I am Azhar HUsain Jafri account holder for account no [protected] , KARAPAKKAM, HDFC... I added a beneficiary from the CUB account, thanjavur branch in which the name of the benefciary was correct but instead of CUB account no i used the Username of the beneficiary "Serat Fatima Rizvi" and the beneficiary was accepted hence transferred the money Rs 2000/- to the account, and so it was immediately deducted from my accout on 14 november2011, but since the account number does not relate to the name the transaction should not be processed and the money should be refunded. But till today i haven't recieved the money back in my account. The reference no provided for transaction is: F[protected]
Please help.

    I had taken an HDFC Life HDFC SL Crest, policy no.: 14547275 with premium of Rs.50,000.00, in September 2011 with the recommendation of one of my friend who is working with HDFC Bank, I received the policy documents on 20 September 2011, and after reading the policy terms and conditions I did not like the Policy at all as there are better policies available in the market from Other Policy companies.

    Hence, I requested the HDFC Life Vashi (Navi Mumbai) branch to cancel my policy and refund my money. As the policy is in free look in cancellation period, I am allowed to cancel the Policy. Branch accepted my request on 22-September 2011. And promised me that I will receive the refund within 15 days. After 15 days when I did not received neither my money nor any communication from HDFCL Life regarding my policy cancellation, I tried to enquire my policy advisor for the status. My policy advisor could not get any reliefs to me. I tried HDFC Life customer care and narrated my whole problem, the executive committed that my cheque is already dispatched and I would receive the same in couple of days’ time.

    Again on non-receipt of my refund money, On 31-October 2011, I tried to contact the HDFC Life by e-mail on their e-mail id: [protected]@hdfclife.com. I got a telephone call that the my cheque is already dispatched but due to the festive season the delivery is delayed, but I would receive it within 7 days time, same was confirmed to me by a return e-mail from Kiran (HDFC Life - Customer Service Officer) on 31-October 2011.

    Still waiting for my money, on 14-November 2011, I again wrote an e-mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com for expressing my troublesome situation and sheer frustration. I also called my policy advisor and asked him, If he can do something as felt, I’am being cheated by HDFC Life. I have two more Life Insurance Policies with HDFC Life and father also has policies from HDFC Life. I fear that, on asking the refund on cancelled policy, HDFC Life has given me tough time than on maturity of policy, how they would pay me my complete policy amount.

    I would advise everybody here to be cautious before buying any product of HDFC Life.

      Hi, I have taken a two wheeler loan from Bank of Baroda Unchahar Branch of Raebarel in year 2003. I repaid al dues to Bank by 2005-200, however i forgot to get the No dues certificate. Over the period of time, i missed the Load accont no as well.

      Today I need No dues ceritificate from Bank, but Bank asked me about the loan account no, as since branch have been computerised and have no manual records.

      I am no where now and feeling harrased by the bank behavior. Can some one suggest me how to get the No dues cirtificate from bank.

      I had taken a loan from your bank to purchase my two Wheeler ( Bajaj Crystal) and my loan account No. is LTSVPOOO10848212. I had paid all amount against above loan account but till today I did't received my No Objection Certificate/ No dues certificate.

      I am in need of No Objection Certificate/ No dues certificate for that particular loan.

        I, Prakash ramanbhai Patel bearing policy no.11784725,Plan UL Young Star Suvidha premium of Rs 20000/- on dated 31st March,2008.due to some personal reasons I could not continue the scheme.By the way no agent/representative could communicate regarding this to me and policy was lapsed..
        I have been constantly chasing now to HDFC standard Life Insurance through Customer care but till date I could not get refund for the said deposited premium.

          the HDFC securities is using the wrong phone number for its office at model town, jalandhar, Punjab and the same has also been posted on the website. The number actually belongs to a resident in Jalandhar and a cause of nuisance for both owner of the number and the HDFC customers..

              HI,

              I had a personal load of Rs 60,000 only from HDFC bank at 22% ROI. I always paid my EMI through cheque which never got bounced during my repayment time. But now when my load has already been finished , The executive from HDFC bank calls me up to inform that
              my ECS were getting bounced from last three yrs and bank is charging me ECS bouncing penalty fee of Rs 450 pm and I have to pay 14000 odd rs to bank.
              However, I never applied to any ECS, I always paid my EMI through cheque or cash only. The only account number I mentioned in form while applying for loan was my saving salary account number at that time. I also had changed my comp to the very next month of loan approval.

              Even if I had mentioned any bank account number in my form then too shouldn't this was bank responsibility to inform me that my ECS is getting bounced or charged me for that immediately.
              They are informing this to me only now when my loan is already over.

              need your help in solving this issue.

