Dear Concern, This is in Reference to My Credit Card Application Number CC22851775 under Ref No. [protected]N3. Today, I have checked the status showing Disapproval of the same. Request you please brief me about the same on my mail ID or contact to me. This is very shameful about your bank and your agencies guys who misunderstood the customers i.e salary should be only 15000/- and your credit card would be make in next 10 days once processing of your file.     Sir, I wanted to purchase a flat at Spandan (1 Bhk) at Shukhobrishti Housing Plot at No E/1/E/2 Rajarhat Newtown Action area III kol-700135. I was forced to buy the Project Brochutre for Rs 750/- without allowing me allowing me to open the brochure and look into the terms and conditions mentioned in it. I bought the brochure at HDFC Bank Sarat Bose Road. Those people who were selling the brochure were representing Bengal Shapoorji Housing Development Pvt ltd Kol ( email Kolkata.[protected]@shapoorji.com ). They told me unless I pay Rs 750/ for the brochure I cannot look into the terms and conditions mentioned inside the brochure. After payment of Rs 750/- I was allowed to get a look inside the details in the brochure. The terms and conditions mentioned inside the brochure for 1bhk flat were it is written the gross monthly income should be within 15000/- per month. As my income xceeds much above the above amount so I was not qualified to apply for the 1Bhk flat. So if they had allowed me to look at the brochure I would have paid Rs 750/-. So I feel the company fooled the people for buying the brochure before looking the terms and conditions inside. I fel this a clear case of misleading add were a company makes money through selling brochures at high price without a chance to look inside before buying.     Sub: Adopting not ethical methods in the process.

    I, Rudrani Chowdhury am an executive working for M/s Tata Projects Limited. I joined the company in July 2018.

    In my eagerness to acquire an affordable property around Kolkata I had applied for the Spriha class of housing in your acclaimed project under BSHDPL.

    In my declaration for the application, I had mentioned about my IT return for the financial year 2018-19, because I have been employes only from JULY 2018 though it was mentioned that allotment was to be determined on the basis of annual income for the financial year 2017-18.

    I do not stand to be selected for allotment of Application No: 120456 -- Apartment no. H/106/0405(Spriha) at Sukhobrishti, Phase 9 vide your letter Ref No. P9/120456/IFD dated 08.06.2019. I was astonished to see that i have been selected.

    Accordingly, I submitted the necessary documents as per the GTC applicable. My eligibility in the draw of lots had convinced me that my IT return for 2018-19 was accepted as my basis of income.

    However, subsequently, I received calls from Shukhobrishti office (Mr. Palash Mitra) asking me to furnish my IT return for the financial year 2017-18. I had filed my IT returns for the financial year 2017-18 declaring therein the meager sum of INR 3000 per month that I used to receive from my family to sustain during[protected] post graduation course and also because I had started to file TAX returns for availing the IT return for the 6 months internship that i had done from Dec 2015-May 2016.

    I promptly sent the scanned signed copy of my 2017-18 IT returns. Following this, I once again received call from Shukhobrishti office(or from Mr Palash Mitra) to send my IT return for 2017-18 asking me to declare that I was a self employed person filing income tax knowing that I was not. That scanned copy of my signed declaration was also sent to you through email though it was never confirmed or acknowledged. Thus this made me realize that it was not accepted and I was not eligible, as this is not by ethical means.

    As i was worried, I re read the GTC (Provisional), Point no. 9 attracted my attention which specifically states that if at any stage it is found that the applicant had applied although he/she was not eligible, the allotment shall be cancelled summarily.

    I am apprehensive that my eligibility for draw of lots and subsequent allotment of apartment on the basis of IT returns for 2018-19 might always remain as a sticking point in the future.

    I have just begun to step in my career and I believe I need not indulge in any impropriety-however subtle it might be, at any stage of my professional life.

    I request you to consider my case sympathetically and consider me as ineligible for the draw of lots on the basis of IT returns furnished for 2018-19 and refund my application money accordingly.

    Will be awaiting your response.

    My 5 mails to kolkata.[protected]@shapoorji.com have remained unresponded to and two mails to [protected]@shapoorji.com have been sent back as the mail ID doesn't exist.

    I am hopeful that my mail to WEST BENGAL HOUSING INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY will be acknowledged and looked into.

      I have been trying to update my address with HDFC Securities for my Trading Account[protected] for several months now but hardly getting any support. My physically submitted applications at trading office of Garia was misplaced by the bank representative. Then when I contacted the customer care I was informed to courier the application directly to the Mumbai customer care desk. Hence, I had couriered an address change request to your Mumbai Office (Customer Care Desk HDFC securities Limited, Trade Globe, 2nd Floor, Kondivita Junction, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 059) on 6th May 2015. The address change form and the necessary proof were received on 7th May 2015. However, the address was not updated and nothing was communicated to me by HDFC Securities. Now when I am following up with the phone banking I was first informed that we have not received any application, when I confirmed that the courier has been delivered then I was informed that the application has been rejected because it is not stamped by the local bank representative (which was not informed as a mandatory requirement). Would request to take up the matter and get my address updated as its not desirable that I again submit a fresh application and incur the courier charges again.

