      Wisdommart consultant called me and told that you will get 100% assured job in dubai with salary of 24000 dirham per month as highly qualified candidate.
      Fist they told me to pay 4500 rs, them within 10 minutes agian 11998 rs. This they made through online calling with me and i was unable to understand what is happening. Immidiatly after that i call hdfc credit card dep and informed the same.

They says they have good connection in your bank. They have some papers also which initially proves that they have guts to solve the problem. But in the end they cheat customers,

          I had received a call from mr. Ashok and mr. Karthik from hdfc regarding credit card payment, the language tone and attitude of these two employees and utterly demeaning and their language and tne of voice is threatenning where he even said "i know how to get money out of people", "im working in the bank, not you" "how can you use so much money in 6 months"?
          He is a bank employee what right does he have to ask me what and how i use the money. If a payment is to be made, it can be done with respectful and diligent workers not foul mannerless empolyees.

After 5 months they denied tha claim.

                  Due to few Financial Problem i could not pay payment in 2015 Hence my due was 66000 but Now i am paying my due in monthly instalment and i paid 21000 in last 2 months and i assure you
                  i will pay all my due, Even i don't want OTS also, I am ready to pay all due with monthly instalment, But my issue is your thirtpary recovery executive Mr. Akshay Phone No is :[protected] &
                  [protected] spoked with my very unprofessional and abusive language even he called to my family member and Relative to I just want to ask when i availed the HDFC service and Bank provide me Card, Why he called to my family member and relative its damage my reputation. Due to this kind mantle harassment i am not able to sleep, I was very regular customer with HDFC and i am paying now too. why he do this thing i know he is not bank employee so please contact your recovery agency and agents do not talk with customer like this.                     We are exporter and maintained current account in Bank from last 6 year and Due to export requirement we are in need payment gateway.
                    On request of Pratyush Gaur HDFC Bank employee I have submitted application and sent all required documents. He asked that It will take only 15 days to approve it.
                    After 15 Days when I have contacted him, He was neither responding on calls nor on emails.
                    After filing complaint at dashboard I got contact number of His senior Mr Abhishek Matha and now its almost 30 Days over.
                    He asked me that he will ask pratyush to contact me.

                    When I have contacted Pratyush, He always asked me to provide more and more irrelevant document and searching ways to refuse.

                    Now Its over 45 Days and now I have provided them all requested documents asked them to provide required.

                    They asked me to wait more now its over 50 days. They sent refusal mail without any reason.

                      From 07jan2017 to 06 mar2017 i see deductions of amount 517.50 and 690.00 from my account and i see my balance amount in negatives.                           The guy in the loan department is inefficient. I applied for a loan 1 month back for.a loan amount of 60000. I checked my Hdfc account and seen a pop up preaaproved loan up to 2 lakh..I submitted documents after 10 days...now its almost 20 days I did not get the loan..today I asked the officer why it is taking time he ignored me and told like in 2 days I will get..This was the same he keep telling 20 days back. The guy I'd totally waste for this job..The name of the guy is Lingaih and he works in bangeluru konappana agrahara branch. This is really frustrating that if he is not able to do...he should say ...he is playing with my time..I'm not a fool...if actions are not taken I will post this in social media regarding the ignorance of your staff.

                            Since last 3 months (Infact last 12 months), i had a query about one of deduction categories from my saving bank account statement. When i checked my account statement from jan-2014, i found quarterly deduction of rs.286 under “isaqmc-st-ec” category since sep-2015.

                            I have spoken to bank authority (Personal banker) and they told us that this charges is a service charges from mutual fund. Furthermore, i inquired with hdfc mutual fund division and they said "please be informed that the charges levied every quarter pertains to bank. You have to ask specifically with bank what these charges are."

                            When i purchased hdfc mutual funds from other sources, i neither filled up any isa form by going to branch nor requested online account opening. And even i started investing in hdfc mutual funds since march-2015.

                            I also contacted maninagar branch manager - mr. Mikin patel over e-mail. But it seems with problem understanding gap, he replied me the general information (Available on website) along with isa closure form.

                            I also followed up thrice but there is no reply from him. It feels ignorance or immature handling of case.

                            However, i tried to launch complain with service request for mutual fund category over hdfc bank website, but being it incompatible i was not able to generate service request. This resulted in no complain lodging on hdfc bank portal.

                            I also checked other complaints regarding same subject. There are lot many case filed against hdfc bank since 2011 or even more. This is very general issue and many customers are affected due to this charges who did not obtained to avail for such services.

                            This needs strong disciplinary action against bank process errors or lack of information with bank representatives - phone bankers or such ignorant responsible shoulders like bank manager.

                            I hope you have received my e-mail with necessary details on 13-May-2017. Pls find auto generate email response number for your reference >> 'HBL=[protected]'.

                            Also Reference number generated from Grievance Cell is "HBL=[protected]". I hope such tracking numbers will help you to get rid of this issue as soon as possible as it has been prolong since more than 2 months.
                            I was travelling and my credit card minimum payment of mere 6k failed. There department started harassing me by calling endlessly. They also called at my permanent address and threatened my father. This is heights of misconduct by HDFC. If given a chance, I will sue the bank.

                                Hi, this would be a customer from the bank, least helpfull people in the bank, specially Madhuri ma'am the cashier, everytime, even if it is my fixed deposit I ain't getting my money. As the whole bank knows there are issues which my dads health, I've been handing the account since it is opened, still ma'am like these make me run all the time, worst customer service, worst behavior and which leads me to stop all the things with HDFC bank.

                                I would also recommend don't ever trust the bank people at HDFC chikuwadi branch .

                                  Rs. 115 has been debited from my account in the name of ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 110417 on 18th April 2017, without informing me or sending message about that transaction. I have never visited any branch of HDFC bank and never requested for any statement. I want to understand why this amount is taken from me. I tried calling the customer care number but did not receive any proper response. Please help.

                                    I am holding a Demat account with HDFC Bank, and I am facing troubles with selling my shares for about a month now.
                                    The Bank staff is extremely pathetic and is available with lame answers always.
                                    I have been suffering losses due to HDFC Bank. The staff hardly have any knowledge about Demat Accounts but are always ready to charge customers a hefty amount of maintenance charge.
                                    This is sheer humiliation and taking undue advantage of Bank Customers.

                                      I have not received the upgraded credit card which was despatched on 07.04.2017 vide blue dart courier awb [protected], since i have recently shifted to some other place temporarily due to redevelopment purpose and the courier boy called me after reaching his office whereas i was at that moment present at my old address.

                                      I have to request you to either send it to hdfc bank fort branch where i have the s/b account or ask the courier person to call me before he comes there so that i can go and collect the same.

                                        I am an account holder of hdfc bank it park branch bangalore. On 15th feb 2017 rs.805 deducted towards depository charges when i had inquired with customer care i got to know that was for demat account annual maintenance fee at that time i got to know i have a dmat account. Without my knowledge and information my demat account had been created and charged for last five years. My account had created at time of i joined at my current company as salary account and that time we have filled multiple forms which was guided by a hdfc executive. At that time already i have an active demat account from sharekhan, so i had no requirement to open another demat account, so hdfc executive misguided me to fill the form and opened another demat which is charged by hdfc bank. This is a way to cheat a customer and i never expect such thing from hdfc. I have sent couple of mails to hdfc on this but no reply so far. I want my my money back which was charged by hdfc in 5 years in this regards.