              HDFC Bank Debited from my account Rs.200 on 24 Mar 2015 For RTN Charges. Bloody Cash Wired Bank... I did not give any cheque to others then how its possible???????? And I am trying to contact HDFC customer care from Last three days just to know why my customer id is not getting accepted in the net banking. IVR menu is so frustrating and not allowing to contact customer care. I literally went to each and every option.

                I have an auto loan with Hdfc bank and ny car reg no is DL3CBR6614 and my due date for the month of october was on 5th Nov and unfortunately



                due to lack of time i was not able to maintain the loan amount in the account and the account was bounced due to insuff funds..And on 7th nov



                non of the Hdfc banks were working,so on 8th nov I got te cash deposited. And when i contacted the loans dept they said that i had to pay Rs 450 as



                bouncing charges.So What i meant to say is that i am not ready to pay the Rs 450 charges and need to get the chrges waived off. Even the customer



                services in Loans were really bad as the executive hung up on me when asked for supervisor.Any how I just got the amount transfered from my hdfc



                bank account and i am not ready to pay the monthly Emi hereafter for my auto loan unless the bounce chrges are waived off. And I want this in



                writing that the charges for Rs 450 are waived off as intially i had lots of dispute reagarding the auto loan. Looking forward to hear from you.


                My auto loan no is 19177818 and i had send written an email requesting to waive off the bounce charges of Rs 450. I Spoke to



                two o[censored]r agents and they both denied the waivement of charges. You Must think somethink that you should value your customer and



                its completely dissatisfied with the service given.I spoke to Deepak today and he said that we provide waiver but not a customer who pays



                the 3rd Emi but the 13th Emi customer wuld be given a waiver. I need to know the difference between a 3rd customer and a 13th customer who



                pays an Emi.I need to know whether Hdfc values each and every customer or just old customers.I have been with Hdfc bank for so long. I have all



                my payments made on time with Hdfc and IS THIS THE WAY U VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER...THIS IS AN HECTICC SERVICE I



                MUSTSAY..I have acc with stancey as well as Citi bank and i dont make much transaction through those banks as i make through Hdfc but they



                consider me as a royal customer and provide me good service for what i pay.But i didnt expect this from HDFC bank just rejecting the waiver



                considering i am a new customer with Hdfc. Let me tell you something I would never promote HDFC bank to anyone in my life. I am a customer



                whu is going to be with you for the next 57 months and thats it..

                Used car loan — waiver of bouncing charges

                I m very oldest customer of HDFC.My user car purchase loan agreement no. is 13599175.

                Mera koi cheque ECS clearing me cheque mere outstation jane ki wajah se bounce ho gaya tha. uske baad pata chalte hi maine pmt.kar diya hdfc se call aaya tha aur meri request per kaha tha ki return charges hum computer me weiver off kar rahe hai ..par ab jab NOC milne ke time kah rahe hai ki aap ko charges dene honge nahi to NOC nahi denge ye to bank ka false commitment hai apne old customer ke saath.. me bahut dhukhi hu bank ke is vyvhar se muje ab tak 100 call is regarding aa chuki hai aur mujhse 500/-charges maange jaa rahe the jabki ab letter me 1350/-demand bheja hai.yadi bank ka yehi systems hai customer ko parshen karne ka to very sad. kindly apne old customer ko dhyan rakhte hue amount wiever off karke meri NOC bhejne ki kripa kare,

                  My Loan Account:[protected], I have taken loan of 1.5 lac in the year 2009 and I m paying installment of Rs 4209 for about last 2 years, for last 2 month I had some financial dip for which I am not able to pay my installment on time,.

                    I have purchased a policy "HDFC- Sampoorn Samridhi" on 18'th October 2011 though the agent of HDFC Life, Rourkela Branch, Orissa. Still now I don't get any documents regarding the policy and policy no. also.                       I had worked with HDFC bank from June 2001 to sep 2011. My details as below
                      Name : Lokesh Datt, Employee Code L0062, Designation : Senior Manager
                      Everymonth bank used to deduct some part of employer contribution( PF) and used to get the same deposited to RPFC Mumbai - Pension scheme. I was not eligible for the pension as i have not completed 5 yrs in Senior manager grade, But i has requested bank to withdraw the amount which has been deposited to my pension a/c. It been almost more than a year since i have been requesting to the bank authorities but of no use. Initially at the time of departing with bank, concerned deptt confirmed that it takes around 2-3 month to get the amount refunded from RPFC mumbai...but till date i havenot received the same.....plz intervene

                          Dear Mam/Sir

                          I got a phone call from dining plus on 7th Nov.2011 that they issued some discount card and many gift voucher like reebok gifts,westide and religare etc.. and I have to pay the above said money when I will receive their card because I am a regular customer of HDFC bank and my payments are undue.
                          They asked my HDFC credit card number and my expiry date.He informed agetr receiving the card I'LL be charged. But today 8th Nov noon 2.20 pm rs 5499 was taken by dining plus from my HDFC credit card.
                          Immediately I blocked the card and informed HDFC bank customer care.Later I searched internet and found many have filed complaints on dining plus. Please take necessary steps and save innocent people from these fraudsters.
                          I didn't fill up any form for their membership.Even how HDFCI like e renowned bank allowed them to deduct the money without my any signature voucher? till I have not make any payment to HDFC card. Please do the necessary action at the earliest and stop the payment for dining plus.

