Credit Charged twice even after repoting it to the Customer Service

Hello, I enrolled for Smart Pay, so that my Internet bill and mobile bills are automatically paid. Even after enrolling for smart pay my Internet bills was not paid for 2 months (1411 *2 = 2822 plus 100 late fine) and because of that I had to pay fine to my Internet Service Provider. I accordingly called the Customer centre Team on 29th of Oct and asked them to cancel the smart pay as I didn’t want to go through any further complication....
