HI I HAVE GOT INSURANCE FROM HDFC, AND I HAVE PAID 2,04,000 RS/- TILL SEP 2011, THE CUSOMER SERVICE RECORDS SHOW THE SAME. BUT WHEN I ENQUIRE ABOUT MY POLICY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THAT I HAVE NOT PAID MY LAST PREMIUM, AND ON HDFC INSURANCE WEBSITE IT SAYS POLICY NOT PAID. WHY ??? I HAVE CALLED HDFC 10 TIMES AND RECORDING OF THEIR VOICE CONVERSATIONS TOO. EVERY TIME REPRESENTATIVE SAYS THAT I WILL FORWARD YOUR REQUEST AND IT WILL BE UPDATED IN OUR RECORDS SOON. I AM GOING FOR A LAWSUIT AGAINST HDFC LIFE INSURANCE, AS I AM FRUSTRATED. NOW !!! NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT COSTS ME.

        Hello Sir/Madam,

        Good Evening

        I have received today several times call on my cell phone and on my official landline (approx 50 times) mentioning there are some outstanding dues against credit card taken by my father. I have mentioned to them that I am not in touch base with my father since past 2 years and I do not have his contact number as well but the person who are calling are using slang,abusive words and very rude. I received calls from Cell No. [protected] (Abishek) and [protected] (Jayesh Ghadigaonkar). I am being threatned by the above cell number callers that they will cause injury to me.

        For your information, I have not taken any credit card from HDFC bank against my name.

        I was not being asked by the credit card sale person whether we should be giving credit card to my father then why am i being called again and again and mentally tortured for his recovery dues. Why did credit card officer didn't checked the credit worthiness of the customer before giving him credit card. If this is the case then Credit Card Officials are liable to repay for NPA's happening in bank?

        As per human rights every individual is unique and he is responsible only for his actions and not anyone's else.

        Expecting prompt action else I need to go ahead with writing/forwarding this email to Chairman of the HDFC Bank and proceeding with legal action.

        Credit Card — false outstanding dues towards your company

        i m one of your customer name satyendra das,co/bhagabata das at/s.s das street ,po/sunhat ,dist/balasore,orissa,756002.i have taken a credit card from ur bank at balasore,orissa branch,i have never used my credit card no-[protected],one of the company name bajaj allianz forsed me to do a medical insurence,but i was not agree,then he ripitedly forsed me to do.one day one ph came to me and forsed me to deposit rs12336/ towards insurence.then i denied and i went to ur bank .then i called to ur customer cair.ur customer cair told me that already three thousand some thing hes been deposited towards bajaj allianz insurence i[censored] want to stop it .then i stoped it again one phone came to me and forced me to deposit rs12316.then again one ph came to me and told me that we are from h.d.f.c bank ur whole money returned to our bank and i[censored] want go for another polocies,then i refused.again one ph came to me and asked me to deposit the whole money.

        so pl look at the metter and try to solve.

          Hi,

          I worked with hdfc life for 2 years, i resigned on 30/09/2010 but still i am unable to get my pf settlement, i dont know what happen with my pf, i am not sure that i have my pf account with pf department because i asked so many times to hdfc life to give me the pf office details(contact person's phone no. and name) so that i can check with them but they are not giving me any information from last one year, today i am hopeless , plaese help me as i need my pf amount for some critical reason in my family.

            i am a card holder of HDFC BANK . CARD NUMBER [protected]
            HAVE PAID rupees 2360 on 22 nd of jan 2012 by cheque

            the cheque was dropped on hdfc drop box , i am surprised to receive the statement this month that inspite of paying in time they have lavied the late payment charge and finance charge of rupees 705 87 .

            i am always paying in time and have never defaulted but should not suffer because their drop box clearance does not happen due to holidays

            want immediate reversal of the wrong debit .

                The first ECS payment of our auto loan in the name of Mrs. Uma Rani Murali Mohan Loan agreement No.20474983 for reasons not known to us.
                As far as we know, there was a System failure in IOB on the 1st February 2012 and this probably could have caused the failure of ECS transaction.
                However, there was about Rs. 50,000 and more in the account as on date of ECS transaction. As soon as I was informed about this, I have immediately called up your team to set things right and pay the installment. After about 25 phone calls and finally after 24 hours, they have collected the payment and given me the receipt. But today, I have received a message that my loan installment remains unpaid as on date. Please clarify. I dont want to be a defaulter at any cost any time. Pl ensure that no charges are levied since I am not at fault. Please clarify the position and acknowledge receipt of this complaint.

