I am using an NRE Account of HDFC BANK, As I live out of india, whenever I try to use net banking for transactions sometimes i get OTP and sometimes not. I informed customer care many times and everytime they say there was a problem and its fixed now. I am fed up with this issue as it stuck and make me loss many times because urgent transactions could not be done. Poor service, Planning to change the bank

    My name is mansoor sayed holder of hdfc discover card holder[protected] i had called customer service looking for some information about the hdfc ergo health insurance which was cancelled and the refund amount of 4470 was supposed to be on my credit card.
    However, when i called the cust care i was informed that i only had some 1600 rs on my card without giving me any breakdown of what i was charged wherein i had paid all my payments on time or before in full.
    Very disappointed and looking forward to cancel my credit card the agent also didn’t take my call back number which is [protected] available between 10am to 1 pm.

        Respected Sir, I am Alok Kumar Swain, I am very distress about the notice given by HDFC Bank . let me explain this .. my Credit card number is [protected] Sir, In 28 April 2014 I newly appointed in Oodles technologies Pvt ltd. after 1 month company has made the compulsory account from HDFC bank. and I made too. but I have not interested for the Credit Card Facilities, But the Executive Agent named Mr. Mukesh compelled me and forcefully motivated for register for credit card.after that I said ok. I am not a well known about the credit card .I used that card 3 to 4 month for a low budget shopping like maximum 500 to 2000 in a month each.and paid by last date of the months. but on months of september 2015 i resigned my job due to some unavoidable circumstances .and decide to prepare myself for any govt competatives exams like railways, banking etc.when I left Gurgaon to Orissa (Orissa is my home town in Dhenkanal) that time I clear around 4500/- and another 550/- due was pending for the next month. I thought I will pay around 550/ when I ll have the balance in my account.and my wallet lost during the travelling by train, while travelling Delhi to BBSR. and some days later I blocked the Credit card by customer care of hdfc. after came to village Surapratap pur In Orissa.And I not checked the coz no internet in my village. And Now I get the Notice from HDFC due fine is around 7812/-. due till October 14 to july 15. How can they added the fine .form october to till date I ma not using the account and the credit card Sir Please help me as soon as possible Thanking you Alok Kumar Swin [protected]

How can they added the fine .from October to till date I am not using the account as well as credit card
        But while I paid the bill after that I have seen there was around Rs. 549.50 and something of rupees due for the next months due to unemployment, I didn't summit the rest 549.50 /- now it noticed me Rs.6366.37. when I have seen that recently I called the customer care and then asking about my problem then the care center advised me to your card has been blocked so we can't give the information regarding details and given a number i.e "[protected]" and told me talk to him . when I told him the details he said me you have to pay the total amount of Rs.7697. and finish it . and permanently your card ll be deactivate and no further charge will be made.
        After that in the same day he told me call to that number given in that Notice named Mr Ashish Kumar Sharma at[protected]. I called up; one lady spoke to me and told me that final amount you have to pay Rs.7812 I got shocked. Different amount are increased by diff person.
        And Sir let me know When I Blocked the card and not shopping at all after that the fine dues are increased around above 11000 monthly?How?

            this is regarding the order id [protected] for ticket booking from hdfcbankallmiles.com site for flight tickets from delhi to bangalore on 8th june 2015 nut unfortunetaly cancelled ticket on 9th june but till now not received the refund amount and daily customer care is telling it will done today, kindly solve the issue otherwise i have to take some action

              An year back I was presented with an offer for Life time free platinum debit card. The offer was presented on two occasions, 1. My net banking showed the offer on numerous times. 2. HDFC Call center told about the available on a/c offer for upgrade. Now, after an year, I have been charged Debit Card Fee and HDFC callcenter is completely back tracking and saying the Card was not Free. I have lodged a complaint (TELC[protected]) with HDFC CC but I am 100% sure that the siphoned charges would not be reverted. Through this text I am trying to highlight the practice. Currently, I have asked the card to be blocked so that I am not charged any further. The CSR has told me of no further charges after blocking but, with my trust in HDFC, I highly doubt it. But, against all odds, I would like to request for review through 'consumer complaints'.

