credit card account number-[protected] we have already given the money but the bank is denying from the payment we have given and blackmailing on that credit card. the bank is saying that they will consider legal action against us for the recovery of the same. when we a re discussing the same matter with the bank manger they are saying to give more money to recover the account and blackmailing us on this credit card.

    Hi, I am Randhir Bhagat. This complaint is regarding my payment. In my May Bill(bill generate date is 11th, 2015) Total Dues balance was 561.80, and i had made payment on 13th may 2015 by Internet banking(Payment status INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 060515) of this bill but in my Jun bill its not updated In my Jun bill opening Balance is 561.80 . so please check & update my credit card balance . I had send couple of mail to the team but they are not responding. Please find the reference number for the mail: [protected]. Please revert back on my cell or on mail [protected]@gmail.com HDFC team is providing worst service to the customer.

      My credit card was expired in March, 2015. Til date I haven't received the new card. I have waited more than 4 months to receive the new card. Within this time, I have gone to my nearest branch, updated my address. I have called HDFC Credit card for over 5 times. Thrice the card has been sent back as it lacked an office number and department. Fourth time, I have provided with both. Though let me be very clear that there is no idea of department name in an IT office as ours. It's humiliating for a person as me who works in a respected company and HDFC being me salary account thus treats it's customer? I have complained many times that Bluedart's service is completely nonsensical and unacceptable. They provide with a number which does not even exist. I have given enough chances. My experience was similar while applied for the card, and now this. This is simply not acceptable. I take it fault on both of your parties. and I have decided to go to consumer court for this harassment I have been going through months after months. All this while every month the bill is piling up. I have refused to make payment, till I have the card. I have more in balance than I need to pay back. Still they blocked my card when I didnt pay a month. and everyday calling me. But no one bothers that I haven't got the card yet.

        I have an salary account with this company and have applied for a personal loan, they have assured to provide me loan within 3-5 days.. its been a week they have not provided me the loan amount. their representative always have an excuse. worst service by a so called reputed bank.

          Hi Team Had never thought that would have to reach to you for a simple transaction dispute which could have been resolved by HDFC Bank within 3-4 working days. But to your surprise its been 88 days and leave resolution am not getting proper response as well from HDFC bank! I had been chasing up with customerservice for HDFC, their Grievance cell and their branches for about 3 months but no use. At-last thought of contacting their MD, Mr Aditya Puri seeking some positive response but to my surprise that failed too. PFB the mail which I sent to Mr Puri on 13th June 2015 for which I got response on 15th June 2015 that they would get back to me within 4 working days and now it is 21st June but no response. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ From: Garima Gupta To: [protected]@hdfcbank.com, Date: 06/13/2015 03:59 PM Subject: Unaceptable Behavior of HDFC Bank - APW[protected]BG Garima Gupta Hi Aditya Puri It's really shameful that I need to email you to get my issue sorted out. I had made a purchase of Rs. 1567 on 25 March 2015 from Bigbasket using HDFC netbanking via PayuMoney. The transaction was unsuccessful, however the money was debited from my account but the order didn't get place . I waited for 6-7 working days for the amount to be credited in my account. But it didn't. On enquiring with HDFC they advise they transferred the amount of 1567 to Bigbasket on 26th March. I couldn't understand the concept behind this. Now, Bigbasket had refunded the amount to PayU money and PayUmoney had also refunded the amount on 26 April 2015. I have not yet received the amount. Could you please let me know what exacty the issue is? I went to HDFC bank, first time they got a form filled and ask me to wait for 10 working days or so, the next time I went they got another form filled and asked me to wait for another 21 working days. This is really frustrating! I had been chasing up with customer service, Grievance Redressal and HDFC bank for long now but all in vain. I think the customer service could have been much better. It's been around 2.5 months. I really didn't expect this from HDFC. After all this, I won't recommend HDFC to anyone. Grievance Redressal complaint refrence is HBL=[protected]. The last complaint reference ID with Bank is 914365. I know that my money would be credited to my account but the question is WHEN! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Had never thought such a renowned bank would fail in even providing good customer support!               This is to bring to your attention about the malpractices going on in your organization. I bought a Sampoorna Samriddhi Life Insurance Plan in August 2011. I got first call from Ashutosh – Fund Manager HDFC – [protected]. Then his agent/staff kept following with me. As per details provided by him, I am entitled to get the entire Sum Assured alongwith the installment premiums that I pay during the policy period. During all conversations, I asked for leaflet/brochure of the scheme but that was never shown to me. It was only the brand name of HDFC that I trusted and opted for the policy. When the policy was received and I saw only Sum Assured being part of benefits in the policy, I called your executive again who had visited me. He then told me that a separate certificate containing information on redemption of summed premium amount would be sent some weeks after the policy is sent. Post this, I opted for another Sampoorna Samriddhi Life Insurance Plan in Nov 2011 from HDFC. I have kept calling your staff executives since then to have the certificate but have just received either assurances or phone ringing or rude behavior or no. busy status since last 6 months. However, to my surprise, the entire investment planning has turned wrong as I understand from the call centre that there is no certificate provision from the company and the information provided by your team is wrong. The same wrong information was given again and again by all the persons dealing with me. This would have been the case with other customers also surely. I will only get the sum assured amount which is close to half of the installment premiums that I pay plus minor bonuses..after 5 years???? Better option would be to invest in FD or saving account which do not make fool of the people under such big branded names of the companies like HDFC. He has thus cheated me. This is complete breach of trust and forgery and I am no more interested in continuing with this policy. I am hopeful that as the staff executives have shown poor character, the bank higher management authorities will take severe action against such people. I want back the entire premium paid by me with interest within next 30 days I’m sure that action will be prompt and I will not be forced to approach law. I can be telecalled only on [protected] now.                 I having a account in HDFC Bank, old airport, Bangalore.when i joined 1st company, they opened account in HDFC with salary account.i left company 1 year back.when i left company, i cant access employee email id(but i didnt change my phone number).Recently HDFC bank debited amount money (750 rs) with out intimation. so, please solve as soon as possible.