                  My ATM card was swallowed at a time i needed the money most. I lost more than 30 K in the entire ordeal because of the same as got stranded. I have written to the MD and all senior management and i only got lame excuses. It speaks volumes about the MDs commitment and banks service levels towards customers. All they say is "it was a technical error" and the bank is sorry for it.
                  One of most pathetic banks.

                  Customer service takes months to respond on the case.

                      Hi, This is Balaji .S. Regarding my Credit Card payment I am using it for more than 3 yrs. For past few months I was unable to pay the amount properly since I dont have job now beacuse of few month before i meet on Accident that is the i left my job. And for the month of April I was unable to pay at the due date and I got ac all from HDFC executive tat he come to collect the amout directly.But I asked him to come the next day since I was in critical situation.Without knowing these problems I got a call from HDFC number [protected], [protected] who behaved so illerately and used harsh words and threatened that my name will be in defaulters list!!!Is this the way a bank executive behaves to a 3 yrs card holder and who has savings account at HDFC?? Jus want to take severe action against tis concerned person

                        I have been a customer of HDFC bank and HDFC credit for some years. Few months ago there was some miscommunication of change of address and HDFC had named me as a defaulter. Despite me clearing off all the dues the bank is still showing me as a defaulter and have not removed my name from the list bringing down my CIBIL CIR score.

                        request you to please look in to matter and remove my name from the defaulters list as i have already paid all the dues.

                          Two person Mr.Jay Adwani & Mr.Manish comes from HDFC Bank (Kota Branch) and discussed on HDFC insurance Policy.
                          They said with me on below mentioned policy. But point was they told me on the term will be only single time investment. I also agreed & given the cheque of 99,999/- (Rs) to them.

                          Name of Policy: - HDFC SL Crest Highest NAV Guarantee Fund
                          Unique ID NO: - 101L064V01
                          Policy No. :[protected]
                          Installment: - 99999/- Per Year (Term 5 Year)
                          After some days I received phone call from HDFC Bank, he give information about the above mentioned policy. Lastly he said the terms of policy will be paid for 5 year.
                          I disagree with him and requested him to stop my policy on phone call. Instantly I contacted with Mr.Jay Advani and requested to stop my above mentioned policy, because I have not problem for single premium, but unable to paid for continue 5 year.
                          I received the Bond paper & other documents by speed post on 08 October 2011 and all received documents I submitted (on 02 November 2011) to the HDFC Bank Kota branch and request to cancel my policy. But Bank persons are refused to cancel my insurance policy by showing reason that we given document on 02 Sept’2011; you have to submit the documents before 02 Nov’2011 not on 02 Nov’2011.
                          Kindly help me for cancel my policy.

                            My Name is Md Husham Uddin I am holding Platinum Plus credit card of HDFC Bank, I got a various call from HDFC Bank Naraina (Numer[protected] collection dept on behalf of Mr Shamim who is leaving on the same address in which i am leaving but we both have different flat. There are 16 flat in this building every flat is owned by different individual family and they have no relation with each other at all. But bank people are insisting and defining relation as brother with Mr Shamim, which is nothing but a serious stupidity.

                            The way the associate is talking is very harassing and inappropriate. It is very insulting. The bank has been building on a mental pressure and forcing me to pay on behalf of someone who does not stay with me and who has no relation with me. Also accessing my contact number from my credit card and linking with Mr Shamim is a threat to my credit card privacy hence it must be cancelled with immediate effect. Any transaction henceforth on my credit card will not be my liability my credit card no. [protected]

                            TAKE SOME ACTION AS THIS IS VERY HUMILIATING AND FRUSTRATING. I AM FORWARDING THIS EMAIL TO ALL CONCERN ORGANIZAITON AND PEOPLE.

                              Hi, i am sanjay kumar from delhi, I had purchased a hero honda glamour bike in 2008 through HDFC loan. I have paid my all EMI and dues and also cheque bounce charges. After that i have received a letter from HDFC bank that my two wheeler loan has full and final settlement (letter in attachment) and they will delivered NOC and other relevant documents to me.

                              After 2 year later they have sent me a notice letter that my loan account is showing an overdue for Rs.2423.00 towards cheque bounce charges and later payment fee. And also they did hold my amount of rupees 2423.00 in my HDFC salary account. But i have already paid all EMI and cheque bounce charges.

                              After that, i have submitted a complaint against for it to HDFC bank and also received a call from HDFC bank which telephone number is[protected] and i tell him to all situation and also tell him that letter which i did received from HDFC bank for full and final settlement of my loan. They demand me that full settlement letter so i have forward to them a scan copy of that letter.

                              But i did not received any response and call for it and they have direct deducted my amount of rupees 2423.00 from my HDFC bank account.

