An unauthorised transaction was done on my Credit Card on 29/05/2015 for which i have made complaint to the customer care executive and got my card blocked. It was told that send a mail to "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" raising the dispute by filling the Card Holder Dispute Form. When i sent the mail, it was not delivered. Again i called Customer Care, it was told that the correct mail id is "cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com". I again sent the mail & again the mail was not delivered. I am fed up with HDFC Bank Services as in the last 2 years, i have to follow up n number of times regarding various issues. I dont know what to do next. Each and every time they take 10-15 minutes hence further loss of call charges are there.

    Dear Sir, I am Rinku Mittal from Haridwar. I am using HDFC Superia Credit Card ending ****6720. One day I got a call from [protected] HDFC Bank sales executive. I dont remember the name of the person but he gave me the name of person raju datta from kolkata office and office number[protected]. Initially he told me the following  Your Credit card has a lot of offers.  You can get discount on every purchase of online sites (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) and top stores (e.g. Reliance Super Mall, Shopper Stop etc.).  The above is always with your card that means you will get discount life Time on your credit card.  The Credit card will be life time free. There is no, one time Charge will be taken from you per year.  To avail this you need to take a Health Insurance and a Life Insurance from HDFC ERGO.  The Premium of around 500rs and processing fees will be deducted per month from your credit card for two years. After hearing the above, I told him, I don’t need any Insurance as I have everything. He told me, Sir don’t worry about the above premium, it just a security deposit kind of thing. If you will not claim anything in the coming two year the whole premium will be returned to your credit Card again. After much dilemma I finally agreed to take the above Insurance by thinking such discount offers etc. I also asked him please send me a written document which states that the above offer will be valid for my credit card life time. He ignore the above statement sometime but when I asked for written document frequently in the conversation, he told me it will take around 45 days to prepare the written document of the above offer. Now They have deducted the premium of Rs.497.44 in this month plus 300 rs processing fees from my credit card. The Policy Number is[protected] . The sales executive also provide me this office Number[protected] and told me that I can reach mr raju datta any time in office hour whenever I face any issues regarding any discount on my credit card. Now the Real Fact of the above things: Currently I am not getting any discount from my credit card on purchase from online sites or Big stores. I called to customer care they have not given any information regarding this. Please clarify this matter or i will take action. Regards, Rinku Mittal [protected]

      Iam affraid that in my CIBIL report page number 4 1st section credit card still showing outstanding. I belive that i paid full amount of all my credit cards outstandings and i have not done any settlements of my credit cards why because i was working in Banking industry due to banking policy i should not have any pending outstanding of credit cards so i have closed with full amount. Now i have checked my CIBIL report there is one credit card is still showing as outstanding pending which is not correct.         Hi, I am from chennai. Complaint is on security who speaking harshly to the customer in Thiruverkadu HDFC ATM., near siva agency. Date june 1st. 7am Its very bad to behave by a security on customer who coming to ATM. Its very uncomfortable that he is sitting inside the ATM itself, can't type pin code freely. Please take some needful actions.

            my customer no. 22727096 hdfc cutomer id hi i have credit card which hostiled i dont know why it happened im in financial crisis but this month my salary got swiped by your hdfc bank credit card division but they promised me that i have to pay only Rs.54, 000 but in my a/c they deducted Rs.25, 593 and yet to pay 76, 000 i dont know about your promise and commitment to customer if somebody has a/c with you. You can do anything without their permission this is how you treat customers. Because of this i dont have single penny in my hand this is the worst case in my life i really hate HDFC bank and im going to take action against this please provide proper response im loyal customer since 2007 but treated like i dont have word to say this is simply killing customers loyalty if anything can be done from your side if you have authority. please revise my charges in my a.c i have -76000 it is ridiculous please give justice im willing to pay my outstanding if it is proved dont cheat innocent customers even they are tenured more than 8+ years this is truly degrades your values i want to go further with hdfc but it treats me nuts and guides me to find a legal solution for this im paid 26000 willing to pay only 30000 thousand thats what i can do please give me justice review my a/c thanks i have no source to live my life without notifying me they are deducting the money for no reason this is truely injustice this cant be happen to any of our customer they loose trust in banks.

            Dear mascotrl,
            Feeling sorry for you. You broke my 1st rule of banking. Never take any load nor credit card from the bank where you have salary account / savings account. Sometimes it's a must to have savings account so open it, but keep minimum balance. It is perfectly legal for the bank to debit "pending" amount of your credit card / loan without your specific consent / approval. Now whatever done is done. Now, let's see what can you do now. 1. Check your credit card statement. If you don't agree with any transaction, dispute it now. Send email or registered post letter to bank. If you walk into the bank and handover the letter, get the acknowledgement stamp from bank. Preserve the receipt. 2. Send reminders if you don't get response or the answer you got is not satisfactory. Again it should be email or registered post. 3. Wait for a couple of weeks, if no satisfactory response, send complaint email / registered letter to Grievance Redressal Officer of HDFC. 4. If you still don't get satisfactory response, send complaint email / registred letter to Nodal Officer of HDFC. 5. If you still don't get satisfactory response, send your complaint to Reserve bank of India


            You must to step by step and cannot skip any of these steps and cannot send complaint directly to RBI
            .