                  Hello there, This is the Worst and cheapest bank i never experienced these many deduction form any other banks so far. But when i opened HDFC salary account through company under these they are deducting so many deductions with prior notice or information. In these Regard i ask everyone to drop/ close your account from HDFC and choose other bank. NOTE: Its worst and gives Bad Experience to All their customers So don't go for HDFC bank in your life

                    Hello Sir/Madam I have got the credit card from HDFC bank. They said that you will get 5% cash back at all petrol pumps and surcharge waived off. But last week I went to HP and filled petrol worth 190 Rs and I was charged 201.40 Rs for the same. When I called customer care, he was saying different thing from the person who offered me the credit card. I logged the complaint online but haven't got any response. Also that person also told me that you will get movie voucher worth 200 Rs. But when I called customer care, he said that there is no such offer is available on your card. From each and every person I m getting different answers for the same query. Please do the needful ASAP.

                      Summary of events: 1. HDFC first wrongly linked my account with some credit card that I NEVER TOOK and marked a lien of 71k or so, without ANY contact to me EVER regarding the outstanding card. 2. I called up customer service and they said they can't do anything about it as the lien has been marked by the credit card division, and that i need to write to them via email. 3. I marked a mail elaborating the issue requesting your team for a resolution, and received a response the following day, which contained 2 contact numbers. But, not to my surprise, NEITHER OF THE NUMBERS WORK. 4. I marked another email stating the numbers arent working and requesting a call back, which also NEVER happened. 5. Validating the sheer incompetence of HDFC as a financial services providers, you then stole the money in my account (WITHOUT an NOC or CALL or EMAIL or STANDING INSTRUCTION!). 6. Today, I received another email wherein the person has asked for my contact number!!! 1 - I had already shared it in my last emails, so the person clearly didn't even have the competence to read an email, and 2 - the bank already has all my details. Have shared the number again, nonetheless. I have already shared all my documents THAT CLEARLY VALIDATE the person accountable for the card is NOT ME, with all possible email IDs shared with me as well as the ones I could find online. To begin with, I cannot have two date of births! According to HDFC customer service, the card holder registered with HDFC has a 'DIFFERENT DATE OF BIRTH' and DIFFERENT ADDRESS. Though the latter is a changeable element, I SURE CAN'T CHANGE MY "DATE OF BIRTH"! Yet, HDFC not only did not even bother to contact me regarding the outstanding fraudulent card (neither before marking lien nor before illegally transferring funds "without" my consent! Intensifying the issue caused by HDFC, I had met with a mishap just a day before you wrongly abducted the ONLY 37K or so I had to my aid. Just to let you know, I've been on my own since my parents' demise about 10 years ago, and right now, I am in deep trouble; all thanks of you people. CURRENT SCENARIO: According to Metro Hospital Noida (ID No: [protected]), as well as Noida Orthopedic Center, I have sustained an internal knee injury (medial meniscus tear), and may need surgery (scans of all consultations attached). Thanks to you people, now, not only I am in no position to finance the treatment, but also had to "arrange" 6K, to be able to pay for the MRI and the ride to the imaging center (scan attached); as based on the MRI, the doctors will decide whether the injury needs a surgery or will self-heal. Regardless - as I have REPEATEDLY STATED in emails, as well as to your customer service agents who are any case nothing more than software programs with little to no artificial intelligence - for the last time: I NEVER TOOK ANY CREDIT CARD FROM "ANY" BANK, LET ALONE HDFC’s. Kindly look into the matter and remove the lien from my account, so that I may attempt to reconstruct