Dear sir,
I want bring an attention towards the hardship, i as an corporate business man and employees of my firm has faced due to misbehaving attitude of one of your employee Ms. Surbhi Gaur, who took lot of amount on the name of premium for the policy at off-branch location some where in haryana from employees of my firm, but no policy has been issued to these employees of my firm. Further, when i personally requested her to resolve the problem, she asked to meet me at my business location and there she forced me to apply for ICICI Prodential life policy and also advised my existing policy holder employees who is currently holding( HDFC life policy) to switch to IICICI life policy.
She uses her personal contact number, i never received any call from branch of HDFC Life, on asking about the same issue, she started misbehaving with us.
Kindly take strict action against her, otherwise get ready to face legal actions againt HDFC Life and your employee Ms Surbhi Gaur. i trusted her only because she has an ID Card of HDFC Life.