                              Deduction of depository charges from my account NO [protected] HDFC bank without my knowledge.
                              This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

                              An amount of 460.64 was deducted from my savings account on 09 NOV 2011 under the header of depository charges.
                              Please refund my money back in my account and explain who have instructed to create Demat Account without customers knowledge.

                                I have applied for home loan from HDFC and it approved. I got mail stating that your loan got approved and you will get Loan sanction later in soft as well as hard copy. Mean time my Builder pushing me to go for disbursement. I contacted so many time to HDFC regarding same they said go for disbursement will provide Sanction /Approval later after that. Now disbursement has done and when again i asked for Loan sanction later they said as disbursement is done we can print loan sanction later.

                                HDFC is worst service provider they make their customer life hell and don’t have any respect for there customer.

                                  The Sales person (Mr Deepak Saudagar) who works for HDFC along with GK Devlopers , informed me that you will get 50% concession in Processing fees but collected all the amount and asked me that he will adjust this in pre emi but it did not happened.

                                  Now he sayinh nothing can happne.

                                  Over all I am very much disappointed from HDFC services and attitude toward customer.

                                    I Mrs.Santha K.Nair holder of policy number 11235886 wishes to put forward the following:

                                    1. I have taken this policy on the 23rd of august 2007 for a term of ten years as per the policy document expiring on the 22nd august 2017. I had taken this from appus towers, 1st floor, near new bus stand, payyanur 670307.
                                    2. I have received a cheque from HDFC vide chq number:04779366 dated 31/08/2011 for Rs.4,99,380.01 under client ref no: [protected].

                                    I would like to know the following:

                                    1. why this cheque is being sent in 2011 when the expiry was in 2017 without even giving any explanation and without my knowledge.
                                    2. When I have paid 500000 as the premium in 2007 in unit linked programme why without my consent the same has been liqudated at lesser price than what I have paid? For four years of giving money of 500000/- I have received payment of 4,99,380 which is less than what I have invested.

                                    I need specific explanation to the above matter ASAP. I have given my birth date for verification as under:

                                      i want to raise a complaint regarding the delay in my two wheeler delivery against my HDFC Two wheeler Loan. I was sanctioned a two wheeler loan on 12/09/2011.

                                      Two Wheeler Loan Details:
                                      Loan Type: TWO WHEELER LOAN
                                      Amount: Rs.35,840.00
                                      Loan Account no: 19473735
                                      Name: SANKARANAND B
                                      Two Wheeler Dealer: Mercury Suzuki
                                      Address: No 170, Opp To RTO Office, 100 Feet Road, Mudaliarpet, Pondicherry - 605004


                                      The Loan Adviser has promised me to deliver the two wheeler "Suzuki Access" and so he also requested me to schedule the loan repayment to start from October onwards. Before accepting to start my loan schedule from first week of october i confirmed with HDFC loan advisor whether i can get the two wheeler delivered before the starting of loan repayment, he indeed promised and asked to do the same.

                                      It is 09/11/2011 and i have paid two monthly EMI for my two wheeler which i didn't even get delivered. Why would i wanted to pay an EMI with Interest to HDFC two wheeler if i still didn't get my two wheeler. I could have paid those amount to my initial payment and would have saved in interest rate. It is not legal to pay a Two wheeler loan without even the while getting delivered. I kindly request you take prior action in my case ASAP to do the needful. Either deliver me a vehicle as soon as possible or refund my emi i have paid for the two months. Please consider this case, failing to resolve this issue would only end up in serious filing of case in local jurisdiction for false promising and paying emi for non delivered vehicle. Looking for a best resolution from your side

                                        No way you can get in touch with the senior management team of HDFC or HDFC bank. Customer service is non existent. I have to actually pay money and I am running around to do that. Surprising to see the proclamation of HDFC "At HDFC, our strength emanates from our intrinsic value of customer orientation and care. If our services have fallen short of your expectations, kindly give us your feedback thereby giving us an opportunity to improve. We have in place a customer complaints management system which ensures that your feedback will receive due attention from our complaints co-ordinators at all HDFC offices. In addition, the process ensures that complaints, i[censored]nattended, are escalated to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Heads of Departments and the Managing Director for timely and appropriate redressal."

                                        Till today my escalation has not been addressed or escalated in HDFC.
