Sir,
i am prefered customer of hdfc bank from last so many years.Hdfc open new branch in front of my factory. I requested to give me account statement but they refuse under some infulance. After that i made a complaint by phone and assistant manager come to me but not giving any satisfactory reason and matter is closed. Sir if this is your complaint attendind style then please stop that section.
We are very impressed with your managing director mr. Aditya thoughts, but these people are pulling your legs.
In the end it is our bank and depute some special officer who take correct feedback practicals not in books or papers or not in mails. Thanking you and hoping that you can do some better ?

    My HDFC salary account was created by my first company back in 2011. I got a better opportunity and had to move to a different company and location. To my surprise my salary account has been converted to savings account without any intimation or warning. Even if I check my recent E-statement dated 8th of march 2016 which is sent by HDFC bank, it says that my balance is ZERO (Rs.0/-) and HOW WILL MY ACCOUNT BALANCE BECOME Rs: -6308/- WHEN I WIST A BRANCH (I have attached the screenshot of the deceiving statement which HDFC sent). What are they trying to hide? I’m not responsible for the secret charges that the bank pile up on the customer without intimation. I request you to please take action against this.

        I have hdfc account, my personal banker (Vikas) of hdfc bank approached me for sl young star policy.
        Which i purchased, he putted my email but policy was my wife name

        When i tried to register policy online with hdfc life, it didn't allowed as my email has other hdfc life policy too.

        So i sent an email to register my wife email, which they did but did typo and by that register an email which not exists
        I sent the correction requests but they are asking to send through registered email ( which they have entered incorrectly)
        On the help side my hdfc bank personal bank just provide a number to call on [protected] and then that lady asked me to call on another number [protected] and on that number lady asked me to contact person whom i have purchase the policy which left hdfc bank 2 year back. What the please service

        Never purchase any policy with hdfc life.
        I will take this matter to irda too and will put this message on facebook, let people now what kind of service they can expect from hdfc

            They have committed not to charge Preferred customers who maintains so much balance in them . In spite without notification they charge so much money that is 400 + tax a year... which is not viable i[censored] have 5-6 Family accounts.

            yes we have to take up this matter on all forms i.e. with bank and Social Media this is clear cut loot and cheating by bank generally preferred customers have min. 5-7 account with bank so even after having a huge balance in the bank they will be charged 475/- per account means average collection of bank will be 2500/- per customer It shows how they Increase their profits by cheating and looting customers
            This hundred percent correct that HDFC is cheating to all customer by forcibly implementing program management fees. I object on this and my complaint already sent to bank on 31st and 1st April'16.

            I guess its time to shift my funds back here or switch to other bank.

            HDFC bank is cheating customers. Without giving notice they have charged programme management fees. Today I wentr to the bank to find out what it is, they were not able to say. They say they have to find out. Already Government is charging too much as tax and now bank is charging.
            Same here the bank is degrading its services, there is no value for person who are holding account as classic customer from past 15 years.. Sad I will be forced to move to other bank who are offering better services.

            Whether & Why not Customers were informed in Advance?

            Whether RBI has permitted levying such charges?

            Why you are shy of not giving Ombudsman name when requested several times?

            When your Bank uses our funds at low cost interest, where is the need to charge preferred customers?

            Don't forget Bank lends money on savers money & we as a customers can shift to other Banks.

            HDFC Bank has forgotten ford service & every one in the chain markets their products say Insurance, pensions schemes but they forget & has forgotten the word service.

            Remember in India everyone does not need Technical Solutions but a humane faced service whereas you are compelling Non IT savoy customers to compulsory use Technology based solutions.

              I am the account holder in hdfc bank.

              Customer id : 54437701.

              I got credit card. When i discussed about the card feature he said that card is full of free, no processing fess.

              But now from hdfc bank charged 435 rupees.

              I contacted hdfc bank customer care no response, no proper reply.

              I have sent so many mails. But no reply.

              There is no escalation manager mail id for for further complaints in hdfc bank.

              Please support for me regarding this.

              I have all the customer care discussion recoding's backups with me.

                Dear sir,

                Unfortunately i am an hdfc customer who wanted to take a home loan from you but got stuck in the web of false promises and their consequences. By the end of this email, you will definitely understand and (May be) agree also why i am saying so. This is just an attempt by an ordinary customer to sort things out at the hdfc level within hdfc bank ltd before exploring the other options including rbi and consumer court. This could well come out as scam to get the customer's hard earned money to show the profits on bank's balance sheets. I hope hdfc bank will have patience to go through this mail.