                              So please take a strong legal action on HDFC bank for it.

                                This is Dr.Satyam Chakraborty , a resident doctor,Sawai Man singh Medical College ,Jaipur. I wanted to buy a property worth 23 lakhs approx in Uttarpara, Hooghly, near Kolkata. I applied for a home loan in HDFC ltd after hearing from my colleague , who had applied & bought a similar property in Jaipur . I wanted to be sure if I was eligible for a loan since I am receiving a monthly stipend of 33180. The marketing executive Mr .Abhijit Ganguly assured me repeatedly that there will be no problem in sanctioning a loan of 14.5 lakhs which was around 8 lakhs short of the property valuation. I was directed to submit my I.T returns & all other required documents along with a cheque of 8000 rupees as processing fee which I did immediately .Relying on him we went forward with the project & paid around 10 lakhs to the builder for electricity & other amenities & made all arrangements. My file no is[protected]. The HDFC didnot report me for 2months On calling them they used to say that it was under processing .On 7Th February I was stunned to hear that since I am receiving a stipend I am not eligible for a loan. I asked them why it was not communicated to me at the outset since I was in a point of no return. Abhijit Ganguly explained to me that it is a new policy framed by HDFC which stops sanctioning loans to Resident Doctors. I want to simply ask if these employees like Abhijit Ganguly have been appointed to joke with customers & harass them. Why I was not informed at the outset that I was not eligible? I will loose a hefty sum to the builder if I don't get the loan now . Who is responsible for this irresponsibility & delay when HDFC claims to sanction loans in no time .How can policy be different in for different states of India since I find my colleagues getting similar loans on stipends in Rajasthan . It is a sheer breach of trust on HDFC's part, leave aside my personal losses. This is a a lesson for me & in future I will think twice before indulging in any business with HDFC.

                                  I went to the branch for closure of my Savings Bank Account. They (Sovik and Arpan seating in Counter No 11 and 12 respectively) asked me to withdraw all the money first and then apply for the closure.
                                  They did the following so that I cannot apply for Closure:
                                  1. Intentionally expired my ATM PIN though my card status is active and I was not able to withdraw money from ATM.
                                  2. They don't provide cash on withdrawl slip (they even don't provide withdrawl slip).
                                  They kept me waiting for 50 minutes just to say that they can't initiate the closure from Saltlake Sector 5 Branch.
                                  And above all the Branch Manager is a USELESS Fellow. When I stated that in their closure form they have a option to withdraw the cash on closure (if the amount is less than 20000) he came back with the answer he is not authorized to do so. Its hard to understand that a Branch manager is not authorized for Branch Activities.
                                  Hell lot of problem with this bank and don't know if this is the Bank's policy to harass the customer who are asking for closure or this is the 3 people stated above doing this nuisance.

I know that the bank is not going to take any steps against their employees and I would like to use all these forums to tear the mask and show the services of HDFC BANK. I would also like to let you know that I will escalate this scenario to the HR of my company which is currently having more than 210000 employees and urge them not to keep any more HDFC as one of the preferred bank.

                                    I took loan for two wheeler from hdfc bank in 2006. My loan account no. is 2442715. Due to dealers mistake my two cheque was bounce which gave to hdfc bank. But within 2-3days i pay all loan amount Rs. 21150.00 Receipt no. for this amount paid is 6346592 dtd[protected]. Pls remove my name from defaulter list. I already take NOC from hdfc bank. and final clauser latter from hdfc bank. So, Pls remove my name from defaulter list. Due to this my personal loan application file is also has been rejected

                                    I took a two wheeler loan from centurian bank of punjab (now HDFC Bank) in oct 2006. the loan was cleared in jan 2009. after clearance of loan also the bank has not provided me with the RC of my vehicle. Everytime i visit them they keep on making some excuses. its almost more than 1 years and 6 months but i havent recieved my RC. can anyone advise what i can do.

                                    I have applied for Two Wheeler Loan through Sri Sairam Motors (BTM) on 9th Jan 2012(Monday), and same day i paid 22760/-Rs
                                    They said you will get bike within 7-8 days, 3days for loan approval + 4days
                                    but verification process itself started on 14th Jan 2012(Saturday) .
                                    On 17th Jan 2012 i received sms that verification process is completed,
                                    On 19th Jan 2012 i received sms that my loan is approved with Loan A/c 20548090,
                                    then on 20th Jan 2012 i given 3 checks and signed on agreement.
                                    but still (On 26th Jan 2012 ) Sri Sairam Motors guys are saying to wait for confirmation from Bank.

