even I have paid outstanding payment on dated 02/01/2017 by ICICI bank transaction. But bank charged RS-2850.00 extra and asking me that you have not paid this payment and when I done request to my bank ICICI for that payment reversal. This HDFC bank send me conformation for submission of my payment in back dated of 02/01/2017 and new payment 2850 on 17/03/2017. but bank has credited only Rs-1850.00 in to my account and applied penalty on me 1000 rupees. Even I have submitted my payment in before payment date. This proof is showing in my mobile message and my account statement . So why bank is applying penalty on me .I have done at list 10 times mail to HDFC bank customer care.

                                  HDFC Br agreed to refund Rs.6686.30 as per mail dated 14/03/2017. However the Br have also advised that a negative balance of Rs -8314.51 has been created by the system, after my accounts balance made zero, by debiting bank charges regularly to the tune of Rs. 9429.12. The Br mail dated 19/03/2017 has asked me to fund the account to appropriate the negative balance in my savings bank account. I am afraid as to how long the Br will continue to debit my savings bank account, without any intimation, and create negative balance in thousands and lakhs. The Regulator of Banking Industry in India perhaps unaware of this procedure or practice. I request again to address my grievance.

                                  I had clarified that on my visit to Br, prior to going abroad; a small letter was obtained from me by the Br staff to change product code of account from salary account to zero balance account. This letter was given at the request of your staff, to save the account from any bank charges or instead I had asked to close the account. Since I have arranged SIP from the account to HDFC AMC, the bank staff felt it appropriate to continuance of the account with changes in the product code.
                                  As per the Statement of accounts the relative charges debited are Rs.7753.72. Please refer to the excel file annexed for your perusal.
                                  Further you have debited Rs.842.70 on 19/12/2013 and 21/12/2013 respectively towards ECS returned. These ECS were towards SIP amount claimed by HDFC Mutual Fund. This was result of your continuous debits to my savings bank account. Therefore, please check the details of charges levied and arrange to refund Rs.1685.40.

But till now I didn't received in my bank account.

                                      I have applied for Debit Card on 14th April'17. I have spoken to customer care of HDFC 3-4 times and came to know that my Debit card has been delivered to wrong address. I have not received any correct reply from them.

                                      Yesterday I have received Debit Card No. [protected] in the name of Lokesh Saxena with covering letter to me. If some mishappening will occurred who is responsible for that. Due to non receipt of Debit Card on time I am not able to withdraw cash and make some important payment, there will be penalty charges are levied on me due to HDFC Bank blunder mistake. An professional bank how can do this type of mistakes.

                                      You are requested to please file an suitable case on HDFC bank so that this type of mistakes they will not repeat and also take suitable action against them.

                                        My credit card ending 7034 has been selected for 25, 000/- loan on the basis of my credit card. So Users I just wanted to Inform you please do not trust such fake commitment calls.
                                        On yesterday I got a call from one of the HDFC Executive and she said I will get a loan in 10 min approval process but since last couple of days I am trying to get this loan.
                                        Even they reduced my credit litmit on the same day but yet not getting my loan ammount. HDFC care center providing totalally wrong and fake commitment to the credit card holders.
                                        And got a reference call from this number [protected].
