Hi Team,
i had sent a written request letter to cancel my credit card by India speed post on 20th Feb 2015 and acknowledgment number from india speed post is - EK[protected]IN, when i called credit card customer care @[protected] they say they have not received my written request letter.
Letter was to the address to below address which was messaged by call centre guys

My question if the they not received my letter, then why customer has to be penalised calling again and again for confirmation-Give customer an alternate way to submit the request by email and asking with ID proof or do verification call to proceed the request.
I am a customer from past 2011 and i do not expect the service like this as we are running in modern fast world, please do not expect letters from customers than email's.
and i cannot scan my id proof and i wont be able to send it,