my life back to normalcy, as I am already on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I had lost my job last month, so the money you have wrongfully abducted was essentially the only financial support I had until I find a new one, which now I CANNOT AS I CAN BARELY WALK and neither have the money to buy myself a treatment! If I am prescribed surgery - which you know I am in NO POSITION TO FINANCE - I will have no option but to request redressal from the concerned banking ombudsman, or probably consumer court or human rights cell, as of course, I can't let my leg rot due to "your" incompetence. Technically, now HDFC owes me a decent compensation for loss of time and the mental anguish that I am going through. Probably you don't realize, but your pathetic acts do serious damage to real people. STOP ROBBING PEOPLE Account number: [protected] Amount transferred: 37, 882 (screenshot attached) Card number wrongly associated with my account: [protected] (as communicated by HDFC customer care) What you people have done is heinously wrong, unethical, and SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE by all conceivable standards, and I will certainly go legal about this If immediate action isn't taken; or probably my friends will, if i hang myself due to the agony you people have caused. If I lose my leg, you'd surely have a MUCH LARGER reason to worry about. Attached with this email, are scans of: 1- My PAN card 2- My address proof 3- Medical document from Metro Hospital 4- Medical document from Noida Orthopedic Center 5- Bill of MRI scan Besides, EVEN IF I WAS A DEFAULTER, HDFC DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE GUIDELINES PRESCRIBED BY RBI'S FAIR PRACTICES CODES. As I simply cannot go by another day without the funds i had, would request you to look into the matter and provide an immediate resolution.                           I had taken a policy named sanchay from the agent of HDFCLife . they provided me wrong information on account which i cancelled it. Cancellation message was received by me on 02.06.2015. But customer care still saying that there is no cancellation. Whereas the HDFC life Branch sec-3 Rohini Branch near M2k cinema hall Delhi says refund request has been posted. Still not i have received the payment of Rs/ 52000/- which was deducted from my credit card. Attitude of HDFC life is pathetic. I have never interacted with such irresponsible company. when i complaint to [protected]@hdfclife.com they say contact Branch. Branch is not doing its work.                                 I bought the policy HDFC pro growth plus . The Policy No. 17534458 Due to personal reason I wanted to cancel it. Within the look up period . I have sent them 2 courior - original policy document and cancelled cheque, cancellation request form, written letter to main branch (hdfc life insurance company ltd, mahalaxmi, Mumbai) on 17 Apr 2015. I have screen shots of courior details I have sent and proof that they have received it. My original document courior was received by Mr Ganesh . After sending courior also i mail them that i have sent these documents etc. Later also I have sent a lot of mails regarding this . But in every mail they says they are processing the request .They didnt receive required document. They should have tell which document is required, what they didnt receive. After 2 months now they are telling they didnt receive any document at all . Now I dont have my original document also . What I should do now. I am really fed up with such worst service . How Can i trust them in future. For purchase of policy daily they used to send proper mail with clear details. But for cancellation noclear detail at all. I dont understand why they are not cancelling the request. Within look up period I have sent them all required documents. They cant say lie that they havent receive any documents . I dont want my advance premium i paid. Let them keep it. But they should atleast tell some solution clearly. I dont want to loose money with such service. Either they should cancel my policy or return my original documents back. I wont pay my premium till I receive my documents. Kindly do the needfull ASAP.

