Hi team,

I registered an online complaint to hdfc with complaint reference number as (Delc[protected]) for reversing my deducted amount of rs 8000. I received rs 2000 on last friday itself but no update on my remaining money ie rs 6000. Moreover today they deducted rs 1200 more.

This is really troublesome situation for me and i need this money on urgent basis.

    Hi, team

    I have applied for card in Feb 17, was issued however the same was blocked and the reason was unknown to me. Now I have applied for loan and the same is also denied stating credit card reference. I am highly disappointed with the bank being a corporate customer I have to face this all. I will soon be raising a complaint against the same at ombudsman RBI and will try to get the corporate tie up cancelled for HDFC. I am highly disappointed with the services.

      Hi,
      I am an salary account holder of hdfc bank. There is an intermittent deduction from my account under the narration neft chgs incl st & cess. I request you to revert the money back to my account.

      Amount deducted details:
      Rs.5.75 twice has been deducted from my account on april 24, 2017, without any neft transfer done during the past week. Amount deducted without any reasons are quite annoying! Please do return the amount back to my account.

        I have send a mail on 19th april with the details that i have being charged more than 3000 rs for amb for an account which i am not using since 2012 also i am already holding a salary account also of hdfc so there is no point in using 2 accounts... I have recevd some credits and later saw that hdfc has deducted 3007 out of the amount recvd...

        Hello Manoj, now that i looked at the historical account statement I have got to know that from 2nd april 2013 to till date i have being charged 11373 Rs for the AMB charges and I am shocked to know that during all these years HDFC didnt make any effort to get in touch or notify the customer about such transactions being taken place.. i would request you to kindly look into the matter as Rs.11373 is not a less amount to pay for an account whose services have not even being availed all these years.

          I have Demat account in HDFC SEC and it is joint account of my self and wife.
          Since my wife is no more, I need to change the account to my indiviual name.
          I approached HDFC Demat section, Besant Nagar, Chennai to help on this subject.

          They advised me open a new Demat account and transfer on the scribes from the existing account.
          Accordingly I have made to fill the new Demat form in the month of March 2017.
          Till date there is no response for the application.
          People concerned on this subject also do not lift the phone calls.

          Approaching the call center is another futile exercise.

            I have purchased zero depreciation motor insurance from hdfc ergo in which claims are unlimited. Now my car met an accident in which left side doors and bumpers got damaged. Now hdfc ergo surveyor is not agreed to settle the full claim. He is only giving partial claim. Mr kamal goyal surveyor of hdfc team is talking very rude and giving threat also. I have called to the customer support of hdfc ergo also, they provide me the number of mr. Tejinder and mr. Sunny bakshi. I have called them 100 times but these guys are not answering my call. I have also written a mail to hdfc ergo, but not received any response.
            Hdfc ergo is playing fool with the customer and their services are the worst.

              Hi,

              I have trying to convert a transaction of 11, 800 rs into smartemi.
              When i see my unbilled transactions it shows i can check that transaction and convert that transaction into emi, but when i try to do it.

              It does not happen it make me feel cheated as they should not show that check box to check for every transaction greater then 500rs. If they are showing a check box wherein i can check and convert it emi.

              I feel this as misleading to people.

              My statement has been generated and i have been asked to pay 11800, my transaction is not converted into emi apart from that they called me in and asked me to get a insta loan from my credit card but when i tried to do it insta loan of same 11800 it asked me to select the sb account from the dropdown but i dont have an option to select an SB account as i no longer have an account with hdfc.

              I did IMPS fund transfer from my HDFC Bank Account to ICICI bank account. Amount got deduced from my HDFC account but did not credited to beneficiary account. reference number[protected]

                  During 20-23 March 2017 i got host of calls from hdfc credit card division for health insurance. I had no interest in the insurance, but it was said by hdfc that the premium will be reversed in next bill. I was even coerced to accept as it was said if i decline i would be charged annual.
                  To my disappointment, premium of 11055 Rs, deducted on 24 march was not reversed. Now when i talk to customer care, they are not entertaining my complain in true spirit.
                  "I have recording of all the calls received from cheater hdfc. "
                  Cheating goes beyond this. Few days after the health insurance cheat(however, at that time it was not clear whether it was a cheat or not), another cheat was done, it was of one Assist wallet protection plan and the catch line was its free with the insurance subscribed by you. Then 2790 Rs deducted for this too. In total i got cheted by hdfc of 13800 Rs.

                  This cheat has hit hard my 6 year long trust in Services of Hdfc.