              I have salary account with HDFC bank and I wanted to invest to my some money so I visited HDFC bank here in Ahmedabad(Bopal Junction Branch). I wanted to buy Mutual funds and Mr Mohammadshahid Ansari Attanded me. He explained me that you will get more returns in our other investment policy and He also mentained that I will get 13% to 18% average return in our investment policy. I was agreed to invest in this policy but I had never signed in form of this investment. Next day 25000 deducted my my account and I got message from HDFC bank that "Dear Customer, pls note important details regarding your insurance Application No. XXXXXXXXXXXX44848"; INR 25000 premium payable on annual mode for 10 year(s). TnC apply-HDFC Life. I was socked after read this message. when I called mr Ansari he said only one thing that He submitted form by my permission because my signature was on the form. I have certain issues related this: 1. I was never maintained that "POLICY IS LONG TERM POLICY". 2. It is not an Investment Its a Life Insurance 3. I had signed on mutual funds form then how my signed came in form of Life Insurance? Obviously, I had gone to buy mutual funds and He took my signature in form of Life insurance form by cheating and also used my documents which were given for Mutual funds. Its fraud as well as mismarking on name of HDFC. Mr.Ansari Attanded on your behalf. I was not expecting this from HDFC bank and very obviously I need my money back. If you can't do this I am ready to do legal process because 25, 000 is not small amount for me. Another thing is that I have not get any other documents by mail or courier for this life insurance. I can't track my policy status. This was very bad experience with HDFC so now I am not going to invest anything with HDFC bank. I need my money back at any cost. Please reply from your side what can you do otherwise I will have to go for Legal action against Mr Ansari as well as HDFC. Call me for any console my number is [protected]

                    Dear Sir, I am using HDFC credit card . On 10th of June I got call from 140 no series. A lady told me about insurance policy.I told her that I have no interest in Accidental policy but she told me that is compulsory and totally refundable. After activation of policy I asked to HDFC credit card customer care . They told me that there is no refund in policy and not mandatory policy in credit card. Then I called to HDFC ERGO customer care regarding cancellation of policy on 11th June. He gave me request no 11714632 and Policy ref no PN[protected] and told me that if i cancelled policy within lookup period then whole amount will be refunded. Next day got call from HDFC ERGO for confirmation of cancellation. I recieved the call and request them to cancel the policy. They told me that it will be cancelled within 10 days. But now I am getting again from 140 no. series. A lady name priya is talking very rudely that policy cann't be cancelled and if you cancelled than no amount will be refunded. I want to know why policy cann't cancelled. I have raise request on 11th June then whole amount will be refunded.                       HDFC bank has gone crazy like anything they have started deducting TDS from salary account on amount credited by company.                           I had salary account with HDFC bank a/c no: [protected]. I closed this account because they convert this account to saving a/c with minimum balance of 10, 000 per month without my knowledge and any notification via email. That's why I have to pay Rs 5, 500 no maintaining the balance charges to close the account. My request is to refund this money as they have not send any notification as they're going to change my salary a/c to saving account. I have contacted the bank and they told me that I have to pay this amount then only they will close the account. I don't have any options at that time that's why I paid the amount and request to close the account now the a/c is closed but I need my money refunded as this is not legitimate charges.                             Dear Sir, I had taken a new policy ‘HDFC classic assure plus” no. 17369352. I have following issues with this policy as below. 1) Policy given to me directly by company as telephonic discussion with Sonia Malhotra, Arti, Nitin, contact no.-[protected] (Directly communication with these three as direct employee of company) 2) Discount given to me is 30% of yearly premium & the benefit will given according to principal premium 3) i.e. principal premium – 60K, after 30% discount premium is 42K, but all benefit will given according to 60K 4) Total amount will pay after maturity will 8.4 Lac. 5) When received the bond there was huge difference found 6) I call immediately again the above mention number for verification & they committed the new policy bond will generated & send to you 7) Till then no any revised bond received 8) Now they have stopped to pick my calls Please do needfull

                                During my account opening formalities the executive asked me to open a free HDFC DMAT account. Now I am getting mails and messages that you are crossed upper limit of RS200 which was never told to me as it was sold as a Free account for employees. Regarding this I have already visited nearest branch and given the DEMAT account closure form on 16th may and i paid RS.875/-and they said within 10working days you will get the 3/4th amount, but still now I am getting mails regarding the trading account statement and also money not yet reversed. Please look into this and request you to reverse the charges that was levied on me unnecessarily. I got call from HDFC regarding closure of Demat A/C, she said that again I need to pay RS 275/- for closing this A/C but you will not get any amount reversal and also she said DEMAT A/C is different Trading A/C is different, but I have not used these DEMAT A/C till now, I don’t know how to deal with it, kindly help me to get the A/C closure and reversal of 3/4th of the amount as she told, I have attached the receipt how much I paid on 16th may, This is my kind request for looking into this ASAP.

                                  Hi Team, This is a fraud complaint because I've not applied for any HDFC credit card and I'm in Dubai from last 4years. Yesterday I recieved SMS on my India number that my credit card application is under prosessing vide SP01081831. Kindly cancel this immidiatly else i will lodge an FIR. I would like to know how someone use my details and from where you get my details and issued credit card without any verification. Regards Arif

                                    I have a salary account in HDFC Bank. I am using only this facility provided by the bank. But an amount 561.80 INR has been deducted in the name of Depository Charges from my account without my consent. I want to get back the money...Because I do not use any other facility of this bank knowingly. Thanks..
