It shows on hdfc bank net banking that mtnl tractions has failed and yet I was billed for the same.
my mtnl line got disconnected due to nonpayment of bill. I had to pay the bill manually via an ant other card to get the service restored

On 08/02/2017 Withdrawn an amount of Rs.5000/- from SBI ATM ID 727132 but the amount came out from machine an amount of Rs. 500/- only.
On 17.3.2017 i had called the customer care representative of HDFC bank and the officials assured me that your case seems genuine and i shalll get the amount credited in my account on 19.3.2017 but till now amount couldn't be credited....