                Some of the basic details before proceeding with the exact matter: — branch details:

                Department applicable: home loan department

                My details:

                Mobile no: [protected] — the hdfc bank branch applicable (Or rather in question) is bangalore - jayanagar 9th block branch and employees are nisha ramesh, adi narayan and the branch manager (I dont have the name but i am sure you can easily find it out)

                I had contacted mr. Adi narayan from hdfc bank (Jayanagar 9th block branch, bangalore) regarding my home loan needs during early october 2015. During the conversation, i was informed about the pre-approval home loan process which as per my understanding the process of loan approval before i have any property on hand to buy. As per the discussion with mr. Adi narayan, i can pay inr 11, 400 as a pre-approval loan processing fees. As promised by mr. Adi narayan, inr 2500 will be the deduction as the processing charges (So the refundable amount will be around inr 8900) in case of not opting for the loan.

                As a part of above mentioned process, i paid inr 11400 on 28th of october through hdfc bank cheque (Which was further processed on 16 nov 2015). I had submitted all the required documents and loan of 15, 50, 000 was pre-approved as communicated through email on 19 nov 2015.

                Due to my personal reasons, i did not want to avail the home loan and wanted to get the refund (Of around inr 8900 out of total processing fee of inr 11400) after applicable deduction of inr 2600 as promised by mr. Adi narayan.

                This was the point when i realized the big mistake i had made by approaching hdfc bank. As the very first step, i contacted mr. Adi narayan who refused to agree on any possible refund citing hdfc policies. He never gave this information through email when insisted.

                After ignoring my call repeatedly, one fine day i could reach him but i was told to contact miss nisha ramesh. (Ideally it should have been that hdfc bank contacts customer rather than customer is required to contact someone from bank in this scenario.)

                I sent an email to miss nisha ramesh on 11-feb-2016. I got the reply on feb 15 with the details as "currently, if the loan is closed, the fees will not be refunded." this was totally opposite to what i was promised before by mr. Adi narayan.

                When the communication continued on emails, as per another mail reply from nisha dated 24-feb-2016 6:54 pm, it was mentioned that "if property papers are submitted, fees for legal & technical are included in the same". I would like to bring to your notice that again this is not the case. This scenario is out of the picture tried to be depicted as loan was just in pre-approval stage and actual loan against any property was not borrowed. Property is yet to be purchased and the whole exercise is to speed up the loan process whenever i buy the property.

                I decided to contact her in person at the branch where she tried avoiding me and kept me waiting for more than 2 hrs citing she was very busy. When asked about the exact details of the processing fee deductions, she told about no refund is applicable and refused to give any details for the deductions. (Please note that at this stage hdfc bank is saying me that no refund is applicable which is going to be proved wrong in just few seconds.)

                I decided to approach the branch manager to bring this matter to closure.Initially, he also did not acknowledge that the refund is applicable. (Please note that so far refund is not applicable.)

                Slowly he started getting angry and behaved very rudely saying he had other customers to handle as if i was not the hdfc customer. He said he did not know any adi narayan and get the money from him. It was a pathetic experience with hdfc bank.

                When i became firm on my refund, then he became soft and started acknowledging the applicable refund. At the end, he agreed to pay inr 2565 which was also acknowledged through mail later on. He wanted to close the matter by forcing me to accept the offer of inr 2565 refund or told me to get out of his cabin. (Please note that now hdfc bank has changed its stand from no refund to some refund. I don't know how quickly hdfc bank policies change and at the discretion of the branch manager)

                I have already confirmed with other hdfc branches that the applicable refund in my case is around inr 8900 and deductions are only of inr 2565. I do have conversation audios from the branches as well as from the customer care and can be produced if required to do so.

                I would like to request you in a last attempt to sort this matter out and refund me my hard earned money.

                I sent mail to him 30 times but past 20 days but still they didn't reply my mail and not sent any concern also. When hdfc customers sent mail to aditya puri he has to responded within 3 days but i think aditya puri is not giving value to there costumers thats why he didn't responded same on you hdfc home loans
                I have sent 28 mail to head of home loans department in bangalore mr. Sujith but he is not responding to my mail. I went there at head office which is situated at kasturba road bangalore but he didn't give me single minute time to meet him he told me wait i will call you i wait for home 4hrs after that one hdfc home loan employ came to me he is not going to meet you kindly come after 1 week. I ask hime to give his email id he was not giving after that i ask him so many times after that he given... This what the costumer is treated in head office of hdfc home loans department employees... They talking very rudely to valuable costumer.. They are treating costumers like costumer are theirs servant... Its very pathetic experience i ever seen in any other bank across world... Hdfc home loans same on you...

