Dear Sir

I had a HDFC credit card([protected]) with the limit of Rs.18000/-. My outstanding amount at the time of settlement was 31368rs. Settlement done on dt.26.09.13. After the payment of Rs.18500/-, an agent
said, you will get a NOC from the credit card dept. Till the date, I did not received NOC and even not removed from CIBIL list.As per HDFC customer care, my out-standing is Rs.34000/- and I have to do the complete payment, then only I will get NOC and remove from CIBIL list.
So sir, let me know the exact procedure to short out the problem.

    Respected Sir, I am R.chitti Babu bearing with Instant jumbo cash loan number "[protected]" Last month on January 19th 2015, i closed all amount and its been clear from my end and bank side too, The EMI which I need to pay on 23rd JAN 2015 including that I paid and closed amount, so amount not get deducted from my account. Now suddenly they debited 17, 786 rs from my account on 23 Feb 2015, which is not fair. I clearly spoked with them why u debited as i paid full amount and settled it down. Now they come up and saying you did not payed EMI amount and with out including that EMi we closed this loan. I really didn't understand if i dint paid this Auto pay EMi should be debited from my account on Jan 23rd 2015 only. Please address this and return my amount as i closed my loan by talking to customer care promptly and clearly. For more details please visit the call recording also.       I am an HDFC Bank Preferred customer (customer ID #[protected]. On the morning of February 19 2015, when I woke up, I was shocked to see 10 back-to-back transaction SMSs of withdrawals from my HDFC bank account for Rs. 10, 000 each, amounting to a total withdrawal of a whopping Rs. 1 lakh, effectively emptying out my account. The transactions were carried out at an ATM in Village Barola in NOIDA at an ungodly hour and all in a span of 8 minutes between 1:10 AM to 1:18 AM. All this while, the debit card was in my possession; so the transactions were apparently carried out using a cloned card. That the criminals managed to clone a chip-and-PIN card and also get the PIN--despite the fact that being an IT professional myself, I am exceptionally careful about my details--raises strong suspicion that they had help from someone within the bank. I've spoken to my friends working in the security domain, and they've confirmed that such transactions are next to impossible without help from someone within the bank. And that they're witnessing a surge in these frauds happening with HDFC bank customers, raising strong suspicion about the bank's security mechanisms. As soon as I saw the SMSs in the morning, I immediately called HDFC Bank and their response initially was lackadaisical. I was given two complaint IDs--881143 and[protected]but that hardly helped. I'm a corporate "Preferred Customer" and have held this HDFC account--my salary account--for the past many years. It is plainly evident that these transactions were fraudulent and the bank's security mechanisms have been found severely lacking. Even though I had a "chip card", supposed to have extra built-in security, this incident happened to me. I contacted a few of my journalist friends and they covered my plight in five Hindi daily newspapers on February 20. Upon getting the wind of the media coverage, an HDFC official from my home HDFC branch, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, called me and said that the money would be refunded within the next 7 days. When I followed up with him again today (Monday), he plainly refused that he had promised the money would be refunded. He'd called me from his mobile phone apparently to evade recording of the call. Isn't this in gross violation of banking norms as to how banks should communicate with their customers? Did he give a false assurance to me just so that I'd stay quiet temporarily? There are a few other pressing questions that the bank must answer: * An unbelievable number of 10 back-to-back fraudulent transactions happened within a span of 8 minutes at a rural ATM that I've never visited in my life. The bank's risk management team could not block even one of those transactions. Isn't that very suspicious and unsettling? * I am a preferred HDFC bank customer. My relationship and that of my company's with HDFC is very deep. Worldwide, the norm in such cases is to restore a "temporary" account balance immediately. Why is HDFC shirking from doing the right thing in this case despite my blemishless relationship with them? * I am tech savvy and exceptionally careful with my financial instruments. If this incident, with possible involvement of a bank insider, can happen to me, can any of the bank's customers feel that their money is safe? Banks are institutions dependant on the trust of the general public. Doesn't this incident leave customers with a huge trust deficit in HDFC bank. * My friends in the security domain have confirmed that it is impossible to clone a chip-and-PIN card without help from a bank insider. Who in the bank has abetted this crime? I have already filed a police complaint in this regard. Its copy has been duly forwarded to HDFC. I am also willing to help them with the investigation in whichever way they need help. However, I am completely not at fault in this incident and vulnerable. My hard-earned money must not be held ransom. HDFC must restore it immediately. I request you to take up this matter, in your capacity as a responsible organisation, with the HDFC headquarters and top brass. If necessary, the general public must also be made aware of the incident and the bank's attitude through the media. If you need any further details, please don't hesitate to call me. Thanks, Samartha