                                    I just wanted to know why this much delay in process.
                                    i don't know who is responsible for this delay HDFC Bank or Sri Sairam Motors,
                                    but finally i am suffering from their process, because neither HDFC Bank nor Sri Sairam Motors is responsible money i have paid and their interest.

                                    My name is Goutam Debnath and live in pune (Maharashtra) I have taken two wheeler loan from HDFC Bank i have cleared my loan and I gets a “NOC” from the Bank and I have paid all dues payment… and after paying the amount the Bank put my name in to the CIBIL… why Bank put my name in the CIBIL……
                                    I strongly feel HDFC Bank are fraud….. the banks to update CIBIL about the closure off the loans and credit cards when the customers pay all the balance and close their loans and credit card dues. The bank should give the customer "NOC" immediately after he clears all the dues and at the same time the customers name should be removed from deaulters list of CIBIL so that the person will not suffer in getting other loans like home loan. I feel that the cooling off period for the customer in CIBIL should be less. If the customer is clearing all the credit balance and making it zero then it is the duty of both the bank and CIBIL to remove his name from the defaulters list. I again request CIBIL to help such customers in removing their name from Defaulters list if the customer has paid all the credit amount and gets a NOC from bank.
                                    It is my humble request to the Person who are working in CIBIL to update the status of such customers immediately as the customer has paid all his dues and got a "NOC" from the bank.
                                    I did some study regarding CIBIL, form where i got the info that only financial institutions have got the access to this database.General Publics dont have the access to this restricted area.I want to know why.I must have the right to know what was my fault or is some one cheated me.

                                    I was having a two wheeler loan from hdfc bank and all the amount was paid for it, but 7 years i.e in 2013 when i applied for a personal loan then bank is saying that your cibil is showing a bike loan due and that is the reason laon can not be approved. After asking about the outstanding amount and the loan account no they are answerless.

                                    I am really surprise what is this happning. anyways i am ready to pay the amount but bank has to tell me that for which loan account no and what is the amount to be paid but bank fail to tell me this.

                                    my self navdeep singh nagra had applied for an two wheeler loan in hdfc bank ..i had given all my documents and a blank cheques too i have also signed an agreement between them unfortunately my loan was being cancelled i approached the bank representative to give back all my cheques..but he refused and he gave that cheque to the dealer from where i was going to purchased my two wheeler ..

                                      After getting numerous calls from HDFC bank, I finally confirmed to have a Credit Card, as told by the Bank Executive "Priya" that as i'm holding a Salary account in their bank, they offer me to avail Platinum Plus Chip Card with Life Time Free Offer. I told her strictly that i'll apply only when there no annual or membership charges. She confirmed and sent executive (Mr. Arvind) along with the application form along with the form for lifetime free offer.
                                      I got the card on 31st Jan., when i check the un-billed status for the card online i found they charged me 440 Rs as membership fee. And registered a complaint at phone banking no. (Ref No [protected]) on 3/2/2012. But till now i didn't get any resolution from back. Despite of this when i called again on the phone banking no. they told u have to again call us to know about the status of your complaint and i don't why such big name bank ruin their reputation for few hundreds of rs..

                                      Try to file a case in consumer forum.We too have the same problem.Its not risky.We get justice bz our lecturer told, as he dealt cases in consumer forum even very simple issues.
                                      I have applied for credit card. Executive told me that annual fees Rs.300.00 and it is refundable when purchase monthly Rs.5000/-( billing 5000/-) now i am also fearing by reading above complaints.

                                        This is Mausam jha,and i jst want to cnfrm that why account has been put on hold,due to non payment of my credit card due for Ergo health plan policy.I have been rcving calls from HDFC bank regarding payment for last 6-7 months, and every time i told them that plz cancel that health plan,as i have been told that this plan can be canceld within 45 days.I had a word Wth Parul(on 16th-July-2011)-As she assured me for raising a complaint to cancel that plan and even for a call back regarding this within an hour’s ,bt i hvnt rcvd any call till date.Then today on 20July-2011,i had a word wth Soniya and Mandeep[protected],bt still i got a notice from ur side.
                                        So how can it possible that aftr gvng cancellation order for that Ergo Policy[protected] from Mandeep ) so many times on call.bt how can i chk that they are authorised to forward my complain or not or are they forwarding my complaint or not. It is impossible to chk on phone,so plz cancel that plan as soon as possible. and remove that HOLD from My account ,so that i can able to withraw,.I request you to plz do it on urgent base. Kindly DO THIS work on urgent basis as my nxt salary will be credited in my account withine 2-3 days,so i dont want any "HOLD " on my account so that i would nt be able to withdraw,and also credit my debited amount(2642.00) in my account.