                  Hi,

                  I bought a online policy click2invest on 23rd of march, while buying the policy i selected for 5 years premium payment terms, but upon submission i realized its showing 20 years for premium paying terms also.

                  I have tried reaching the customer support to update this through mail and phone also, but they are simply ignoring and wasting my time so the policy lock in period is over.

                  Can you please help me in this asap.

                    I want to cancel the policy with Policy no[protected]/1, so kindly cancel the policy immideatly. The person who spoke to me regarding the HDFC isnurance misguided me that it is compulsory to take policy after that i came to know through my friend that it is not compulsory. i have the recording of that conversation with the HDFC Staff who misguided me so if the cancellation is not done then i have to contact the Insurance and banking ombudsman.


                    I have not signed any insurance policy papers and i only spoke to insurance people as the person misguided me

Unfortunately i had to make a claim as my car was hit by another car. The claim number for the same is claim no: c[protected]. Now when the surveyor came he rejected the my partial claim for the fender, saying that it had few old scratches and they would not pay for the fender repair or they would contribute 50% of the cost to which i told them the their policy document doesn't have any clause that may restrict any buyer of the insurance to claim only for repairs from one accident alone.

                        In respond to my challenge, the guy mr. Krishnan bhardwaj(Mobile:: [protected]) threatened me to reject my claim. These are all false practises that all insurance companies are following, and just because everyone does this doesn't make it right or you should educate the customer beforehand and the time of insuring anything or anyone or atleast your policy document must have it clearly stated.

                        With this forum i make a plea to the concerned authority to look into this matter and put a check on these false and wrong practices. If anyone could help me to take it to right authorities and to teach these people a lesson, please help me to do so, i have got all the proofs of their threats of denying my claim.

                          I have booked to and from tickets during Sep 2015 - travel from Hyderabad to Cochin via Chennai connecting flight[protected] and Cochin to Hyderabad[protected]. During Oct 2015, I got to that Air India has cancelled connecting flight from Chennai to Cochin on[protected] and rescheduled next day. I have then cancelled the ticket from Hyderabad to Cochin via Chennai connecting flight[protected]. Received refund during Nov 2015, after so many chasers. Means, I still had valid ticket from Cochin to Hyderabad[protected].
                          On[protected], I have cancelled return ticket from Cochin to Hyderabad[protected] and Spicejet have confirmed full refund and initiated REFUND AMOUNT to Goibibo on the same day. Spoke to Goibibo customer care on[protected], they have confirmed full refund amount from Spicejet and initiated the refund amount to hdfc Smart buy, also received email confirmation. I have forwarded that email to '[protected]@smartbuyoffers.co' on the same day i.e. on[protected]. I have got reply on[protected], requesting for HDFC SMART buy reference number, which I have provided on the same day by replying to that email. On[protected], received email stating "allow us 7 working days and will get back" and till date no response.
                          Customer service is also pathetic, those executives are barely understanding this issue and there won't be any senior or floor manager available. I am tired calling customer care (@[protected]) executives, as they are seeing my mobile number and disconnecting my call after it got connected. I spoke to Rajesh Yadav (customer care executive) on[protected], explained him the issue and he has raised the complaints (HDFC[protected] and HDFC[protected]. No response or movement on my complaint and I have called back on[protected]. Same executive (Rakesh Yadav) pick the call and told me that these complaints were closed and gave me those transaction IDs and asked me to get in touch with HDFC CREDIT CARD department. As HDFC CREDIT CARD department are not able to locate my refund amounts, I have called back HDFC SMART buy and then I got to know that those refund transaction IDs are from Nov 2015 refund transaction IDs and not for Jan 2016 refund amounts. Requested Rakesh to reopen the tickets and escalate, he confirmed to me that reopened and escalated, give just 3 working days to resolve. On[protected], I have called again, as there is no movement or progress after[protected], this time connected to Narendra. I have explained him again the whole issue for more than 30mins. He said understood and raised new complaint (HDFC[protected] including those 2 complaint numbers in this ticket and again, mentioned allow us 3 working days to resolve this issue. I have seen no progress and called back on[protected]. This time connected to Anitha and she confirmed that ticket is closed and refund is initiated and privided transaction ids. I realised those transaction ids are from Nov 2015, not Jan 2016 and when I tried ti explain her the same she was rude and not even tried to understand the issue. After 45mins of our conversation, she has transferred call to Narendra. Narendra confirmed that ticket is closed incorrectly and he will reopen and escalate immediately to get it resolved. He has promised me call back exactly in 40 mins on the same day, after we disconnected the call. I have received call back from Narendra ([protected]) after 1hr 15 mins stating the request is taking more time to resolve than promised. I told him that call me later in the day and provide regular updates until the issue is resolved, he has promised me the same and disconnected the call. Till date no response and progress. I have tried reaching HDFC smart buy customer care 5 times and every time call got connected to executive and they have disconnected without speaking to me. Also, sent an email to 'support @smartbuyoffer.co' from '[protected]@gmail.com' on[protected] and till now no acknowledgement.
                          Hope this complaint will be picked by some responsible manager in HDFC smart buy and provide resolution to my issue.