                  Why play with the customers. Even in the name of resolving an issue you guys only create another, what much low you guys would stoop? The situation that has arrived is, it has become hard to rely on even a single word uttered by its people. Do you guys have got immunity from law or what, that you have kept all the respect and fear of law at bay. Firstly, i hv all the call recording. Secondly, after my complain, HDFC did not stop cheating, now it goes on to say" you will get two calls as by mistake two request has been placed. So in one call say cancel and on another say continue". And the result is the forbile subscription of the health insurance policy has been again continued. Why play with our time and money. Plz stop all this and give back my 11055Rs of health insurance and 2799 Rs of one assist plans that you guys forced upon me to opt. Else i vl see u and sue you.

                        Hi All,

                        Here is what the thing is,

                        I have an account with HDFC bank (Hyderabad) i opened it in the month of September when i joined AGS health Private Limited ([protected]) And this account all of a sudden went in to negative balance 3 days ago and there was a cheque of 15000 rupees was deposited in to the same account and that go deducted and the current balance of the account is 107801.94 rupees.

                        So i had to call the customer service and talk regarding this as this is my salary account and i have transacting with this account since few months and also i need my 15 thousand back, cutomer told me that i had taken a credit card from HDFC BANK in the past and told me to contact Begumpet banch (Credit department 5th floor)

                        I rushed to the bank and had to contact and few members as they were not able to pull any information, Finally once officer gave me AAN# [protected] and told me to contact [protected] (Rama krishna HDFC manager & [protected] Credit card manager Vizag)

                        When i called these guys they are stating that i had taken a credit from vizag branch and it says that the name and date of birth are same but the PAN number is different (He was telling possibility is thier some nigerian cases will happen that is what i heard from the manager) and not responding to the query properly.

                        But at this moment what i can tell you guys is that i am a resident in Hyderabad city since many years and i didnt get any opputunity to work in Vizag, I have no idea how can somebody take Credit card and use it, Could you guys please look in to it At the earliest and do the need full.

                        All i can say is that i can walk to the nearest police station and can complaint against HDFC bank, but before that i need to talk to anyone of you guys please call me in case you guys have to reach me out for any clarifications, ([protected]) Please try to understand that the account is in negative balance & i am not able to use the account or do any transactions. Also my 15000 is also in lien balance please do some investigation on this and release my account

                          I had received a call from HDFC bank for a prequalified car loan offer in the month of march 2017 which can be availed if interested. One person came and collected all the documents and the loan was sanctioned.

                          In which aprox 9500 deducted as foreclosure charges and closed my old loan of balance 150000. Another loan in which 4 year have been completed was not closed, so I want to know from HDFC bank that bank is so eager to give loan to me that they foreclosed my old loan and gave the new one also deducted more than 9500 as foreclosure charges from the new loan and not even informed me of such charges that they are being deducted. This is very ridiculous from bank side as they had befooled me. Please return my 9500 which was deducted in name of foreclosure charges to my accousnt or I will take my complaint to banking ombudsmen.

                            Today morning i received a call regarding policy hdfc life sanchay, a person named nikhil rathore as process manager at hdfc life as described by him. He called from a landline number[protected] and given me his mobile no. ([protected]).
                            He ask me for the cheque of 40k after that i called the hdfc customer care and ask for the authenticity of that person, after that i discovered that was a fraud and hdfc people said pls ignore those calls.
                            So i raise my complaint here please look into this matter seriously.

                              My self Durgesh Tiwari and my register mobile number is [protected] i am facing problem with promotional call which is doing from HDFC Bank for some Security feature activation on CC.
                              I am so many time defuse the call and also says strictly it is not required for me and also doing complaint to phone banking number regarding same and as well as through mail.
                              i have already activate DND on my number but they have call me on my office landline i am very disappointed.
                              Today i have receive a call from this no [protected] again and i have to says there customer care it is not required and i do not want to take this service but they says it is mandatory and it is charged in next billing cycle and also doing misbehave with me.
                              if it is charged in my next billing cycle than i am not paying any thing and also surrender the card as well as and going to consumer court.
                              kindly stopped doing all type of call if you want to use your card and your services, other wise i have close all type of relation with HDFC Bank like saving account current account as well as Credit card and shift with other bank.

                                Hardly one month am start this account then suddenly 18/04/2017 they Debited Rs. 115 for Adhoc stmt charges etc.. Actually I use only 1 time atm and 2 shop purchases only. Then why your Debited Rs. 115? I checked the websites and also some other customers have the same issue. So please kindly solve this issue and refund the amount. Really this is clear case of cheating

                                      Wisdommart consultant called me and told that you will get 100% assured job in dubai with salary of 24000 dirham per month as highly qualified candidate.
                                      Fist they told me to pay 4500 rs, them within 10 minutes agian 11998 rs. This they made through online calling with me and i was unable to understand what is happening. Immidiatly after that i call hdfc credit card dep and informed the same.