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have make the payment on 11/12/2014 to hdfc life for term policy. my proposal no is 17273723.Approx 3 months is lapsed but till date i have not received any confirmation from HDFC life. i have booked this policy through senior manager, hdfc insurance branch faridabad( Haryana), Mrs Rupa Gangualy ( mobile no. [protected]), i am calling her but she is not answering my phone. Your company is 100% cheater company. When you are taking more then 3 months in issue of policy then how much time you will take in claim settlement. if you are unable to do my insurance then you can cancel my policy and refund my amount. i will arrange the policy from LIC. If i have not received any reply from your side with in 2 days them i will file the complaint against you in consumer court because ar per IRDA proposal should be processed within 15 days.                 got delay in credit car payment. I have got call from collection team of hdfc card. I nicely told her I am not anle to pay the minimum amount charge in this month. I will do the payment in next month with all interest an all. That leady gets shouting on me and give the call to her manager. Her manager name is Rajiv: [protected] [protected]. I also talk to him and told him I am not able to pay the charges but he was also don't want to listen. He talk me like that I am just using his card. He force me to fill complete amount and when I ready to pay minimum amount still also he don't accept the proposal...
                Yes this same happen with me... I requested to HDFC Head Team please tell them to mind their language with talking the clients. I know its not good to delay the loan amount EMI but mishapening happen with any one.The Bank employee not the lord those had a straight happy life.

                No one need to hear any ones bad words against them but some family problems if happened then they face problems.

                Hope the Chief consider on that other wise HDFC lost their image soon.

                  Hi, My name is Kumara TH & i have taken loan from HDFC Bank in Oct 2013 since very month im paying on time EMI, from last two months i have not paid my EMI, because of my bad financial. Because of my two months EMI pending i have got legal notice on 20/02/2015 through email ([protected]@gmail.com Mr. Vikas - [protected]) stating that on 23/02/2015 to appear court. Notice dated is 21/01/2015, after 30days i have got the notice through email.Today i have got the call from Mr. Manoj [protected], he is collection department, he is insisting me to pay immediately two months pending EMI or replay the notice through email. He is talking very rudely using vulgar words, which i have recorded full conversation in my mobile. I had call to your customer care to know about my credit card statement but the way of Archan Singh spoken to me might she was doing favor on me. I asked her to transfer my call to her senior but she kept me on hold for 10 to 12 minutes and disconnected my call. Again I had call on the sam number and Spoke to (Kavita D’souza Assit Manager-K-4182) and given feedback about her, let see what action she is going to take against her unethical behaviour over the phone??                         Its 6 months now that i have closed my loans with entire dues and penalties but still Hdfc bank has not updated my cbill score. I thiunk they are quite lenient in this and are intended to show such money in their debts and written offs.

                              I Tufan guha HDFC credit card number [protected] has out standing around 28500. i stop paying my dues to misbehaving and misleading me by callaction phone bankers. after few manths without any information HDFC bank credit card department one side dession, my auther HDFC brunch account will debit 44963 rupees from my account.                                 Dear Team Hi, I m Sanjay Kumar & I m the policy holder from HDFC Life last five year, actually I got your young star super policy since Five year ago & when I complete five year to continue my this policy than I went to paschim Vihar branch new Delhi to surrender my policy of 21st Jan-15, I Met your executive which name is Lokesh and get saw my all policy document, he checked status my policy from our system & told me you policy stats is in paid up and submit 60000 Rs by check or 40000 by online. But today I talked to customer care executive for asking how to make payment online, he was told me there are no requirement to submit extra mony & you can easily surrender your policy without any extra charge, I was socked that time so i want request to you kindly take action immediately your paschim Vihar brach executive for given wrong information to me, because he had waste my all working time, convince & my office work, his name is Lokesh Kumar & his mobile number is-[protected].                                   I am facing an issue to get back my processing fee from HDFC bank. They have deducted the processing fee after receiving all the papers from me. Then they started asking me about more and more document. I have sent them all the papers but they are saying that still more document is required. So i asked them to refund my processing fee, but after n numbers of e-mail reminders, they are not giving me processing fee back....