                            It is hereby inform you that i am a consumer of HDFC bank, Dhubri, Assam through a loan vide Loan A/C No 32308085 whereby i have to pay a monthly installment of Rs. 1771/-. In first instance, the said bank cut the first installment through my SBI A/C. Thereafter, the bank concern had not cut said monthly installment amount from the said account even there are plenty of money in the said SBI account rather sending a SMS of overdue. In this regard, i have submitted all the relevant documents with the bank statements of SBI for the kind information of the bank concern and the collecting agent has mailed the same. Thereafter, since after my first installment, i have been paying my all installments through cash by collecting agents of the concern bank and the receipts are with me. Herein mentioned that the concern bank is pressuring and also harassing me even through an SMS to pay the fine amount of Rs. 834/- in due time whereas all the installments are cleared till date.

                            Therefore, it is hereby prayed that kindly issue notice to the bank concern by admitting this petition as to why i have to pay the said fine amount of Rs. 834/- even after paying the installments from time to time. Further prayed that kindly take necessary action for such unnecessary pressure and harassment upon me.

                              Hello, with due respect, I would like to mention here that, hdfc bank credit card department, keeps rejecting/disapproving/declining my credit card application although I have given all the required documents whatever they had demanded like 3 months bank statement, salary slip, pan card, Id proof, company's Id proof etc but without revealing any genuine reason they simply disapproved my application and whenever I made a call to their customer care they usually says, sir you will get a letter with in 7 days revealing the declined reason, but for the last 2 years this is 4th times I had applied for hdfc credit cardapplication#CC26611035 and again got disapproved and again didn't receive any letter from them, I have never ever took any loan, no guarantee of others, no credit at all then why its happening, this attitude of hdfc also hits my cibil score every time they declines which leads to reduce my cibil score affecting my future prospects with other banks too.                                 It's been 3 times that I have called hdfc customer service for an issue related to my bank account and everytime when the call get connected, they disconnects after giving a small welcome speech. It cannot be a co-incident everytime...moreover, being a bank they should have a courtesy to call back, if the line gets disconnected. But I have experienced numerous call for loans which was never asked, but daily 4-5 call for giving loan... Very bad telephonic customer service

                                  I am Anirudh Bohra my HDFC saving account no. is [protected] and my ifsc code is HDFC0000007, I got my account from my employer in 2013 as 0 balance saving account after leaving the job in 2014. I did not use the account and no money has been credited to account few days ago I checked and banlance is Rs. 6900 negative, It is against RBI Rules and regulations .

                                    Today on 22/3/2016 i withdrew an amount of Rs 400/- from HDFC bank atm in Begur road Bangalore. The ATM id is HDF ATM P1DCBU28 Txn# 1194. Among the 100 rs notes one of them is a counterfeited one. The atm even failed to print the receipt, but i have the transaction details in SMS and Internet Banking online pass book. I never expected that a reputed bank ATM will feed with fake currencies. The Serial no printed on the note are uneven size and the paper quality of the note is not crispy but greasy (like magazine paper).

                                        I own a hdfc bank credit card and its been 5months. I couldnt pay the bill of last month in the mean time another bill got generated. Hdfc bank people should understand that we are salaried people and we get the money on 1st of every month. Phone banking executive called me and i told him my due is on 3rd of every month and i will clear it. He said ok and hung up the phone. Today he called me again and harassing me. I was talking to very politely and with his abusive language he made me lose my temper. Dont we people know that we need to pay our bills and is it right to talk to the customers in abusive way. One or two reminders are enough the phone banking people need not call up every day and harasses the customers. The phone banking executive name is G Bhaskar rao. I request to the bank to take immediate action orlese the bank reputation will be in risk in the customers point of view. Please take action against that lunatic.