              I had hotlisted my credit card and applied for a new credit card with the HDFC Bank. No one took care of my application and I finally had to go to the bank to apply for a credit card. While I was sitting with the Branch Manager of Miyapur branch, Hyderabad, Mr. Srinivas Paboju, he said he would like me to invest more with the bank and said that he will make sure I get the best credit card for my needs. He sold me an insurance plan and said that every year it I will have to pay 1 lac through my credit card in installments. Well, four months have passed and I have not recieved my credit card till date. However, they charged my credit card for the insurance plan they sold to me (which I had agreed to buy out of courtesy) and now they are threatening me to pay it. When I dont have a credit card for four months, how can they charge it?? And why should I pay? Without my credit card I went through a very challenging time for last four months due to my hectic travel. The customer care of HDFC has behaved extremely insensitively. I still receive threatening calls to pay my caredit card which I dont have. I want to sue the bank due to the mental trauma they have caused me.

                          Sub.: Humiliation & harassment by HDFC Bank staffs. Ref.: Proposal No:17583504 of HDFC Bank/Life. Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that on 10th April’15 I applied (online) Term Policy for Rs. 1 CR form HDFC Bank . On that day someone form HDFC Bank called up and said that Policy will be issued within 30days. As per their requirements (i.e. Medical tests, financial documents, KYC etc.) everything has been completed and in the 1st week of May’15 HDFC Bank’s Call Center people stated that my Policy will be issued within next few days as everything is proper. On 8th May’15 I received an e-mail from Ms. Gagandeep Kaur of HDFC Bank and asked me to do all medical tests again for no reason. I was surprised as it may require for one/two tests or something different than earlier tests. Since then I kept on requesting them on Phone (Call Center)/ e-mail for valid reason for repetition but they failed to reply and now they are avoiding though I keep on following up (e-mail & Phone Call). Even I requested them to return my money without deducting any charges as I am not only innocent but also coordinated so far with the HDFC Bank. On 23rd May’15, I had a talk with supervisor of the Call Center(HDFC Bank) Shri Pawan Pardesi, he stated that they will deduct my money (as per their wish) in the name of Medical tests expenses which is completely unfair.                               Inspite of the GR from the Govt of India, MEA on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of HDFC Bank, as address proof for Passport application, the Bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to RBI /2006-07/139, DBOD.No.Leg.BC.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 Banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....

                              Dear team, this is to your kind concern and serious action that need to be taken from your side against some of your employee from hdfc bank and the 3rd party collection department, who are doing the illegal activities which is not at all fruitful for them and the company as a whole. Actually i am having a personal loan from your company having loan account no:[protected], where in i was not able to pay 6 EMIs on time due to my ill health(Lung Infection) and loss of job and in this regards several times i had a word with your direct executives from the bank and the 3rd party collection deptt, but now the circumstances seems to be very poor and filthy as the people from your bank are illegally breaching the line of discipline and taking my call data from my service provider some how and calling to all of them seems very incorrect, pathetic and shameful, moreover there are lots of person from your end who are misusing the numbers by calling the females from my family and friends for which i had warned you people for filling an FIR against the person and the company who is giving them the freedom to do so . My request to you is that i am paying my EMI from last 3 months then why such things are happening and moreover i am not interested to settle the loan amount rather i will be paying my EMI monthly and i had made this clear to you people several times then why such kind of indiscipline and immoral activities are happening. As per the information available to us from the insurer, for your case risk commencement date is 14/11/2014 and the policy issued date is 04/02/2015. However, as you paid 3 months premium which was settled till January 2015. Insurer did not receive the ECS mandate hard copy the Direct Debit is not activated towards the policy and policy was lapsed as the premium due date is on 14/02/2015. Hence, we request you to pay February and March 2015 premium via other mode (Online, Cash, DD, Cheque) and submit the ECS mandate and Cancelled Cheque at any nearest HDFC Life Branch for Direct Debit activation.                                   This is to inform u that I have already sent a complaint to u people for mentally harressment for loan repayment of Mr. Harish Iyer on 19 may 2015 but still now no action is been taken by your side still I keep on getting calls from different with a new name shailesh[protected] for the same so I am really fed up with you people and I'm going to the CBI BRANCH as I have many contacts over there and make a complaint on HDFC BANK for prepairing a fruade documents of mine and mentally harressing me to repay the loan amount of Mr. Harish Iyer so be ready for the further consiquences. Even after this if I get a single call from your side I will make sure that you people pay me a sum of 10 crs and above.

                                    Hi I am Martin from Thane, Maharashtra. I have a personal Loan with HDFC bank. Its EMI date is on 7th of every month. My salary gets credited to my account on 7th of every month by afternoon or evening. I don't have any account balance in my account till my salary gets credited. Every month the above mentioned personal loan is presented in my account by 7th in the morning. Because of insufficient balance in my account, this EMI returns and again presented on the next day ie. by 8th. In second attempt the EMI is presented and the amount gets debited from my account and the statement shows as clear transaction and hence there was not charges. This happens every month. But this month ie. May 2015 the EMI is presented for the personal loan on 7th May in the morning and again the second attempt is made on the same date ie. by 7th May after few hours. Now the bank again presented the EMI on 9th May and this time it has been presented as EMI recoverable amount and the bank also levied charges for EMI returns. This time the bank has not give a gap of 1 day for next attempt. When I talked to the bank they told me, earlier it was not charged, so now they will charge for the previous EMI return as well. But the bank statement showed for previous EMI transaction as cleared transaction and not EMI recoverable amount. During this period I neither got any call nor any email / SMS from HDFC bank. Kindly suggest or help, what action should I take on this regard Thanks in advance.