                                  We are senior citizen and I visited with my wife to HDFC Bank, Sector 23, Dwarka, N.Delhi in May 2015 for making F.D. of Rs. 2.00 Lacs from her HDFC account. Details are as mentioned in my wife letter of 6th June 2015 below : "6th June 2015 To HDFC Bank Ltd. Manish Global Mall, Plot No. 2, Sector – 22, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075 Kind Attn : Mr. Raghvendra Kumar, Dy. Mgr. (M: +[protected] Sub : Issue of HDFC Life Insurance Policy no. 17628820 without my knowledge Dear Sir, In the month of May 2015, I visited your branch and wanted to make a fixed deposit of Rs. 2.00 Lacs. On your suggestion and proposal for investing Rs. 50, 000.00 out of Rs. 2.00 Lacs for better returns in coming years by investing in some balance fund of equity market, we agreed for the same. However, we were never informed by HDFC Bank that this investment of Rs. 50, 000.00 shall be through HDFC Life. When we received the courier on[protected] having HDFC Life insurance policy no. 17628820 in my name, I was surprised and shocked as we never applied for the same. In fact, we find that my signature on your prescribed form were wrongly used as a HDFC Life insurance and I take this matter very seriously and this is a some sort of cheating with your customer. On the contrary, Fixed Deposit Certificate of Rs. 1, 50, 000.00 has not been issued by HDFC Bank in the last 15-20 days in spite of several reminders. In the context of above, I return my this HDFC Life insurance policy and request you to please cancel this policy with immediate effect. You are also requested to refund my total amount of Rs. 2.00 Lacs immediately as we no longer interested to go for even fixed deposit with your bank due to wrongful action and misinformation about my investment. We were advised to visit HDFC Life, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi for cancellation. We visited HDFC Life, Sector 5 office on[protected] and returned the policy. Acknowledgement was issued and we were assured of full refund of Rs. 50, 000.00 within a week time. Today, on 18th June 2015, my wife got SMS that Rs. 48, 616/- has been credited to her account. It means, Rs. 1384/- was deducted. This is fraud by both HDFC Bank and HDFC Life with us second time in a month. First issuing HDFC Life policy without our consent and then deducting Rs. 1384/- also. Two officials of HDFC Bank visited my residence at around 8.00 PM on[protected] requesting us again and again not to forward this issue to IRDA. But they are charging bounce amount and interest. HDFC Teller called me that month and ask me pay by online Rs. 6893+1. And I get confirm that won't get bouncing charge. As of now they are not responding correctly. here I attached my bank statement details and highlighted the balance amount. Thanks,

                                    This fellow tried to take money from my account, i received to OTP msges and asked that number. i dint share with him.

                                    I purchased I phone through hdfc consumer durable loan. But it's worst service. My last emi not deducted on 5.12.18, that's my last emi. But not deducted yet. I couldn't find out any customer care no., bill desk Or email ID for this resolvation. I am still waiting for that. Not received any single call from worst bank of HDFC Bank.

                                        Bank mailed me that ""This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the transaction of Rs. 8, 605.00 on 21-Apr-2015 at M/s snlivesolution_PayTM. As appraised earlier, we request to contact merchant and return the parcel to the merchant and revert to us with the copy of Airway bill/POD of the product returned along with cancellation confirmation from merchant. On receipt of the same, we shall liaise with the member bank for resolution. In the absence of these documents we will be unable to credit your card account for the above transaction . We also wish to confirm that we have held the above mentioned transaction as disputed and hence further finance charges would not be levied on the card account with regard to this transaction until completion of investigation. You mentioned that we are in receipt of the product from the merchant and asked to return that and send a copy."" I replied that We want to make it clear that we don't receive any product, we have received one-assit parcel for card insurance. You can check with the merchant regarding the delivery address and match it with my address then only you can arrive at a decision. Hope a positive response K. Vijayaraagavalu [protected].
