My HDFC Bank account no. is [protected] is on Hold.
The reason told to me is non payment of minimum due of my Credit Card (New)No.[protected].
I have old credit card no.[protected] valid from Feb, 2013 to Feb, 2016.
There was amount due in my old credit card and new card was on process.
I did not know that to make payment to which card( old or new).I visited to HDFC GK-2 branch to clear my doubts and they were unable to clarify.
I waited for new card to pay my due, I received it late and my minimum due was increased. Now upto March, 2016 my minimum due was Rs.16, 656/- which I already paid on March 04, 2016.
HDFC hold my whole account, I can not use my money.
Even after so many calls made to them on[protected]/66668102 /61606161 and many more, all numbers are not working or not piced up by anybosy.
If I call to customer care, they transfer calls from one department to another but not able to help.
As I am sincere customer of HDFC paying may all dues of Credit Card since 2013 and also paid my personal loan installments (36) within time, its very unfortunate to hold the account of that customer even the due has been made.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