                Hi Sir/Madam, I was taken the housing loan from HDFC A/C No:[protected] last December 05 2014. Initially while visiting the site the builder stepstone said that project was entirely (Total 146 Units) approved by HDFC(Housing Development Finance Corporation limited) and the same confirmed by Sales person Suresh Anand from HDFC (ITC Centre, Anna Salai, Chennai) as well, so I planned to take the home loan through HDFC as they have already verified all the legal and valuation and approved the project.. Believed that will be safe if it taken a loan from HDFC and applied the loan without self-checking legal outside as I was fully confident with them and taken housing loan through HDFC and registered the documents same in Registrar office Tambaram Chennai. Actually I was advised that the flat plan was major deviation and not as per plan approval given by CMDA/Local Body. I am sure that HDFC blindly approved and provided housing loan for the Flat and totally major deviation made by builder stepsstone in the flat and not as per plan approved by CMDA/Local Body. Even the builder did not interest to apply CMDA/Local Body for revised plan approval before making the changes and simply combine flats without get the revised approval from CMDA/Local Body or respective government authorities who early provided approval for only two single BHK First and second floor number called F6 & S4 separately in Block P Krita Project. The builder was combine two flats as a duplex flat without revised plan approval and they decided themselves and built this flat against CMDA/local body approval plan. Actually I was applied the housing loan in HDFC only after structural construction completed by the builder in that project so if HDFC has done site valuation properly they should know about the major deviation, It seems either they did not check anything or hide favour of the builder . If HDFC has checked legal and the site valuation of the building properly as per the plan approval of CMDA/Local body before sanction the loan defiantly they should know about that major deviation in the flat and they should have rejected the housing loan application for the major deviation but the bad thing is they simply accepted this major deviations. It clearly seems that HDFC did not check any legal and site valuation of the building as per the plan approval of the CMDA/Local body and simply sanctioned the loan blindly and full favour of builder, however there is major plan deviation made by builder without any approval from respective CMDA/Local body and they directly decided themselves and combine the flat F6 and S4 in ‘Block P’ as a duplex flat for their business and this is totally major deviation. I visited the HDFC Ltd ITC centre and asked the clarification about this issue and they did not respond anything and giving certificate to the builder. Finally the builder stepstone said they can get the revised approval plan for the flat which they made violation. After 1 week they said the file is submitted in the authorities office for the changes, so I just went to the office to know about the status of the progress and came to know there is nothing submitted from them. I called them and asked why you given wrong commitment and they simply said you need to cancel the flat so we will return your money back. I don’t have an option because the flat is not proper plan and bank HDFC Ltd is fully favour for the builder and co-ordinated for this violation. So I accepted to cancel. I have lost my money hardly earned which I paid to the bank for processing fees and MOD charges 8 months of my time and many things due to the bank and builder. Please take necessary action against them then only other people will not affect. HDFC is charging some of the amount for legal and valuation but they are not checking legal and if customer comes with problem simply say we are not responsible for those things and blame the customers.                   This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 4th July 2015 my salary account, mentioning about ' DEPOSITORY CHARGES MAY[protected] on demat account. I hve never used this account. I am shocked to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. Please help and givem me an update on [protected]@yahoo.com

                    My Son Raghav Chadha having an account in your HDFC Bank Meharuli, New Delhi-110030 branch had opened an account on 27/3/2014 having an account number as-[protected]-customer id 54254978. He was a student of 12th standard at the time of opening the accounts and even now is a college student. I Naresh Chadha also have an account in the above branch since last five years and since its a new branch, there is continuous effort by your branch staff to open as many as accounts as they can. As mentioned above my son is student had opened accounts by depositing Rs 11000/- as an amount asked by the bank. But to our surprise his accounts have been debited Rs 3810 approx since last almost one year for not maintaining the AMB. In this regard I wish to mention that while opening the accounts, we were not given any such advice of maintaining the minimum balance and since I also hold an account in the bank since last five years, it was told that the same shall be clubbed with my accounts which falls in the Classic Customer Category. But despite of this his account has been debited continuously which went unnoticed at our end. When I asked them as to why it has happened, they all started cutting sorry figure now. I wish to ask you that how do you expect a student to maintain the minimum balance in his accounts whereas he is non-working. At the time of filling the form there is column which asks about the profession and it was categorically mentioned that he is student. Moreover accounts are opened in the banks for saving the money and not for losing the money like this. Moreover when it had been clubbed with my account then why the money is being debited like this. I have ran from pillar to post and only getting the false promises by the Relationship Manager to roll back all the debited amount but nothing is done so far. Every time on asking them the status, I am told that the matter is under process and shall take indefinite time. I am approaching you now with the request that the total amount debited Rs 3819 approx. in my son's account be reversed immediately and no amount should be debited to his account in future else I shall be left with no other option but to close all the three accounts I am holding and shall also break the Fix Deposit done recently for Rs 2 Lacs. I will also see as how to recover this debited amount by approaching the consumer court. HDFC Bank is not the only bank for opening accounts and there are many other banks available for opening accounts who are giving equally good services and facilities and there no dearth of banks. On the one hand our Govt is encouraging people to open accounts in the bank and on the other hand if you debit like this the hard earned money of their parents is not all accepted. I hope you will not give me any such opportunity to take any such step and shall come to my rescue immediately by instructing the branch to do the needful.                           By mistake I remitted Rs15000 through NEFT from my Allahabad Bank Account on 02/07/2015 to my son's expired HDFC Bank Credit Card no [protected]. UTR no - ALLAH[protected]. Till now I have not received refund. My bank is not updated about fate of transaction. Email from my bank to HDFC NEFT dept is unanswered. Please guide me & help me in recovering the amount.

