i went for a one of your ATM centre which in Arrumbakkam, Chennai, while with drawing the cash the entire ATM centre power went off, their was no UPS back up and the no security, when i enquired for the Security near by the Security guard is inside the near by showroom chatting with the other security,
when i called him and said about the incident he was blind and saying i don't know, you call the bank, and he doesn't know any customer care number and their was no customer care number written in the centre, its really worst, then he gave the number of a person who comes to rectify the issues daily and load the amount, i spoke to him he is saying go and switch on the machine it will work, . i done that too and called him and said though the machine is not on, his reply was very rude and lethargic,
i said my problems and asked him what is the solution he replied me saying speak to your bank people..
ATM is meant for safety in carrying the cash in a card and for emergency purpose,
though you people open a ATM in every 4 Kms and publish yourself, but no service nothing in the ATM centre,
really worst in service and the guy who spoke to me was very rude, , worst customer service..
no value for customer in your HDFC Banks..
Such kind of experience i haven't faced before at any banks ..
