I had undergone medical tests as part of HDFC Life's insurance policy check at RV Metropolis, Bangalore in March 2015. At the diagnostic center, there was much confusion regarding my tests, and after some time, the HDFC Life customer service told me that I'd have to pay for the tests. I agreed to this on the condition that they provide me my reports regardless of whether the proposal was declined or not.
The tests were done, and due to my heart condition, the proposal was declined. However, the company is refusing to share the reports with me, even though I have paid about Rs. 2500/- for the tests. I have investigated elsewhere, and it is obligatory for the company to provide the reports if they have taken money for the test, whether the proposal is declined or not.
I need the reports as otherwise I'd have to get the tests done again, which would be a waste of time and money. I have already called/emailed/met the HDFC life officials with this request but they keep declining my request. I request them to kindly understand the situation and give me a copy of my reports.
I would request you to email us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your loan account details, screenshot of the message, complete issue & contact details. Kindly mention Ref ID- TTU[protected] in the subject line. Will revert to you on priority.