It is very unfortunate that the billing of my account has been come excess for the past three month and despite talks with HDFC executives and costumer care, my problem is remain the same and I am suffering from mental torture.                               Dear Sir, My policy number 12717777 is surrendered more than one month before still I am not received the amount.16 june -15 HDFC transfer the amount to my NRE account with some documentary mistake then 22- june -2015 HDFC send a message amount cheque sent to my address through blue dart courier AWP No, [protected], This I check with blue dart courier service, this was not received from HDFC. also I was checked the blue dart online status of this AWP number, I surprised this number is not available.. That time I understand HDFC try to cheating me. So I kindly requesting this policy amount I need tomorrow before evening from our nearest branch in Thiruvalla, otherwise I will inform this cheat to social media as well as visual media. This money I need to require very urgently. When HDFC approaching us very politely, surrendering is very difficult in my experience. I hope a immediate action.                                   To whom it may concern.. I, Ms. Indira Majumdar, own a savings account which is also a salary account in your bank at Malancha Branch, Tollygunge, Kolkata. I work in a school for which all transactions are operated through this branch. My complaint is I do not have access to my savings account, it has been blocked past 7 days due to which I have not been able to draw any amount of money till this date. Not only that, I will not be able to repay my loan amount for this month, even my credit card payment bounced back as no money could be drawn against my Debit Card or Cheque. I contacted the nearest branch at Tollygunge, Malancha, Kolkata, wrote a complaint, had a talk with Mr.Banerjee who is looking into the matter who says that due to an attempt of hacking by fraudsters my account has been blocked. But the bank did not inform me anything about it past 7 days, until I today visited personally and cleared the issue. It is a big lapse on your part for not intimating me so long due to which I am so harassed, running everyday from one ATM to another, but to no avail.                                     I applied for the hdfc life click 2 protect plus (Regular pay) policy from hdfc life insurance by submitting all the necessary documents and also premium amounting cheque of rs. 7, 835 / - which was informed to me based on the policy i was taking.

                                    The payment receipt recd from them is also attached for your reference.

                                    Thereafter i was informed to take a medical test; which was done successfully and reports were sent to them directly.

                                    After that i recd the attached email dtd 23. 03. 15 showing that there have been some problem in my medical test results, as such the premium amount is revised from rs. 7, 835 / - to rs. 12, 536 / - and if application is to be processed further than i have to pay the balance amount.

                                    I decided to opt out of the policy and submitted the attached consent letter on 30. 03. 15 asking to refund my money.

                                    But still even after three months i have not recd my money back.

                                    I tried to email hdfc life customer support also, but they are saying that they have not recd any such consent letter. After that i also submitted withdrawal letter along with a cancelled cheque. But still i have not received my money.

                                    I am not getting my money back. I cannot imagine that such a company like hdfc will do this type of irresponsible things. They have literally taken my money and slept.

                                      HDFC Bank has looted my money worth INR 47, 000 without even informing me stating non-payment of credit cards. However they didnt understand my frustration i had with them for not issuing credit card when i wanted and also i told them to close my credit card (which they did immediately). However, when i said am not making payments only because of your poor customer service, they dont care about it. They have looted my hardened salary (18 hrs a day of toil). When i call them for refund, they speak bull policies which none of the customers in the world would know. I want my money back and this HDFC credit card be sued and pay me 5 lacs as compensation for the disgrace i have been facing.

                                        I didn't receive my check amount. It was a SBI treasury bank cheque. It was return saying paper not received. These guys are not giving cheque physically to SBI. When will I be able to receive my cheque amount? I maintain in this bank a minimum balance of 10000. Higher than any other bank.
